    It was clean and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly. Too many people milling about outside. Stains on sheets and towels. The counters were in bad shape. The fridge door barely opened. Not $100 amenities. More like $30. The breakfast food being offered is over processed garbage. And the creamer should actually contain cream.

    Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.

    Not only is this motel located in a sketchy neighborhood...or town for that matter....but the staffer clearly passed judgment on me for whatever reason. So...what did i like? Not much! I arrived for a late check-in and they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them everything one would need to show someone to prove they had one, and they still said I had no reservation. The staff member then left me in the lobby to call booking.com and I never saw her again. Skip this spot and go rent a room down the street. Save yourself the time and energy! Instead of offering to rent me a room or honoring what was an obvious reservation, they ignored the email they received from booking.com. by the time this was all said and done, it was far too late to rent a room anywhere else. So I slept in my vehicle.

    The hotel staff and apartment-style layout are excellent, but the extreme odors throughout the property were unbearable. While my room (334) had a potent, chemical-like smell and stained walls, the lobby and hallways smelled like decay or dead animals. I requested a first-floor room via Booking.com for accessibility but received no response and was placed on the third floor. This facility has a great atmosphere, but it desperately needs a deep professional cleaning and better ventilation to be habitable.

    I don't think I can explain how much I don't like the mold in the bathroom. The water ran out right after I shampooed, my hair didn't even get to wash or put conditioner in. There's mold up in the bathroom corner. The tub wouldn't drain so I was taking a bath with my feet Not to mention there's no coffee pot. The facilities are dirty. There's a bunch of crackheads living here My daughter's room, the toilet was leaking out. The bottom of the toilet, and the maintenance guy came up and told her she would they would fix it in the morning, so they had to stay the night in a place that the toilet was leaking.The refrigerator looks like it's from the nineteen seventies. I cannot tell you how annoyed I was about this place that I had to sleep in!!!!!!!! I definitely one thousand percent would never stay here again.And I do not recommend this place to anybody, and I mean, anybody!!!!!!!!!

    Somewhat outdated hotel in sketchier area. Stated it included continental breakfast, but none left both days. Believe it was just a few breakfast bars and oatmeal. Coffee was good though! Pillows flat, curtains would not close all the way, and needed to request kitchen items - but would not give sink plug to wash dishes.

    I love how it is gated and far away from the craziness of Fife strip. Wish we did have a better breakfast option but understandable. And Residents don’t pick up their dog poop when dog bags are provided and maybe overpriced on laundry services but other than that it has been great!

    My bed was the wrong size I booked a king sized suite and I got a queen size bed. Half the outlets in the room did not work, the phone did not work, there was mold in the shower. Staff tried their best, but was given no tools to succeed in making guests happy.

    For the price you pay for the room.....no coffee maker, no water cups at all (if you had to take meds or need water for anything, there are NO cups). Yes, full fridge, and stove, but if you are only staying 1 night, you don't need that, you need cups in the room. Free breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water, bags of oatmeal, and 1 basket of very small muffins. That was it. And no regular creamer. All were sugared creamers. Diabetics can have that. Staff was nice, but that rest was not.

    No daily housekeeping, you have to take your linens to the front desk and exchange for new ones. Kitchen kit is poor quality and tiny. You have to ask for dish soap and it comes in miniature packages. Breakfast is not really breakfast. Nothing fresh, only packaged oatmeal, and muffins.. Will not be staying here again.

    Sheryl checked us in when we arrived and she was the sweetest! My friend and I stayed for a long weekend to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome. The beds were comfortable , room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Definitely on the more affordable side- would stay again!

    Older hotel. Has no USB ports so don't forget your wall charger. Do not have any expectation for breakfast which at 8:30 was just coffee, water and a few cup cakes. There is no coffee maker in the room and you need to take your own utensils, dishes, cups as the kitchen is bare. For what you get, the rate should be no more than $75-$80 per night.

    TV had a black bar on the screen. When I told desk, they said we knew about that. "We ordered a new one that hasn't cpme in yet." Why didn't they offer another room? Also floors were laminate not carpet, cold. I also wonder why a hotel has 2 parking spots right outside the door marked for police only. Hmmm. What does that say?

Y todavia a las 02:40am estabamos en el estacionamiento buscando algun otro hotel que tuviera check-in early y nada que ver. Y a las 03:00 habia llegó el sistema y tuvimos que hacer una reservación nueva con check-in early y costo adicional por esto.     The room was clean, nice and spacious. There is no coffee pot in the room unless you request one. There is a kitchen in the room and laundry facilities on the first floor. The motel is in kind of industrial area near the Port of Tacoma, and not far off the freeway, but it is very quiet.

    I was just informed today the HM is refusing to refund our money after they said my family could not stay becuase my brother did not have an ID. Sheryl was very rude with horrible customer service. As someone that has worked in customer services for 20 years including working as a housekeeper and waiter for three years, I am appalled by how my family was treated. It looked to be racist in nature as Sheryl did not want to help my family and sidelined helping my mother twice. I would like my money returned to me. Expedia has given up on refunding this experience and just told me they can't do anything about it.

    For the price it was fine. "Grab and go" breakfast was a joke: mini muffins, hot cocoa, coffee, instant oatmeal. Thats it. No fruit, nothing. Biggest gripes are no hair dryer in the room, and they came by at 9am to replace the tv and beds across the hotel. I told them, No thanks, i check out at 11. They abided, but come on, you shouldnt be doing that until folks check out.

    Unfortunately, the room smelled like cigarettes and cigars strongly. It could not be aired out. I am unsure if this is due to the room or the cleaning supplies but I came away with multiple red spots on myself that were not there before my stay.     We have stayed here 3 times and each stay there was something not working in the room. Lights do not work. No TV remote. Vending machine does not operate as it should. Took the money and did not dispense the products. Staff said they were not responsible for the vending machine. No help was offered.

    Drove over 500 miles transporting rvs. Needed a stay for night to deliver in morning. Arrived to hotel that is gated. Tons of people hanging outside. Couldn’t find parking to park truck and trailer. Went inside to talk with front desk. Waited 20 mins with ringing service bell. No response. Phone ringing off the hook. Went outside for another 20/30 mins to try and figure out what to do with a place to stay. Went back in and still no one around. Finally yelled to the back to see if someone was even there. Then the lady come up to desk from back and sad they do not allow over size vehicles. Now even more upset as there is nothing on the booking process to state that. Couldn’t try for cancellation cause it was past check in. Had to go spend another 130.00 on a hotel that could accommodate. Do not stay- ghetto. Truckers pick another location.

    I didn't like it and I don't recommend staying there, it's a port area and there's nothing nearby. The hotel is terrible, you need to pay to have internet and even paying is bad, there is no breakfast just a cup of coffee and a cereal bar. The shower in the room didn't stop dripping and the corridor of the rooms stank of food

    The only bad experience was when my vehical was towed away and impounded due to the parking pass i was issued falling off my mirror Yes technically it was displayed properly there for it could be towed But it wouldnt have taken very much effort on the part of management to figure out whos car it was and if they had paid to be here or not It was $600 and it was only at the impound lot for 1hr I think the policy should be looked at so that a paying customer that has the right to park there doesnt have his vehical towed away just because his pass fell from his mirror and didnt notice as he walked away from the car. A little effort to see who life your going to totally derail by taking the car that they need to survive out here

    Late night arrival and night staff was accommodating and friendly. Rear door was propped open with a rock because the card scanner was broken and that felt unsafe. Later the police arrived for a disturbance . I specifically called before I arriving to confirm a late checkout, and reconfirmed with night staff. Morning staff would not accommodate us.

    The room 322 stinks horribly. Came into the room with both windows Wide opened I am assuming they were trying to air out because the room was freezing . We were told it was a sold out night and as well all area hotels were sold out. We had to sleep with window somewhat opened due to the nauseous feeling we had from room smell. The bed and bedding was fine so this is something in the floor or walls. Very disappointing after a long day to not be comfortable in a room we only had 9hrs in for sleep.

    Prices very terribly. None of the scan machines work for exterior doors. The only way inside is through front door. Zero room cleaning. Very very noisy and when you call it gets worse. Shower valve was broken the entire stay. I was promissed a repair the 2nd day but after 9 days nothing had been fixed.

    Relocating to California and didn’t want ANY storage (U-HAUL) trailers on the property. I would have understood the situation better if it wasn’t for his nasty attitude towards his commenting to me!     There was alot of dog waste all over the property which i found unsafe for my dog when i would take him out. It was very limited spots to allow him to walk around.

    The newest cost savings measure seems to be removing the in room coffee machine. That is unforgivable to addicts like me. I realize coffee is available in the lobby but that's lots of walking required before coffee to get coffee... Everything else was fine.

    Desk clerk didn't know how to do a wake up call. She said she asked someone else and they just said there was an alarm clock in the room, which didn't work. TV remote didn't work properly either.

    Walked into my room to a horrible smell and dried pee on the bathroom floor. Rooms are clearly not properly cleaned or inspected in-between guests. When I asked for a new room they told me they were all sold out and they would just go clean my room really quick. After watching a cleaner go to the room with nothing but a rag and spray bottle I knew I was in for a rough stay. After expressing my disappointment further a different room magically came available. The second room was also disgusting with black hairs everywhere and mold in the bathroom. Absolutely will never be staying here again.

    Absolutely disgusting! Hair and crap all over the floor and in the bed. Smelly towels and stained linnens. Staff tried to correct this but their efforts fell short of our expectations. Checked out in the middle of the night and demanded a refund. Go ANYWHERE else.

    The water in my room was cold went down to the front desk. Explained to the manager, she said that it would be taken care of it never was. I was told that I would be getting a fifty dollar refund. And that it would take a couple days at least three it’s been almost a week and I have gotten nothing

    I’m demanding a full refund for my two nights, and will be asking for a full refund for the other two nights I paid for my brother, due to the fact that my brother wasn’t allowed to use his booking because he came in late that night. The general manager threatened to kick both my brother and my family out, his actions threatening and harassment, for no reason whatsoever. He must be on drugs or something. My family is in transition from Lahaina, Maui, to Oregon. We were forced to leave because of the aftermath of the fires. We’ve been through a lot of stress, and loss of friends. We were expecting to be able to have a decent stay at the property, after all we’ve been through. To have experienced this person has absolutely added stress to all our family. I demand the general manager be fired.

    Check in was delayed so had to wait around for an hour. Room was OK, beds and pillow were surprisingly comfortable. Shower was not the cleanest had hair strands here and there. Coffee was empty in the morning.

    So this place was nice but didn’t have things most hotels have like an ice machine, had vending machines that only took ATM but had no water options, had no coffee pot and I didn’t see any soap, shampoo etc..good thing we had our own. We did have a kitchenette but no cookware or utensils, we read that you could request it for a fee. Also housekeeping was only offered if you stayed past 7 days. Should you need it before 7 days, you are charged a fee. The area was quiet. The lady who checked us in was very nice & helpful!

    We stayed her and things were okay in the beginning. The air conditioning was broken and wasn’t able to be fixed the entire weekend or get us a different room and the GM stated that we would get a partial refund and 2 months later, still nothing.

    Booked through Hotel.com and would not take their card. No hairdryer, needed glass and absolutely nothing in the kitchen to use. Breakfast looked like packets of instant cereal and coffee. Asked for receipt at checkout they couldn’t print one.
