The room was clean, the bed sheets had 2 blue stains, not sure if from detergent they used to clean them. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and relaxed. The shower head needed some repairs to it, and the caulking on the shower needs to be replaced. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was good, and the parking situation was good.

It was a ok stay other then the ran down couch in the room that looked like it was found on the side of the road..friendly staff ..breakfast was ok to.

The staff was not helpful and one at the front counter seemed to be on something (drugs or alcohol) The room was disgusting, very dirty, the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in most of the bedsheets… The flooring was separating, stained, and very dirty. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat was melted, mold like substance between the walls and floors… There was nicotine dripping off the crown mouldings. There were people drinking and smoking weed outside our room and the smell was getting into our room through a massive gap between the front door and the sill and through the air conditioning unit. We were apart of a sports team and our son’s room had people banging on the door trying to get in at 4:30 in the morning… The cops were called and made a few visits to deal with the disturbances. There are more issues but I think you get the point.

This was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was real noisy I got zero sleep prior to my 5 hour drive the next day. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like somebody was jumping on the floor above me all night long,

The bathroom smelled quite sour, the walls cary a lot of sound from adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast was decent, parking was quite simple to work with.

Breakfast was good. Electricity in room was not working well. Staff was responsive to our needs.

The freezer wasn’t cold, the microwave wasn’t cleaned. Overall it wasn’t the great stay.

My room was relatively clean. The main concern I'd have for people is that the area is quite busy all through the night. If you are noise sensitive, this may not be the place to stay - lots of traffic type noise from big trucks hauling loads to and from the area. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Port, and it worked perfectly for my needs. Breakfast was good, easily on par with other competitor hotels offering the same convenience. Staff was on point - very friendly and kind.

This was the worst stay ever!! Place was nothing like pictures showed, bad service and people weee in and out of our room with no notice or asking. Nothing about this place was ok or good.

I really had thought that they had cleaned this motel up after all of the tweakers and homeless were hanging out there. So we booked a room. Big mistake. We get woke up at 7:30 a.m. to a couple physically fighting and knocking into our door. I called the office three different times and they did not even bother to answer. The towels are disgustingly stained. The comforters are stained and so gross! They should be embarrassed. Bleach your f****** towels. Get new bedspreads instead of the ones that were stained and disgusting. And you charge $140 a night?????

Middle of remodel, handicap room had a double bed for two, door would not lock. Bottom of door looks like someone tried to kick it in. People walking back and forth all night. Water pressure sucked

Always had parking right outside our room. The breakfast provided a variety of options and was always appealing.

Shower did not work. I called the front desk the lady said she was new and didn’t know what to do and that the manager wasn’t in until 3pm. They didn’t even offer me another room or anything. I would like to speak to someone about this.

In town due to daughter having open heart surgery. So we really needed a place to recharge. However we were Very upset that the hotel was nothing like what is presented on your site. Hotel is old, and dirty. Around the building smells like weed and piss. The bathroom was moldy. Missing light bulbs. Holes in the shower curtains and bed spread. There are cars racing down the road right next to the hotel all night long. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Lady working at the front desk was amazing: hard-working & kind. Management has not responded to Expedia's request for refund - as we did NOT stay at this property. We checked in, looked at room available, decided it was not habitable (smoking room w/years of smoker use; linens w/cigarette burns, etc). We booked a non-smoking room through Expedia; but none were available at property upon check-in. Would give management zero stars if I could.

Room was filthy, half the stuff didn’t work, and the staff gave my room away even though I checked in around 5pm. Only option left was a smoking room that reeked. The connecting door wouldn’t even lock unless I forced it. Dogs were left alone in nearby rooms, howling all night long. Stay away from this place.

The room had 2 lights out in the bathroom. Toothpaste residue all over the faucet and sink. A shower that wouldn’t turn on and a shower head that was coming out of the wall. The manager on duty was kind however oblivious to this being an issue. She offered to upgrade us to a different room and after looking at it, there was no way we could stay another minute. The manager of the property has never attempted to contact me per my request and has not refunded our money. We were there for less than an hour and couldn’t do it. It felt dirty and all signs pointed to a bad experience. So we left. It has been a week and a half later and the hotel is refusing to refund our money and done nothing to contact me. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a few extra dollars and stay in Tacoma.

shower rod was coming away from wall so curtain slumped in the middle open on sides. No luggage tray (stand) had to use ironing board.

The staff was very pleasant, the room smelled clean and the bed was comfortable... But I was greeted by a rolling tumbleweed of black hair when walking to the vanity. The floor left my feet black. And the hook in the bathroom was ripped out of the wall, leaving a hole. The desk lamp by the TV had electric issues and gave a strobe light effect. It looked like it was updated recently, but not quite finished. It was quiet for the most part, and they serviced my room everyday. The AC unit worked very well. I think the floor just needed better attention.

Great beds, pillows, great shower hot water, great TV. However, a bed light, bed clock wasn’t working and the electrical outlet was missing with a hole in the wall. No extra lock on the inside of the door for safety. Clean though.

The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom tub was yellow and had mold. Did not look nor feel clean. The pictures posted do not reflect the actual state of the hotel.

Showed up to check in and was told that rooms were overbooked and there wasn’t a room for us. Didn’t get any notice that our room was cancelled so we wasted our time driving to the hotel and had to scramble to find another hotel late at night

I did not have a pleasant stay. The overall quality of the hotel was below expectations. Additionally, I was charged a $100 deposit on my card, and during checkout, I was told it would be refunded automatically. However, it has still not been returned. I have not been contacted about any issues, and this lack of follow-up is disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

Lobby felt old and run down. The free breakfast was disappointing, over or under cooked sausages, and runny imitation eggs. Terrible sanitation conditions by the "kitchen" staff. Half of our traveling part felt unsafe at times. The night time security guard was a nice touch but we should have seen him more given the crowd that showed up after dark. The rooms were partially redone but clean minus the random hairs that we found through out the room. When made our reservation I remember them offering a pool, upon check in there was no pool. The hot tub was out of service and the gym offered was all broken equipment from the 80's. Not a quality stay.

The tub/shower was filthy. Looks like stains and dirt. Was afraid to use. At check in was guven the key to a room that was occupied. It was corrected by the front desk person to a king room. Room looked clean but that shower.

they harass you when you get breakfast because there are so many crack heads that come in from off the streets that they can’t tell their customers apart. So they harass the black and mexican people over the white young and old people … PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE! they change they fine print rules and regulations without any new fine print written down for you to be aware of. There was a dead rat on the ground outside our room, our blankets here ripped and torn with cigarette burns all over them, the bathtub had burn marks, the beds made a lot of noise and were uncomfortable.

This property was horrible. The pictures on Expedia do not match the condition of the property. It was nothing but problems the whole stay. The room was filthy, comforter had holes, bathroom counter was falling off, toilet seat was broken and not property secure, blood on the wall, nothing was clean. When we request to change rooms the 2nd room we were in was almost just as bad. Mold growing the bathroom in multiple spots. The staff was rude. I would never recommend someone to stay here.

I really like staying in one of the Choice Hotels because they offer breakfast options and for me that is a turning point. It was clean and the staff were amazing!!! Heather V. was the sweetest to me while checking me in at 10pm - with a smile on her face and very friendly.

There were ants in the bathroom, red stains on the curtains, and the fridge is a freezer. Not horrible otherwise. You get what you pay for.

Took forever to check in. They hadn’t gotten my reservation when I showed up, so it was a waiting game with it until the computer finally confirmed it. The bathroom garbage was full when we got to the room. The hair dryer holder was gross looking. Dirty is all I can describe the way it looked. The AC in the room is non-fictional. The remote to the television was broken also. Volume didn’t work. It was disappointing. Towel holder was not looking too great either. Like someone pulled too hard and bent the heck out of it.

Check-in staff was friendly. Appreciated their policy on late check-in. Was a little slow but super nice and professional. Room condition was bad. Bed blankets had old spots on them. Stains on the walls throughout, especially in the bathroom. Shower was pretty bad. Had the room booked for two nights and we ended up not staying the second night and ate the cost. Did not complain because this was not the fault of the front desk staff. Establishment needs some serious TLC.

I didn’t sleep at all you could clearly hear the neighbors conversations all night and their dogs through the adjoining door. Won’t stay here again

Rooms are very outdated, fridge would not shut, tub/shower had no water. Couch was very old & very used. Bed was very flat, literally the thinnest mattress I have ever seen at any paid accomodations. AC did not work. Very, Very, overpriced The only upside was the manager was very nice.

Walls are paper thin, so you can hear every word your neighbor says. My room was facing the main road, so I could also hear very loud traffic sounds all night.

The hotel room is old and in disrepair. The outside of the building is also in disrepair along with poor landscaping. The room was not very clean - deep cleaning hasn't been done in a long time. There were safety issues on the grounds - outside our door (on the 1st floor) we found the ground unlevel just off the sidewalk with a hole where one could easily step into and fall and/or break an ankle. The one positive was the water pressure in the shower - it was great! Unfortunately, we would not stay again when attending a concert at the casino, instead we will book a room at EMC. Thank you.

The quality of our room was extremely disappointing to say the least. I don’t often write reviews, but the condition of this property was so abysmal that I felt I would be doing everyone a disservice by not shedding light on my experience. The hotel bathroom wall was caked in some unknown splattered substance (as pictured) and pink mildew. The fan was so loud and clunky sounding, I would be surprised if other guests multiple rooms away couldn’t hear it. I was afraid to walk barefoot on these floors, my foot would stick each time I put it down. I’m not sure when the last time the floors were truly cleaned. The bathroom counter had finger smudge marks all over it, indicating to me it wasn’t property cleaned during turnover. There were no accessible outlets near the bed, so good luck charging your phone near you before bed. To top it all off, we were hoping to at least have some hot and quick breakfast on the way out, but of course that experience couldn’t have redeemed the rest of the trip. The staff member assisting with breakfast was rude to multiple guests within the 30 minutes we were in the lobby. She actually shooed someone away when they asked for more waffle batter (it had been empty for at least 15 minutes) by shaking her hands at him and saying “yeah yeah yeah” as if sending him off in another direction. I have learned my lesson staying in a quality inn. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I can spend over $100 and get significantly better than this.

They put me in a room that was undergoing "maintenance" at 830pm. She told me they had put new furnishings in (they hadn't) and were finishing up. It would be about 10 minutes. 2 minutes later she told me it was ready. The furniture was old, the bedding had burn holes (even tho it was supposedly a non smoking room), but the kicker was the fact there was NO WATER in the shower. I'm still waiting for my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

we should have been told that the shower faucet is VERY hard to turn on. my husband pulled & pulled & was afraid he would break it. So, neither of us showered before checking out. At check out we told the clerk about it & she said it pulls really hard. She & my husband went back to the room and she got it to work. If it is that hard to pull I do believe they should replace that faucet.

When I arrived at my room the TV and the heater did not work, I reported it and a tech. was sent out to repair it, The TV then worked but the heater did not, I had to stay in a cold room all night, it was terrible!

Workers were friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate and clean but the actual rooms and property itself is in much worse shape than the pictures indicate. I saw a mouse run by outside my room at one point. Just tired rooms, smells somewhat like smoke even in non-smoking room, just because of people smoking elsewhere.

The was alright except the smell. Must have been the cleaning product but it was unpleasant and never left. You get used to it but shouldnt have to. Breakfast was great and we would stay again its totally fine for a quick overnight stay we werent here long.

Front desk staff were friendly and pleasant. The area that I parked in was around back but it felt safe. There was filtered water, tea and coffee available at all times in the breakfast room in the lobby. Our room was clean and our beds and pillows were comfortable. Free breakfast offered was sufficient. Waffle makers, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, bread, cereal yogurt and fresh apples and oranges. Perfect for the price. Walked to the casino across the street as well at night and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Absolutely horrible place to stay and not worth the money. My family and I wanted to do something special and get a hotel room for the night, photos looked great and clean. Upon arrival Check in time was ridiculous, once finally getting to our room it smelled of cigarettes horribly even though we booked a non smoking room. There was cigarette stains on the comforter (I have photos to prove it) Called the front desk to be switched rooms and the gal seemed irritated that I refused to allow my family to stay in those horrible conditions. Our reservations were for 2 adults 1 child and I’m also pregnant so I didn’t want to put my family in those conditions. Upon going back to the lobby to be switched rooms we had yet another long wait and handed new keys and sent on our way. The second room wasn’t much better for cleanliness as there were stains on the bed, hair in the shower and the shower curtain was broken. We ended up staying because it was late and it was somewhere to lay our heads but we were far from satisfied and would never stay again. Hopefully Expedia takes action for the horrible stay we had
