When we turned on the shower, the fire alarm would chirp for a good 30 minutes and then turn off on its own. Also, in the bathroom, there was a huntsman spider and dead German roaches smeared on the walls (my fiancé is in pest control and pointed it out to me). The breakfast was bland and just had a weird texture. Overall, it was a place to sleep. Thankfully we were out of the hotel most of the time. I wouldn't wanna stay here again.
- 5/5
I was a bit nervous staying here either very little knowledge of the brand. However…the bed was nice. The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. The staff was great! There was no problem finding the hotel and check in and out were easy!

My only issue was the mini fridge was broken in our room.
- 3.5/5
Great location. A/C works great!! Comfortable beds. Could not figure out how to make the TV work. By the time we got ready to watch it, we were already in bed and didn’t want to call anyone.
- 4/5
If you don’t plan on being in the room or at the hotel for a lot of time, it is perfect. Free breakfast in the morning, but outside of that, not much to do at the hotel. Clean, gets the job done.
- 5/5
We had a small dog with us. $25/night pet fee. I thought it was a lot for a 4 lb. Dog. Other than that, all was OK. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Very convenient and comfortable
- 4/5
Clean room, plenty of pillows
- 3.5/5
TRACY WAS GREAT AT CHECK IN! BED WAS GREAT, ROOM WAS CLEAN. WISH WE HAD REQUESTED A KING BED.
- 1.5/5
Location Very noisy. Thin walls could hear other guest just talking in next room. Extremely loud creaks and cracks through the ceiling when upstairs guest were walking across their room. Additionally there was a loud intermittent high pitched sound I’m assuming water pipes in the wall that went on all night.
- 4.5/5
Close proximity Shower had hair in it.
- 1/5
The room had a horrible smell. It was a combination of smoke, body odor, dogs, and urine. There was black mold on the curtains. I was just there to sleep for 4 nights and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I was very close to just getting a different hotel because it felt so dirty.
- 5/5

Good location and i could bring my dog Our room stunk. The front desk lady at check in wasn’t really nice or unkind to us, but she was rude to another couple checking in at the same time.
- 5/5
I loved the room, and the set up of everything was amazing. Very nice size shower, and the staff was super sweet! I liked everything
- 0.5/5

Location
- 4/5
It was clean, beds comfortable and a good value. Also good location. It’s dated and need a refresh
- 4/5
Very convenient area and close to where we needed to be for the weekend events we were attending. n/A Would have been extra nice if there was a little more sitting area outside since it was so beautiful out.
- 1/5
I liked the cozy feel of the place. How dirty the room was. The air filter hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. The blow dryer was filthy all the way around. The room kept getting a musty smell. And the carpets felt old and crusty. They also wouldn't honor the discount for people with loved ones in the hospital because a track meet was happening in town. Seems like shady business to me! I'll never stay there again and will always report my terrible experience.
- 5/5
Nice property, comfortable beds and pillows very clean.

- 5/5
Staff friendly and accommodating. Great Breakfast, quiet and peaceful stay NA
- 2/5
Was checked into a room that had stuff in it . Disgusting
- 5/5
It was very close to the location I was attending. Easy access to and from the facility. Was greeted on arrival and no hassle with check-in. It was clean without the sterile smell of cleaning supplies. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars. Nothing. It was clean, friendly staff, breakfast, economical, and easy access. I asked for late arrival and was greeted by Joyce with friendly, efficient check-in which was most welcomed.
- 5/5
Clean and easy to get checked in and find
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean rooms,nice receptionist. Super quiet
- 5/5
Very clean, nice staff. The "no smoking on property" policy makes it a very nice-smelling place as well!
- 5/5
Perfect spot for a couples retreat! The Beaver Lake views are incredible, and the sunsets while relaxing in the jacuzzi made the whole trip worth it. Peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, decent breakfast selection, nice interior decor
- 4/5
The breakfast was fine. Attendant tried hard to provide for everyone
- 3/5
Shower was good.
- 3/5
Nice staff, clean room. Bed mattress sunk in, hotel needs to be renovated & updated.

Excellent Service
- 5/5
Great place to stay at a great price. The staff & manager (Melissa) went above and beyond and helped us navigate a difficult situation. We’ll be back for sure!
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very nice with a combination of cereals, hot items, yogurt, fruit, etc. The parking lot was very well lit and easily accessible.
- 4/5
Quiet
- 4/5
Everything was satisfactory
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff
- 3/5
We did not eat the breakfast. The room smelled like mold.
- 5/5
Enjoy my stay
- 3/5
The room was ok for the night. It was smaller than expected but we made it work. Our only issue was the tv didn’t work!
- 4/5
Fairly kid friendly. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Parking not great. Not enough places to park.
- 5/5
Great place. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Safe and quiet
- 3/5
The room had a strange smell to it.
- 4/5
It was closer to most places I needed to go to. The staff were friendly especially the old lady in the restaurant (breakfast).
- 4/5
Overall clean and friendly staff, but the Parking lot was not big enough and our rooms ceiling was half painted and one wall had a sheet rock crack. Would stay again
- 5/5
N/A
- 3/5
Soapy water in the sink after check in. Cobwebs in the room. Room not made up daily. Will not stay there again.
- 4/5
I paid for a single queen room, but was put into a room with two double beds? This was not what I wanted or paid for. She said that it was an up grade?
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Lots of dining options close by.
- 4/5
It was fine, hard to get towels and wish i would have noticed there wasn’t a pool
- 2/5
Rooms had strange smell in it.So I asked for a different room. That room smells better, but there were noises from the street. And the wind whipped around the coroner, I was in so that it was very loud. It's been hard to sleep
- 5/5
We had a great experience. No issues at all
- 4/5
I made the mistake of which day we were leaving, when they saw all of our stuff in the room, instead of taking the luggage out they called to ask when e we were checking out, got us the extra day in the same room, great service
- 4/5
It was nice they had meat ,biscuits and gravy as it was a nice extra . Very clean and quiet place.. We were there for 3 nights and would book there again.
- 2/5
First thing I noticed was no cameras in the parking lot, next thing was I had to kill a spider in our room then noticed multiple spider webs! Then noticed ants (most hotels spray for bugs) Couldn’t see out our window and there was mold on the book that has the TV guide and such in it.
- 3/5
Bathroom/shower probably can use a little deep cleaning.
- 5/5
Overall the place is so easy and convenient to all food and restaurants. Shopping.
- 3/5
The rooms were oddly configured with the shower bump out into the room, the bathroom door was a sliding French door with the sink outside. A generous breakfast of scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, juice, hot cocoa and yogurt. There is a Chili's across the parking lot. Convenient to the highway. Seemed a little overpriced for the level of hotel.
- 3/5
I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order the next morning when I checked out. It was extremely uncomfortable having to haul all my stuff down 3 flights of stairs. A few days later I noticed I had left my bag of prescription meds, which were *shockingly* not turned in by housekeeping. There were a couple narcotics in with other crucial meds (hormones, thyroid, mental health), so I’m guessing that’s why none were turned in. Lesson learned!
- 3/5
Elevator out of order so elderly people had to carry their luggage down 3 floors. Place did not apologize or offer any sort of refund.
- 3/5
The rooms are decent enough for a short stay
- 4/5
Excellent service
- 2/5
This hotel is in the back of the parking lot of a LaQuinta property. It has one small entry that is very difficult to get out of during business hours. We checked-in with no issues, except that we were put on the top floor furthest from the elevator. Tough walk for older legs. A day later the elevators were taken out of service and we had to begin to use the stairs. Climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor every day was not good. Getting all of our luggage down the stairs to our vehicle was a very slow process. Next time, I'll stay in the LaQuinta.
- 4/5
Was there to tour college
- 3/5
Overall average. The mattress was poor, it is apparent that it is rarely flipped or rotated as the one side was sunken in and made sleeping on that side miserable
- 3/5
I never liked the idea of backing the bathroom up to the hallway. It's a personal experience that's suddenly thrust in an audio spotlight for anyone in the entire hallway to hear.
- 1/5
Extremely thin walls. Had kids partying in the room next door, then having s*x all night. Could hear EVERYTHING even with a pillow over my head. Head board kept knocking too. They took a group shower at 4am. No quiet all night until almost 6AM. The walls are made of paper.
- 5/5
Had amenities like free breakfast usually at more expensive properties. Everything worked in the room. Very pleased.
- 2/5
There was a lone cockroach in my room and the drawers to my bedside table were disgusting
- 3/5
Overall the room was clean but the toilet was smelly and the drain stopper on the sink was malfunctioning.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable & affordable option for those visiting town with family in Washington Memorial!
- 4/5
This was a decent place to stay for a couple nights. Fair warning if you are sensitive to perfumes—the is hotel had heavily perfumed hallways and a lobby (idk if it was air freshener or carpet cleaner but it was overpowering). The room was not perfumed, thankfully. The staff was friendly, the place was fairly modern, and it was convenient.
- 4/5
Pretty good stay for the price
- 5/5
Quick and simple check in/out. Clean room and a comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30 AM. We got there around 9 AM. They were out of milk for the cereal. They’re out of coffee cups. They were out of orange juice and apple juice. No water. Breakfast is going to be over at 9 AM. They should just state that in advance.
- 5/5
I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was well managed. Staff friendly. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. there was a microwave, small frig.,plenty of lighting. Cable tv. Breakfast good for me w/scrambled eggs & sauage, fruit juice, bananas, cerals biscuits & gravy. I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Terrible bed and the room condition was just ok. No fridge
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing.
- 5/5
Very Nice
- 1/5
Rude, uncooperative and unprofessional staff. The lady at the front desk was the worst.
- 5/5
Check in was very easy. Beds and pillows nice. It was clean.
- 5/5
The room is damp and humid.
- 3/5
The room and A/C unit smelled really bad!
- 3/5
Allergic to fragrance and immediately noticed the strong scent of air fresheners. The rooms were "damp". The bedding had a damp feel and by morning clothes were damp. This could be a seasonal issue but made for a restless night sleep and an uncomfortable next day with damp clothes. The breakfast was a 10.
- 5/5
It was a fair price for the room.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient to restaurants and a hospital, excellent condition, helpful and friendly manager and staff, very good breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay here again!!
- 3/5
Everything was fine except there was a terrible smell in the room which smelled like mold and I checked late in the evening and just dealt with instead of asking for another room
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and made check-in/out process quick and simple. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Terrible service! Find somewhere else to stay.
- 2/5
Staff were very nice but be the room was terrible. The AC did not work as intended and did not clear the humidity in the room. My clothes were damp, the nights were uncomfortable and the cleanliness was sub par.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Running the air conditioner made the room feel damp which I have found in several sleep inns. Check in was exceptional very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
My son was in town for clinicals and this was a great spot. Close to the hospital, clean, good price. He'll definitely be back!
- 5/5
I stay at a Inn, hotel, etc in Fayetteville, AR twice a year. I have stayed at the most expensive(a few don't even serve breakfast much less coffee)! I was fed up and decided to try a less expensive alternative which I have experienced two to date. The first place was OK;not that clean and old. This go around I went with Sleep Inn. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room as well as the entire facility. It was quit and the staff was cheerful and accommadating. The Breakfast was fresh and had a variety to choose from.
- 5/5
We have stayed here about four times and the property is consistently well maintained. It is also convenient to the activities we enjoy in the area.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff!
- 5/5
The staff was excellent! We loved the room!
- 4/5
Only thing I didn’t like was no refrigerator in the room.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, bathroom door would not shut. Front door had to be pushed to latch. Front desk check in person was amazing, kind, and courteous. Overall not a bad experience. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room nothing special but clean and comfortable
- 5/5
This was a nice simple place to stay while we waited for power to go on at home. We had a tornado we were refugees with a dog.
- 5/5
Never stayed at a Sleep Inn and I will definitely stay again. Room was clean and beds were comfortable!
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. Everything in the room was damp from the air conditioner. Otherwise the stay was great, friendly staff, easy parking, good breakfast and comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Liked the central location and access to North College Ave.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and so helpful I felt safe
- 2/5
My hotel room smelled stuffy. The air did not come on often during the night and it was hot. I did not sleep. The shower stall is too small and the toilet is low to the floor. TV was too dark to see.
- 4/5
Close to hospital. Restaurants and shopping close by.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, quiet, smelled wonderful and the staff was hands down the best. They were constantly cleaning anything I asked for they delivered. Front counter the gentlemen gave us suggestions on where to go for eating, shopping and entertaining.Breakfast was great hot and the room was clean. This is the only hotel I would stay in in Fayetteville Arkansas.!!! They deserve a raise. I've been around the world and stayed in very expensive hotels and the service was no where near as good as here.
- 5/5
Easy access to Fayetteville & Springdale. The price was nice!
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
Good staff and very friendly
- 5/5
Well lit safe area from theft
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean & accomodating
- 5/5
We like the small room and small shower and plenty of towel bars
- 4/5
This was good for the price. Clean, basic accommodations. I’d stay there again.
- 4/5
Close to Chili's and sister hotel which allows you to use computer and printer. Room was comfortable. Like having refrig and microwave. I feel that hotels with few guests should space the rentals further apart. Our next door neighbors had their tv on most of the night while we were trying to sleep. Just one room apart would have helped.
- 5/5
In addition to the squeaky clean facilities and mega comfy bed, they have some amazing air freshener that I loved to come back to as I entered my room. The fresh baked cookies on my way out the door in the afternoon were a welcome treat, and the breakfast service was very nice. I booked again for my last week in Fayetteville!
- 5/5
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have enjoyed it each time. It is close to the facility I am competing at, and has a lot of dining options.
- 4/5
It was very reasonable price and impressed with how clean it was.
- 4/5
This is a great location to stay at while visiting your university of Arkansas college student. So convenient to restaurants and Sam’s club.
- 5/5
Nice shower and convenient towel bars
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and safe
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. They have good coffee and breakfast choices.
- 3/5
Wasnt a fan of the 100 dollar cash deposit. After being super tired and pulling in late, it was a huge frustration to leave and find a bank to use their atm.
- 5/5
Tracee Garrett is amazing. She is so helpful and always willing to help. She helped us with an amazing room and breakfast. She works so hard and we told her that we would be coming back to the Sleep Inn because of her-se deserves a raise!!! The breakfast was delicious!!!
- 5/5
No issues. Take note there’s not a fridge in the room, otherwise bed was super comfy. Shower was amazing with great water pressure and temperatures.
- 1/5
I booked the stay for a friend. She never made it due to weather. Her bus was delayed by a snowstorm.
- 3/5
At first really happy with the hotel. After getting settled into bed noticed the sheets are either not fresh or the washing system is dirty as I’ve found several different types of hair in the sheets. I have long black hair the types I’m finding are not mine and I’ve only just pulled the bedding off. My son and I are already settled in for the night and I don’t want to make a fuss about it.
- 4/5
It get's the job done for a relatively cheap price.
- 2/5
Sleep Inn never received our reservation and had to contact Hotels.com for verification. We ended up in a room with double beds. We were not offered to move to a king size for the duration of our stay. Housekeeping is not offered daily, so we had to take towels downstairs and request fresh linens and coffee for the room. We never once saw a manager on the premises. The breakfast was excellent! Overall, I don't think stating there again.
- 5/5
Place was very clean . Staff was very helpful. Good neighbor hood. Reasonable rates . Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Professional staff. I highly recommend to stay here.
- 4/5
For being right next to the freeway, the room was quiet and lovely! The only thing I wish could had been different was the temperature setting on the AC unit in our room. We were too warm at night and unfortunately, couldn't set the temperature lower than 65 degrees. It made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, good stay with a very comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very, very nice and informative
