Good, complimentary breakfast bagels were available in the morning as well. An added plus!

Outdoor surrounding. It felt a bit scary to enter the p-lot. Didn't look very welcoming. Reception and breakfast area is very old and dated.

The best part was that they had dollar tree n grocery store n fast food near by.

I had to stay in Fort Collins every weekend for 6 weeks while I transferred for work. Only one weekend did I stay elsewhere because the price was great, rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent! I wish there was a vending machine.

Very clean. Breakfast sandwiches were good.

Everything I needed and nothing I didn't. A simple room with all the necessities and a warm breakfast with coffee and orange juice. Staff is friendly and efficient and I wish there was a place like this everywhere I want to travel.

The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. The only negative I have to say is that the breakfast can be one note. However, I am very grateful that it is provided. It is "always" delicious and plentiful. It was not always offered. So really breakfast anywhere can be one note. Take that as a grain of salt. I would never hesitate to stay there as it really is a very nice property.

It was a good location, close to downtown and bus line. Room was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich.

Everything you need, clean, personable, friendly staff, hot water, cold water, working TV and fridge, clean laundry, updated paint, carpet etc. Surprised with a great grab and go breakfast that saves you $40 elsewhere...this was a refreshing stay, thank you! That the ownership doesn't own more property in other destination cities...this is a great model.

Nothing! The staff was rude, unwilling to let me stay because I am homeless. This has been a problem for many others going to stay here.

This is a wonderful small inn that has just the right amenities for my needs.

Fairly quaint, a nice break from the usual grind of hotel rooms. Rooms were recently refinished and look great!

For a budget friendly room, this property is excellent. Room was cozy but clean. Had a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was a hot fresh English muffin sammy, OJ, muffin and coffee (all I needed).

Room was small and needed updating but the check in clerk stated they had just taken over the property. Definitely a good value for an overnight stay.

I could hear the people above me, like the floor above me squeaked badly, they weren’t doing anything obnoxious, but their floor might’ve had issues. Nonetheless, I would stay here again. Perfect for what I needed.

The location was convenient for me. Room & bath were clean, smelled nice. Bed was comfortable & clean. Lots of tv channels. Older Inn, so a little worn with time, but then so am I. I would definitely stay here again.

They charge a deposit thats not included in the listing. Property needs an remodel and there was no wifi. I was told that that these issuse were being addressed by the new magment.. the staff was friendly and they have like 3k channels on direct tv. Bedding was comfortable and no bugs.

Paper thin walls, easily here conversations in the Next Room.

Burned myself by not spending $5 to cover cancellation via Expedia. Circumstances of my situation and the no WiFi at Fort Collins Inn made my needs to find another hotel.

No housekeeping service, no phones to call office, very dirty, loud. Place should be torn down and a motel built in its place

Dogs in a joining room constantly barking, smell of mold, cigarettes, and dirty. The bed feels like it is from the 60's, the pillows are thin as paper, blood stains on sheets and pillow cases, very outdated, and did not feel safe!!

Seemed like a very cheap extended stay location and/or pay by the hour Would not recommend

Price was right. Bare bones motel. No coffee in rooms or lobby. Ice machine wasn’t working. But bed was comfortable and room was clean. It was fine for a one night stay.

The TV didnt work for the days I was there. Disappointing.

Room was incredibly dirty - bed, towels, floors, bathroom. All of it. Slept in a silk sleeping bag liner to avoid bed bugs. A band was practicing somewhere in the building until midnight. Grateful no one broke into my truck. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Expect a refund from Expedia.

I felt as if there might be bugs in the room. I left after observing several bites on my body. Expedia was awesome though they gave me a refund on the 3 remaining nights.

When I got there the guy was acting all weird and took forever going back into his office stating he had to use the other computer, then came out with his phone and was talking into it while he was checking me in. Because it was after midnight and actually Thursday he was confused when I was checking out and kept saying into the phone ok he's staying tonight and checking out Friday. I told him that I'd be staying only 10 hours. He then charged me an extra $20, and never once asked to see my license.

Very dumpy. The lobby smells like old smoke. Fortunately the room I had didn’t. They are tiny. I was on the first floor. Not sure who was above me but it sounds like a family of 8. The linens were awful luckily had a sheet I slept on top of and was extremely scared of the shower . The refridgerator had food in it. I wanted to leave but never would have been able to get my money back from hotels.com.

No internet. Mostly long term tenants there vs motel guests.

The room smelled strongly of smoke. There was an open bottle of unfinished alcohol in the fridge left from the previous guests. The floors were obviously not cleaned between guests. The beds were ok for comfort

Poorly maintained and dirty. Room smelled terrible. We had to check out a day early.

The office smelled of cigarettes and the place just seems run down.

Not sure about other rooms, my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The bed felt clean. A dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. The chairs and table are a nice touch, but the chair seats are filthy, and I would not sit on them. We could easily hear people talking outside, and also could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Although we were warm enough, there are visible cracks in the door seal, and there’s only a thin blanket on the bed. If you don’t mind outside light, you’ll be fine, but there’s only cheap blinds on the window. WAY overpriced for what you get.

This property's photos are a little misleading. This is a very low end motel. It does not look clean at all & appeared to have abandoned looking vehicles on the lot. I did not feel safe here and requested not to check in. Thankfully I was not charged.

The microwave was dirty. The bathroom sind drain was clogged. With what I believe was tiolet paper. Which I cleaned out. The tub was chipped. No bathtub mat or anti slip preventations.

We could not stay. Very unsafe.

The only reason this doesn't get a worse review is bc the front desk immediately gave me my money back when I complained of the smoke smell in the room, which I greatly appreciated

The Fort Collins Inn served its purpose as a spot to crash after a concert. Dog was a huge plus!!

Absolute Worst Hotel as I Drove Up I've Ever Seen. Scary to say the least. So I didn't even go in. Reviews and Rating TOTALLY NOT True. Never Go There!

Besides the smell of the room Wich was that of old linen and cigarettes even though all the rooms are non smoking there are people smoking on balconies and next to the air conditioning units Wich makes its way into the room the staff were friendly and it seemed safe enough for a cheap room

Staff is avaliable, if I need something. But they also understand my need for peace & quiet. This is my second visit & I will be returning.

The reviews I read were, not outstanding. But our stay was above average and great for the one night we stayed before the The Colorado Marathon. Close to packet pick up, getting to buses at 4 am was easy, and close to finish line at a great affordable rate. Looking forward to booking again next if we running the marathon again next year.

Took me a while to figure out that I was smelling incense in every room. It was nothing fancy a cheap place to stay.

We needed a place to rest our heads for the night. The room had all we needed.

Did not stay got another motel, not clean and smell was horrible in rooms!! Made my child have a asthma attack..

What one would expect for the price.

If you just need a place to stay for one night or in need of a place in a pinch it will do just fine.

The service was great the area was quiet the room was very nice we enjoyed our stay thank you to the couple who had checked us in we had a wonderful time at your hotel thank you very much
