Nothing it was terrible I booked for a pool party and when we arrived pool was freezing cold and they would not help me get a refund or even a discount.

The staff was extremely nice! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My daughter even said the rollaway bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay here again!

Pricey room for no breakfast or food amenities at all. Water pressure very low. Shower lukewarm at best. Gym sub-par (treadmills way too close together - that was awkward). Only clean every other day - unacceptable. No mirrors in room besides bathroom.

Fun weekend trip.

It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The property is GORGEOUS. I stayed at Hyatt and Sleep Inn and honestly, just go with Courtyard. Every single staff member was super kind and courteous - even when I called to confirm twice that the hot tub worked and wasn’t scheduled for maintenance, haha. We wanted a hot tub, okay? Haha anyway, the entire property is nice, convenient and the staff was super nice. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Friendly and clean and quiet

Although the hotel seems older, you can tell it is well managed and housekeeping is on its toes. Very nice smell throughout the hotel. Several nice hotels within the area that are surrounded by great dining options.

We were warmly greeted by the staff and had a very easy and breezy check in. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Received a $40 charge after I left that was not disclosed when I booked.

It was okay. We were most excited about the pool and hot tub. They were dirty😞. There was some kind of particles in the bed. No free breakfast. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price. The positive was that the hotel was conveniently located close to everything.

Stayed for 5 nights. The beds & pillows weren't very comfortable. We were told that housekeeping comes in every-other-day. We got there on a Wednesday. They did not come in on Friday. I spoke to the front desk about it on Saturday morning. They said we must've had our do not disturb sign on the door. We made sure we took it off the door just so housekeeping would come in, but they didn't. Suddenly the issue was our fault. I paid a lot of money to stay there. I expect better.

Have stayed here many times. Unfortunately it's due for some remodeling, and finally a new owner is in place and will do it. There are 2 elevators, only one in service during our stay. However, we never had to wait for the elevator. Amenities in the room were scant, like no hand cream. We could easily get more towels, however, by asking. Great staff, very helpful.

My biggest complaint is that this hotel has no mirrors outside of the bathroom. So if someone was showering or using restroom I had nowhere to fix hair/makeup.

Accommodating staff

The staff was amazing! I was there for just a quiet night away from my kids, but there was a sports team staying there at the time. The front staff gave me a room on the top floor at theend of the hall in the quietest partof thebuilding. They even broyght up my door dash because there was a language barrier with the delivery driver. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I had a very relaxing stay.

Room was.comfortable and clean. Good location for restaurants and shopping.

The staff went out of their way to welcome us to the facility. We were offered use of the outdoor area for a small family/friend gathering to celebrate our daughter's law school graduation. Thank you very much!

Clean, very convenient. One queen bed was too soft and lumpy. Towel rack broke as we left. Staff friendly upon our check out report about towel rack and sent maintenance to fix for next guest.

Honestly the cleanest place I have stayed since precovid. The bed was comfy the rooms were very nice and the cleanliness displayed great work ethic from the housekeeping.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful my room was comfortable with a nice shower. The water pressure in the sink was low and I was surprised when I returned to my room the second night that the room was not clean and no new towels apparently I needed to request if I wanted this service. The lobby was under construction and breakfast is not included. I will be sure to check if theses items are included or not when I make my next reservation.

We have always enjoyed staying at Courtyard Marriotts. The rooms are spacious. There's a restaurant and bar. There's places to sit around with a group. There's an indoor pool for the kids.

The property was in great condition. Convenient to all types of shopping and restaurants. The shower pressure was fantastic.

Convenient location. Upon check-in staff was supervising a new employee. There was a mix-up twice on giving us keys to the room that didn't work. Turned out we were given keys to the wrong room number. It took double & triple checking to solve the problem; staff who helped us apologized profusely. We couldn't find how to "set" the temperature control.

It's a beautiful property, next to a hike and bike trail. Many nearby restaurants, Starbucks, shops, workout facility. We didn't need the pool but it was closed for several days. When here last with granddaughter, we enjoyed the pool and would have been disappointed to arrive and not had it.

We liked everything about the Marriott but one thing. For the amount we paid we thought there should have been a breakfast. It was disheartening that if we wanted to eat breakfast there is was going to cost an extra $20 on top of the already high room fee.

We had a great stay here! Reagan checked us in and she was lovely...very friendly and made us feel welcomed!! The hotel is in a wonderful area....at the mall...so there is nothing lacking in the way of shopping and restaurants. The room was very nice...had everything you needed...fridge, MW and coffee maker. There was a baseball team staying in the hotel but Reagan put us in a room far enough away that we never heard the kids! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Did not like there was no complementary coffee in the lobby. I understand that there is a restaurant, but I went down from 4th floor without my wallet, expecting complimentary coffee, The coffee stations in the rooms are"okay" but are basic.

The hotel was very clean and nice. We had a problem with our coffee maker, and we had a new one delivered to our room within a couple minutes. They were very responsive.

Shower valve did not work in shower. I notified front desk of issue and was told someone would be there to fix it in approximately an hour (quite understandable being the weekend). Three and a half hours went by and I have inquired again about issue. Was told once again that the maintenance guy was an hour away.

It was good but disappointed breakfast was not included is a big let down

I left a completed card with the gentleman at the front desk when we checked out with a suggestion for the shower safety rails. I took a fall out of the tub onto the floor yesterday morning and had a restless night last night with upper back and neck pain. I just had neck surgery 6 weeks ago and am a bit concerned I may have done damage! Please review my report. Thanks, Emma Beals

We were given a handicap accessible room, which was huge. Hotel is very nice, very attractive. But we brought back dinner leftovers and a brownie to warm, not realizing there was no microwave. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a room without a microwave - it's fairly standard now.
