Only stayed one night and got there late but it was a nice big clean room. The bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff was nice though. Not their fault the rooms were filthy.

We stayed this weekend and it was a great experience. The pool situation was a lot confusing with the times but overall good experience… I would stay again.. Also our housekeeper can’t remember her name Jennifer or Jessica was very helpful.. she went out her way to get us some towels❤️

There was no microwave so forget about the instant Oatmeal. The Bagels and Fruit were plentiful and tasty. So was the cold cereal. There were hard boiled egg but I didn’t eat them.

My needs are on line with Home2Suites. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This was my first stay at a Spark. The property was less than a year old and offers a "practical" experience - which is honestly all I wanted for an overnight stay during a cross-country drive. The rate was excellent and expectations were low. I have to say, it was bright and cheerful, the bed was great, the shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. What more could I ask for? Maybe breakfast? The only low point was the lamest breakfast I've ever had at a hotel - and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. For starters, no hot food (oatmeal, eggs, meat biscuits). The only protein was one lonely room temp boiled egg sitting in a container. Cold cereal, instant oatmeal packets, and some bread and prepackaged pastries. Oh - and a brown banana was peaking out of a bowl. No thanks. But the room had all of the accommodations for a good night's sleep.

Upon arrival my room key was readily available. Desk rep was courteous and professional. My room was pristine. Bed was comfortable, microwave and fridge were exactly what I needed after my long day on the road.

The room and service were excellent. The choices for breakfast were not as good as expected. There could have been some real meat and scrambled eggs.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable - we slept well after a very long drive. We would stay here again.

Room was very clean. Staff is always pleasant. I haven't had any complaints minus the noise but the rooms are really close to one another so you can hear everything going on but overall I had a restful night.

Location was good and everyone very nice. The floor was sticky and the bed spread had what looked like a blood stain on it. They have no water pressure in shower you can barely get the shampoo out of your hair.

Bed was comfortable and place quiet for our one night stay. The quality of breakfast not so great. Coffee could have been better

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were and how clean everything was considering the price! It’s a great deal for how much we paid!

The hotel is in a good location. The room is a good size. I found the floor in my room to be dirty. I dropped an ice cube on the floor and when I cleaned it up the towel was black.

I was so clean and all the staff was friendly except this one front desk clerk who was there on May 1st at 7pm. She was rude and snappy. I loved the property. It was clean and well kept.

The room was clean. Pet and kid friendly. Dogs and kids were barking and giggling in the early hours but nice and quiet later.

Sadly the rooms were not as clean as they should be. Breakfast had good options and stafff was very kind.

Most other hotels put pet families on 1st floor. Also, no room coffee makers and coffee in lobby was very weak

Although it was a Hilton Hotel, it was obvious that it was an older property that they tried to rehab. Had a smell to it and our socks were filthy from walking on the floors in our room. Definitely in a sketchy area so park under the lights in the front of the hotel. Breakfast is toast and bagels. We had our dog so we didn’t have a ton of options.

I liked the location of the property I had issues with a double booking that I could get no help with. Along with that we lost power for almost 30 to 40 mins in, at night, in the cold and was told there would be no compensation.

Glad it was pet friendly!! Overall, nice quiet place. Easy access to 95 on and off.

Didn’t use the pool. Basically a stay over to continue trip. Staff was ready for my arrival with paperwork

I was traveling with my dog and this location is very pet friendly. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was average if you’re looking for a hot breakfast, you’d have to go somewhere else. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great for a one night stay while driving through! Very new and clean. Gym had up to 75lbs dumbbells which was awesome! Would’ve been nice to have coffee machine in the room, as you had to go down to lobby in the morning to get one. Didn’t try the pool, but looked very nice and had great outdoor seating.

The floor in the room was sticky. Part of the sheets had 2 small stains in the upper left corner of the fitted sheet.

Our check in went smoothly without any issues. The hotel is located in a convenient area with food/gas very close by and it’s right off of i95. We’re fortunate that our night was only to shower and sleep and then get back on the road. The room appeared clean on walking in and smelled it. However, the floors proved differently. I first noticed it with my son. He took a shower and then when he walked to the bed, the soles of his feet were black from the dirt. After cleaning his feet, I showered. The same thing happened to me. I ended up using a towel on the floor under my feet and it was filthy to say the least. When booking, I favored Hilton, but this was a disappointment. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, and the staff pleasant but the housekeeping could use improving. Perhaps new products to clean the floors with or a deep clean is needed.

Breakfast….very, very disappointing! The bread ran out, juice was watered down, and no hot items at all.

Check in host was so sweet. The first room we had the toilet was running. She switched us and the second room was fine. Walls are thin and you can hear everyone talking in other rooms. Breakfast was just ok. You get what you pay for.

La ubicación es muy conveniente justo saliendo de la I-95, el desayuno continental estaba incluido y la habitación era cómoda. Aceptan mascotas con cargo adicional, lo cual fue perfecto para nuestro perrito 🐶. Algunas áreas podrían estar mejor cuidadas, pero en general fue una parada decente para una noche en ruta

Staff was nice but not enough of them. Only 1 person in the morning to handle front desk and food. We selected a king bed but the hotel did not have a room with a king so we were given a room with 2 queens.

The former company at least supplied some bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, and other options such as waffles. Sparks offered stale, rock hard bagels, mini muffins, some cereals and that was about it. Very disappointing compared to the former company last year.

Our room was great and the place was quiet. On the other hand I was not a big fan of the staff. When I checked in, I was waiting for the lady to tell me my room number and my door cards, but instead, I'm standing there and she act like I was interrupting her. Thanksgiving day, I couldn't find my door key and told the front desk that morning that I needed a new door card. The front desk asked me what's my room number and not verify who I am when I could've been anyone. Next that night, I don't know if the guy who was talking to these 2 young guys if he worked there but he was talking to them like he was going to fight them. To me that wasn't okay nor safe. The staff need to do better! The place has the potential to be better if the staff were to take their jobs seriously!

The room Tv was not working. There was no phone to call front desk for assistance. The maintenance man James said that room was having an issue with the tv and shouldn’t be given to guests. He moved us to another room. Went to shower and soap/ shampoo dispensers were empty. James said we were going to be compensated!

Everything was wonderful. My only suggestion is to put an area rug where the sofa and table are located. With no carpet in the room it echos to much.

Checked in to 106- opened the door & there was already a backpack in there & pillows looked like they had been laid on. Front desk attendant eventually moved us to 102. As soon as we got to sleep, someone came storming into our room, stopped by the safety latch, insisting it was assigned to them. After we got to sleep a 2nd time, it happened again with someone else, like wise a 3rd & 4th time!!!! Then the manager on duty came insisted I come to the front desk insisting we were NOT registered, I insisted we were registered. I was forced to put on some clothes and go to the front desk. As I got there, they miraculously found our registration!!! After all this I never got back to sleep!

We found a massive cockroach on the TV, and the cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge from the prior guest.

First impression is that this was an old HO JO that has had some lipstick put on it. I stood directly in front of receptionist for well over a minute before she looked up and acknowledged my presence. Room had 2 spiders in bathroom. Bathroom had no trashcan. All random turnoffs but bed was clean and comfortable. Wont be my first choice when looking in that area again.

Very disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels.
