everything was great! My niece went swimming in the pool and she also used the hot tub. all was good there. overall a good stay. I would have liked a night stand or a shelf on both sides of the bed. but that's something minor, would not prevent me from staying there again.

What I liked about the property was its location close to downtown Flagstaff, I didn't need to drive around and look for parking spots during my time there. I could walk to the bars and restaurants and walk back safely to the hotel room. What could be improved is to update the hotel and also replace the bed mattresses and pillows, I could feel the bed springs in my back and the pillows got hot quickly.

The price was too high. Every hotel chain has to balance the high profits they want against comfort and benefits for people staying there. Here, the balance clearly is biased toward profits. It does very little to make people feel at home. Some hotels clearly display information about the locality, restaurants and attractions. I had to ask at the desk, just to receive an unreadable, condensed single page "reference" to local restaurants. For the price, there should be a local shuttle--there is none. The room, while large and clean, was apparently furnished by some "designer" that had no feel for home. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. There needs to be another bench to place a suitcase at arrival for two occupants--the space exists. There are no hangers in the closet. There are cabinets that look ok, but no handles for the doors and they slam shut every time used, unless you pay extra attention to avoid--not good, nobody does that. The lighting is bad. There is no mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror is unusable for makeup or shaving, unless you bring your own, extra light; the light there is very weak. The television has very minimum programming. This hotel is clearly and intentionally designed to maximize profits, while providing the minimum experience for residents. It is a place to stay, but should be better.

The location is ideal for being close to attractions in the city and the staff was very hospitable. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Though the location is great, the access from S. Mike Place can be tricky.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great, with real scrambled eggs and several other choices. The gym and pool were also great.

The surrounding area is clean and quiet. Parking on-site was $6, that's cheap compared to others. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable... The only downfall was the street entrance to their location, depending on which direction you're coming from. Just be aware.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! While it might not be a luxury property, it absolutely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, and most importantly, the bedsheets and towels were absolutely pristine. I’m highlighting this because, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness just two days prior at a famous, historic hotel located a bit outside the downtown area, which we had chosen based on its high reviews..... If you are on the fence about where to book, go with this one, you won't regret it. The location is also exceptional. It’s in a very safe area, and just a 2-minute walk away, there is a fantastic brewing place that serves great food, with a pizzeria right next to it. Everything here is kept meticulously clean. The internet is super fast, which was a huge plus. On top of that, the hotel offers great amenities like a guest laundry room and a gym. The included breakfast was also fantastic; the staff manages it wonderfully, keeping everything immaculate and well-stocked. They truly deserve praise for their hard work. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location, very walkable and close to everything downtown. There are many sites to see, bars, restaurants, breweries. The hotel is modern, clean, good breakfast, the staff were great.

We had requested an 'assisted' room but none were available upon check-in, which was a concern. We made it work, but would recommend making sure that 1 or 2 rooms such as these be the last to be rented. Also, it would be great if the staff would be more cognizant that a person using a walker may appreciate a room closer to the elevator rather than the last one down the hall.

We didn’t have the complimentary breakfast or use the pool or hot tub this visit, but the room location was perfect but the bathroom dispensers were difficult to use and you should provide shower gel, the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were great

This was a great value for the money. Close to downtown we walked around and had a wonderful dinner. The hotel itself had great beds. It was quiet. Had a wonderful pool and a great exercise area.

It was minimal breakfast. But they have two waffle makers.

The room was clean and spacious, but I took off one star because only one USB port worked out of the three in the room. There was a good variety in the included breakfast.

As with almost all hotels these days, the pillows were too soft to be useful and the showerhead was mediocre at best. The thing that made things worse was the slow responsiveness of the heating/cooling system that required manual adjustments throughout the stay.

The hotel is centrally located and within a 5 minute walk to downtown area shops and restaurants on route 66. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. We had no problems with any type of noise throughout the hotel. The breakfast was the usual complimentary breakfast with eggs and various cereals. The parking is a paid parking, ($6.00 per day) and was not included with our room when we booked the room. It seems like the entire hotel (downtown) area is that way tho. The parking fees were collected after checkout from your credit card.

The room was fine—nothing particularly special—but the bed was very firm and uncomfortable, one of the hardest hotel beds I’ve experienced. Breakfast was typical for a hotel—nothing remarkable. The dining area was quite small and felt crowded during busy times. You're definitely paying for the location within walking distance of the historic district.

Kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast buffet. The waffle maker was a highlight.

Breakfast was disappointing due to fake eggs for omelet. Frozen French toast strips. iPhone chargers don’t work- bring outlet plug in to charge cell phones. A few block walk to downtown with excellent brewery/grills on the way! Loud traffic noise

Positives: location near Southside (not in downtown - marketing is misleading) and 10-min walk to coffee shops, etc. Pool was great for our little one. Free breakfast had hot items which is unusual at the price point. We had an easy experience but would probably not stay here again.

The first night’s stay was terrible. There was a strong urine odor on the bed, clearly indicating that the sheets and/or comforter were not changed as they should have been. The hotel gave us another room, but it was smaller and less conveniently located than the first. They made no apologies for the incident nor did they offer any type of compensation. Very disappointed!

The room is clean. Breakfast was OK. There many kinds of bright lights in the room that affects the sleeping quality such as the fire alarm. WiFi system, and the TV receptor, etc. The curtain does not block the lights from the street facing the traffic also. They charge a parking fee after checking in, which was unexpected.

Stop thinking that a mountain view is worth $200 a night. Lamp shade and floor and curtains all stained. A dirty ice bucket. A pool that needed tile cleaning. Dirty windows. Charge extra to park. Outlets and USB ports that didn't work. Not what I remember Country inn to be. That'll be my to last I think. All the staff were pleasant though

There are a lot of hotel choices in the area. The room was clean and it was quiet. They offer breakfast. It’s a fine choice for a quick stop on your road trip.

We stopped here for a night on way from Grand Canyon to Phoenix. The hotel is pretty new or updated. Room was huge. There are several walkable options for dining, including several breweries. Breakfast was great. We didn’t use but there was indoor pool, gym, and laundry.

The room was super clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly. The breakfasts were great as well! We had a room for disabled people(but we are not disabled), and there was so much room I was able to do a cartwheel! The only downside was the shower head didn’t face down, so we had to manually shower ourselves holding the shower head.

Only downside was parking. There is a lot with free parking, however it can be tight with a truck, and didn’t seem to have quite enough spots. Otherwise, everything was great.

Room very clean. Breakfast was lovely (waffles!) and the hot dishes changed everyday. Pool was the perfect temp. Things to know: there is a small charge for parking. Part of the lot is covered but is a bit tight for long trucks, but it's doable. They do checkout via text which I loved.

Not good for folks who don’t eat meat . They keep everything together with meat - egg and French bread and when we asked for separate egg , they refused . Also the room was not up to the mark , heating was not optimal and making it very dry .

This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here whenever we come to Flagstaff. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and the location, for us, can't be beat. It is walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee that we like to go to, and a quick and easy drive to others. Very nice property.

This was a perfectly functional, clean chain hotel. Internet was down for the duration of our stay (not ideal for foreign visitors). Biggest complaint was that the hotel claims sustainability credentials but is an absolute disaster of single-use plastics, from individually-wrapped plastic cups in the bedroom to individually-wrapped bagels at breakfast and 'disposable' everything (cutlery, plateware etc). Chains like Radisson can and should be doing better than this - and do so elsewhere in the world where such wastefulness is not normalised.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly... however, their wifi was down, but they did comp the $10 parking due to it. When we first walked into the room and honestly thought we got pranked with their pillows... there were four of them on the bed and they were smaller than throw pillows... really hard to get a good night sleep with those. Ok for a place to stay when you want to be closer to downtown and other options are booked.. but bring your own pillows!

At check-in around 3 a.m., the front desk seemed confused about our reservation dates, which was frustrating after a long drive. The most upsetting part happened Saturday night when we briefly gathered in a family member’s room to plan the next day. We received a noise complaint call, which we immediately addressed. Minutes later, the same male front desk employee called back and used profanity, aggressively telling us to “shut the f* up” or we would be kicked out.** This was completely unprofessional and terrifying for the children. The kids were scared for the rest of the weekend. We spoke to the manager before leaving but received no apology or follow-up. The only positive was the breakfast attendant, who was kind and welcoming each morning. We spent over $500 and expected professionalism. Unfortunately, we will never stay at this hotel again.

The night we checked in was fine, but the following day the front desk (man) was so unprofessional and rude. We had 3 families check in at this hotel. Room 310, 315 and 222. Apparently someone complained that we were to loud in room 222 (there was 3kids) as we all met in there to have dinner before we all walked back to our own rooms. The front desk staff (man) called the room around 10:30-11pm and cursed at our family member over the phone and told us that he was going to loose out on money if the other family( the ones complaining) decided to leave. Our children were so scared after that. They didn’t want to stay and wanted to leave, but we had no where to go, so we couldn’t leave. When we came down to speak to him, he did apologize for using the f bomb, but what was done was done. Never will we go back again. And I’m requesting a refund.

The hotel is clean. However the beds are full size not queen (not as advertised) which makes it extremely uncomfortable for two people. The heater/AC inside the rooms are very noisy and cannot be turned off. Those two issues alone make sleeping really hard which is the only purpose of hotels.

Staff were not very friendly on our arrival but thereafter, we had a positive stay. Clean room, quiet, close proximity to main town and delicious breakfast (and clean and nice dining area).

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. The front desk staff went above and beyond and made check-in so easy. The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus after a long day, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend!

The room was great and the breakfast was really good. Seriously, a great breakfast, with hot items. My only complaint is that you could not watch any movies or shows without commercials. You could not purchase a movie and you can't 'cast' from your phone, as the TV's are not Smart TV's. I never watch commercials, so that was the only downside.

if you have young children Do Not stay here. there is a quite time. from 10pm -7am. watching a movie in our room and laughing was disturbing our neighbor. kids aren’t allowed to even laugh after 10pm we were told by a staff member that if we didn’t keep it down, he would ask us to “F#&@$#” leave. amongst other offensive things. a very uncomfortable situation.

Reading lamp by chair not working. Front desk phone not answered. After going downstairs front desk said he had no maintenance crew. Various lights winking and flashing in room all night. Desk chair gave me serious back problems. Desk didn't know what was the breakfast. He imagined "breakfast things"

This wa an overnight stay. We try to come up a few times a year and decide to try this property. Centrally located and walkable. Don’t show up early because they are stand by the 3:00 pm rule.

Room was spotless. I appreciate the move to shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers instead of single use plastics. Breakfast has cheapened since years past. Very disappointed in separate parking charge now. Expedia in review does mention a charge for covered parking which I didn't use. The description should reflect that they charge for all parking. In reality they should not charge at all during a stay.

The room was neat and tidy. Everything was spotless, carefully arranged, and thoughtfully organized. The staff was especially friendly when they had asked if anyone else was still occupying the room, right as we were about to check out. Would come back again!

Ok place for a short stay

Long black hairs on the bed sheet and bathroom sink. Thermostat on wall doesn’t control air conditioner. Set at 69 and room strayed at 74 the whole day. I wanted a banana at 8am but none were left. No microwave to heat up cold butter and syrup so had to eat cold waffles.

The breakfast wasn’t great, however everything else was wonderful. The room was nice and clean everything worked well in it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great stay!

Great location, very clean and large rooms.

Typical hotel chain. It was clean, comfortable, and a nice size king room. Lobby staff member was helpful and efficient especially since working alone. It was rainy and dark in the evenings so we drove to restaurants even though some were close enough to walk to. There is a convenience store/gas station across the street. Breakfast was the typical buffet, and a variety of choices, including hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage.

The beds were hard as rocks. Hips and shoulders were in agony. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. Second time here and won't be back. Sleep is number one in a hotel.

I have called repeatedly to see why we have a $ 12.00 charge on our room. No one will answer my question and you cannot call the hotel directly.

Front desk clerk was helpful, but the location was difficult to access. Room was in need of updating.

Unprofessional rude front desk. Not only was she terrible to us but we saw how she treated other guests. The area is competitive for hotels. I have my favorites but thought I would give this hotel a try; never again. There’s way nicer, friendlier hotels in Flagstaff.

It was walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Really convenient and spacious rooms.

Great location and very walkable to downtown Flagstaff. There are 3 stories and we stayed on the second floor overlooking the parking lot near the front desk. Unfortunately I had a rough time sleeping because it was noisy. Street traffic. Dumpster gates. People stomping around upstairs. Etc. The room condition left something to be desired. One of the pillowcases was yellowed from wear, there were blood stains on the sheets, the plugs near the nightstand did not all work, the pillows were too soft and offered no support while the bed was super firm. Maybe five hangers hanging in the armoire to hang things up. It is relatively inexpensive so we got what we paid for.

Good location. We were there to visit Lowell Observatory. Refrigerator wasn’t working. Front desk personnel were missing on several occasions.

Had a very pleasant stay.Had a large room and everything was clean, bed was comfortable and the pillows were too.The area was quiet and safe.We walked to dinner and would definitely stay here agan.

It was neat and clean. Only mistake I did was book a room that was for disabled. Also, they should clean the carpet, it was dirty.

The room was extremely dirty and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I slept very uncomfortable and my family and I itched all night due to the sheets having a lot of bleach on them. Very bad condition. The hallways and elevator smelled really bad. Room also smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing, I will never stay there or use Expedia because the rooms are not what they appear to be on the website.

We’ve stayed here twice. Good, clean, well run place to stay. Walkable to restaurants downtown. Would be nice if they made their breakfast more eco-friendly with less single use plastics (plastic utensils wrapped in plastic and even bagels wrapped in plastic) and styrofoam plates :(

Facilities were fine our king suite was very comfortable and clean . Our complaint is the additional 6.00 parking fee. They have a large lot why are they charging parking ? No valet , no special service just a fee . I realize 6.00 isn’t much , BUT still .

Bathroom door difficult to open. Not well aligned. Breakfast was disappointing. Food terrible. Yogurt tasted chalky. Nut muffins and scrambled eggs were tasteless.. Only things edible to me where toasted bagels, butter and bacon.

This Hotel is cleaned and the location is great. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Flagstaff. The only down side is paying for parking fees.

The bed was hard as a rock. Had to leave early because of back pain. Breakfast was great one day and bad the 2nd day.

The bad- bed was cheap and not comfortable, walls so thin I could hear my neighbors walking and flushing the toilets. I had to pay for parking because I booked through Expedia...lame. TP so thin I could almost see through it. Overall was a good stay and would return but only for a lower rate. I paid more than I did in Vegas.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. We walked half a block to Mother Road for dinner- loved it! We had coffee at the coffee shop across the street- also very good. The breakfast at the hotel had good options. The only surprise was a $6 charge for parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the experience was very pleasant, my only observation is that the elevator smelled dirty all the time and the carpet inside the elevator looked disgusting as if it hadn’t been cleaned or washed in for ever! Other than that our stay was good.

The hotel is comfortable for a one night stay. The bed was a little firm. The hotel is on a corner and a little difficult to get into the parking lot. Parking is also a little tight.

Property was clean and the accommodations were fine/average. Didn’t find the bed/mattress all that comfortable and found the pillows very uncomfortable. The television was one of the worst quality TVs as well as the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room. The stay was fine though for the price.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although the beds could be more comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We love staying here. This was my third stay. It’s clean. The people are nice. The pool is in doors. The free breakfast is simple but hits everyone’s needs. The only thing I wish they would add is non dairy yogurt. I don’t do pork and I know I’m weird but I don’t like the taste of eggs. Having another source of protein from a non dairy yogurt would be great.

A couple things that would have made this hotel great: 1) the mini fridge in my room wasn’t on and I couldn’t find settings for it. I put my things on ice instead 2) there was only decaf coffee in my room :( 3) window wasn’t openable and I like fresh air.
