Extremely dirty, didn’t provide WiFi info, tv didn’t work, bedding stained, curtains wouldn’t shut. Literally would never stay there again, only had to because of my unique situation, thank goodness it was only two days. Also staff was awful, unhelpful, stared at you, and made things do uncomfortable. -1/10

There seem to be people living at the motel long term. They set up tables in the parking lot and cook out there and stay up to 1 AM or later with kids running around making noise.

The room was filthy, dirty walls n floors, boogers on the walls, dust everywhere. There were european guests that cooked in the parking lot, played cards in the parking lot till late at night. They left it a mess till morning then had thier children clean it up. They were rude when i tried to converse with them, they dumped out an ashtray i used that was sitting on the air conditioning unit and threw it in front of my door. It was a sad, horrible experience. It was the only available room at the time but ill stay in a tent the next time, rather than have to pay for that.

It’s okay beds sheets were white with no stains.

Not crowded, but a lot of yelling in the parking lot all night. Hard to sleep.

Noisy place all day and night. Many people loitering around. Room is dirty with chewing gum on the floor.

Total lack of communication on the front office part, from beginning of check-in to check-out day. Thanks but No Thanks.

Check in was courtesy, refrigerator was clean, microwave clean, carpet was dirty, large stains on chair, burn holes in bed linens, towels clean, tv had “weak signal” only static.

The walls is falling apart. Sometimes water luke warm. Carpet is getting stain some walls needs wash. Refringe not cold. Microwave don-t work. Tv is dim. Spiderwibes.

On arrival I was told there was no more rooms, and was told to go to a different building with only smoking rooms available. The area was very sketchy with people standing around drinking/drugging and smoking outside and inside the building

i tried to rent a motel room in Fife Washington from Florida for my brother. The Proprietor said he could not take payment over the phone. He said I had to book online. He was not specific as to which service. I booked with expedia. Still tthe proprietor would not rent the room without the card being present to charge even after I filed the card with expedia. At first he said that he did not have anything from expedia. Then he said he had the reservation but needed the card. He left the premises in his car without renting the room to my brother.

on the bed sheets and there were a ton of buttons missing from the phone in the room. So, overall I would not ever stay there again or recommend anyone to for the sake of hygiene, cleanliness and the smell.

Clean and neat room. Reserved parking in front of room. Many high end motels don’t have a bathroom this nice.

There were bugs and ants in our room. Washroom door is cracked there is writing on the Washroom door making it look dirty. I had to buy bug and Ant spray to kill the bugs and ants. TV didn't have internet when we turned the TV on.

bathroom looked nicely renovated until we looked actually in it, the shower was black, the toilet was dirty. There were red stains on the floor. The room smelt like someone had smoked there for years even though it was a non-smoking room. Sheets were marked / stained. Every surface in the room was dirty and needed to be wiped down by us.

Horrible place with bed bugs infestation. I left immediately but after tons of bites. And owner did not want to give refund. I never thought a place could be this bad and still in business. Absolutely disgusting

The was a bullet hole in the wall that went clean through to the outside.

This place was absolutely disgusting! By far the worst motel I have ever seen. Stains and holes in the sheets, stains all over the floors and walls. Very sketchy people all around, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. So gross and unsafe. DO NOT stay here.

The room was very nice but couldnt even get clean towels during a 5 day stay and then was denied my cash deposit back. Not because of anything i did wrong in the room, but because the night clerk didnt write it on my receipt and it was a different person when i checked out

I don't recommend staying at the this motel the guy who owns the place is disrespectful an just plan rude. He made my Granddaughter really uncomfortable . The beds in my room where uncomfortable I woke up with my heck and back hurting. There was hair in the tub. You only get one bar of soap that's it. I wouldn't recommend the place

room was clean, vacumed, had extra soap. counterperson spoke english. had laundromat on site, very helpful. room was warm, tv worked. had working fridge and microwave!! water temp, hot water length and slow water flow was discouraging. cigarette burns in shower and bedding. thin walls.

The TV wasn't working and we called to for them to fix it and they said they will fix it in morning but we were checking out in the morning it does not help

The mattress was hard and the maids went into my room without my permission. I hate the fact that you cant pay for the bookings online. So there is really no rewards for staying there

Nobody was at the office upon checking in. So we tried calling and it just rang. Finally, 20 min later someone shows up, no apology. Ok, whatever. We just needed a place to get a few hours sleep before heading home after a concert so we weren’t expecting much. We paid $79 for the room. We get the room and at first it looks like a typical cheap hotel, even looked cleanish. We checked out the bathroom and the tub and toilet were dirty, the toilet seat was broken and there were poop or blood stains on the towels. Gross. So we decide to skip the shower and just go to bed, where upon we find the sheets are stained too. Mind you, there is no one in the office now, apparently they just show up to let people in and then leave again. So we put the top sheet down and just deal. Then our meth head neighbors proceed to start fighting and I feel like we are on on the set on jerry springer. Finally, things seem to simmer down and then at 2 am they pick up fighting again and one of them starts setting his panic button off on his car. For like 15 min, intentionally. The ready of the night pretty much followed this suit. At 7 am they were once again fighting so I tried the office again and told them what a horrible experience we had and could they please ask them to shut up so we could sleep for an hour before driving home? My complaint was not even considered, no apology, no one came to ask them to be quiet. So, we left. I have never written a bad review before but this was awful.

Surprised by how nice for the price

No hot water. Linen on the beds was dirty, AC in the room didn’t work. Lots of transient and homeless types hanging out, all hours of the night!

Great overall stay.

The bed was comfy and shower ok. There was an open, empty magnum gold wrapper in the drawer below the tv. There was 3 short, black curly hair stuck in a washcloth which was supposedly clean. There was loud noise in the next room about 4 or 5 loud voices of people talking, men and women.

The room was recently remodeled with new bathroom. It is a modest hotel and I had a good night’s sleep.

I got attacked by bedbugs. I have welts all over my body.

Awful location, very dangerous. And the room was extremely unclean and reeked of cigarettes. The shower didn't even work properly, only a trickle of water came out. You could see the prostitutes standing in the parking lot and there was a lot of drug dealing going on as well. We left after 1 night. Will never go back.

Perfect location and low price to have fun in downtown Tacoma!

Good manager was very accommodating. He continually pressed to be extra helpful. Which was great.you don't find any motels around this area anyway that are willing to be accommodating as well as nice and courteous to the room wasn't bad it was very spacious it was nice it wasn't that clean but nothing a little bleach water and elbow grease couldn't remove I'm sitting here comfortable as ever now and I'm going to go pay for a couple more days this motel is great. It was quiet didn't have any problems the security is awesome and I think this motel is awesome to I had a very peaceful night rest and it was great

Worst of all, they charge 70$ for the room!! I had a nice room in the middle of downtown Seattle for 100$.

I did not like the how the room was half cleaned. The shower pressure was very low. There had to had been bed bugs in the bed, me and my boyfriend are still itching and scrathing with bites all over.

They make you feel like family

They were rude, I had registered stated we had two dogs and they charged us again. There was no coffee maker in the room. It was just a bad time there.

Room smelled of stale smoke. Carpets were stained and filthy. No one came to clean our room...no clean towels brought in.

The staff was very unprofessional, they gave me a room for a smoker,when I don’t smoke.and baselly told that’s all I have.maybe if I wouldn’t know the conditions of the hotel I would gone to a better hotel.

I was very surprised at the quality of the room. It looked recently painted, nice carpet on the floor, well furnished and smelled as though it had just been cleaned. I've stayed with a competitor just a few blocks down because of their great price but they don't even come close to the sunshine for quality. Well worth the extra 10 to $15

Motel is under-going major renovations!!! Security spotlights shone through window even with curtain closed. Road noise...couldn't sleep left room at around 4 a.m and people wondering outside in parking lot, a guy was on stairway not sure if he was homeless person or guest? Went to Denny's for early breakfast return to motel room packed up our belongings and left. Fortunate to find a room available at Courtyard by Marriott.
