Not clean smelly room

Plenty of parking available. Many places to eat around.

Constantly have police at this location, multiple shootings. SWAT was called in, motel tried everything they could to try and not give us a refund. Garbage place and people.

Ive been staying here almost 2 weeks, paying good money to, because they have not been cheap due to comedians and people coming to perform, no ice in the ice machine, which is the basic amenities ha, rooms have been dirty (being cleaned by the same person) found spiders in lamps, was able to let one back outside. Had a police standoff yesterday had to wait 2 hours for a room to which the staff didn't care or offer any kind of substitutes or accommodations. I turned their towels black and green from cleaning before I could lay down and rest, so youre welcome to whomever gets those rooms, community is cool, some staff is okay, rooms are cool and basic.

Just staying for the night on our way thru, it was nice for that reason and affordable. No pet fee is a huge bonus when having 2 dogs. Room was fine. It’s old and used but it was clean.

I really liked how nice and helpful the front desk staff were but the thing i disliked are how you have to pay extra to get a room with a microwave and a fridge in them. For the prices.of the rooms already they should all have at least those included.

I like how nice the front desk people are and how decently priced the rooms are. What I didn't like tho is rhat for the prices of the rooms all.rooms should come with a microwave and a small.fridge but they don't. I don't feel that you should have to pay extra for them to be in the room.

The front desk was helpful our room stinks bad smells coming out of the AC when we up the heat. We were both getting light headed from the smell we wanted to change our room but the front office said he will return our call back he never did. So the service overall is bad.

Its really just the area, you. An hear the freeway, lots of other people up at all different hours and cigarette smoke would get filtered through the vents

Yes, it is a Motel 6, so you can’t expect glamour and pristine amenities, but this is by far the worst one that I have stayed at. Overall I highly recommend NOT staying here until these issues are fixed. If I knew how to go about a refund, I would’ve started it while there on the property.

Extremely polite, friendly and helpful staff! Extremely pet friendly!! No charge whatsoever for your fur-babies!! I've been in housekeeping, so I'm very picky, and notice things. The room was very clean, just not excellent. A couple spots of dried soap on the wall of shower. Other than that, definitely stay again, definitely recommend! Side note, bring back the shampoo, lotion and hair dryer. Serve coffee all day in the office. 😊

The internet was fast not once it went off, the FD to HK they were all nice and very polite and respectful and the laundry room was clean and safe. I will definitely stay here again and I will recommend all my friends/family to this specific Motel 6. Keep up the good work and God Bless you all.

The room I booked on this site wasn't the room I was given at the hotel. I booked a double room with a queen bed fridge and microwave. Unfortunately I was given a room with one single bed no fridge and no microwave. Then go upgrade it to have 2 beds I was asked to pay another $6.50 . I payed a total of $127.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating, rooms are well maintained and clean although a bit outdated.wifi works 99% of the time unless it's raining too hard,and the laundry room is open 24 hrs and has snacks , and is so close to several gas stations and. Starbucks so it's the. Easiest place if you are wanting to be close to the industrial park and the casino!

Although I did reserve a room with microwave and fridge. It was not available when I arrived for check-in. Our stay at this location was still very satisfying. So no complaints from me. I hope to do it again soon

There was a bullet hole in the floor… There was people coming in and out all hours of the night to other people’s rooms causing head lights in the windows all night The was a table dining chair one night stand.. and a TV that was it the room looked nothing like the pictures as well as the lobby ….

Only good thing was it had a soft bed and there was heat. I’m being serious too. There really isn’t any amenities here except a couple small bars of soap. Coffee is at the office. Tv had no signal until you called the office and they tell you to change the channel and see if it works. Vending machines are locked up until you go to the office to ask to get it unlocked at 8am. The staff were nice. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars, the bed and nice staff. That’s being generous. The hotel is pretty LOW budget.

The place needs to be remodeled. The rooms are nasty no refrigerator no microwave because of it was in a standard room. Come on man. I’m never staying there again or any other Motel 6.

The front desk when i was checking in (Alisha) did a wonderful job she was friendly and professional. The issue i had was the people above us were loud all night, they did this from 9 at night all the way untill the next day. I called front desk at 1 in the morning about all the noise things constantly fallingnon the floor, yelling, stomping around, and bumping around all over like a fight was happening also cars driving arpund through the hotel with music loud stopping in front of room and parking with music still loud. They front desk never reached out to let me know if they spoke to the people above or asked me if i wanted to switch rooms to accommodate. I feel as though a noise policy should be placed by management and handled.

Me and my wife's day at Motel 6 was mediocre. To say the best, or least the front counter lady was nice.She accommodated to our reservation. Housekeeping comes off as rude their goal is to get the wrong turned over no matter if it's clean to its best or clean to the point where it passes just passes.\nRub your finger anywhere in the room , it will fail miserably to be honest, if you don't bring your own blankets and pillows, you're gonna have some things on you that you're gonna regret, because they don't put very much attention 2\n The quality and sanitary conditions of their blankets and pillows. It doesn't matter how many days it been on. There as long as it doesn't have stains, and even then they hesitate to change it, whatever they can do to cut corners and save cost. I would not stay here again. There were burn marks on the laminate flooring in a non-smoking room. That tells me guests were smoking, or other things were going on. The room was overpriced. No refrigerator. No microwave. Laminate peeling off the furniture. Water damage to the floor in the bathroom. Toilet would not stop running. The only positive was that the water pressure was good & the water got hot. Helen, at the front desk, was pleasant when I checked in, too.

my girlfriend lost her wallet and bdid not have her id and they said she was not registered and would have leave at 8 pm i just ignored it and did not have any issues with it but is it normal hotel policy to id everyone?

Honestly, the best and most hands-off room and property I’ve stayed in ever. I love the privacy and convenience of the location. I had a wonderful time. They were also very accommodating to my disabilities and assistance animals.

You really pay for what you get. It was alright, however, I booked a nonsmoking room and it had a faint smell of cigarettes, sheets had a ton of lint, and floors weren’t really swept. I failed to take any pictures, but I did do a deeper clean myself for me and my 2 kids. Parking lot is well lit. Some sketchy people (unsheltered) who wander at night in the parking lot, but it was close to a police and fire station. It’s also right next door to 2 gas stations and a Starbucks, so it was someone convenient for snacks and coffee. I booked for 7 days due to costs. Would I stay there again? Possibly.

Avoid room #128. The toilet drains very slowly when flushed and doesn't empty. Very unsanitary. Also the room has a strong stinch smell of dogs.

My cousin checked in I just got off my flight and he got the rudest front desk lady that gave him a room in front of the office and said no one without i.d. Can enter the room we explained to the lady that ive lost my identification at the airport luggage terminal and was going to the next avaible appointment in the a.m. to retrieve A new one and she was cruel and wouldn’t even allow me to place my items into the hotel room and sleep in the car if I had to because If I were to step into the room everyone would of had to check out luggage and all it was the worst unconvince ive ever experienced with motel 6 in no way were they able to accommodate me nor listen to any further evidence i had that my identity has been lost a few hours earlier I felt so offended that she wouldn’t allow my items to even enter the room so there would be enough room for me to sleep in the car offsite before the long drive in the morning but before arrival they weren’t saying any of this about the extra guests just about the person Whose name it was in had to provide identity and I would be fine to just make the reservation and it was a ploy for me to rent with them just to be turned away like I was a unidentifiable object because they didn’t treat me humane I’d like something done About this waste of money and false presumptions and inconsideration to what’s happened only after the reservation was made and purchased horrible experience and emotional distress from judgement they had when I had no I.d.

Linen was clean, but some things were not including a curl of hair in front on the shower. No micro, fridge or even shampoo. Little soap or towels. Very noisy, few restaurants, nearby fire department added sirens to already noisy environment. Two full size beds crammed into a tiny room pushed against the walls. We asked for two queen beds. We had very little sleep before a long drive home. Worst stay ever!!!!

Booked a non smoking room. Smelt of smoke. No water pressure. The lights didn't work. The bed sunk into the ground. The toilet would hardly flush. We left the second we woke up. The sheets had hairs on it and black specks all of it. It was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Got locked out of our room at 8 pm because the cards stopped working? Overall uncomfortable experience there.

Most things were great, but there was no one at the check in/check out desk a couple times that I observed. Someone else was trying to check out while I was grabbing coffee in the lobby, and they had to wait quite a while before someone helped them.

The staff here is amazing. The front desk workers are top-notch in service. The rooms themselves are okay. They're a little worn down. The beds are comfortable though. And the AC is cold as heck. The location is very convenient because you have a Starbucks and you have all the fast food joints and you're literally in the middle to go wherever you want. The only thing is there's a lot of ghetto people and riff rafts walking up and down the main road that it's facing. And the room conditions are a bit old. I wouldn't stay here again but I would like to say that the staff is exceptional in service.

We reserved a TWO BED room three days in advance, when we got here they gave us a one bed room and said all the two bed rooms are booked. so now someone has to sleep on the dirty hard wood floor. The bottom of the shower is dirty stained and there’s hair left on the shower walls. Didn’t provide hair soaps. IT DOES NOT have breakfast included. Will never come here again and definitely DO NOT recommend staying here

The rooms can use an update, The bathroom faucet sprayed all over. There was a crack and peel from the wall. The door there is a huge gap on the bottom. I had to request for another pillows and bath towels. The TV did not provide enough channels.

I think the hotel either just went smoke free or someone didnt listen to what was told, the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The door to the bathroom got jammed day one and the two wonderful ladies at the front desk came up and tried to fix it then it was decided they needed to uninstall the knob. They said they would send maintenance up in the morning to fix it. We had decided not to wait around and just go get our day started. The gentleman at the front desk said that he was giving us a little bit to wake up. I believe maintenance wanted us there and we just didnt want to wait around. I reminded them on the way out. The key card deactivated VERY easily. If you carried it close to your phone, like in your pocket, it would deactivate. Even with all the surprises we still had fun. All we really wanted as a place to laid our heads and that was what we got. The customer Service was top level. The beds were comfy and the pool was VERY clean and cold.

Our room was pretty clean but it smells like guests have been smoking in it. We were assigned on the second floor and there's no elevator. The lady who helped us was pretty friendly though. She offered us coffee that's available in the morning. So I guess all the shortness of the quality of the hotel pretty much covers with the staff's niceness.

I made a booking with Expedia about 1:32 yesterday then when I got to the hotel the booking was never there so I had to pay for the room again after I already paid for it but you guys which really piss me off then when I got back to the room I noticed at the booking number came up so I went back over there and they cancel out the hundred bucks that I just paid so I have to wait 7 days for that and they took your booking so I'm not happy with the people at all I'm going to try somebody else that's two times you did that to me already two times

First time we stay a long time ago i reported how nasty the room was even a pics. I was band after that. We book into bf name next time it was ok beside being kare to work due to a poluce stand idf and my room was next to the shootings. We were blackmail to post a good review so i ciukd stay there. Then my bf was band cause of a dirty towel he us a mobile mechanic the towels aee white. Instead of then fine us they band us and we had booked a stay and we came there late a night to book in and they would not tell us we were band and we had to sleep in our car. That cause me to miss work the next day cause my feet were huge and i couldn't walk til i got to lay and put my feet it. They tried to chatge for the room we were not allowed to have and we had it as pay at the office. I lost work time and now i feel like they can do whatever they want all because of the very first stay and we left the rooms cleaner than we had got it. We kept to ourselves and did not cause any troubles i can barely pay the weekly stays i work hard and can barely feed myself cause of people like them taking my hard earn money to doing this to us. I just want this not to happen to anyone else. Go to motel 6 cause pet fee is free and my small dogs are 8 yrs old my fur babies i over paid at aother hotel cause everywhere else was sold out and had to pay more and not be able to eat and sleep in my car. Its making it hard for us to save and get into a place to rent.

It was keep in surprisingly good condition. It did have a lot of homeless people in the area and was inexpensive compared to other stays in the area. I wasn't expecting much. But to my surprise the room was very well kept and the shower was great. The staff was also very friendly.

Band cause they had to throw away the towels were used to clean the floors. We left the room cleaner than how we got it. Was almost late for work due to a police stand off
