Shopping and restaurants centers near by. The mattress was too hard and so were the pillows. The bed had 3 pillows and all were solid as a rock.

It was a decent location room .I stayed for 5 days , rooms were clean, a lot of nearby fast food locations, supermarket across the street. Could have at least offered coffee! I know motel 6 does . Bed was hard . pool was not open summer just started!

The staff was nice The room smelled like cigarettes all night, smell was trapped in even with the AC and window open.

The location as it was close to family The room was disgusting there were unknown stains on the bathroom wall. The TV remote barely worked and had duct tape on the back to hold the batteries in. The place is not well maintained and should've been half the cost due to the conditions.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep. Dirty bathtub. The shower hose is positioned very low; I have to stoop down for the water to hit my head.

The room was clean and as expected for the price paid. But the so-called "Continental Breakfast" was a joke. On the first morning, the only items were Cheerios and stale Mexican cookies. On the second morning, corn flakes and Cheerios were available, plus an unidentifiable pastry. No juice or fruit.

The rooms are nice and quiet so you get a goon night's sleep...a/c and heater works great...hot showers are important to me and the showers are plenty hot...many amenities are available within walking distance to the hotel...this is a very comfortable and affordable inn and suites..

Honestly, I didn’t even end up staying. I had to wait almost 2 hours to check in and I ended up just leaving back to my aunts house and spending the night elsewhere so I literally just paid $120 for a room that nobody slept in

Would I stay there again, no. Booked the room for one night. Room wasn’t cleaned properly there was an eyelash from the pervious guest. “Breakfast” was included only for it to be a days old bread and cereal that has been sitting there for who knows how long. Pool was not open, even though I asked staff and they stated it was. And I was charged an extra 100$ for deposit per the receptionist.

Perfect for what I needed. Close to everything I needed. Only draw back, no electric outlets by the bed. Poor water pressure in sink. Pot lighting around sink. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly there was a cockroach trash behind the beds from previous guests we only stayed to sleep didn’t hang in the rooms because everything was pretty dirty we just needed a place to rest our heads.

Arrived at 2pm and room wasnt ready and took this bad one and regret it Carpet wet coming out bathroom/ remote missing back cover made it hard to change channels and then the tv blinks every 5 minutes while watching, bath tub real slow drain while showering and light out in bathroom then power went out for an hour and half on Sunday

Our room was clean and quiet, a light bulb needed changing and the helper came in less than a minute from our phone call. I appreciated handicapped parking in front of our room, when I hadn't mentioned needing special arrangements.

To start off front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant just seemed like she really hates her job and really shows. Second, a large family with separate reservations was staying and front desk person taking each person and wasn’t in line there reservation when thinking the person in front of me ONE PERSON not three where being assisted before me. Third, the room was very dirty with a lot of patching in ceiling and walls and bathroom was dirty which I have pictures. The area is just not safe and with my 4yr old it just not a family stay.

Horrible and slow service. Got to check in around 3:15 pm, waiting in line for a long time, and finished checking in at 4:30pm smh. I had a reservation for a nonsmoking 2 queen beds. They didn’t have my reserved room. According to staff, my room was “under treatment” and ended up staying in a 1 bed room that I was told it was a king be but it was a freaking queen bed!! Never again staying here.

The room had a musty/moldy smell. We had to purchase Lysol air freshener to minimize the odor. For the rate they are asking, there were minimal amenities. The bath towels were 1/2-sized and the TV was way off-centered from the bed.The continental breakfast was non-existent with more than an hour to spare before the listed available finish time. There was only a bowl's worth of dry cereal, no juice, no milk, no pastries, no settings and no coffee. Apparently it's first come, first serve, and whatever is put out at the beginning is it.

It was horrible! all we wanted to do was sleep and take a shower. The TV didn't work. There was never any hot water when I went to the front desk, they simply just couldn't help they said all the rooms were booked and the manager only worked Monday through Friday. Never heard from the manager. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

a hold of the desk no one answered, the expeditea told them i had problems sheoffice clerk cam and i yold her on the phone no one answered, she said the phones weren't workingworking, told her i have been a 1 in a halh trying to take a shower, no hot water, she figured it out and said she works the desk she knows nothing about the maintenance, why insant a maintenance person on duty i checked in near five pm i finally took a shower abut 10: 15 pm, your agent heard everything, i paid for comfort and relaxation after driving 7 hours from Arizona, and the clerk was rude, also your agent tried to get a partial refund, they refused, she turn the faucet to the cold side and started get warn, i let the water on at least 20 minutes oon each side and it would get warm or hot, when she turned to the cold after an 40 minutes it started to warm up, it never got hot hot, bad experience, will never stay there again, you should take them off your list, no one should have to go through that, and therudness .Robert Avila, remember your agent heard every word which i had my speaker phone on our

There was a couple arguing the entire night and when the lobby was called they said there were gonna give them a call but they couldn’t do nothing else.People were outside of our door making noise and laughing about luggage being tossed down the stairs. The front desk didn’t pick up any of the calls throughout the night or the next morning. The bedroom reeked of cigarettes, the bathroom still had soap bars left in the shower from prior usage, and the coffee maker had an old, moldy, coffee packet. The breakfast bar was completely empty except for 2 muffins and half a jug of decaf coffee at 8 AM. Overall, service was horrible.

The room spelled liked urine. At one point during the night no one was at the front desk to open our doors. We waited outside for about 20min.

They wanted a 100.00 deposit in cash. But was not informed of that online when I booked. Then they don’t give the deposit back in cash the refund it to your card on file. They did not accommodate my wife’s wheelchair in a handicapped room even though I asked and the room was free. My wife was having surgery so we needed room near hospital when i informed the person when I checked in all she cared about was the deposit and no compensation. Will never be back or recommend

One thing I believe can be inproved aboit the rooms is to have more outlets to plug devices into, and I'm pretty sure the batteries for our remote for the TV were on the brink of dying, cause the TV was barely responding to commands.

Man. I wish I could get my money back for this stay LOL. First of all the ladies at the front desk were rude upon checking in… couldn’t stop eating while trying to assist me, first red flag. The room itself is very basic, however had a few little surprises for us like dirty hand towels by the sink, toenail clippings besides the bed, a funky musty smell in the restroom, a hole in the wall (which by the way I couldn’t even contact front office about cause oh yeah there phones that they provide for you do not work ) and my personal favorite hair in the microwave AND refrigerator. All that was upon first entering the room. Also don’t be fooled by them having a pool cause it’s just there for show!! Yeah we tried to go swimming twice and front desk told us that only the maintenance guy had the key to open the gate up, didn’t apologize didn’t say they would let us know when he’s back so we could go. Nothin. Also you cannot request more towels until you turn in your dirty towels, which I thought was so bizarre. Anyways I definitely do not recommend this dingey musty smelly ghetto weird ass place ever.

I'm a Best Western Diamond Select customer, and I guess I expect just a bit better, their breakfast is a minimal offering: a few pieces of fruit, a few pastries, cereal, and couple of coffee pots. The room was large enough, modern enough, clean, enough, and all the fixtures worked well.

I love that they have spectrum Wi-Fi & cable, the beds are very comfortable and they provide 3 pillows, I also like the fact they have a mini fridge and microwave in each room. There were holes in the top sheets on the bed, the shower curtain barely stayed on the rod bc the curtain holes were ripped and stretched out. Oh, the black marker we saw ready to put on the bad spots of the black iron railing was hysterical! Went down for the breakfast and there was 1 container with (very cold) coffee, and no cream. You can easily tell that the owners of this establishment do not care about the hotel or about the service.

I received a call from the manager while I was on the road to confirm, I was able to get a early check in which was great cause I was really tired from driving. I do not think in all my years that I ever got a call before arrival. I was really impressed by that.
