First off the place smelled amazing when I walked in! I checked in at 2am and the woman that greeted me (Jessica) was more than kind. She was also the one that checked me out. Everyone was welcoming and the room was way bigger than I expected. I will definitely use them again.

Pool was closed and we booked our stay there for that reason. Very disappointing and wanted a partial refund!

Home2Suite is an excellent place to stay for large families, with an excellent breakfast buffet, swimming pool, gym, mini store, washer and dryer, and gym. This hotel posses all the amenities you could possibly need. Staff is amazing and they have oranges on every floor which is great for afternoon snack. I will definitely be staying again

The room was clean when we checked in. Cleaning service was done every other day but if was sufficient enough. All we needed were clean towels which the staff provided upon request. We took out our own trash and threw if out in the trash receptacle in the hallway. Staff was very accommodating.

Big room, big bathroom, n they offered oatmeal for breakfast plus had a free great juice at the front desk. The carpet, frig, n microwave could use a good cleaning. The shades in the room n 2 lamps did not work. 1 lamp shade was old n cracked. We have stayed here before n will be returning since the location is great for our stay plus the staff is very friendly!

Clean room, people were friendly, there were a few things broken or not usable. The toilet ran water the whole time and wouldn't completely flush. Got it to flush. The computer chair had a broken arm on it. I fixed the arm with torx bits. The hotel advertises Lan Internet connection. Ithats why I chose to stay here. The Lan connection does not work. Just WiFi.

The room was pretty clean but I did notice a stain on the bathroom sink. Appears as if something was sitting on the sink vanity for a while and it was removed without the area being clean so it left a yellowish residue behind. The bathroom seemed older and could’ve been polished better.

Loved our stay here. It was clean, everyone was friendly. Only wish there were more areas to walk the dogs for the pet friendly area. But they provided bags and etc. would definitely stay here again

I switched rooms twice. Mattress was stained and dirty. It looks like they never cleaned it Then the second room the tv was missing. It is not worth the money they changed per night. I've stayed at several home2 suites and never had this problem.

The property was easy to find. The entire hotel was super clean, the staff were amazing! The guy that works in the kitchen, Mac or Marc I can’t remember his name but he is awesome in that kitchen! Overall I give this hotel 10/10. I didn’t dislike anything.

Friendly staff, very clean and thoughtful accommodations in the room as well as common areas in general. The bed and even the fold out sofa bed was very comfortable. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless and we were surprised by the size! I’d recommend this hotel.

Room was in good condition and yes staff was very courteous . Response to needs were met immediately. Replenishment of tea and coffee on floor display could be better . Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay

We were there for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned! They only clean every other day and thanksgiving fell in there but still should have been cleaned at least once.

After driving for 10 hrs When I first came in the gentleman at the reception checked me in the gave me the key card. Once I got to my room the key didn’t work. Went back down to reception

The best part about this property is the staff. All of them. I enjoyed being greeted in the lobby by every staff member I came across. The rooms were clean, the property was clean. Easy to park and enter from all sides of the bldg. This place is a gem.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our 10 day road trip vacay!!! VERY SPACIOUS and actually felt like home!

I went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain up. I have a fracture in my shoulder so this made it hard to get down to clean myself. I did take pictures of the refrigerator which had dents all over which I noted so I would get my deposit back.

My mother and I arrived after a long drive and the inviting, comfortable beds were just what we needed. Room and bathroom very spacious. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staff. I do recommend

As a rule, when traveling with the family, Home2 is our go-to. This one seemed a bit smaller compared to others we’ve stayed in. The service was wonderful!! The bathroom was a bit cramped. The bed linens were worn, thin.

Fire alarm went off every hour on the hour all night long.

My family and I have stayed at this location multiple times and we love it. The only problem is each day you stay here your key card deactivates and you constantly have to go to the front desk to reactive it.

•Staff: Richard, front desk clerk, was AMAZING. I needed an early check in (called from the road) and he went above and beyond to help me and secured a great room. •Quiet rooms. The rooms and floors were quiet and very, very peaceful. When you need to rest, its incredibly easy to do so. Cons: •Cleanliness: The rooms could be a little cleaner; it seems like housekeeping may speed through cleaning to have rooms ready on time. It was decent enough, but some folks may take an issue. I was only there for one night (really half a night, so it didn't bother me much). •Grounds: The outside grounds could use some upkeep. I stayed mid-March so maybe I came a week before landscaping and again, I was only there one night so it didn't bother me much. Overall, I'd score the property 4.25/5. The staff and property were welcome and accomodating. The lobby and general areas were pretty well kept and with a little tweaking, it can easily be a 5/5. I'm more than willing to give the property another stay!

Stupid ass Expedia pulled up Fort Liberty Home 2 Suites instead of the one by Methodist university. Could not get ay help canceling and refunding trip.

We loved our stay. All the staff was really friendly and engaged. The room was massive and in great condition. The breakfast was not as great as we hoped but then again, we are picky eaters.

The hotel is dirty. The carpet is soaking wet and I mean soaking wet.

There a big party a few rooms down where they are very loud. I went to let the gentleman at the front desk know and he quickly moved me to a room on the same floor which was very kind of him. This room though has a broken curtain, no blankets for three couch bed and there's no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go back to the other room and take blankets and pillows for my kids so they could go to sleep. When we woke up we noticed that the shower did not work and the curtain in the room was broken on the floor! This was the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to! In the morning, some lady started yelling at me to love my 1lb chihuahua away from her even though it’s a pet friendly hotel! Would never come here again and I deserve a full refund.

This property has great dining options and easy access to highway. My only dislike is that the bedding is old and uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows need serious upgrading. I have been to this property before and enjoyed my stay and this is why I return.

Everything was great! My only complaint was the trash can by the window was not emptied from the previous occupants.

Average stay. Staff was friendly. Clean, large room. Breakfast was average. Two complaints. (1) the room had a musty smell. I asked the receptionist if he could spray the room, and he did, which alleviated the smell. (2) Bed linens/pillows appeared old (but clean). Instead of a blanket, it appeared they used a flat mattress pad, which was very strange. For the money, I wouldn’t have expected this. Large mall and tons of dining minutes away.

We just stayed for the night, this hotel was perfect.

This property was in very poor condition. The room had a very foul odor, an old green dusty couch , pulled the sheets back and they had spots on them. The bathroom was in bad condition there was no way i could rest comfortably. I left and told the guy at the front desk and he said let me refund you. I went through hell and back trying to get a refund since i booked through Expedia… never again!

Room smelled of funky carpet. Luckily I bring my diffuser everywhere to create a better smelling atmosphere. Dust throughout the room and bathroom. Definitely Not the best hotel I’ve stayed.

The hotel was exceptional but the BEST thing about the stay was Ms. Pam from the front desk. She made the stay amazing, welcoming and just like HOME. This lady deserves all accolades that Hilton can offer it’s employees. I’d come back anytime just because of her. And those breakfast grits…. MAGNIFICENT. Thank you Pam for your great customer service.

The room was OK, however the bathtub was not clean and when I reported it, it was not resolved. I was just told that I would get points. I was there for 2 nights and my room was never cleaned. I had a problem with my room and could not get into the room with my key on the 2nd day.

Stayed 1 night with the family of 6. I like how the we fit comfortably perfect. Room is big enough for all of us and dont feel cramped. These hotel chains never fail with their hot breakfast.

Ck in was a breeze and the person who ckecked us in was so professional. The folks who stayed above us was no stop parading back & forth and had a child who was running back & forth at 12:30am and then again 6am. Very annoying, we called at 12:30 the front desk and they were going to call them. Otherwise our stay was fine

Hotel room had a strong smell of dog/cat and was almost unbearable. Figured out the smell was coming from the couch mainly so we ended up covering it with a blanket and it helped. All of our allergies were bothering us from this. Blankets on bed were uncomfortable and itchy. Wasn’t the cleanest. Won’t be staying here again.

My husband and I really enjoy the hotel itself. The only complaint would be the two dogs that barked non stop across the hall and the children running and screaming up and down the halls.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and the environment was calming overall.

Overall great stay. We got a room with two queen beds and a fold out couch which fit me and my friends well for a local convention stay. We appreciated the curtain between the bed area and fold out couch area so we could change comfortably, not just hogging the bathrooms. The mini kitchen was a nice addition so we could save money by cooking dinner in the hotel, and the bathroom was nice and comfortable! The wall storage space was great so everyone had space to put their belongings off the floor!

The hotel is either brand new or an older place that is being refurbished. When we arrived they were working on the facade in front, and I wasn't even sure if we could go in. But we did and by 5pm the workmen and equipment were gone. The seating area in front was in disarray but we straightened it out ourselves so we could sit outside in the evening. It was a free night for us from Hotel.com. so, I guess that's what you get for free!
