Experience was alright one of the entrances sucks it gets so busy with cars due to it being near the freeway exit that the cars don’t like letting you back on the road when you are leaving the hotel. Besides that everything at the hotel was fine, the beds kinda suck you can kinda feel the springs when you lay down and the mattresses slide when you lean on them due to the top of the frame being slippery for the mattress. Other than that everything seemed clean and sanitary

Parking was easy and convenient to our room. Room was fairly clean. No blanket on the bed. Just a sheet so we had to ask for a blanket. Our toilet kept backing up so we requested a plunger from the front office and had to use it every time we flushed. A lot of outside noise all night long. People were talking outside all throughout the night and the guests directly above us were walking around and making noise all night. Convenient to the freeway and restaurants nearby.

The property had a lot of people hanging outside. I arrived at 12:30. Had to ask for hair dryer, although, my room said deluxe. Web rated 8.2. More like 6.5. Roach in bathroom. Doors had unusual locks. Web never said adjoining rooms. That is not my preference.

Close, and I mean close, to EVERYTHING I had to leave.

This hotel was terrible. One I got put on the second floor when I have a knee injury you could smell marijuana throughout the property. There was homeless people on the properly.

It wasn’t a terrible stay. Rooms were fine. Although the one we got was non smoking but it still smelled like smoke, which didn’t really bother us as much. AC took a while to start up. And there was no microwave. Staff was pretty friendly had no issues checking in. I see people complaining about homeless hanging around but I don’t think I ever saw anyone. It’s located around a lot of restaurants and a target which was nice. Wasn’t the best wasn’t the worst stay.

Staff is amazing, Adriana was super helpful and always very nice throughout the booking process. I always make sure to return to this hotel just because of her.

They need to spread out the handicap parking. All bunched up together. Unable to park close to room. Overpriced for the room we had. Holes in the wall. Shower leaked all over floor.

We also found a long dark hair on the bed that couldn't have belonged to either of us, as well as several in the shower.

For the price to stay one night, it is okay. The room felt "cold" because of the lighting, which seemed to be fluorescent bright white, and the laminate flooring was cold and clicked with every step. The only amenity was the little bar of soap and the tiny towels. Would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee when getting ready in the morning. There was a plastic ice bucket and four paper cups, which seemed odd. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The person at check in was not friendly or welcoming. The door would not latch and the dead bolt would not deploy. I had to sleep with my cane wedged up under the door handle to keep the door closed. the floor was dirty and had not been swept or mopped. The power outlet under the desk was broken, I could not plug in my computer. I checked out a day early and requested a refund for my second day, the clerk was disinterested, not surprised at the problem and was surly. Apparently customer dissatisfaction is expected and not unusual. This facility is below even Motel 6 standards it is a disgrace to the name and the legacy.

Staff is always courteous management and staff can clearly work very well together with great hospitality makes you feel welcomed not rushed rooms are always spotless have visited a few times amenities are great requests are received and granted as soon as possible like more towels or toilet paper. En cuanto a la ubicación del motel muy bien, esta en un shopping center donde hay gran variedad de tiendas donde comprar y cerca del acceso a la autopista 10, la habitación muy muy cómoda, lo malo el olor tan desagradable a cigarrillo que tenia la habitación a pesar de no ser una habitación para no fumadores, lamentablemente no había otra habitación disponible en el momento, vale que solofue una noche con mi familia y por corto tiempo, no hubieramos podido pasar varios días así. En cuanto al personal del motel, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y gentiles, volvería si fuera a otra habitación que no tenga olor a cigarro.

First let it be know you can not book more than 1 room under your name so if you have children let’s hope you have an additional adult to put the name under. 2nd the shower knob was broken and took forever to find a way to make it work and the floors were gross

Noise, people stay up all through the night. I had maybe 2 hours of sleep. I only went there by myself for rest. The condition of the room is awful. Lady working front desk leaves people outside in the cold. She’s super old and cannot really hear when the buzzer or doorbell is sounding off…… will not go to that location again. Heater is super loud as well

This is still my favorite place to stay and safest me and my daughter and two cats enjoy being here when we are here staff are welcoming hospitality of front office is top tier and I really like having onsite laundry to do my laundry protect with cameras inside and out lately it’s been cold so no swimming for us right now but having great amenities like the heater in our room makes cold days cozy even for my pets it’s say to find parking and if you need anything more at all the office staff is a phone call away by pressing zero with your room phone and they always oblige your needs promptly even if it’s for extra towels like myself so if you need a family friendly for you and your kids to stay that affordable safe and clean this is it plus they have great family restaurants nearby happy holidays everyone… who knows if you stay will probably see each other am the one with a big smile and friendly cats that sit on the window seals for the warmth of that beautiful sunrise she’s a Spinx :)

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The photos are not of the actual rooms. The room smelled musty, the room next door was getting worked on and there was hammering for hours! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I decided to leave didn’t even stay the night

I know what makes this place a great now all the staff and the sunset view, am trying to find my forever home and until then this place gives me and my daughter and two cats the comfort of home but most the safety I know we need over all I do feel safe here and I’m thankful for being able to have extended stays when needed it’s been a huge help for me and my disability thank you motel 6 and all staff

Absolutely wonderful, clean rooms and the most comfortable bed and pillows. Only thing that would make it even better is if they had BLACK OUT CURTAINS, other than that I highly recommend.

This place is my go to when staying in Fontana staff are amazingly nice and housekeeping is always working and available anytime you need anything and the pool is perfect to take a dip in on these hot days been here a hand full of times now and it’s still a great place to stay especially with family and pets five stars thank you all front office staff

Front desk was delightful!

By far the best Motel 6 I've stayed in. The beds were super nice and comfy and the pillows were the best, no lumps or bumps and even the white comforter was sparkly white and that was an A+. The standup shower was kind of small but the water was nice and hot. I will definitely be staying again in the near future. Oh and it's right next to gas stations, freeways, and grocery stores and shopping center.

Was only here for one night. The area was extremely sketchy. Pulled up and there were several different people sitting around their encampment on the property. Couldn't tell if they were guests or homeless, my guess is homeless. The room was generally clean, but smelled really weird. I was on the road for 8 days staying one night each night, so I saw a number of cheaper motels. This was by far the worst. I was by myself so it was no big deal but if I had the wife or kids with me, no way would I have stayed.

I mean typical motel 6 right off the freewa, and I believe there was a train track as well. I didn’t mind the noise. But if you’re looking for a relaxing experience this place is not you. The neighbors next door were smoking Mary j so that was a bit annoying. I did notice a bug issue, and the AC filters desperately need to be replaced!!!! The room smelled like smoke. Staff was very nice, however the owner this building needs to pay more attention to the issues.

Spent some time just sitting in the chair killing roaches every morning. It was ok I’ve been around bugs but I’d suggest you pay a little more and stay somewhere else. The amount of homeless and other random shady looking strangers on bikes and walking through the parking lot followed me several times to McDonald’s, waited for me and ask me for money on my way back. But I think they live in a tent around food for less. It was a lot of homeless and really idc but it was too much. If you’re not familiar with the area don’t stay here , you won’t feel safe.

I have stayed here few times over the years, was a cleaner hotel before. Is still a good place to stay, reasonably priced, and everything is so close, walking distance. I do have to say, we've always stayed in a one bed room, this time I was traveling with my Son and grandson, so we needed 2 beds, and it was extremely small to walk around and between the 2 beds. I recommended this hotel, expense wise, location is great, but there is no amenities. No coffee 😔

Need to replace the mattresses I could feel the wood frame underneath me. About 3am could hear some last yelling downstairs and we were right above the front office which I asked for because we drove around the property to see what it looked like towards the back there was a group of people out in the back we had just drove into town 13 hours just needed a room for the night got in around 11pm so we asked for

Stayed there for a festival and was satisfied overall. The room was clean and close to restaurants and fast food. My (tiniest) complaint is that the shower was small

3AM was the last check in time and that proved to be very useful! One of the days, my magnetic key did fail to work but front desk replaced it right away. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbor sometimes (ours was playing music, but it was during the day, so it was fine.) Towels are in the front, you can ask them there or room service will bring it to you. Cleanliness was the only thing off, our curtain had weird stains on it but it was not a deal breaker. Overall, a good place to stay if you have to be in the area for a couple of days. Location near freeway as well as many fast food places for late night munchies.

Choose another motel the Motel 6 motels are always horrible. Just spend an extra $20 it's worth it.

Shower needs to be redone its old and makes it look firty. No comforter on bed, needs to swept and dusted. Remote controls gunky. Just an overral dirty vibe. Minimal daily clean up.

If you are a Kaiser Permanente outpatient, this is the place to stay if you want to walk everyday to your chemo treatment sessions. Staff is very kind and helpful.

My hunny and I stay here often when we need a quick getaway from the mundaneness of life. Work, home, work, home. Its cool. Its cleaner. Its economical. Centrally located -lots around for an early breakfast or midnight snack. Right off the freeway.

Hello, the service was really terrible, the facilities were very bad, the room was dirty, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, there was too much noise at night, we couldn't rest, fights during the early morning in the parking lot between 3 and 5 am, the police arrived but as soon as they left the problems continued, it's the worst place l've ever stayed, the hotel management did nothing to solve the problem Expedia don't have to promove this place, just waste my money and my integrity
