Our room was dirty. There was a smear of dirt on the curtains, short hairs in the tub and something wiped across the wallpaper on one of the walls inside of the bathroom. The tub faucet was unstable and was loose.

Great location - close to lots of activities, restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. The breakfast time could have been better stocked. Both mornings the paper goods and seemed to run out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end.

It did take a little longer than expected to check in because our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but besides that everything was fine. The streaming options on the TV were the best I've seen in a hotel. Solid place to stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I am a frugal person, so I wish it cost less. But if facilities and staff would be worse, than I'll have to pay to play.

Traveled with newborn and the ac was out. No technician on site and would have to travel from another town. Couldn’t stay in the room and all rooms were booked. Would not recommend.

Great place to stay for our mini vacation.

The room was clean! The bathtub plug didn’t work, so no bath, but shower was good. Lots of variety for breakfast. Unfortunately the chocolate milk had gone bad.

Some rather minor items kept this from being a 5 star stay. Crazy loud squeak on bathroom door was loud enough to wake some sleeping soundly. Loose faucet handle in vanity. Bed was very firm, actually hard would be a better description.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out was easy. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The AC unit had a high pitch sound that only went away if you turned the unit off or on fan mode only. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We did not get into town until close to midnight for check in or we would have requested another room. Beds were pretty comfortable though and the breakfast selection was decent. Staff was polite.

We arrived really early, yet they were able to get us in our room. Since we didn't have a vehicle we utilized ORT on demand! Alexis on the front desk was the most pleasant. Kind and helpful person ever.

I was surprised by the healthy options. I normally don't eat the breakfast. I had eggs with salsa, turkey sausage and chobani Greek Yogurt. Very good.

Property looks fairly new, but inside the room things were surprisingly low quality - as though the builder put in the cheapest fixtures and materials they could. Wallpaper was peeling on one wall, sink stopper didn't work, a bit of black mold where tub meets the tile, and the tub creaked ominously while showering (and I'm not very heavy). No substantial issues, but I imagine it will not wear well.

Very nice facility with friendly helpful staff. Smelled good. Comfy bed. Great, quiet location near lots of dining and shopping. Only cons, rooms are not at all sound proof. Heating unit had a hot, unpleasant smell.

When I entered my room on the first floor, the A/C was blasting on high and there was a terrible strong musty odor inside. I had to run to Walmart to get some air freshener because it was unbearable. After shutting off the A/C, I determined the issue was with the A/C and sent a message to the manager about it. NEVER heard back from the manager and I had to spray again the next day as it was quite warm and I had to turn the A/C on again. The room itself was okay and the service other than the manager ignoring me was good, but they need to do something about that smell.....YUCK!!

Room was nice size but bed was hard. Limited TV channels to watch . Bathroom vent did not work & low on toilet paper. Breakfast was fair. Good locations to nearby restaurants. Staff was very polite.

The rooms where ok, lights on the bed did not work, when they cleaned the bed they did not take trash TV didn't work half the time and if it did it was so loud everyone complained about it. Nice area but that's it.

The beds were advertised as queen sized. They most definitely were full. There was also a misty smell that was coming out of the air conditioner. You could also see water damage to wallpaper.

Check in quick, great parking, restaurants within walking distance. Only issue we encountered was our room on highway side, so heard traffic throughout the night.

I did like the trail next to the hotel and the fitness room. I also left behind a computer charger cord which they have and I can pick up soon...so I do appreciate that.

I stayed here after a surgery and that night there was a tornado warning. Due to my condition I couldn’t make it down to the kitchen to shelter with the other guests so they opened a mechanical room on my floor to keep us safe. Amazing care and service. Once the warning cleared I went back to my clean and comfortable room and slept like a baby.

Staff was super friendly and responsive. I make periodic trips to Fayetteville and will definitely be back.

I like to stay in rooms where there hasn’t been pets because I’m allergic and think they stink. It would be nice if there were allocated rooms that don’t have pets allowed.

The hotel was quiet. The sound of the room Doors closing is a softer sound, less noticeable than most hotels. Room has a colorful filter-shade instead of sheers so there is no annoying gap in curtain. Main area decor changes with season, very fun fall decorations. Staff at front very friendly. Hotel is in a quieter area. The bacon at breakfast was crispy without being burnt and the scrambled eggs were just right, not dry.

We enjoyed our stay but in room 211 could not get temperature work properly on ac. Our room stayed warm snd stuffy at times during our overnight stay. But other than this minor issue everything was great and recommend this place.

The room was decently spacious, the sheets were dirty, linen had not been changed. Staff was not friendly.

The hotel is a very nice facility. (It should be; it's quite new.) The breakfast was excellent: waffle iron, eggs and sausage, decent oatmeal and bagels. The room was slightly on the small side but comfortable. Primary complaints: HVAC and hot water. The heater did not work at all for the first 12 hours. I called the desk and they sent maintenance. From that time onward, the heat just ran constantly; the thermometer in the thermostat eventually reached 90 degrees (though I'm sure that was a little high). I had to open the window, with an outside temp of 17 degrees, just to keep from sweating. The shower required literally 6 minutes to reach its top temperature. (If it matters, we were on the 3rd floor.)

Over all, we will definitely stay again. The 1 king bed room with a nice walk in shower was amazing. The whole hotel smells clean, even the 2 elevators were clean. Stayed on the second floor elevator was smooth ride, couldn't hear other rooms. We even had the opposing college team that played the hogs and we never heard the floors above us or below. (4 floors). Breakfast was hot and refreshed when got low. Offering chocolate milk, white, yogurt, toppings; granola, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. 1 waffle iron (which was BUSY), two day stay and both days was scrambled eggs and choice of sausage or turkey sausage, bread choices was biscuits, english muffin, variety of muffins (blueberry) , bagels, toast, and cereal. Coffee was not the best feature. (Watered down) They have half&half, cream or hazelnut. Offers hot tea as well. Oatmeal is also offered on the buffet.

This was a wonderful hotel off the main roads. Quiet and peaceful stay! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

Close to University and had breakfast as well

Staff was friendly, but had problems checking in. I found out later that they charged $160 on my credit card for room charge, but I had already paid my room in full a month before my stay. The charge is still on my credit card even though they assured me it would be taken off. I asked for extra wash cloths but never got them. Roll away bed was not in my room when we came back later in the evening. Had to ask for that again. They are way understaffed. I lost my diamond ring in the room but didn’t feel they were too concerned about it. Had to call twice to get them to look for it.

The staff was super nice and helpful, but the hallway was hot and smelled like dog poop. Our room was good except the tv remote didn’t work so we had to call to get a new one which is fine just inconvenient. The directions on all maps kept taking me to the highway that runs in front of the hotel with no entrance to the hotel parking lot so finding the actual entrance was difficult.

We were on the sun side and when I woke up at 3:30 am , the place was so well lit , I thought it was day break already, never had that happen before. And it was awesome, I over slept , but my guest had your breakfast and enjoyed it very much

The wifi quit working on the first day. Then came back next day and my room was not cleaned. Staff was not very helpful regarding my room not being cleaned.

Fantastic hot breakfast including cooked oatmeal. Bed was great. Very modern and nice. King room is not real large with no room for an upholstered chair, only the desk chair. For two it would be nice to have more seating, but we were only there one night, so no big deal. Great stay.

New property--very nice hotel, but hard to get to, even when visible from the road. Well-done room layout and bathroom. Grab bar for tub/shower, toiletries on wall. Desk chair but no other chair. Plenty of outlets and good lighting. Appreciated breakfast layout and staff, but no gravy for biscuits. Overall best night on this trip.

The room was clean but very small & out lock on the door didn’t work.. after 2 attempts with cards issued by the desk we finally got housekeeping to let us in. Went to the front desk on our way out & told the clerk who didn’t seem to be interested in helping us at all although she was doing nothing but sitting on a stool. When we returned to the hotel after 10 pm & a full day of moving our daughter into a new apartment for the new fall semester of college we told a different clerk about what had occurred.. she promptly followed us upstairs to our room to address the issue. Since we were checking out the following morning she was very nice & apologetic .. said she would have to contact maintenance for repairs but she let us back into our room.

It was ok but no restaurant within walking distance other than McDonald’s and thought it had an airport shuttle to Sanford but only to Orlando. Not hotel’s fault but Carnival TA had told me the airports were right next to each other and not true-35 miles apart

This was a very nice hotel! Comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and generous to accommodate an early check in to allow my wife and daughter to freshen up prior to her college tour. Only 3 minor complaints: Pillows offered minimal support. Breakfast was OK but not quite as nice as at comparable hotels. Finally the rooms had space to accommodate a lounge chair but there was not one. It would be a nice addition.

We checked in late in the evening ..got to our room & the TV wasn’t working .. nor the phone .. the hotel staff moved us into a room right next door without issue. The clerk said she’d report it to maintenance & was super friendly .. as we checked out the next day she inquired about our stay & made sure everything was ok. We will certainly stay there again.
