Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville

This hotel is beautiful and clean, the room was lovely and the bed comfy however not well thought out for an accessible room. It was difficult to maneuver a wheelchair through the door as the breakfast bar is in the way, the peep hole was too high, the bed too high and the shower had no seat. Otherwise perfect.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with some variance each day. I really enjoyed our stay. We went swimming in there indoor pool but wished they had a hot tub. Everything else was excellent!

The beds were comfortable, even the pull out. The cleanliness was superb. Good variety for continental breakfast. The basketball backboard is broken, so you couldn't play basketball. We had several girls that wanted to play and couldn't.

This was a great place to stay, close to the University and several restaurants within walking distance.

The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Our suite had a bunch of space! The pool area is small. No Hot Tub.

The hotel was clean and the room was large. Most staff were helpful that I encountered, but my daughter had to make a shop purchase and the night desk was rude. Also the pool was indoors, but the water temperature was freezing cold - this was one reason we chose this hotel so it was disappointing.

Breakfast was really well stocked and above an average offerings. Hotel looks clean and safe location. Restaurants nearby.

Room was big enough for our family of four. I loved having the small kitchen with the supplies like glasses and plates. Would have loved the indoor pool if it had been a tad warmer. Was an ice bath. lol. Kids loved it. And I loved the breakfast just wish it would start at 630 on weekends and the biscuits and gravy were offered both days. Definitely was the best biscuits and gravy I have had in awhile. Better shower head or just more pressure. I skipped washing my hair due to worried about getting soap out of it

Our room had trash in the refigerator. The shower sprayer handle was broke and we had to fight with it to hold the sprayer. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or else where in the room.

rooms were great, staff cleaned rooms every other day. You could request fresh towels every day. everything was good except the cable TV. Very limited and difficult to put your own prime or Netflix on. the BBQs WERE A NICE TOUCH omce you figured out how to turn them on. hotel was very clean. breakfast was great

The rooms are fairly quiet with soft, comfortable beds. Housekeeping was very polite, asking if we needed service each day. Easy access to the surrounding area.

Place was renovated and rooms look good, new decor, clean. Breakfast okay, nothing special. First roomie were in, fridge was iced-up. We got moved to another room. Second room, toilet seat cracked, got replaced. On the 26th we went to Branson, when we came back next day, there was water on the floor, Housekeeper must run dishwasher. We notified front desk and didn't use it again. Just bought Dawn and a scrub sponge. New Year would be considered quiet if it wouldn't be for some people who decided to play basketball at 3am. I'm pretty sure those were not the guest since we saw three day before that a group of people from the local housing next to the hotel enjoying the game.Location of the hotel is great near the highway, few restaurants and bars. Close to the University.

I loved spending the weekend in the hotel. Definitely booking again for future trips!

Room was great but needs sound-proofing. Could hear guests walking in room above and guests across the hall woke us both mornings opening and closing door to room and loud kids.

Hotel and room were great! The shower and lack of hot water was not. It was lukewarm at best. Thats the only thing i would change, but its a big deal to not have a hot shower after a long day.

Loved everything except the fact that only one elevator worked. Made it incredibly painful for me to walk to only working elevator. Had surgery on left leg 4 day’s ago. I didn’t complain or say anything because what are they going to do… carry me? Otherwise we will search out Hilton Suites on our next journey.

Stayed here a second time for college-related activities nearby. The room was great, but we didn't end up having a desk in the room this time, which made it harder to work. Additionally, the front desk staff both this time and last time were cold and unfriendly. The breakfast was much better this time!

Love the hotel. The only downside we had is that it smelled like smoke in the room as soon as you walked in. I know I shouldn’t even talk about it due to me not bringing it up to the front desk, but other than that love the room.

This hotel is being renovated, but this did not impact our stay. Our room was beautifully updated and the construction did not interfere with services provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. The location allows easy access to travel. We will stay here again when in Fayetteville!

The property is beautiful and truly dog friendly. One can leave their dog in the room and go, it’s not required to bring the dog with you, like some other hotels. There’s even a hang tag to warn housekeeping to not let the pet out. I will be on the lookout for Homewood Suites in the future when I travel.

Nice Clean Property

The only issue we had was that the bathroom and suite door would not close completely. We were in room 107. I did not tell the staff, but I should have so that it could be fixed for the next person staying in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and pretty.

I will stay here again. Perfect for more than a couple with the fold out couch in the living room.

The hotel is almost done with renovations. Our room was updated and very clean. It was a series of small inconveniences that if fixed by our next I would definitely give it a 5 star overall rating. First, the dog stations did not have bags in them. We travel with our own but they do help for guests to help keep the property clean. Second, it was odd but our cushions weren't on the couch. Third, we have food allergies so we get rooms with kitchens as we do food prep and cooking when on the road. The room only had one plate for a room that can sleep upto eight, no forks, no spoons. I am guessing other guests were having issues as we kept finding rocks propping the doors open but our cards would randomly work at the exterior doors. We'd have to walk all the way back back to the other side of the property to the main lobby and then all the way back to our room via hallways. We got new keys but didn't help. The breakfast is typical Homewood Suites breakfast. Breakfast area and lobby was very clean and remodeled. The front desk was very professional especially the morning crew. Normally, the items I listed wouldn't bother but since we paid almost $300 for one night, details are important. We stay in the area a couple times a year and will definitely give it another try.

What I didn’t like that much was that there was not much variety on selections for breakfast. But everything else is great.

The one thing about the hotel is that it advertises that had a bar however it does not have a bar. It has a beer and wine service only on Wednesdays. This was not one of the determining factors of us picking this hotel, but it was a feature that we were excited about so we could come in after our day have a drink in our hotel and then go to our room rather than having to drive somewhere to do so

Our 2nd stay in 3 months this room 115 in need of updates lights out in bathroom under microwave and table lamp. Suite chair very worn and needed cleaned. Really time for an update.

The staff was friendly. We stayed in a different room this visit, and this room was great! We were well pleased. I would love to see non-pork meat options for breakfast. That would be fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next stay.

The property was well attended, with nice staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was fantastic. However, this is the second time we stayed at this establishment. We stayed in the exact same room as before. The toilet seat was peeling, and the faucet in the kitchenette was loose and moved every time we turned it on. More breakfast meat options with turkey or beef would have been good. Had these issues been addressed, our stay would have been stellar!

Enjoyed my quiet stay. The only complaint was, we are early risers, breakfast at this Hotel was not served till 7:00. Used to most Hotels serving at 6:30 at the latest.

I didn’t know that the hotel was under renovation when I booked this property and probably wouldn’t have if I did. The outdoor space listed on the website was not available and neither was the pool as far as I could see. Although Staff were professional, The breakfast was mediocre at best with little food options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, however the furnishings in the rooms were old and worn. This property was a disappointment to me in that every Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at in the past have been top notch. Won’t stay here again.

There is construction remodeling happening. End of the hall was taped off. But, the receptionist • male, very kind & helpful, the room was clean and a lot bigger than I expected.

The stay was nice. The rooms were nice and clean. A quiet outdoor area to enjoy. The only negative was the air to our room did not work well. I reported it the next morning. The staff was super nice.

The staff was very accommodating upon our entry. They gave us water bottles and wished us a happy stay. We had an issue with the bathroom door not locking and they sent someone out quickly to fix it. Top notch. The only negative I saw was the breakfast was a bit of a let down. No biscuits and gravy or and food wasn't all that great but it was free.

When I checked into my room, we were in there for 20 mins and heard a loud sound come from the bathroom. The air vent fell from the ceiling. We were moved to a room across the hall and that room had a leak at the bottom of the toilet and the air in the living room area would keep popping off bc the button in the unit was loose. We had to keep pushing it back over to on throughout the night.

Second time staying here. Comfortable and great location for us brought us back. Disappointed that I opened the dishwasher and there were plates from the previous guests in it. Question if I need to stay at one of the other hotels in same area!

The hotel was clean(other than the renovation parts). Beds were comfortable and nice room. The worst part was the breakfast. The sausage was good both days but the tator tots one day and potatoes 2nd day were awful. Eggs were ur typical hotel eggs. I was expecting some biscuits with gravy since that’s so easy. It was enough to where I would choose a different hotel! But I put a lot of value in the breakfast.

Would’ve been a 5 star had there been better pillows. None of us slept well and all 4 of us agreed it was due to the pillows. Easy fix that would make all the difference. Otherwise, clean with friendly staff and great location.

I didn’t realize they are doing renovations in the lobby, however it didn’t affect the breakfast area in the morning . Breakfast wasn’t great but most “free continental breakfasts” usually aren’t. The room was clean and spacious. I didn’t think the bed was comfortable at all so I didn’t sleep well-matress was too firm for my liking but my daughter slept great and said her bed was fine. Overall a nice place very convenient to UofA, restaurants and whatever you might need. I would definitely stay here again!

I only have conditions a 3 star rating. That was due to ongoing renovations that were beyond the employees' control and will only increase future experiences in a positive way. We will stay there again in the near future.

I was given a room which had clogged toilet issues long before I got there. After 2 visits with 2 different people with plungers, I finally had to pack up my clothes & move to another room. There is MAJOR construction going on here. It was hugely inconvenient getting around while men are laying tiles. I could not wait in the lobby while my room was getting cleaned. So I was asked to leave & go to the neighboring hotel’s lobby to wait. Arkansas’ hotels did not meet my expectations. Hugely inconvenient!

Property is being remodeled and not great signage related to that so you don’t know where to walk/where to avoid. We checked in, went to suite and toilet was clogged. Called front desk from room.. busy signal. Called from cell phone and got a person. Staff ask “would u like me to send someone up”. Yes, there is only one toilet in room. Guy comes up and wants to just hand me plunger. Had to tell him to go to bathroom to handle. Room is dated and shows singing ware (hence the remodel) but was clean aside from toilet issue and the way the staff responded

Staff very friendly. Lobby very nice. Room was lower average. Bathroom was dated. Toilet very noisy at all times so we kept the door closed. I asked for washcloths and was told they didn’t have any at all. Breakfast was fair and the staff servicing the buffet was nice.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in our stay at Homewood Suites Fayetteville, Arkansas. When I booked online, I booked a king size suite with tub/ shower combination. When we arrived, we had a queen bed and a shower only. I called the desk but they couldn’t help because we booked through a third party.

We stayed in a Studio Suite w/1 King Bed and were very pleased! With a sofa bed for our adult son, it had what felt like a memory foam mattress & and a nice bonus of a full kitchen! The full-size refrigerator makes a big difference when you have take-out containers & your cokes/water bottles. It was a spacious suite with at least 5 electrical outlets/USB outlets per person!! Outstanding! Also, the wall mounted TV could be pivoted to face the bed or the sofa. The only disappointment was the hot tub was no longer there (remodeling). There was also a free hot breakfast provided. Will look for Homewood Suites for future travels!

Our check in took half an hour and phone calls with Travelocity. Apparently the reservation never transferred, despite me having a confirmation email from Travelocity for Homewood Suites. The hotel should have just given us a room while the issue between your companies was worked out. Instead we all sat in lobby with our luggage, exhausted from a long day of travel.

Hotel was clean and lived up to my expectations. However breakfast did not. I chose Homewood Suites because of a fantastic experience with one in another state (Albuquerque, NM). Fayetteville was typical of all the others. And it cost more too.

My husband and I came to visit our granddaughter and decided to try and new place to stay. From the moment I walked, which was earlier than normal checkin time, Mike, was absolutely the best. Personally went to check the room to make sure it was ready. The hotel was clean, and inviting. Had a sturdy cart for luggage. We got in our room and it was every bit as good as the other $$$ hotel we had stayed at before. This is our "go to" hotel from now on when we are in that area. Fantastic place.

Really good stay. We will most likely stay here again, however there were two issues. We used the sheets for the fold out couch. Both sheets had multiple hairs on them. Not just small hairs, very long noticable hairs. Quite obvious those sheets hadn't been washed. We requested new sheets, no big deal. Only other issue, we asked for a receipt at checkout, the receipt only shows the two drinks we purchased. Probably just a simple mistake, but frustrating at the same time. Overall, nice stay, cold air conditioning, and clean room.

Scrambled eggs first morning were extremely dry and not even warm. The following morning it was some type of biscuit with broken pieces of bacon and a sprinkling of some type of processed cheese powder!! Absolutely disgusting. The orange juice tasted like it was canned with artificial sweetener. Even the coffee brand was below average. This was supposed to be “Hilton”quality. Far from it! That type of experience resulted in the probability of never using “Hilton”again, not only my choice but my family members and two business colleagues. Better food could be found in a homeless shelter!! .
