THANK YOU Tracie.

Great location in downtown Fort Collins however the record player in the room did not work properly
- 4.5/5
The entire hotel is very pretty, charming, incredibly clean, and the service felt highly personalized. My absolute favorite feature was the record player in the guest room. It’s such a cool, unique touch, and I loved that you could go down to the lobby and rent vinyl records for free. It made the room feel so much more cozy and customized to my taste. The location is also unbeatable. Absolutely everything is within walking distance, making it so easy to get around and explore. Plus, the onsite restaurant was fantastic My only minor critique would be the bath towels. While they looked great, perfectly white, and completely stain-free, some of them had a bit of a funny smell. It wasn't a dirty scent, but rather like they had been sitting in an old closet for too long, like musty.

This is a hotel with soul. In addition to a beautiful exterior, clean interior, friendly staff, a great lounge area that overlooks Ft Collins, and a fun jazz club with live entertainment, every room comes with a record player where you can play albums available for free in the lobby. A wonderful experience!!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the music theme. The staff went so far out of their way to help us and let us know about the hotel amenities and town events. Everything at the hotel was top notch and we liked that it wasn't too big. Wonderful hotel!

We loved our stay there

First time stay at this hotel in FC. Love the location in downtown FC, loved the music theme and nostalgia with the record player in the room, staff was kind and attentive, area around hotel safe, easy parking, great restaurant right on property, coffee in the lobby in the a.m., easy self (paid) parking, clean rooms, and bed was fairly comfy. It’s bigger than standard boutique hotels, but does still give that boutique feel. The ‘terrace’ room that’s extra is a bit misleading by the pics, but still nice to open door for fresh air. If it’s cold or windy, wouldn’t say it’s worth it. I think the best part is the trendy lobby, close restaurant and location to downtown vibes!

The hotel lobby is beautiful! The record players in each room and vinyls scattered around the hotel are a very unique touch! However, the king bed was much higher on the edges and forced you to move towards the middle of the bed which was sunken in. The coffee maker did not work well and when I made a cup of coffee it was full of grounds. We asked for a tea kettle to make hot water for tea and the front desk said it would be delivered but it never was. The shower head wasn’t great either. My expectations for a hotel of this caliber were much higher. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. Overall it was a decent stay but I was hoping it would be better.
- 3/5
One of the amenities they really brag about is that the hotel is music focused. There’s a record player in every room and lots of records throughout the building. The quality of the records? Okay. Eclectic and most certainly purchased from bargain bins or in large lots. They’re the leftovers your used record store can’t sell. Even worse, the record player in my room was missing the power cord and cables. So after picking through the records, I found it didn’t even work. I could have asked to have it serviced, but this was a one night romantic getaway. Having a stranger come service the record player wasn’t ideal. We used our phones and a blue tooth speaker instead. I’ve been to the Elizabeth’s Sunset Lounge a number of times and I visited during this stay. The bar has a nice view and a swanky feel. But the bar staff tend to ruin that for me. This is the second time I’ve sat directly at the bar and been disappointed by loud chatter about their schedules and the inner workings of the establishment. This time the actual manager was part of it. Also, when the cocktails cost nearly 20 bucks, I expect blue cheese olives to be available for my dirty martini. I’m sure I’ll be back, as Fort Collins is small and the Elizabeth offers a variety of entertainment and dining options. But I simply cannot say the experiences I’ve had there have been stellar.
- 5/5
The room was great, hotel was so cute, so fun, and such an amazing location. I wish we would’ve stayed longer! Fave hotel in Ft Fun!

This hotel is beautiful. It's located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We dined in the hotel restaurant twice and the food was great and the service was excellent. We also visited the Music Rat, the hotel bar. They had live entertainment - all around a very fun stay!

This was a last minute stay and we will definitely be back. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was slow and inattentive at breakfast, but a convenient option.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Clean and quiet room
- 5/5
Excellent, friendly front desk. Always willing to help, or offer you a bottle of water. The community areas were always clean. Rooms were very clean with the exception of things found under the bed that weren't ours - they just need to check there more often. Otherwise, we loved it here! They turned on the fire pits outside for us, and the location was ideal for the early riser in our group. He could take off walking all over Old Town while the rest of us slept. Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Beautiful clean and comfortable. Loved the Emprium, coffee shop and Sunset Lounge. The ambiance and location were all just perfect for our weekend fun and a concert at Washingtons. We'll be back!
- 4/5
Needs a better front drop off area. Too small and cars block each other. Need a basic office center. At least a WiFi printer (cost a couple $100)
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful explaining the various amenities and details of the hotel. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent spot in the Old Town! Lovely rooms, and a cool vibe. There are albums in the lobby and old Vitrola players in the room. You can borrow an album to take up to play in your room. Cafe in the mornings was great. Excellent service all around. Would stay again!

The Elizabeth was a wonderful stay. It is so elegant and the decor was beautiful and full of surprises. Our room was perfect. Bed and pillows were first class comfortable. The staff was delightful. The bistro wonderful, as well. We didn't check out the rooftop bar - next time! Memorable stay overall. 5 Stars for us.
- 5/5
Staff was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants and entertainment, perfect for our weekend getaway.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly, ambiance. Our room was right above the rat room so that was a little loud, but otherwise good stay and great value.

The hotel was excellent! Room very nice, clean & spacious. We tried all 3 bars on site & ate breakfast & dinner at The Emporium. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience!
- 5/5
Amazing location. Can’t beat it.
- 5/5
The location is prime. We have stayed here a few times and we enjoy all the amenities, comfort and aesthetics. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is on-site live music a few nights a week, a generous indoor bar with a broad patio outside, as well as varied and cozy seating inside.
- 4/5
There were a few things that I found surprising for a hotel of this price point. In the first room that I was given, the closet door was not operable. I was immediately given another room, which I appreciate it very much. In the second room, the outlets next to the beds to plug chargers in were too loose, and I had to charge my phone elsewhere in the room. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn on the bedside lamps. One of the lampshades where the seam is was ripped open. The closet design did not work for a short person. It’s about 2 feet square running from floor to ceiling and contained shelves, one of which holds the iron and mini ironing board. there were two rods, one at the very top which was just about at the ceiling and there was absolutely no way I could reach that. This rod had a long enough area in which to hang shirts and jackets and so forth.. the lower rod was in a space that’s only tall enough for baby clothes. I’m only 5 foot two and my shirts had one third laying on the shelf below it so I used the hook by the door that was meant for coats to hang my things.

Perfect place to stay for your Old Town Colorado adventure!
- 5/5
The hotel was just amazing! The lobby area and other public spaces on the first floor are beautifully designed and comfortable. We loved our room! It has everything you need for a great stay. The hotel restaurant was wonderful as well. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners here. The staff were super helpful and very nice! Overall a really fun place in a great location.

- 4/5
Friendly staff. Hospitality is evident in all they say and do.
- 5/5
Great stay, record players and vinyl collection were a nice bonus!
- 5/5
We loved our stay and wish we could’ve been there for more than a night. We reserved a room with a balcony/patio and loved hanging out listening to the live music down the street. The patios do connect to the larger hotel patio so they aren’t fully private. Highly recommend staying here when visiting old town Fort Collins!
- 5/5
Loved this property and its convenience-
- 5/5
What a great bed. Awesome
- 4/5
Hotel allows dogs and there were lots of guests with dogs, so if that isnt your cup of tea, heads up!
- 2/5
While the hotel itself is lovely it was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Nothing worked. it was TINY ( t should be against the law to post photos of rooms that are less than half the size in reality). there is zero storage - no drawers, a tiny closet and barely enough room to get past the bed/beds. we had 2 queen bars and the little shelf (no drawer)
- 5/5
Pool too noisy after 10 pm
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel and great restaurant. Standard rooms are not overly large.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable room. Close to walking around Old Fort Collins.
- 3/5
It was just fine nothing apeciall
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
It was our wedding night and we got stuck in the extra small corner room almost no room to get out of bed. We got extra charge for the room and had to deal with very incompetent staff to get the credit back
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Beautiful property with everything you need in the best location in town! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, breweries, and the Poudre River trail. The property was modern and clean. Would definitely stay again if we're looking for a place in Old Town.

Dogs, in a nearby room , were barking for hours during the night and I had to call the front desk 3 times ! It seemed they weren’t in a hurry to quiet the animals

The location is excellent for all Old Town venues. This is a very well cared for property and the staff is very friendly! It was a great stay!
- 5/5
This place is great, super clean and the staff are all so friendly! We had such positive interactions with front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and wait staff. We'll definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
The outlets on the left side of the table between the beds were unusable. The outlets were loose and didn’t hold plug-ins in place. And the light switch on the left side didn’t work properly. You would turn it on and it would work for maybe ten seconds before it would fail. Then if you tried to turn off and turn on the light wouldn’t work. Other than that the stay was very nice.
- 5/5
Great place great location
- 5/5
Loved this place and the music theme!
- 5/5
Love this place!!
- 4/5
Stayed the night to enjoy local live music. Within a block of Old Town. Able to choose from several albums, and listen in your room. Didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurant.

Wonderful staff - especially the young man that served both as a bellman and room service delivery. Fantastic place to stay!
- 5/5

Finally at 1:00 a.m. we cut bait and drove home. Very poor. Would not consider another stay at this business.
- 4/5
Room is small Wished we had a bathtub Entertainment on site was great! Restaurant food was delicious great service Great location will be back!
- 5/5
Staff went out of there way to makenour stay special. Thank you for everything!
- 5/5
We always love staying at The Elizabeth. It's so nice for date nights, and exploring the area. We loved having the terrace and being able to walk out onto the second floor. What a treat! The music in the room, and awesome artwork swoon us every time. We also had a great meal at the restaurant, and there were two options for live music! The only recommendation I would have is that they need some hot tubs!
- 4/5
Our room had socks from the previous guests pretty obviously on the floor. I was already concerned it had not been vacuumed, this sealed my suspicion that I’m not sure the room had been properly cleaned.
- 5/5
Luxurious accommodations within the heart of Fort Collins dinning and bar district.
- 5/5
Location , walking distance , safe , parking , great food and drink on property
- 5/5
It was my birthday and the front desk gave me a drink/coffee token. Great service

Our first time at the Elizabeth, and we will be staying there every time we come to FT Collins!

Love it! Our new favorite place to stay! Very close to dining and entertainment. They are a music themed hotel and you can borrow instruments and records in the lobby and play them in your room. Great food at the restaurant and great customer service. Also always clean and fresh

Awesome hotel! Beautiful property! Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Town.
- 5/5
Love the location and eclectic, casual elegance of the hotel.
- 5/5
We were there for 5 nights so got a good sense of the hotel. The staff, and I mean all of the staff, was friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat and being just welcoming. Aside from the hotel itself being wonderful with a restaurant and bar with music, comfortable rooms, the hotel and restaurant staff made the stay even better.
- 5/5
Staff was exceptional. The accommodations were outstanding and the hotel was very close to food and entertainment.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Great spot in Fort Collins! Right in old town, lots of shopping and dining around the corner.
- 2/5
This is such a great hotel. It's such a different and cool vibe. If you love music, you need to stay here. I stayed in a terrace king room and it was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I love the decor throughout the hotel. The exercise room has plenty equipment for a good workout. I would recommend a stay here. The drawbacks for me was not knowing the checkout time, I assumed it was noon like a lot of places and they knocked on my door twice at 11:05 and 11:10 and were rude that I was still in my room. Also, I just got a bill for overnight parking and I wasn't informed of that. So my stay was good but the end sure wasn't pleasant. There needs to be a clear presentation at the check in about check out time and parking lot charges.
- 5/5
Beautiful and super comfy bed
- 5/5
We had a fabulous staycation and look forward to suture seats. Clean, safe, hip, great food, great staff. Perfect stay.
- 5/5
Fabulous weekend in FoCo. If you are going there stay here.
- 5/5
Easy checking, beautifully decorated and friendly staff. Close to everything.
- 5/5
The rooms are amazing, they are not the biggest, but just right in a comfortable way. Also for those who prioritize their fitness, there is a gorgeous gym that can accommodate your fitness needs. It is situated on the corner of the second floor and offers a nice floor to cieling view of the city. The hotel has created an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to spend time there unlike other generic standard hotels which present no reason other than to just sleep there. On a side note, for a hotel with a bar that features live music from 8-11, we did not hear a tune from our room on the second floor which was nice to know we could relax and get some good sleep in a quiet room.
- 5/5
Staff and property was exceptional… will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
I liked the boutique feel. It was very cozy.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this property. Just wish the handicap parking was more clear and closer.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Great bar. Very nice breakfast place attached. We've stayed here several times when visiting our daughter at CSU. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Convenient self-parking in adjacent garage.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
staff is extremely friendly, very convenient location.
- 1/5
It was nice to go there for New Year’s Eve, but also the rooftop patio was completely packed which we had no idea about and I called earlier to see what was going on and the receptionist had no idea what was happening. It would’ve been nice to know there was a party on the roof that no one can get into and I would’ve paid to get into that earlier.
- 5/5
What a beautiful property and the staff were so helpful. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! I’m looking forward to staying again sometime and spending more time at the hotel listening to live music at the bar and trying the restaurant next time!
- 5/5
Are stay was great we where in town for a family Christmas. The room was cozy and clean. The beds are a little soft but still comfortable.
- 4/5
The lobby and common areas of the property is very nice. The beds were comfortable and we liked the space in the room. We did have issues with the room. The safe did not work, the sink was clogged and had to be plumbed, and the fridge was broken. The parking difficult. We also had issues with a barking dig on yhe floor.
- 5/5
Great service and accommodations!
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing! It was clean, the staff was incredible, it was easily accessible. It is located in Old Town so you can walk to about anything you could think of to do. Highly recommend!

Great property downtown near union station near restaurants and shopping
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Well run. Clean. Perfectly located.
- 5/5
This was a beautiful hotel loved how close it was to old town restaurants and bars . The dining options at the hotel were also great and not too pricey. All the staff were very friendly . It was CSU graduation and we were here for my daughter’s graduation ! It was an excellent place to stay
- 4/5
I will say that the service at the Emporium was just ok. Not very attentive and on a couple of occasions, they were not sure they could "get us in" even though my family had many rooms rented. Also, our room was not cleaned even we did not have the do not disturb sign up and were gone almost all day. When we called at 4pm, however, they did come up and clean it.
- 5/5
We had a great time!
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful. Great live music in the two different bars onsite. We love the record player in the room. What a fun idea. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants. We ate at the Crown Pub. Fantastic. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
