They didnt make the beds between days or bring towels had to go to desk for towels and our key cards didnt work half the time or the doors wouldnt let us in

The property is very convenient to the highway and shopping area. The property is under renovations and I wasn't aware of. The handicap access closes to my room was blocked by a huge container, not convient. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. The staff knowingly put me in a room that the room phone didn't work and the Cartoon network channel volume didnt work. The house keeper knocked on my door and since I didn't respond she entered at 9:24a.m. The next day I let management know and ALL they offered was an apology. My $179.00 plus 2 hours and 30min drive from Charlotte was WASTED on this hotel and I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

No house keeping service in the evening when we asked for more towels. Breakfast NOT included for the 1st time.

We knew that the hotel was under.renovation and we woke up to noise on the 3 floor, nothing serious but noticeable. Just to note the carpet need cleaning it gives the place a sense of old, just a suggestion.

The location is quite noisy with a major road nearby. Lots of incredibly loud cars.. sounded like a drag race most of the night.

Husband. Thought it was a good space to spend the night. Boy was I wrong, the wheelchair had seen better days, breakfast was in fact NOT included. It did have a Starbucks and you had to pay Starbucks prices. $5 for a medium coffee. The room had a weird smell that I couldn’t quite pin point what it was but it was not pleasant. I had to listen to the people above me bang on the floor all night long. My husband ended up turning the TV up to try to drown it out because we had to be up early. The room $240, completely outrageous for what we got. Very disappointed.

As a frequent traveller I stay at many Marriott hotels every year. I have never experienced such a poor service.

It was fixed the next morning. The staff was excellent and always polite.

There was a large roach in my room which was terrifying. I was offered a different room as a remedy. I didn’t see anymore roaches for the rest of my stay. The hallways was dimly lit and carpet was dirty. The bathtub caulking was slightly moldy. The television was outdated. This facility appears to have been updated in some areas but left unrenovated in the bathroom and hallway area. I typically stay at Marriotts and courtyards however this location did not live up to the Marriott name.

reservation was obtained 3rd party Hotels. Com and a receipt for the reservation was provided. Upon arrival the desk clerk processed my credit card for the full amount of the night which was in excess of the amount paid to hotels. com. I was instructed to discuss this with the am manager. The manager Sophia did not listen to my concerns and only told me that the problem would be corrected. She had poor listening skills and did not provide me with a receipt. Not pleased with how this reservation was processed by the hotel staff.. Please accept this as a formal request for rectification of payment processes.

property is kind of old and worn, not bad but not premium. location is good for Fort Bragg / liberty. if there was a bar I didn't see it. breakfast very overpriced.

I rated this property poorly because the guest room entry cards would NOT work on the entry doors from outside the building.

This was out of our way from I-95. But booked in advance because sometimes hard to find a room. Was travelling from Fl to PA. Needed overnight stay. Read reviews sounded nice, but it was old and mildew smell. the area of town didn't feel safe and to top it off the shower had no hot water. My recommendation find another hotel.

Not a standard I am used to for a courtyard. Handle fell off for bathroom. Sink hot water non existing. Way out dated tv Carpret in hallway smells old Needs some upgrades and soon Reminded me of a Howard Johnson

Room and cleanliness were great , bed comfortable, but water pressure and flow in shower and sink was low, you had to wait for water to fill sink and change temperature.

Being a former Marriott Corporate contractor, I know and admire the company’s high standards; this particular hotel reflected the exact opposite. I’m not sure if it has to do with the area or the demographics of the majority of the customers but this hotel needs a complete overhaul and makeover!

Very nice hotel with great customer service. The woman at the front desk was the best.

Was a great place to stay. Only stayed 2 nights, but they did not come in at all the 2nd day to make the bed, vacuum or check the cleanliness. I was staying in a room by myself but my friend and her kids were in and out of my room all day and a cleaning would have been appreciated.

Parking $3 a day was a surprise. Hall light didn’t work. Bathroom had no shelves even though it was large. No trash can next to toilet.

We chose another Marriott that had Bar And restaurant in it as we didn’t want to drive any longer. We check in and they said the bar was closed that someone called in sick We took a shower and went to eat in the restaurant and they said oh. We told you the bar and restaurant was close. So ONE person cooks and bar tends?? They said we have plenty of places around here to go. Yes, it did, but not the point. We booked and paid for services we never had. To add to it we went for breakfast and you had to pay for everything and it was only like continental my fault here as I was so tired when booking it that I didn’t see There was not breakfast included. I assumed that what we had the previous night’s Marriott’s was the same. Very disappointing

There was a roach in the bed.

I booked this hotel because it was introduced that a room can sleep five people, but when I arrived, the receptionist said that a room can only sleep four people, saying that the introduction in Expedia was wrong. Since I arrived late, I had no choice but to have two tall family members sleep in the same bed, which was uncomfortable. The experience was really unpleasant.

Walls are thin, neighbors noisy, sounds like loud talking, slamming doors. 1230am, hoping they go to sleep. If they keep me awake, im gonna drive 2 half hours home.

Check in was smooth. Room was spacious and clean. The drawer to insert coffee bag didn't open so no coffee. There were no tea bags in the room either. And there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. No breakfast included. AC unit was noisy. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors.

The room was clean, but did not look ANYTHING like the photos. They did not have the room type I booked and I got stuck with a handicap accessible room which I can’t stand because water always goes everywhere. The room was in decent shape but was very small and very depressing. The external of the hotel is in very bad condition. Overall it needs a facelift. I was not impressed.on top of that you have to pay for breakfast. Not what I expect for the money $150+

It was fine. Receptionist are welcoming. Room we got was in the first floor, it's like a maze to get to the room BUT has doors nearby your room which is accessible to the parking, make sure park nearby your room. They do not have complimentary coffee/tea station but they have sbux on-site..

I thing to do with staff or property, but Orbitz allowed us to get a room for 5 where no pullout options exist. We had to end up reserving 2 rooms to accommodate

Really enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in, staff were all friendly and the room was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. The second we walked into the room, there was a pleasant citrusy smell. Clean bathroom, clean bedding, towel and sheets. Would definitely come back.

Air conditioner didn’t work well. Humidity high. Overall hotel condition was poor. Pictures looked way nicer and more modern that what you get. Would not recommend again.

Very clean and quiet; close to the center of town and I 95. There was no breakfast or pool available, but I don’t believe it was a government issue and was not the hotel’s fault. We would definitely stay again

Convenient location. Ample staff at check in. Only problem was that we were given the room next to the back door and had to listen to people coming in and out all night. Thankfully we had a fan to drown out most of the noise but this room should not be used unless the the hotel is full.

Property was neat and clean. Speedy check in. Stayed for our sons soccer tournament and was located perfectly to Jordan Park, restaurants, and shopping.

I love the bed. I feel if I pay almost $200 just to literally sleep for 6 hours. I should get a complementary breakfast.

Overall a very good experience. Front desk and cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issues we really had was a strong weed smell coming from the AC when we first arrived and the bottom of the tub felt like it was going to crack when showering. Very clean and a very comfortable bed.

My experience was great. Check in was smooth. The customer service representative was very nice and informative. Our room looked and smelled clean. We didn’t require and additional services so there wasn’t much interaction with staff. However in passing they were pleasant. Although the parking lot was full, the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The location is very convenient to shopping and food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I Stay at this property when I come to town so I've stayed here many times. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Unfortunately, the floors of the room above us squeaked terribly every time the person walked. I live in an apartment, so I am use to noise but this was worse than normal walking.

This is my second stay and I truly love it. Every time we are in the Fayetteville area for a race I will always choose Courtyard by Marriott Fayetteville.

Exceptional Facility will only stay here on my trips to NC from now on.

Broken bottle glass in the carpet. For the price of the hotel, you wouldn't think you would find glass in the carpet of the room you are staying in......

Convenient location to everything we needed. Only downside was the bathtub was a bit rusty.

Bathroom fixtures, though clean, need upgrading. Analog TV? Really!? Also outlets need upgrading charging stations for cell phones, etc.
