    We had to move rooms twice. First room was very dirty and smelly. Second room was ok, but no Wi-Fi. Third room smelled but that cleared up a bit with the door open for awhile before bed. We stayed here a year ago and it was fine. This place has gone down hill. Only staff we saw was via video on their digital check in kiosk, quick actually worked fine. But we're never staying here again, not worth saving a couple bucks for how bad the rooms are. Bed sheets were clean, but the walls are disgusting and you're sleeping right next to them!

    When you check-in or check out you are not dealing with a person, you are dealing with a kiosk with a camera with picture of person instructing you what to do. Kiosk is not totally user friendly. I got through it after I inserted credit card into wrong slot. Be patient checking in.

    After I got checked in I found mold in the bathroom, a broken electrical light fixture inside the shower (electricution hazard), hair in the shower, and after much frustrating conversation with the lady in the screen, learned shampoo was not provided in the room. The virtual staff was as surprised as I was but the only "help" she could provide was for me to wait until tomorrow to talk to the owner who wasn't going to arrive until 10am. I obviously couldn't wait around until then so she assured me they would call me when they got in. Of course that never happened. This was the worst stay ever anywhere. It felt like a total mistreatment of basic human values and just a fraudulent way of taking people's money.

    Room was nice and clean, decent bed for a one night stay. Close to railroad tracks but not very noisy. Property was a little dark outside but overall was good. Check In was done on a kiosk so took a little longer than normal for Check In.

    First of all, be aware travelers that there is NO front desk staff. You talk to someone through a live screen on a computer. That should be your first red flag. Second, we had people trying to kick open our door around 4:15 am, which means that the property is not secured and there is no one on grounds. Second red flag. Finally, we tried to call down to the front office, and there was no answer, or even better, it went to a busy signal. Third red flag. Finally, I checked out this morning, back on the front desk computer because no one was physically present, and the man on the other end didn't know who the general manager was, and then he told me to have a nice day and dropped it. It's partly my fault, I should have known better when there is only a kiosk and no live person at the front desk. I strongly recommend not staying here.

    I have been to many Motel 6. Flagstaff Butler was unimaginable. Room was not cleaned well. I started to have allergic reaction which I have never experienced. Dusty floor, sink and counter was not wiped thoroughly. Refrigerator was nasty. Droppings and stains from food inside the ref but the freezer was worst that I've seen. Old yogurt and frozen drink spilled. There were loud people from night to early morning. I hope the management would do something about it.

    Location was easy to get to and other business for food and coffee around it. 1st thoughts oh wtf….It was dark in the back of the lot by our room. Felt old and outdated, the ground was uneven. Every plain, antiquated. The kiosk check in is unacceptable, unwelcoming, then to get into room that is hot, heat was on, has no fridge, odd, gross stains in shower/tub that there was no way I’d use it and feel clean and healthy after, placement of towels was odd, toilet seat was loose to point of unsafe. Tv that will not turn on. Huge gaps in door and frame making an unsafe feeling. The room was too small for 2 full beds cannot enter bed from both sides feels cramped. Claustrophobic. We will never stay at a Motel 6 again. Did not take pictures don’t want to remember this place but marked on maps to not ever go here again.

    That it was cheap. The new owners are rude- I've always stayed here when needing a cheap motel in Flagstaff, as I come through town a lot and I don't like to spend a lot on hotels. You check in at a kiosk and they act like there's nothing they can do to help you because there's an almighty power living in the kiosk who just won't let the person who's actually talking to you through the kiosk to make any decisions to help you. Our AC was broken so we moved rooms in the middle of the night, but they didn't make it easy on us. Acted like we were the ones who did something wrong.

    Trash all around the property, not a good first impression. I spilled some water on the floor and grabbed a towel to wipe it up. The towel was filthy black. No heat in room and the thin blanket did nothing. We slept in our clothes with jackets on.

    The receptionist was not good at communicating and gave me a room with someone already in it. They didn’t give me another room and I waited for a whole hour for the receptionist but never came back. I left the hotel due to it being cold and no one to assist me. I asked for a refund due to the incident but the manager is saying I did stay they which is false and won’t refund my money back. I reported someone sleeping in the laundry room and nothing was done about that either.

    Entire left side of the room was not working and they said they had no maintenance person after 4 PM. No TV, heat/ac. No light & no use of outlets. Gap in the door frame, thin window glass, no screens. They wouldn’t honor any compensation on the room the first night. Had to talk to a video screen in the office, no live person to help with issues.

    The room was clean, door seem like it didn't close right. Towel holder was falling, but maintenance came to repair it but didn't clean after him self. Parking lot needs more lighting. The stairs were weird. You could here all the noise when someone is outside. They said I got military discount but didn't show up on my receipt.

    The receptionist was very off-putting. Didn't greet us, didn't give any information about the pool, our room location, etc. We received the bare minimum. She asked for ID to check us in and gave us the room key. There were still pieces of trash on the floor when we got to our room. The pool area has chunks of concrete coming up, sitting at the bottom of the pool, and you have to get staff assistance anytime you want to go to the pool because the door keys don't have access to open it. I appreciated the male worker that would take the time to help us both times we went to the pool. He was the only positive part of our stay. The beds were awfully uncomfortable, even compared to another motel 6 stay in another city. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

    When I arrived there was a sign stating that there was no A/C - I feel they should have notified me of this prior to my check-in. The room was very small. The room was somewhat clean but there was hair still evident in the shower. A lot of outside noise could be heard inside the room so there wasn't very good insulation.

    AC was broken couldn't open a window and my 02 concentrator was putting out hot air. So we were really hot the tv didn't work poor signal. Couldn't use the internet no signal even though I connected to their website. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone to help.Toilet looked like it was going to overflow several times the faucet on the bath shower could hardly be adjusted and leaked. Handicap room with no rails on the shower or no anti slip mats.

    This facility is very poorly maintained, the first room they put me in, had no air conditioning and the TV was not working. Also, it was very dirty and look like a ghetto room. The second room they put me in had all dirty hand towels still in the bathtub shower area. It was a little better than the first room, but definitely look like a very poor ghetto room again. The staff and reception had no personality. She did not even acknowledge. She looked down continuously at the computer never once smiled or greeted me at any point. They caught me on a long weekend so I paid way more than I needed to, but I will remember this definitely one of the poorest facilities I’ve seen in a long time.

    I stay at Motel6 all the time and have no problem with them. For me, they are an acceptable room at a great price, as I refuse to pay $100-$200+ per nite for a room. BUT....what I found unacceptable was the dirty and filthy floor, ugh!!! I cleaned it myself as I couldn't stand all the dirt and grime. In the future, please, please, please take time to wash the floors when you clean a room.

    The cleaning staff needs to focus on cleaning the room floors. After just walking around a few minutes in the room with no socks, the soles of my feet were turning black. They need to wet mop the floors in the bedroom and bathroom after each guest checks out. It is was not a comfortable feeling having this happen.

    It was a motel six so I wasn't expecting much. TV was very small desk table bad holes in it really no amenities, but the biggest problem I had was the bad element around and in the hotel, not fault of the staff. They were trying very hard to make it a good experience maybe not just the best part of town.

    Bad: not especially clean overall, notably floors (obviously dirty linoleum with sticky black areas, bedspreads (hair and other visible dirt and fuzz), dark dirt in countertop/wall corners, stained shower towel-floormat, dirty washcloth hanging on the showerhead from previous guest. And 2 doors down there was a lady pounding on the outside of the door, mumbling, sometimes yelling, trying to open the door. I don't know what the situation really was but as I walked to my rooms she came up to me and asked me if I could help her into her room. I told her I was a guest and she would have to go to the front desk for another key. She resumed pounding, etc for another 15 minutes so I called the front desk to ask them to send someone to help her. Not sure if they did but the pounding coincidentally stopped for 10 minutes when I called then restarted for about another 10 minutes. It finally stopped but I never heard anyone outside attempting to intervene.

    The room was filthy. There were hairs and stains throughout the time. The room smelled of heavy cleaner to try and mask the smell. There was a huge gap in the door and at one point when going to the lobby I was greeted by a worker that appeared on a computer screen. They weren't even on the property.

    Checked in to a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. The room was blazing hot and the AC said wait 30 minutes. It was not working properly. The desk check kept telling me 5 minutes please. I'll check it. After we got it to turn on, I turned the TV on. It had a blue screen and said Weak signal. I followed the cable to the wall. It was just stuck in a hole in the wall not connected. Went to office the 4th time. Told 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, got another room.

    Well i booked the room and i forgot to cancel the room and they charged me for the room and i didnt stay the night. And i was charged for room that i didnt even sleep in . And i asked for a refund at motel 6 and they said they coukdnt do that and wouldnt let me get a room for the night. Motel 6 said its not their problem . I should talk with expedia. Why was charged for a room that i didnt stay in.

    Check-in was by kiosk, speaking to a dude who was off site, while an employee was there filling cupboards with toilet paper etc. When she took over the next night, none of the keys she programmed worked. At one point during the busy graduation weekend, no one's electronic keys were working. Our room had a used towel and soap next to the sink upon arrival. Another guest complained there was a tissue with blood on the bed when she arrived. There were no amenities in the room (coffee/fridge/etc.) and no shampoo provided. Other than that it was just a dowdy old building, but the beds were perfectly fine, and the plumbing good.

    I'd give it negative stars if possible. A very pricey rate for a way below average motel. This place is a prime example of a pig with lipstick. Very old building with a mediocre remodel. A/c didn't work. either did the tv. Wallpaper hanging down. And this is one of the smallest rooms I've ever been in. Over $200? Talk about price gouging. ( there was a couple events and college graduation) Stay elsewhere. Not close to worth the price.

    This is not the Motel 6 you are looking for. Let's start with the staff. I tried to call to make sure that I was going to get a bottom floor room, and the person I was talking to barely spoke English and could not figure out who I was where my reservation was or even if I did have a bottom room or not. This was part of a family trip for a graduation. I got two rooms. My brother-in-law's room had no shower, poor railing to the stairs, and the sink was plugged up. Our room had a leaking shower, and no hot water in the sink. There was a drunk on the staircase by the office with a 12 pack of beer at his feet. There was no housekeeping for the entire 3 days we were there. And considering that they only left us a quarter of a roll of toilet paper plus one more, it was rather stressful. All Motel 6's are basically the same. However, this one really can only be called a Motel 2. There is one other Motel 6 in Flagstaff, go to that one.

    No AC. Heat was cranked up all the way when I got there and never really cooled down as I couldn’t open the window even. No cold water in the sink because the faucet was broken. Check in experience was virtual which was weird and a first for me. When they sent someone to check on my room he didn’t even speak any English and wasn’t helpful at all. Horrible hotel overall with LOTS of homeless people lingering about.

    Floor was very dirty. Turned the soles of my feet black within 5 minutes. Put my socks back on 😬😄. Dropped remote under the bed. When I knelt down to get it, I saw dirt and debris everywhere. Moved nightstand to plug in charger and in addition to dirt and hair, there was a dried pool of urine underneath. Cockroach in the bathroom that I trapped under a trashcan. I told them about it and the man said he’d pass my message along to the Housekeeper.

    Checked in one night just to sleep. The room was dirty and unkept. Did not even feel comfortable getting under the covers. Curtains had stains that looked like blood or something of that color on them. Windows had handprints. Floor was not swept and under the beds were disgusting. I never write reviews but I felt so uncomfortable in this that I feel the need to let others know. Also, we checked in at 11:45 at night or so and there wasn’t a live person to complain to as check-in is done through a kiosk. The gentleman was nice that checked us in through the kiosk, but after driving all day I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it. We were up and out of there as soon as we woke up. This is the worst Motel 6 I have EVER stayed in when it came to the quality and cleanliness of the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    We've stayed at many Motel 6's, they can be hit or miss. This was a big miss. We aren't fussy travelers- we just want a clean space, nothing fancy. This location was filthy, both in the rooms and the around grounds. Many homeless/ addicts milling around the property at all hours as well. Unfortunate experience.

    the air conditioner I couldn't get to it'd be cooler, but I think it was because nighttime was cold. And the daytime is hot, so I had it on cool. But everything else was great. I got ice and coffee in the morning.Friendly staffs clean rooms.

    I am not sure the bed sheets were changed since the last occupancy. They looked wrinkly and there was a piece of plastic from a bag in the bed when I pulled back the bedcover. The lighting over the sink and in the toilet/tub area was horrible. I could barely see what I was doing. Won’t happen again.

    Property dirty. Nobody at front desk after certain time at night Parking lot not well lit. Lot people in and out all hours and even was a couple homeless people under stairs. Thinks they have people that actually live there.

    First issue, booked me to a room with flush not working. Gives me a plunger and tell me to use it and see if that work (the F**k seriously?? But I guess cheap hotels come with its perks) Call the front desk, tell him that did not work, and he says “ ok come to the front desk”. Iam like ok but why? Says, “ I will give you a new room”.Again “ give you a new room” no “ sorry, I will assign/re-book” no Customer Service (CS) etiquette. I say ok, he assigns a new room and Iam like OK. No issues, Iam booked for 2nights. Next day I have plans, head out. Come back late at about 11pm, and cannot open the room with my key card. It is cold outside, i try to call front desk - no response. So, shivering I walk to the front desk. This time a very helpful lady says, “oh maybe he booked you for only 1 night.” I mean common you have my booking details, I understand you had to shift my room because your washroom flush was not working, but atleast you could assign the key for the duration of my stay. Next! No housekeeping! But again that is something you expect with cheap ass motels. My dissatisfaction is- my stay was based on the reviews and ratings, but I don’t know maybe because of my appearance and accent this person when I checked in was condescending. The lady I talked the next day when I was locked out was so very polite.

    Stayed for 2 nights the 2nd night the air conditioning stopped working and it was extremely hot in the room. Nobody physically at the front desk after certain hour of night. Next morning check out and all got was “ oh sorry”. Was homeless people under the stairs. Parking lot dark and people up all hours of the night making noises.

    Simple budget hotel, but the staff is really nice and helpful. Our toilet broke, and they were very quick to have it fixed. Overall clean and comfy. Only complaint is no air conditioning and so the room was extremely hot during the day. But overall great simple place to stay.

    Bed sheets were clean and that’s about it. The toilet was dirty, the bath tub was dirty, the walls had stains, the heat/air conditioning took a few hours to warm up the room. The fan made a loud screeching sound on high. Outside my room was an old 70’s dilapidated 35’ motor home that someone was living in. I felt very unsafe at this location. I have stayed at many Motel 6 locations that were very clean and acceptable. I would not stay at this location again and would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

    Dirty room, stayed for two nights one room smelled like cigarettes and the other like wet dog. We went to buy cleaning supplies to try to help the smell but nothing helped the walls were dirty and There was hairs everywhere stuck on the ground, roaches in one of the rooms and the second night here we had went to get food and when we got back there was like three police cars outside talking to two different guests at their doors don’t know what happened but damn Probably one of the worsts places I’ve stayed at.

    The staff were great. Check in was easy. The hotel felt like it had alot of sketchy characters staying there. The area around hotel felt also full of homeless people on drugs. The property was ok it had pet areas but there was cigarette butts and dog poop EVERYWHERE!!! The room was dirty and needs a nice cleaning. The toilet water ran all night long I tried to fix it and turned off the water to it to make the sound stop. The shower makes a horrible sound when I assume another room showers. The heat was hard to control it was freezing or boiling. Beds were ok. I was not impressed with the motel. It felt greasy and unkempt.

    The rooms in this particular Motel 6 are worn and look abused, stained walls, stained toilets, loose locks, etc. I checked in the first room and right away noticed a horrible smell of smoke and chemical. To the credit of the staff I was told it was probably due to cleaning the floors because of pets. I was moved to another room which did not have the smell. The patrons at this location are a combination of long term and overnight. The parking lot was littered with old vehicles piled with items it looked like a storage yard. I recommend skipping this location altogether.

    2025 and we still have hotels that only give you 2 bars of soap to clean yourself with? 1 towel in the room and a robot in the lobby. Honestly i cant stand hotel rating systems. We need a change now a days. Just cause youre a cheap 1 star doesnt mean people should have to sleep on stained sheets and wash their hair with a bar of soap.

    The bathroom was gross. The shower had couple orange spots around the tub which is who knows how old. The vent in the bathroom was also literally falling off the wall. And to top it off, the light to the bathroom flickered for a couple seconds before finally turning on. Yes, it’s a cheap room, but it may be worth it to just spend a little more money on somewhere above bare minimum.

    The manager was very rude. I asked for a late check-out when I was checking in and it was the manager who agreed. The next morning staff came in 45 minutes before the agreed on check out and the manager said they never allow late check outs and he doesn't know who we spoke to about this.. and he said I should know how to read a clock and shouldn't still be there. So so so rude and frustrating.

    Manager was really rude. First they gave us a room with a clogged toilet, and when we complained, the guy said can you guys fix it if I give you a plunger. We refused and our room was changed, but this room only had 3 pillows (even though it was a 4 person room). We asked them multiple times to provide us with a pillow but they straight up refused to do so. Rooms were also not the cleanest, there were hair and some stains on the blankets. Highly recommend not staying here.

    The room was dirty, there was hair and dust in all the corners of every room, the floor was sticky and hadn't been mopped. Found a bed bug crawling on the table and one smashed into the bathroom wall. The bathroom walls has staines dripping down the wall. The light over the bathtub was hanging part way out. Under the bed was disgusting and dead moths in the window sill. The only clean part was the sheets and towels. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The person at the front desk when we checked in was rude and the neighbors were loud at times even past midnight. Never again!!!

    Later that night, around 11 PM, someone WALKED into my room. It was incredibly scary and made me feel unsafe for the rest of the night. Since it was already late, we stayed, but I was paranoid the entire time. When I mentioned it at checkout, all I got was a quick “I’m sorry” with no effort to make it right. On top of the security issues, the room wasn’t clean. I saw a couple roaches, one of the towels was dirty, and one of the beds made me itchy, so I had to switch to the other one. I would not recommend staying here. Safety and cleanliness should be basic expectations, and this location failed on both.

    I have stayed at dozen Motel 6 Hotels in many states and always had a good experience. I am extremely disappointed at how terrible my experience was at this one. It started with a digital kiosk at the front desk and no person to actual talk to. The rooms looked nice, but we woke up in the morning to finding bed bugs in the bed and had bites from them. Upon seeing this we told the digital kiosk representative and he said I would be refunded for the second night stay and so we checked out and left my room key. No refund ever was posted so I called the manager (because he wasn't available at the hotel in person) who refused to refund me saying there were no bed bugs even though I took photos of them. Manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. At night strange people where yelling in the middle of the night which was quite frightening.

    the first room I was given had people staying in it and the floor was wet with the tv on and beds all messed up. it was almost 4 am and I had been driving for about 3 hours to get there and i just wanted a nice little place to stay. I had to go back to the lobby and get a new room and I asked for a refund I was told I would receive one and I still haven’t been accommodated.     Check-in was pleasant. But the room was horrible. Heath is centrally controlled and only will come on if the outside temperature is under 65 degrees. The sheets are grey and there is this little thin “blanket” Did not take a shower, no shampoo or hair dryer, lukewarm water only. Everything in the room is old and decrepit. Only good thing was a new TV. Filthy in front of doors and all around the immediate vicinity. So listen to the one and two star reviews!

    After having a shower smoke smell appeared to come through vent. I went to checkin desk. Staff came and said he doesn’t smell it. My eyes and throat were saw. However when he smelt inside bathroom he reluctantly agreed. We asked if he could return with some airfreshner to dull smell. He did not return. No effort was made to resolve this problem.     oh my.. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels. I thought I would be fine for one night as i passed thru.... I only ended up staying 3 hours before I couldnt take it anymore an didnt even stay. waste of money. I did not feel safe, the door locks looked like they had already been broken in once, there was soooo many very clearly transient people. people just sitting outside the rooms. and very sketchy box trucks/trailers full of stuff and loading random motorcycles from the lot.. I felt so unsafe/uncomfortable i ended up driving thru the night to my next destination.

    The man working the front desk was not very good at his job and actually hurried us out before even giving us our room key so he could clock out. The room was incredibly disgusting, the towels were crusty like they had already been used, just maybe left to dry, and there was no soap for the shower (although i wouldn't recommended actually taking a shower, because it was caked with dirt like it had never been cleaned before.) Also, the bed was worse than just sleeping on actual metal springs; I think i will have neck pain for the next ten years. Not sure what I was expecting for a Motel 6, but I know I'm never coming back—I've learned my lesson 100%

    Totally 5 stars. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room was immaculate! The mattress on the bed was firm, which my bad back appreciated. There were 2 pillows... one soft, one fluffy, which was perfect, I slept on the soft one and hugged the fluffy one like a body pillow. There was fantastic water pressure, and great hot water. I can't speak for heating, but the a/c worked just fine. I absolutely would stay here again.

    Had to change rooms. The rooms SMELL horrible!!!! Had a none somking room. Opened the door to the room and the smoke smell was so bad i walked out. Went back to the office and was told sorry ill move you away from smoking rooms. Next room smelled just as bad. Had burn holes in the bedding. The rooms are nasty. I will never stay here again.

    Smelt terribly of cigarette smoke. Central air in an old run down building weird for a motel. People clearly living on property. Funky and not in a cute way. Paid for one night and left without staying an hour cancelled the second night. Decided to stay downtown.

    I was staying there for two months. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. I only asked for house keeping once and they never showed. The place is not the safest place to stay. I had problems with guests and being followed by local homeless. The laundry area was always picked up and the rooms are decent size. The beds were comfy. The staff was always on top of any unsafe complaint that I made.

    Curtain rod was broken, did not close completely; bathtub shower knob, when you turned the water to hot cold water came out, when you turned the knob to cold hot water came out; toilet too small and too low, it seemed it was made for a child, bathroom facet sprayed out water when you turned it on, needs some type of gasket to keep it from spraying.

    Our room was so incredibly smelly. The bathroom was not very clean and when we confronted the staff which was a kiosk in the lobby he told us to just try and leave the door open and air it out for a little bit. We will never stay there again

    The room smelled like pot and mold. The AC was broken in the full cold position making the room freezing. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the sheets were very wrinkled like someone had slept on them already. There were people walking around late at night and I was afraid that my vehicle would be broken into.

    When I arrived & in room, I noticed right away how dirty the a/c air filter was so I called front desk and asked them to replace & they came right away and put a new filter in. Then a little later I noticed how dirty the tub was and I called front desk again and Teresa came to room and took pictures and she came back later when I was eating dinner and cleaned the tub better than it was. Those are the only 2 good things the property remedied. The floor was filthy and I asked the hotel on 2 days to please wet mop floors, no one ever came to do that. The outside area around property was dirty. There was a broken fire alarm on outside wall up a bit from my room. The ice machine hardly worked I got maybe a 1/4 cup of ice. The coffee was terrible and watered down a lot. The people on duty didn’t care at all about my complaints about facilities and the problems. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There’s a railway behind hotel and at night you can here multiple trains running & blowing there train horns really loud. I couldn’t get more than 4 hours sleep per night. The welcome mat in front of doors are extremely old and falling apart. My door didn’t close completely and lots of noise came through. There were stains on walls and nobody in the office cared about any of it except Teresa who was only there 1 day out of 4. Every one else was totally incompetent. The housekeeping staff is terrible. I went to hotel 6 on friends recommendation and it totally sucked. Worst ever T

    I liked the easy and convenient location, I think it’s worth the price. It’s clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was not having a small fridge to keep drinks cold. But there’s an ice machine for the ice chest.

    Additionally, guests were frequently smoking just outside their rooms and in common areas that were clearly not designated for smoking. This not only violated hotel policy but also affected the air quality in the hallways and made it difficult to enjoy the facilities without being exposed to secondhand smoke. While the staff were courteous and the location was convenient, the lack of enforcement around smoking policies significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope management takes steps to address this issue more seriously—whether through better ventilation, stricter enforcement, or clearer signage—so future guests can enjoy a healthier and more pleasant stay

    Checked in in the late evening, I was interested in the late check out and if fees applied. My husband was getting surgery the next day and I wanted to take our children to the pool. I was told I’d have to ask the morning service desk. Got to our non smoking room which smelled awful. Inspected the blankets and they had stains and cigarette burn marks in them. By this time front desk was closed and no service was available until 9am the next day. We ended up settling in as we were exhausted from our trip. Was woken up in the early hours to dogs barking and I understand this is a pet friendly facility but again no customer service to advise of the situation and try to resolve the issue. Next morning I was getting the kids ready to swim, walked to the pool and it was so green you could not see the bottom. The plumbing was horrible and the toilet would not flush. There wasn’t anyone there again that could even supply us with a plunger. Grabbed a towel from the shelving unit and someone left a pill organizer on the top of the shelf caked in dust. Will never stay at this location again. Lesson learned.

    The property is clean and well maintained. The staff isn’t very personable. The pool was closed…in the middle of the summer. The WiFi is absolutely horrible! And the walls and ceiling are thin. I can hear neighbor toilets flushing. Sounded like people upstairs were always moving furniture around the room.

    It's a short Uber ride to downtown Flagstaff, and it's near the freeway. There's several dining options nearby ranging from Subway, McDonald's, to actually sit down restaurants as well as Dirty Birdies which is a great sports bar with good food. That said, it's still a motel 6. Very basic establishment.

    When I got there the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Asked him if it was possible if I can check in coming from a four hour drive worked a graveyard shift just wanted to lay down and a hot shower. My room wasn’t ready and he didn’t an accommodate me to another clean room. Finally after a few tries he finally put me in a double bed room that was open from the beginning… front deck person didn’t give me the WiFi pass nor show d me any of the hospitality that the hotel offers…
