Lobby smelled great, clean, and updated in decor. There were enough luggage trolleys. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The sheets very smooth and clean. The pillows were comfortable. The toilet had a powerful flush. The shower water pressure was good but not a wide shower spray. The towels were nice and soft not sandpaper feeling.

The carpet needs to be removed, it’s old and dirty, the couch needs to be cleaned or removed, everything else excellent.

The bedding especially the pillows. The shampoos and conditioner lotion was awesome I forgot mine Very comfy but the only little problem was the Desk light could be adjustable and bigger couldn’t put my makeup on right lol and no breakfast but other than that it was Fantastic

Nice size room, great friendly service, front desk staff was great and made it an easy and quick check in. They new we drove in from Arizona and allowed for an earlier check in so we could get some rest.

It wasn't a big deal but other than that it was expended staying at the place. Definitely recommending it to friends and family.

The room was nice and big and the property seemed clean. The check in clerk wasn't at the desk was on her phone away from desk when I came in and made me feel like I was interrupting her time to check in.

Rooms were fresh and clean. Linen clean and inviting. The happy hour meals were very reasonably priced and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Hotel was in an excellent location and close enough to airport.

Host was very nice. Bartender was very sweet. Rooms are clean and spacious. We would stay here again ties was a staycation for us. We only live 15 minutes away. But it’s a night with no kids and no pets.

Arrived at hotel.My check in was very quick and simple . The staff was exceptional.They went above and beyond. In the early evening about 6:00pm there was a couple outside arguing and chasing one another around the parking lot i Went to the front desk and was informed that security did not show up until 7:00pm. My bed was very uncomfortable no padding in the middleand twice in the morning the fire alarm went off befor my alarm. I got up and packed my things and left . It was a very long night with not much sleep Between the bed being uncomfortable and the alarms going off.

Convenient location in Fontana off of I-10. Only problem was that from desk reception area was under construction and only entrance was through a side door. Not sure when upgrades will be completed.

This property unknown to us was under renovation. The living areas were clean, the entry was under construction, very dusty and noisy. The staff was excellent, and tried to make sure all the guests were comfortable. Luckly there were eating places in the area as there was no free breakfast at this facility. Overall, a good experience.

The property was under construction. No facilities available. Could not even get water. It was a noisy and dusty construction zone during the day. I regret having stayed there. I believe I should not have paid full price. The staff was apologetic and great.

Properties on this booking site should have to disclose if they are in the middle of a full renovation! The whole first level of the property was torn apart with construction dust everywhere. No lobby and no dining area available for guests, but they still charge full room rates.

The entire lobby was under renovation without any notification. Very noisy and dusty. Breakfast was served in a room, opening late the morning I decided to check it out, and not very tasty. Lastly, the parking was unsecured, and I found a religious pamphlet on my windshield one morning, which I did not appreciate. Lastly, the rate I was charged upon checkout was not the rate I booked. Shady.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Full bar and staff is attentive and friendly. The gym was closed due to renovation so I was not able to use it. Only thing i did not like was the room doors closed hard and fast. A total nuisance if you’re trying to get sleep Adjusting the door closer should be the fix. Overall our stay was enjoyable. I do recommend this Hilton.

The hotel is in a nice & safe location. There’s breakfast if you wish for something light. There’s shampoo & conditioner body soap which I thought was a good brand. Overall, I truly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing but the area inside the dining area was a bit dirty as the tables and floor were not cleaned promptly after guests left table, leaving new diners to sit at a dirty table. Bar bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels or soap in dispensers. The outside of entry had trash lying around.

The breakfast was delicious just that you have to pay for it. It wasn’t too pricey either it was $16, which it was worth it as they had a lot of options to choose from and if you wanted eggs, the chef cook it the way you wanted scramble, omelette etc... Only downside was that when we reserve the room it didn’t mention breakfast wasnt included.
