Was a good stay but at 8am housekeeping came in , didn’t even knock & checkout is at 11. So didn’t understand why they came in at 8am

The overall appearance of the facility was great and our room was large and comfortable. The best thing was they have Costa coffee and it's ground as you go 😁. Really, it was nice, it's in a great location, and the staff was professional. My spot from now on when visiting Fayetteville.

The folks running breakfast service was nice and helpful. The room was never cleaned during the 3 day stay. I even stopped by the front desk requesting housekeeping and I was assured I would receive that service. Trash piled up. Had to constantly request clean towels and trash bags.

Star was extremely accommodating. Whitney was excellent and very helpful. It was late check in & system was acting up but he did everything to assist me and assure that we would be cared for. He was respectful and attentive. Made the stay great!

Very clean smelled clean

Beside the loud motorcycle noise the experience was great. The bed extremely comfortable, showers clean, bathroom is clean and mirror is marvelous. For a one bedroom it's extremely spacious compared to other hotels i've visited. kudos to you guys!

Removing the coffee machines from the room is huge for us…we like to get up, have a coffee and then get ready for the day…getting dressed and going to the lobby does not fit in Tried to get breakfast but felt like a huge staff reunion was being held… not quiet and not comfortable

I enjoyed how fast I could get from my car to my room from the side entrance. Very convenient for when I need to run an errand or take a quick trip to the store. I only wish I could have seen my car from my side of the building but I wasn’t sure if we could park back there.

The main complaint I have is that this is now a Holiday Inn Express and that was unknown when I was trying to find it. There we no signs saying it was "Cross Creek Inn" so we kept driving in circles after a long ride trying to find our hotel. Don't get me wrong... we were pleasantly surprised as Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels! The only othert complaint is there are no vending machines or market in the hotel to get drinks or snacks and no water fountain/cooler that I was aware of. Other than that the place is great! Beds are very comfortable, pillows are amazing and the staff we encountered were wonderful! It has been completely remodeled and everything we fresh and clean. It also has one of the better "free" breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel. Cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage and potatoes! Also the regular offerings of cereal, fresh oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins and even cinnamon rolls! Bottled oj and 2 types of milk. All that was missing was a water option. I would absolutely stay here again!

The property is being totally renovated but our room was excellent! The only negative things were the lobby not being finished and the continental breakfast could stand improvement on the coffee and selections. I will book there again because I believe the negative issues are due to the renovation.

Ongoing renovations created limitations to amenities. Limited breakfast, no exercise facility. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, updated, and has a friendly staff.

No breakfast area or no gym! No description on Expedia at all. I felt like being lied to about the hotel condition.

Had I realized that this property was under construction (renovation) and has been for a year or so (according to a staff member), I would not have booked our stay with them. I don't believe this was fully disclosed at the time of booking, to my recollection. As such, it was not a pleasant 2 nights. After the 1st night, I should have cancelled the 2nd night and re-booked at the Hilton Garden Inn which was practically next door.

The hotel is undergoing a makeover but the staff went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The room had been renovated; the bath was lovely and the room was very comfortable. There is a Texas Roadhouse across the street. It was a very convenient location.

The bathroom shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair and dirt residue along the shower. I did enjoy the size and design of the room.

They are in the midst of a full renovation and the public spaces downstairs are not yet completed. But staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms had already been finished and were nice. They are projected to be finished later this spring. Our party of 20 had a good overnight stay.

All they needed to do was run a bead of caulk along the outside edge..didnt happen. They seemed irritated that we put our Do Not Disturb sign on our door until about 10 or 11 and still expected to get our bed made. Very disappointed with our stay. Will try somewhere different when we return.

Construction on the hotel was going on during our stay which made the conditions look poor. We had to report housekeeping for not making up the bed. Would never stay here again.

The hotel is in the middle of a major reconstruction. Our room was nice and quite big. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because the coffee machine and the juice maker were broken. In addition, the eggs and meat were just crumbs left in the trays even though breakfast did not end for another 90 minutes. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

When we first arrived there were no toiletries in our room. The next morning I told the front desk. He apologized and relayed the message to a cleaning lady who was standing there. She said she would provide the toiletries when she made the room. We returned that evening and still there were no toiletries. I had to go back to reception to get toiletries myself. Our towels were never replaced during our visit. The first couple days we hung our towels on the rack so they were not replaced. After that we left them on the floor so they could be replaced. The maid took our bath towels off the floor and hung them as if they were fresh towels. We figured this out because one bath towel had a distinguishable hole. A few days later I noticed the towel I used had the same hole. I mentioned it to my wife and she said she had that towel the previous day. The following day we made a point of noticing. The towels were left on the floor and they were hung up again like fresh towels. I had to go to reception and get fresh towels myself. Also, my wife has long hair and would we notice it still th

Great staff, clean and quiet room

The room was clean , the bed was nice, and the lobby and staff were great. There are some renovations going on which made it a little noisy in the earth evening but not too bad.

This hotel is being remodeled as it transitions to a new buyer. I was fortunate to be book in a newly renovated wing. It was nice but the area around the elevator was a mess from construction. Would not stay there again until they have completed. I was told that would be at the end of the year. Staff was polite. Breakfast was okay but limited and had no juice available, no waffles, and only bacon as a choice.

This property was under construction. I stayed on the third floor! The hallway smelled horrible. The television in my room needs access to Netflix and I was not a fan of the regular channel access. I will not stay here again!

Terrible experiences! Supposed to have been a non smoking facility! Definitely was not! The hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms themselves wreaked of old stale cigarette smoke and marijuana! I coughed all night with extreme shortness of breath my last night there( June 14th with checkout on the 15th) The only fresh air was in the Lobby! Carpets should be shampooed or replaced! Would never stay there again and do not recommend this facility! The young lady at the checkin was nice!

I stayed there for multiple weeks not once did house keeping survive my room I had to do my own. Flies were ridiculous and they have a roach problem. Also the key machine was broke for multiple days even after I left and wasn’t able to leave and get back in my room because key lost programming.

They are transitioning to a Holiday Inn. Renovations are on going and it was kind of a mess on the hall. The room is in need of remodeling.

Very nice for the price. The room was clean and front staff was nice. The property is currently under construction, so definitely older and some construction going on but a great value for the price and what we needed for a quick stop.

The front desk lady was so rude, she called me if I am leaving or I will extend I told her I will extend after 30 minutes she knocked the door and told me if u don’t come down to renew or leave in 10 minutes I will call the police

Our initial room's Air Conditioner was not working properly; the female hostess moved us into another room in a timely manner.

The first room they gave me had a stale cigerette smell and i had to request a change. The second room had mildew growing on the bathtub caulking. Other than that, it was fine.

There are several issues with this property. The shower water pressure is so weak my wife couldn’t rinse the soap out of her her. The electrical system in room 227 may have a short in it as lights dimmed and flickered when on. I had to pull out the refrigerator and coffee pot to plug them in. On Saturday I came down for breakfast at 8:50 AM it was all cleaned up. Breakfast is until 9:00. My wife is a diabetic and having breakfast is important for her health. The wall tiles for the tub don’t line up. The property looks run down and out of date.

The heating in the room is a little too loud. Took a while to get used to it.

The staff were super helpful. We had someone staying next to us who was loud, shouted at her kids, and screamed for help at 1am on our floor. We requested a room change and the staff were very understanding and placed us in another room far away from all the commotion. There were a lot of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

Clean and close to fort brag(Liberty) and shopping. Gym has seen better days but got a workout in. Breakfast was ok.

Location was perfect, front desk was very friendly and effecient and room was very clean and comfortable. May be alittle outdated but a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was as good as we expected. A very simple eggs, sausage, and bacon was served as well as your standard cereals and fruits.

The bathroom had mold in the corners of shower/tub. The bathrooms had no circulation. The ac unit would only go down to 66 which stayed humid in room/bathroom was worse. Upon checking in, the agent at desk was very unfriendly. Leaving the girl then was super nice though. Not worth $146! Area had some restaurants across street but should have stayed 5 min down road where it was much cleaner and had tons of options.
