Rated high, but far from it. Little to no breakfast items, hairball on our towels, stain on one comfortor, construction workers sitting on the sidewalks and took up back half of the hotel. Ice machine located in a very small laundry room that was dirty and they didn't have a dryer. One of the staff members was extremely rude. General Manager apologized for his staff member and did credit me one night which was very appreciated.
- 4/5
Nice enough room. It was a satisfactory stay. Nothing particularly stood out, but it met expectations, and the staff was great.
- 1/5
Prepaid for two queen beds, instead got a bed and an uncomfortable cot. Breakfast had nothing hot, just cheap blueberry muffins, a little fruit, and the most basic grab'n'go items you can think of. The grounds felt very unsafe, folks were smoking weed and more all over the property. It's the first time I've felt unsafe at a hotel in a long time. I almost never leave Expedia reviews, but I had to do so this time. I can at least say the folks working at the desk were nice. I'll never stay here again, this one was a one and done. If we don't feel safe, that's too much to overcome.
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The water in the shower never got hot. I told the staff and he said they were in a fight with the utilities. So, apparently they knew. Would've been nice to know there was no hot water at check in. The continual breakfast sucked. It was a muffin that had nuts and my son is allergic to nuts and cereal. That was it. The room was fairly clean, but some stains on the sheets. It was updated so the room itself wasn't bad.

Everything overall was great. The breakfast was pretty whimpy little muffins, oatmeal, juice and coffee.
- 2/5
Had to change rooms 3 times because the first room smelled like pet urine. They knew it smelled badly because they didn’t hesitate to give us another room. The 2nd room had no microwave or refrigerator so we changed rooms again. The “breakfast bar”was a few tangerines, juice and sugary yogurt. The air conditioner worked great and the staff was nice.

Did not sleep well the first night. Had to switch rooms on the second night due to consistent noise coming from storage rooms next to our room. Possibly water heater knocking sound. Overall the stay was okay.

- 1/5
Extremely filthy room, smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, rude staff, attempting to add unnecessary charges.
- 1.5/5
Front desk Gave us keys to an already occupied room!! Dark rooms Strongly smelled of cleaning solutions unpleasant. OVERLY PRICED for type of room and service!! Price gouging for a specialty event
- 4/5
Clean room and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Price was a lot higher than we wanted, but it was graduation weekend. The continental breakfast is very minimal for the price we paid. But the hotel was rather quiet and we slept well which was the most important thing to us!

The room was clean. Breakfast was very simple, yogurt, fruit, muffins, toast, cereal. Good for oa night’s sleep.

The floor was clean enough to wear socks in.

I just needed to stay for the weekend with my Yorkie. The room was clean & plenty of room for my dog. It’s perfect for brining a pet. There’s a park next to the property & we took my dog got a walk. I was very upset because my key worked but the door knob wouldn’t open my door consistently. The young gentleman who checked me in was great & very apologetic; but I feel like they should’ve offered me another room. Of course the next day the office manager didn’t know what was going on-the door opened. Of course. But my concern was that it may not open the next time. I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast because I was afraid i wouldn’t be able to get back in my room. But otherwise it room was comfortable.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast is lacking, especially for those on dietary restrictions and a group of picky kids. There is a fridge & microwave so I’ll have to bring my own breakfast next time.

An okay stay. Don’t expect anything fancy but it’s a good hotel to get you by.

- 3/5
Room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Sheets and bed spread had stains that were not pleasant to see. Not sure what the stains were, but should not have been on a bed. Definitely a continental breakfast, and underwhelming. Wi-Fi didn't work, and no instructions on how to connect. Not worth the price I had to pay.

Todo estuvo excelente, y bastante cómodo el precio sin duda me volveré a hospedar la próxima vez que venga a Arkansas

- Clean room and lobby - Well supplied room CONS: - Sparse breakfast of toast, muffins, and yogurt. Cereal dispensers were empty and not refilled. - A/C was loud -Water in shower was lukewarm and never hot - Rooms in front are noisy with interstate traffic - Mattress was hard and worn out. We tended to roll to the middle throughout the night. When I stopped at the hotel at noon, we asked if the room was ready in order for us to leave our luggage. We had several sporting events to attend and didn’t want to leave my wife’s make-up, etc., in a hot car. The room was ready and nothing further was needed for us to move in. The manager gave us the keys. When we went to pay the bill, a $25 fee was added for early check-in. I’ve traveled a lot in my work and I have never encountered a few of this nature. I suppose early check-in means a possibility of more electricity usage, but this seems an unnecessary add-on since the room was ready. We paid the fee, but others take note this fee exists.

- 2/5
Horrible it’s clean but old and the “breakfast” is your choice of apples or oranges won’t be going back too expensive for that
- 3/5
The door didn’t lock well and was very hard to get open with the key. It is noisy- walls are thin! Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Property allows pets, was easy to find and staff was very welcoming.

The staff was great and responded promptly and cheerfully to our inquiries. The property was clean and the breakfast area well stocked. The exterior landings on both external stairways were rusted and worrisome, and there was an uncovered outlet behind the mattress.

- 2/5
My room’s shower wasn’t cleaned before I arrived and through the night/day there was a loud hammering noise in my room that caused sleep disruption. It sounded like a water boiler or tank issue.
- 1/5
Mattress had plastic cover that was very loud and uncomfortable. TV was left on in the empty room next door and played loudly all night. Needless to say, we did not sleep well/at all. Room could have been cleaner. Cigarette holes in the curtains. Staff was barely sympathetic to my issues. Overall, they were not very welcoming. We went several days after winter weather and the parking lot was a sheet of ice, making it dangerous to walk from room to vehicle. We will not be staying here again. Screen shotting this review in case it gets deleted.
- 5/5
Wish the refund from your deposit would come back a little quicker but I still love this hotel
- 4/5
The room was clean but light fixtures and towel bars were rusted. Breakfast was minimal with 2 kinds of sugar cereal, packets of oatmeal, a juice machine, and some white bread with jam.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and smelled nice and the bed really comfortable.
- 2/5
Breakfast was abysmal. We went at 8 o’clock and there was hardly anything left even though the service was to be from 6 AM to 9 AM. They clearly did not restock to save a few bucks.
- 4/5
The room wasn’t spotless but it was way better than the last hotel we stayed at. I was shocked that the sink was not in the bathroom. I would have preferred they be attached so we would have a door.
- 5/5
I am pleased with the service, cleanliness, and is quiet and comfortable. This is well worth the stay.
- 5/5
The overall experience was great. The night manager was very pleasant and helpful. The room was in good condition except that the continuous air didn’t work and the charging ports on the lamp didn’t work. Even with these small issues I would recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Room was ok but was told the day before by an Employee that I would be able to get an early check in as long as it was noon or after. Upon arrival at noon they refused to honor that and I was charged a $25 fee for early check in. The metal stairway was rusted and very sketchy looking.
- 2/5
It was not a continental breakfast like advertised, there weren't any eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits or gravy. Staff was friendly but I asked for a discount, not refund, because of being cold all night due to not having any heat. I was told she would have to get with manager and see what he said. It's been a week now and I haven't received a response or credit to my account.

Room was very clean. Last minute booking and front desk was friendly. Paid $50 cash deposit and received it back right after checkout after housekeeping confirmed to front desk room was clear. Would book again
- 5/5
Nice quiet stay. No issues. Comfortable bed.

Ok
- 4/5
This location is very convenient to UARK campus, dining and Walmart. The hotel is pet friendly and we did not have any trouble finding grassy areas for our pets. The room was comfortable and clean except for the floor. It was so dirty I did go to Walmart and bought a Swiffer Power Mop and mopped the floor 2x before the floor looked clean...other than in need of some updating this is my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived to breakfast after 9a, the female MOD made a fresh pot of coffee for me.
- 5/5
A hot breakfast would be nice. The obviously new mattress was a plus for my wife and I who enjoyed a great night's rest!
- 5/5
Clean room, AC worked great, great location
- 3/5
Bedding was clean. The property was pretty dated.
- 1/5
Toilet didn’t work the last day we there from Saturday at 4 until Sunday when we checked out. Staff had no solutions but to tell me to go use a restroom at a gas station.

- 1/5
The towels were damp — it seemed they were either used and refolded or not properly dried. There was also a small brown smudge above the light switch near the toilet, which was the last straw. We spoke with the manager less than an hour after checking in. They were polite and offered another room, which smelled slightly better, but after seeing the condition of the first, we decided not to stay. At $180 a night, it wasn’t worth half that. Unfortunately, they didn’t refund our money, but we found another hotel and had a much better stay.
- 3/5
This hotel is not ideal for me. But for others, it may be OK. It is a motel to be exact so you enter from the parking lot. That should’ve been my first clue that it wasn’t gonna be the best of the best. I only stayed at this place because it was the last thing I could get short notice. Parking was an issue around the complex.
- 5/5
I liked the rooms and the staff. I would recommend.
- 3/5
Nice gentleman at the front desk
- 5/5
No complaints.
- 1/5
Our room smelled awful. Like vinegar and stale cigarette smoke, we had a non smoking room. The bedding was stained on both beds. Also the comforter had a cigarette burn. We left a day early from that hotel. Breakfast was either cereal, toast, or yogurt. Nothing hot.
- 1/5
Extra charge for room service? Have to pay the room service fee to even get extra towels at the desk myself? Three towels for a 3 night stay for 2 people? Then the woman working the desk had a horrible attitude and repeated the exact same answer no matter how you worded the question. No explanations. Just simple statements. No coffee maker in the room. Construction next door. Looks like it wouldnt be a bad place, but looks are decieving. Only thing good is that the room itself is laminate and clean appearing. No way will i stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Easy and convenient, clean rooms and on the highway!
- 2/5
When i made my reservation, i clicked that i wanted to pay cash at check-in. My card was charged the day before check-in for tge full amount. When we got into our room ( around 8 pm) there were black ink stains on the comforter, two broken lamp shades, the "clean" wash cloths on the counter were wadded in a pile with the soaps placed on top. I took time stamped pictures of damage since they took a 50$ deposit. The tv stand was also pulled away from the wall at an angle about 2-3 feet. We had to push it back to the wall to get to the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was toast, dry cereal and a bowl of fruit. I was also charged a 50$ deposit. I was told it would drop off after check out. 48 hrs later the 50$ went from pending to charged on my account. I still have an additional 50$ pending on my account. I am not happy
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection. Had trouble with room keys. Had to be reset multiple times.
- 3/5
Floors were very sticky, I used a towel to clean up some of it. Curtains have holes in them, rusty clothes rack. TV doesn’t work unless the staff comes and use a different remote. The facility needs up graded. Breakfast was much at all. The manager on duty was extremely nice and helpful.

Do not stay here. Mean staff and overpriced for big weekends.
- 1/5
When they went to check me out and inspect the room so I could get deposit back they said it smelled like smoke and neither me or my boyfriend even smoke and definitely did not smoke in room. So I feel like it was a scam just to keep more money.
- 4/5
The place was good , a little loud but to be expected by traveling construction people. Breakfast needs something hot not just cereal
- 1/5
For srarters the tub was filthy. Like someone poured drirty mop water in it. The fridge at some point quit and defrosted, ruining the items I'd placed in it and flooding the floor. I borrowed a mop and towels to clean up. I did not clean or use the tub. The pool was apparently off. I used equip near the pool to skim and scrape the bottom so my geankids could play. My complaints to staff, housekeeping and the manager before I left did nothing. I wasn't in a position to change hotels, or I would have left. I do not recommend staying there.
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and safe, always a great stay.
- 1/5
The room had an odor, there was something sticky in the floor, and there was no hot water to shower.
- 5/5
Nicely done!!
- 2/5
Booked and Checked in extremely late due to needing somewhere to stay after being discharged from nearby hospital with broken leg. Checking in involved having to ring a doorbell and talking through a drive thru type of window and not being allowed into lobby. Front desk person attempted to be helpful when I requested a first floor room due the broken leg. Person above us was talking loudly in a FaceTime call with music playing the entirety of the time I was unloading and assisting the patient out of the car (close to midnight.) Upon entry to the room the strong smell of cleaning products was over powering and the floor itself was sticky and slippery all at the same time. Crutch slipped, causing a fall and the need to go back to get the splint redone. Immediately went to front desk to request refund as I would be leaving and hadn’t been in the room for 5 min but was told I would have to take it up with Expedia.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I come to Fayetteville for the last 4 years . I love it but this last recent stay I got my receipt and they kept my deposit because they said it smelled like smoke .. I don’t smoke and the room smelled little musty when I checked in but I sprayed my perfume. I’m really upset on my deposit. I called and the manger has not called me back
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
Clean
- 1/5
In terrible need of updating. Not worth the 200 dollars it cost for one night.
- 5/5
Great room and clean. No problems with our stay.
- 5/5
Nice and quite especially located where it is.
- 2/5
Lots of bugs! There is a huge bug catcher in my room. I’m so exhausted I couldn’t drive the 4.5 hours home after moving my child into her apartment at college, if I wasn’t so tired, I would have skipped staying here and drove home. I’m completely freaked out by the bugs and the very loud noises.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean, it smelled fresh the carpet was clean and soft. The only “issue” was the window frame was a little jammed so it wasn’t able to be closed all the way and let a sliver of air in, but I’m sure that is an easy fix! The bathroom was clean and didn’t have a single speck of dust in it. I felt incredibly comfortable and safe as a mother spending the night there with my two small kids alone!
- 3/5
The front door had to be slammed shut from the outside.
- 1/5
I know guest behavior is out of the control of the hotel, but as a solo female traveler I felt incredibly unsafe and will not be returning to this location again. Room itself was of average quality. Duvet had a cigarette burn hole.

We had a good time visiting Fayeyteville for our granddaughters birthday. We stayed the weekend at this hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
Mattress was lumpy. TP holder and Kleenex holder were rusted. Toilet seat had what appeared to be a cigarette burn. Floor mat was dirty. Lamp shades were torn. It would cost very little to make these repairs. We did not stay second night. Clerk offered to reimburse me but couldn't since I had gone through you guys.
- 1/5
We arrived about 2:50 PM. My husband waited at the counter for a good 20 to 30 minutes. He was ringing the bell. He even time to yelled back and said hey is anybody here? Nobody came out and nobody said hold on and when she finally came out. She was very rude and said some unkind things. I went up there a little bit later to get some towels and nobody was at the front desk and I waited for a good 15 minutes
- 1/5
They toilet tissue and clean x receptacle were both completely rusted. It looks like that they have tried to update, but it needs much more work. My room had a very moldy smell. The pillows were like concrete and it was so noisy that I could not even sleep through the night. You could see daylight all around the door to the room
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved the beds & pillows.
- 4/5
Really the only issue I had was the TV wall didn’t have power. I had an extension cord in the work truck. It was late and I didn’t want call the front desk and move rooms.
- 5/5
Perfect for a stay overnight. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was nothing over the top, but a nice start to the day.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Just Fine
- 3/5
Fairly mediocre facility. Needs a coat of paint and could do with minor maintenance in the room. Manager was pretty unfriendly. I suppose you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Room was dirty beds were stained Wi-Fi didn’t reach the rooms
- 3/5
Property was fine for the most part, but our room had a FUNKY smell (kinda like pee?), and was very humid. Also the floors were filthy. My wife was excited to use the pool, but there were tons of bugs and whatnot floating in the pool, and no skimmer to be found. Staff were very friendly though, area was quiet, and air conditioning worked great.
- 5/5
Very clean staff was very nice

This "Hotel" is completely horrible. Cards constantly not working, and was even given a key card that did not work. Limited towels—wouldn't give more due to a towel "being dirty". Well if we're limited towels, we're using the same ones, hanging them up to dry, and reusing. White towels, will NOT STAY WHITE. A pole within the shower moves, slides, and even comes off, THAT IS A SAFETY HAZARD. When just grabbing the handle it comes off, yet it can be put back on—NOT STABLE. Worst customer service, Wouldn't give us a new key due to needing an ID, I was 40 minutes away arranging something for a funeral, yet I was the only one able to get a new key. It was pouring raining outside and the person I came with had to wait. Not even able to get a keycard—Yet they're over 18. I understand they may be rules and regulations but why are the key cards messing up in the first place randomly. We paid 50 for a deposit, and wasn't gonna give it back if the room was messed up or dirty, YET THERE WAS CIGARETTE BUDS UNDERNEATH THE BED, that means the bed isn't being moved as the room gets cleaned. What else could be under there?? And then on top of that there's bricks to hold up the ac—completely ghetto. On top of that we paid 300+ & a 50 dollar deposit for something like this? & The roads are horrible so many pot holes. On top of getting new towels & new key cards, a woman was standing there for so long by somewhere at the front desk, not helping me or the person i came with. Overall, never again.

First room at 3:00am due to storms & us arriving late but already checked in, was not cleaned at all. TV was still on as if the previous guests would be right back. Had to stay in the king suite with the cardboard mattress on the pull out couch. Breakfast was very slim. Waffle, 1 type of muffin daily, orange or apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, cereal, & yogurt. Many people had problems with their room cards. One couple got locked apart around 5pm cst Saturday. 1 was locked inside the room, while the other was locked outside. Someone worked on the door for almost an hour to get it opened. They went to a different hotel. Towels are old & worn out. Ceilings in the rooms on the bottom floor, sagged & needed inspected for mold. The shower head was fixed at 5’7 so my son (6’3”) had a hard time showering after baseball games. The TV worked sometimes. We thought it was due to the storms but there seemed to be no satellite dishes to be interfered with. The pool was outside only & for kids mainly. Would not recommend. So many other options that are better.

Everything.

Cleanliness

The room had a strange smell. While I appreciated the fact that the mattress was protected with a plastic cover, it made a crinkling noise making the sleeping experience feel less than welcoming.

- 4/5
Room was great! Location was even better! Bottom level, right across from the pool, just all around great experience! Breakfast could of been bigger options than just cereal and waffles, but other than that, I don't complain too much. Just a clean bed and a nice shower is all I care about. I'd stay again! Not too expensive but doesn't break the bank either. A little above average. I'd give 5 stars, but more variety for Breakfast. Staff was attentive and alert always. Helping as well.
- 5/5
My stay was excellent! The mattress was amazing, slept like a baby. Highly recommend. I was there on a really busy graduation and ball games weekend. The price was way better than most in the area.
- 4/5
Beds maybe new they still had the plastic around the mattresses.
- 4/5
The Centennial Park nearby is amazing
- 4/5
It was much better than expected. The shower was hot!
- 3/5
Very comfortable. Very basic clean room. Problem with door not closing properly. Returned to room after service to find the door not closed properly. We figured out if we slammed it really hard it would close. Maintenance man came to fix, went off to find a screw and never returned.
- 4/5
The property was decent for the price. Easy access to the interstate.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Had too many bugs inside.
- 5/5
Room was decent, great for the price, would recommend, not 5 or 4 star.
- 5/5
Easy to find and use. Nice employees.
- 4/5
No issues. I would definitely recommend it.
- 1/5
Very unprofessional. Staff acted like we were in a third world country..
- 1/5
The first room they put me in had a huge hole in the mattress. They changed my room and the Sheets were stained. Towels were stained. The shower had hair from the people before. The lady at the front desk did not want to give me her name she was an Indian woman, and didn’t want to give me my refund for the stay.
- 5/5
Quick stop in Fayetteville and it was a good stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was a true continental but had enough for a good start to the day.
- 5/5
It was fine, near a nice park to walk at.
- 1/5
I stayed two nights. Very noisy and terribly rude when I checked out. I had left my phone and keys at my son’s house Saturday night so Sunday morning I requested more time to check out and explained my situation. I had no way to reach him and they would not let me make a long distance call nor call for me. The front desk said I needed to get out of the room and call the police for help. I called my mom who has a local number, she called my son to come get me. She called back to hotel to tell them he was on his way. The front desk demanded his name and phone number! She was very rude to my mom also. My son arrived at 11:40 am and she was very rude to him as well. I have never been treated so badly in all my travels. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this hotel!
- 2/5
When I went to check in I had to wait on him I waited at least 5 minutes…The TV did not work either and when I called the front desk he did not answer…
- 1/5
The property is conveniently located to all areas of interest. This is about it for the perks of the property. At first glance the room was fine, it was spacious and seemed clean. After a long drive I wanted to shower and that’s where it all went down hill. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. On the surface towels were changed(I hope), trash was taken out, but it wasn’t wiped down. The counter was dirty with some sort of lotion, the toilet seat had marks on it and the worst part there was hair(appeared to be pubic hair) in the shower. When I asked the front office if they could clean it, he responded that they didn’t have cleaning staff on duty. So I asked for wipes, he gave me a towel and spray. He wasn’t rude, but I would expect they at least try to rectify the problem. The next day, all I got was clean towels and trash taken out. There was no cleaning of the room at all. There was handprints on the headboard and so much dust build up by the beds and bathroom doors. It’s clear the cleaning standards at this location are very minimal.

I would say the pictures and previous reviews definitely made it look more charming than in person. Our room was dirty, the door handle seemed not as secure as one would hope and it was very outdated and dingy.

The hotel was a great location and convenient.

It was decent.

People pounding on our door, dogs barking. We finally left at 3:15 am

Property was clean and close to all Fayetteville activities

They charged me for a room I didn’t even stay in. I cancelled my reservation a week BEFORE I booked it and they still ended up charging my card without my permission.

It was a good stay

It was nice and clean inside room

Sunday breakfast was bad. Waffles and cereal are not my view of breakfast. The rest of the stay was good.

Your front desk employee was spectacular.

This was a very filthy hotel, there was black mold inside the restroom, looked like blood all over shower curtain. They had mattresses laid out everywhere around the pool area and a bunch of guys outside there rooms drinking loud music and very loud.

The door to my room wouldn’t open or close.

Excellent stay. Clean hotel and room.

Was really cold and got check in outside in the freezing weather and on top of it they were training someone while we wait, If you come after 11 pm, like last minute reservation forget about going in. TV didn’t work apparently room was not in conditions to be given out to costumers according to the morning desk staff but we did.

Perfect for a family visit over the holiday

It was fine fior one night but didn’t feel as safe and needs a good update

The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great! The only thing I can say that was a challenge is that Shiloh drive is a one way road that you cannot access easily. You have to enter off a side road at the Hampton Inn/Italian restaurant, go behind several other hotels, eventually winding to the side of Days Inn. Watch for the hotel sign along the drive when you are about to give up!

Great value, close to eveurhting in Fayetteville, 6 minutes from U of A campus. Free breakfast did not disappoint. Will return for game nights.

Hotel was convenient and easy access to the stadium and arena. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had some strange noises during the day and especially during the night. Made it hard to sleep at night. Room 114 .

Stayed here for a woopigweekend and everything was great. The staff was friendly, my room was updated and clean and it’s close to the university. Don’t let the outside deter you from staying here. They are working very hard to make this a really nice, affordable option.

Always a good stay.

The counter was not cleaned because there was dry toothpaste by the faucet. A small worm crawling in the bathroom. Footprints could be seen on floor.

It started out fine on Friday evening the 15th, though finding mold on the bedside lampshade was a little surprising; tepid water for shower Saturday morning @7 a little surprising, but fine on the 17th. The major disappointment was being awakened around 6 AM on Sunday the 17th by workers loud talking, playing music, drilling and sawing concrete and tile for pool repairs. Then walking to our car across a parking lot with concrete wash water all over.

Toilet kept running every flush.

I have only one item. I asked for a handicap with a king size bed and got a queen size bed that was less than 12 inches off the floor. Very hard to get out of. Other than that, thumbs up.

I would most definitely recommend this hotel for anybody coming into Fayetteville for the weekend.

Great place to stay! Clean and Convenient,

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place close to Razorback stadium. Very accommodating to our needs.

Expensive considering all the mold in the room and bathroom. Hotels in Fayetteville are all REALLY overpriced. They take advantage of parents coming to visit their kids in college. It's ridiculous.

It all great.
