It was clean and organized. Nice rooms We had a pool party that was verified before we even arrived. I called about the conference room one day last week and was told $100 for an hr but it’s already $175 for 4hrs. I didn’t call back to use the conference room because we had a room so we just used it. The manager got mad about how many ppl we had there and we didn’t need to use the conference room so he tried to charge us an extra $100. My sons 7th birthday was ruined by his actions and we had to leave the property
- 3/5
Hotel was just okay. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms themselves did not seem to be maintained well and cleanliness was average. The breakfast buffet was just okay, but good enough for the rate we paid for the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, the front desk let us check in before the cleaning person had finished with the room so she had to come in while we were there, but she was so kind and sweet that we didn’t mind! The room was extremely comfortable and nice! I highly recommend them! The location. It isn’t a very reliable part of town.

I love the location . The room was nice and clean. I was in a lot of pain from the bed I slept in. It was awful. Someone in our hallway was smoking weed. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel, right?

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I chose this hotel because it stated full breakfast. I've stayed at other locations which had a true full breakfast. However, the only protein option this location offered was the frozen egg patties which I can't eat. I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Otherwise, this location was a good value and very clean.

The quality of the room was what I expected for this category of hotel. Clean and good space. Suite was good for family of 4 with two teenagers. Breakfast was not good. No restocking of items so by 9am almost nothing was left. Coffee was subpar.
- 4/5
They do not change sheets on weekend in our room but they did deliver fresh towels. The breakfast was typical and the staff was friendly
- 3/5
The room was dirty. Mold in bathroom on ceiling. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom. Room was very humid after shower due to no exhaust fan. Found trash on shelf in closet. Window looked like had dried dead bug on it.

Good overall experience and comfortable stay
- 5/5
Polite and efficient staff
- 5/5
Rooms were super clean. Staff was amazing. Perfect for a one night stay!!
- 5/5
We were given a handicapped room but they graciously moved us into a suite. Didn't have a bathtub (which I prefer) but the room was awesome. Nice breakfast next morning. Over all completely satisfied. We enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
Breakfast was pretty good, just strange you had to heat up your own biscuits, they were in the draw with the pastries!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good value for price.
- 5/5
nice rooms
- 4/5
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was not impressive. Biscuits were dry and the gravy was refrigerator cold. Scrambled eggs and sausage were ok.
- 5/5
Our room was such a good size and the couch was a nice addition. The king size bed was so comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect for us without changing a thing. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and there was a nice variety of food items. The young lady on staff kept all stations stocked and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. We had an all around good stay.
- 5/5
Don't expect pipping hot biscuits or warm danish. Both were fresh out of a VERY COLD fridge. Too bad, because the gravy was pretty good and link sausage was ready. Whole apples or whole oranges were available, bread, bagels cold cereal and waffle iron with the mix.
- 5/5
My stay was great, staff were courteous and friendly. I appreciate the late check out when I needed. I came in town for a church function so I busy and didnt get to enjoy all the accommodations hotel offers. However, the experience was great and I would recommend this place and will stay here next time I'm in Fayetteville. Thank you to the staffs! All of them were great and accommodating.
- 3/5
Staff were helpful when asked, the room was clean and comfortable. No frills but totally adequate!
- 5/5
Nice facility with friendly staff.
- 4/5
Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Loved the location with different dining options in walking distance! Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Slight cigarette smell in the lobby and stair areas, but none in the room itself. Coffee was out at the breakfast buffet and we didn’t eat so don’t know how it was, but looked like plenty of options and as expected for free breakfast, with hot items included. Would definitely stay here again!!

The toilet was broken when we first arrived to the room. We tried calling the front desk but only one person was working. She was helping another guest and so we had to wait. She then moved us to a different room. In that room, the smoke detector was chirping, indicating a low battery. She offered to take it down for us. When she arrived in the room, she couldn't reach it. We could wait for the next person on shift in about 30 minutes. I took it down instead. This was our second room and my daughter had already started unpacking. We had to get up early the next morning and needed to get to sleep. The following morning, we went down for breakfast. There was limited food and it was never refilled in the 45 minutes we were there for breakfast. That afternoon, we went to the pool. It was freezing and my daughter's lips started to turn purple from the cold. They finally increased the temperature after we had asked 30 minutes prior. We never went back to the pool again.

Booked a room with a private tub on Expedia turned out being a room without tub and next to the elevator on the 1st floor.
- 4/5
Close to where my family lives
- 3/5
The room was okay, hole in the wall under a picture, basic tv, the lighting is terrible especially in the bathroom where the light flickered for 10 sec before it turned on. Beds were well made and clean although in curious as to why there are 5 small pillows rather than 2 bigger ones. All in all it was fine for a last minute stay in Fayetteville
- 3/5
There was dog/cat food in the floor so the floor was clearly not vacuumed. The electrical outlet behind the bed was half way hanging out of the wall, so whenever you sat on the bed the lamp would flicker off & on.
- 5/5
Friendly service very clean
- 5/5
Comfortable. Convenient. Clean.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the hotel had no soap. Other than that great customer service and really nice clean hotel.
- 5/5
I travel every year for our high school basketball tournaments and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. It was easy to find and my room was really nice and clean. I know they had breakfast, but I didnt eat there, but Im sure it was good like the rest of the hotel. If we ever come back to Fayetteville for the tournament again I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5

The abundant hot water on a cold winter day is my favorite!
- 4/5
clean enough for a sleep
- 4/5
Clean and easy access to the University of Arkansas college visit.
- 4/5
We had a very late night/early check in and staff was understanding and helpful! Room was extremely clean and beds were clean and comfortable. Some areas seemed dated and pool area had some black on windows and towels between double hung windows in the middle. Front desk man in the morning seemed preoccupied with other things but was helpful. Would still stay here again and recommend this property!
- 2/5
The pull out bed was awful. It had no bedding, had to call get some, which was fine. Was not comfortable at all. Our toilet in the room was not flushing I called the front desk and was told there was probably a clog I said yes. Then was told he couldn’t do anything about it.
- 1/5
People went in my room everytime I walked out. My privacy wasn't respected and I was exploited while there. Utterly disgusted.
- 1/5
It was the worst hotel experience for my wife, oldest daughter and her two daughters. The first room was unclean; it had a dead bug in a sofa bed plus the sheet was dirty. They were moved to a new room where the sofa bed had no sheets and the phone was not working. We should have gotten a refund or at least a partial one. Management never did apologize when asked about all the above. We will never use this hotel again and we make frequent trips to Fayetteville to visit a daughter and her newborn,
- 5/5
Comfy room
- 3/5
Overall our room was clean but there is some age showing. Our tv was pulled out of the wall and not working. Scratches on floor and wall, but area was nice and safe and bed was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
I wish I would have gotten the room I reserved.
- 5/5
Thanks for your concern
- 5/5
Clean, nice hotel. Quiet. Good price compared to surrounding hotels of equal status. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed and clean room. Room could use some attention - touch up paint on wall, cracked sink, new curtains. Breakfast was very minimal. First morning there was a sign that said we’re out of sausage - there was no other meat.Second morning again there was no meat or gravy to go with the biscuits. Don’t quite understand that when there’s a Walmart close by!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, Great for families, Felt like home
- 5/5
Staff went the extra mile to get me a shower chair for my stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast was okay
- 4/5
I stayed at this Comfort Inn for a two-day conference, and it was very serviceable. There are at least three restaurants within walking distance, and lots of other options within a 2-mile radius. Very convenient access to major highways. Breakfast options were limited, but did the job. The room was spacious and clean, although there was a bit of a smell. I got used to it quickly. Overall, quite satisfied.

Comfortable bed, good shower, breakfast was good also.
- 5/5
Great area & friendly staff
- 4/5
Cons: The doors to the rooms from the hallways had a tendency not to close all the way unless forced (not safe when traveling with a group of minors). The doors inside the rooms did not always close or lock properly. The buttons in the elevator did not light up when pressed. Breakfast selection was meager and a little sad. Walls of room very thin - noisy neighbors sounded like they were inside your room (and with faulty doors, we had to check to make sure that wasn't actually the case). Pros: The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were great. The pool room temperature didn’t try to cause heat exhaustion for the adults supervising minors in the water.
- 3/5
Our room had a moldy smell that gave us a headache. The curtains were in shreds.
- 3/5
The location was very convenient for my stay. The staff was nice and helpful. I didn't like that in the 4 days I was there, my room was never fully cleaned. Only trash taken out and towels replaced. No other cleaning was done. Additionally, the breakfast offered was the same each day. No issue if staying 1 night, but very repetitive when staying 4 nights.
- 5/5
The hotel was a little outdated but very clean
- 4/5
A/C popping in and out overnight kept sleepers awake. Will bring earplugs next time. Excellent accommodations, otherwise.
- 5/5
Great staff and room was comfortable. Low noise. Convenient area for our needs.
- 5/5
My room smelled like cigarette smoke… the second I walked in it was a musty smell/cigarette type smell. And I do NOT smoke. Aside from that, the room was clean, comfortable beds, what looked like a good breakfast (I just wanted McDonald’s lol) and the indoor pool and fitness center looked nice also. Don’t use any of it this time though. Very quiet area and hotel. Would return
- 5/5
Nice area. Clean rooms. Have stayed here many times.
- 5/5
Friendly customer service during check in. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering there were 3 girls basketball teams staying here as well! We didn’t hear any noise at all! Breakfast was great! Definitely a great place to stay in Fayetteville.

Hotel room smelled terrible and needs major updating. We had a suite and the couch and chair were nasty and old. TV didn’t work in the bedroom. Drawers were broke. Closet door was broke. Curtains had huge holes in them. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Great location, clean, and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Pleasant, reasonable room. Friendly staff. Coffee was terrible, both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast options mediocre. Well located.
- 5/5
clean and beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff was respectful and professional
- 4/5
Service was nice. Beds were comfy. Very clean smelling in common areas. Condition of hotel is ok - tad outdated. There is no hot tub even though included in pictures.
- 4/5
Great location. The pool was too cold to swim in. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
No hot tub
- 2/5
The pool area was nasty and outdated. Breakfast was not worth the price. Staff was inattentive.

The Comfort Inn was perfect! We were in Fayetteville to attend my nephew’s graduation from UofA and the location was just where we needed to be. The highlight was the hot eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, and fresh made Belgium waffles. Will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Everything was great the pool and hot tub room was locked tho which sucked but other than that it was a great place to stay
- 5/5
Night front staff lady was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Comfy beds.
- 2/5
Terrible highway noise in room. Couldn’t sleep. Awful smell in the room when we came back in after dinner. Staff was great. Brought up some spray to help with terrible odor. Bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean & presentable. Got towels replenished but didn’t tidy up the beds which would have been nice. But overall the stay was great!
- 4/5
Homepage needs to be updated. Grandson had a dislicated shoulder and was looking forward to the hot tub. No hot tub, it was filled in. Very disappointing. Also, we enjoy swimming and the pool had a sandy residue and was in need of repair. The bottom was in bad shape.

Pictures do not match with the property old and outdated hot tubs not even there like it says on the website
- 4/5
Would have liked to had my bed made
- 2/5
Room 202 smelled : old stinky carpet
- 4/5
Comfortable beds A/C didn't work that great. Bathroom was good , scarce with the toiletries. Overall decent stay. The price was too high for a ballgame weekend, but expected that. Convenient to restaurants.

- 5/5
Comfort Inn is our number one choice when visiting our student at UArk. The staff is always helpful and friendly and have gone above and beyond, every visit. It's just around the corner from the campus but, walking distance to 5 great restaurants where you can relax, watch games and enjoy good food and friends! Go Razorbacks!!!
- 5/5
The front desk staff was excellent, especially at the late hour of our arrival. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Downside: we couldn't make the Internet connection work.
- 5/5
Family oriented
- 2/5
Needs a good updating inside. The rooms are humid and have a musty smell. Carpets stained, dirty, and sticky in areas. Pool had towels shoved in the windows in places and just overall not an appealing/clean area. Pot smell in hallways and stairwells. Had to move rooms twice before finding one we could work with since no refund would be given. Definitely will not stay here again. Staff however were very nice and friendly.
- 4/5
The Comfort Inn could use a little general maintenance, but it's clean and comfortable, and also conveniently located. We tend to stay there on trips to Fayetteville whenever a room is available.
- 3/5
Everything average
- 5/5
A great stay, clean, safe and quiet. A good place for a family. We will stay again
- 4/5
We would have liked to have a channel guide for the television. Needed to go to front desk and have staff print one off of a website. Light in the bathroom flickered before turning on completely. Breakfast options for warm/hot food were a bit limited. At the time of our stay there was road construction in the area which made it very difficult to exit the area. I realize this is not the fault of the property, but it made it a bit challenging.
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
This is usually my go to place when I'm in the area. There was such a smell in the room. It hit you as you opened the door. Smelled like tabacco smoke and a sour smell at the same time. There was kleenex or bath tissue under the shelves where the towels were stored. There was something black on one of the pillow cases and something black (mold, maybe) on the shower curtain. This stay was so noisy with children running all over the place, yelling in the halls, slamming doors, clonking up and down stairs. I know this sometimes happens but whomever was on duty should have said something to the kids or their parents. They HAD to hear all the racket themselves.
- 4/5
Was good
- 2/5
This crowd of workers flooded all of the common areas of the hotel. The next morning they raided the breakfast area with plastic bags which they filled with fruit and such. While they were all gone by 7:30 lots of trash remained. I spoke to the manager about the overflowing trash bins in front of the hotel entranceway. He said he was waiting on his maintenance guy to arrive at 9! Couldn't be bothered to clean it up or arrange for clean up earlier. I spoke to other guests who were equally or even more put off by this bizarre development. Who knows what that place is like every night when the workers all come back. Fortunately we left before then. we would never have stayed there if we knew this situation would develop. I personally suspect the manager is financially involved in this worker sign-up scheme. Kickback?
- 2/5
The night manager DID NOTHING about the kids jumping in the room above us! For multiple hours until 2am was stomping and thumping……. HORRIBLE!! we even had to go and tell them to stop
- 5/5
We travel alot to many states and this hotel was top- notch Great water pressure in shower, beds were very comfortable Hot breakfast was good and stocked Fresh towels and restock was done without asking
- 2/5
Additionally, there was a leak in the ceiling of the hotel room and soaked everything on the tv console due to a thunderstorm that night.
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times and it’s always clean and staff is very friendly. We also like the eating options as walkable.
- 5/5
It was good. Nothing to really brag about. Price was a little high but it’s all we could find at the last minute. Breakfast was terrible. Bed was comfy and the overall room was good.
- 3/5
The staff was excellent, but the hotel has a bad humidity problem. It’s musty and dingy. The wallpaper is even peeling from the dampness.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful night stay.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
Elevator was down and bed was not made when cleaned.
- 5/5
Overall it was a great experience. Here are a couple of issues that need some attention: Room 123 needs the bathroom light replaced. The water pressure in the shower is low.
- 4/5
Property was easy to check in and check out. Was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
The room was clean and everything worked well (ac, hot shower, etc) so if you are looking for somewhere to stay just a night while passing through it was good for that. Hallways and lobby had a smell of smoking, and I didn’t use the pool as it was cloudy. In the advertisement it said there was a hot tub in the pool area but it was covered with concrete and patio chairs so that isn’t there anymore. Front desk was friendly and housekeeping was friendly as well. Breakfast was good, had everything you can expect from a hotel breakfast. Near a couple restaurants so you have options to eat and drink if you’d like. Overall would stay again when passing through but not for more than a night or two.
- 4/5
Gentleman checking us in was friendly. (Laughed at my husband’s corny jokes so hubby was happy about that). Clean rooms. No jacuzzi in pool area like pictures showed. There was one there it looks like they filled it in with cement. That was a bummer because that was my deciding factor in booking this hotel vs another one. Breakfast wasn’t great. But it got us by. Lots of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We always try to stay here when I Fayetteville. Love the restaurants within walking distance.
- 3/5
Room was ok, a bit old and bathroom needs an update. Overall a good place for a quick sleep. Staff was great!
- 4/5
Wi-Fi was sketchy at times but the front desk was always helpful!
- 2/5
This property is in need a SERIOUS update. Areas of chipped paint, walls were warped in the hallway from obvious water damage, rust and chipped paint in the pool area. I arrived at breakfast early and all the tables were covered in food, very little to choose from, no fresh fruit at all. The front desk and the person in managing in the breakfast area spent all their time visiting in the back, while guest had to fend for themselves. We travel a lot. I've always been pleased with Comfort Inn's, until this stay. It was horrible, but we still paid a premium price.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Structure needs some TLC. Showing its age. It was quiet and conveniently located.
- 4/5
The property is clean but rather dated and showing some wear but the staff was top notch!
- 4/5
Check in check out was good, and the employees were very friendly. However, on my first full day, I put the “do not service” tag on the door and left, but when I returned someone had entered the room, left trash by the bed, placed the dirty bed/shoe cover blanket on the bed (which I put on the floor as soon as I checked in and was on the floor in front of the window) and opened the blinds. I spoke with the front desk clerk about this, but no answer was given as to why someone with a key…a hotel employee was in my room when I clearly asked for the room not to be entered.
- 4/5
Breakfast was horribly lacking. No eggs? Really?
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, with fantastic shower pressure.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay, close to campus. Breakfast was good, front desk service was great.
- 4/5
Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Only reason not 5 stars was breakfast was out of many items - nothing in fridge, cold coffee, no orange juice and brown bananas. Overall good spot for our 1 night stay, just had to stop elsewhere for breakfast.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Was very well maintained
- 5/5
Great location & Food
- 5/5
All good, nice place, very good breakfast.
- 4/5
Friendly check-in staff; efficient check-in. Comfortable King bed. Breakfast ran out of items.
- 4/5
I highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
I liked the convenience of location.
- 4/5
Overall good experience. Staff friendly. Key card stopped working at 9:45am so had to go back to desk for working card.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean, a bit dated especially the couch and chair in the room, elevator was temperamental but worked, coffee was terrible but the rest of breakfast was really good
