Not worth the price point. The pool area is not cleaned or monitored by staff. A lot of towels on chairs that have been unoccupied for hours at the pool, chairs are broken, etc. Breakfast is quite sad and not well organized. Room was clean but small.
- 5/5
Excellent location, loved the rooftop bar.
- 5/5
The staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly! Everyone from the front desk to the valet guys were amazing! Our safe broke on our last night n we had our wallets, phones, etc in there. They stayed late and fixed it so we could make our early morning excursion. They were so kind and so helpful!

In our room 1118, the sliding door to the bathroom appeared to be stuck. You should def fix that. Also no bathmat in shower. Some might not mind but I am of an age where slipping is to be avoided. Finally only two each of towels. I said two people in room so maybe be a little freer w towels, or ask at check in if someone might need extra towels. We were there for two nights but slept in the next day and when cleaning crew came by I asked them to make bed, I guess they did not understand and we t on and disappeared. The people at front desk were nice but when I asked a young lady @ getting a cab to cruise port she said the hotel didn’t do that and we should call Uber. If she had mentioned talking to the bellmen or people at front of hotel door it would have been much easier. After we arranged for a car the guys and gal at front door were happy to help. Seems like growing pains
- 5/5
The front lobby staff was honestly so sweet and endearing, all 3 of the ones I interacted with were helpful and personable. Property itself is not too far of a walk from many great experiences. It worked as a good hub for our vacation and the room was soooo nice. It is a shame we didn't spend more time there.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Good size room, equipped with a mini kitchen, but very strangely does not have a full length mirror - a major flaw.
- 5/5
Nice place. Easy and clean area

Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Nicr bar and workout room. Elevators were really the only compliant.

Always a great stay. The staff is great and the place and pool are so beautiful and relaxing. Walking distance to Las Olas.

We were looking forward to our stay at Element, but it left something to be desired. The valet service when we first arrived was wonderful: the bellhop helped unload our car and held the cart while we checked in on level 3. The associate who checked me in was quick, but gave incorrect information regarding the non refundable resort fee, which was confusing as the stay progressed. Less than five minutes later with the room key in hand, the bellhop accompanied us to the room. Immediately upon walked in I noticed we were not given the correct room type. My husband went back to the check-in level and the associate began arguing with him about the room, insisting the incorrect room was the one we booked, then citing that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers staff were staying at Element, as if that somehow changed the suite type we had booked. On an unrelated but funny note, we live in Tampa minutes away from Raymond James Stadium where the Bucs play… their presence in the hotel was not impressive to us. Luckily the manager came out and corrected the associate and showed us to the correct room. The 1 Bedroom Suite, City View was nice and had the amenities we expected, but the first associate we encountered left something to be desired. That evening we called housekeeping to request an extra blanket which did not arrive for over an hour after we had fallen asleep. We’re from Ft. Lauderdale and know what to expect from the service here, Element did not live up to expectations at all.
- 3/5
The hotel was beautiful but the woman behind the desk when we checkin was aweful..she started an arguement over the F&B $25 that was clearly in an email to me and aparently wasschanged..she was very dismissive and condensending..it ended up being $18 but that wasnt even why we stayed there. The vallet drivers were very good at what they do. There was a huge party going on in the rooftop bar and the ppl there seriously lacked customer service skills. The restaurant on the 6th floor was amazing! Overall was a great stay but just expected a bit more for what we paid.
- 3/5
Parking is abominable. There is no self park option within two blocks and the valet service is constantly overwhelmed - poor value for $40/day. There’s only one small congested entry on the ground level and registration is on the third floor. The four elevators can’t handle the traffic between floors. There are no stairs or escalators. The room itself was nice and clean once we finally got to it. Breakfast had a decent selection of options but the hot foods were barely warm.
- 4/5
Good experience
- 4/5
Nice room, comfortable beds, beautiful 12th floor deck with a view of the city and ocean in the distance. No issues except our sliding bathroom door wouldn’t slide, so there was no privacy. We let them know at checkout that the door is broken.

Room was very clean and the staff at the pool were very welcoming.

Not all staff members were friendly or welcoming. I was approached by a female worker on the first floor on my second night's stay, and she stopped my daughter and I from going on the elevator to ask what floor we were going to. I told her the 9th floor, and this is our second night staying, and we have a key. It was not a problem in asking. I was just uncomfortable because there were other guest walking through the lobby, and she did not stop them. The valet guys were friendlier.

Vacation August 2024 very nice place clean and comfortable, love the staff very professional, pool nice , sleep really good beds nice❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will stay there again
- 4/5
I think the staff and service was very good, attentive and very warm The lobby is a bit minimalistic but I guess not a place for hang outs
- 5/5
Very polite people.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, but didn't meet the expectation. Overall, good!
- 4/5
Shower tile floor had some weird repairs on it that I didn’t want to step on. City view and pool view was really nice. We couldn’t get microwave to work and wished there was a little table to eat at, but otherwise was great.
- 3/5
Food was not good. Mixed drink not good. Lots of noisy kids in bar area.
- 2/5
Noisy. New hotel but super thin walls
- 5/5
People were nice and the room was great.
- 4/5
So So hotel in a shady neighborhood in Ft Lauderdale. Very weird and complicated elevator system! Difficult to use and totally random in when it arrives and who gets to go. Rude Valet staff and NO option for parking other than valet at $32.00/Day! Breakfast was very limited and not good at all. Will not return!
- 5/5
Very accomodating any issues were taken care of immediately and made right. Staff throughout the property were excellent..friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
I was charged a destination fee but wasn't offered anything regarding this fee, like the drink upon arrival you're supposed to get or gelato. I didn't use the beach where the lounge chairs are reserved, so I think this is a sneaky charge in which the hotel tries to be something that it's not. The pillow was the worst. Breakfast was great. Ultimately, I would not recommend this hotel over others. There are better options for the price in this area!
- 5/5
Everything!
- 5/5
Lovely location. Attentive staff!
- 3/5
Nice hotel but the toilet was not working and the water pressure in the shower was not good.
- 3/5
When we arrived we were told the room we booked through Hotels was not available. Had to speak with a manager who finally found us another room big enough (for a family of four) because originally we were told we were getting just a standard 2 queen bed room. Got to the room and turns out “1 bedroom” means a wide opening between the bed and the sofa bed - as in, no privacy at all. Only after waking up in the morning did my husband try to make up the bed and we saw that on the flip side of the pillow I had already slept on were multiple spots of dried blood. Looked like it had been washed and someone tried to bleach it but then housekeeping had just flipped it around and put it right back on the bed. Checking out took about 35 mins just to drop off our bags because 1 couple was in front of us, had many questions, and only 1 person was working. We won’t be back.
- 3/5
For a $500 per night room, I expected a terry robe and slippers. The elevator security was too hi-tech, making travel between rooms on different floors unnecessarily difficult. Also the shower7’s water pressure was very low…and no shower cap
- 5/5
Clean room with a huge balcony. Nice products in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Beautiful property with awesome lounges and seating areas. The breakfast was a surprise, had forgotten it was included in the stay. It was very nice, with many options and a bright cheerful eating area. The bar served a great mimosa! Details of the light fixtures, furnishings and decor were luxurious and stood out from other places we have stayed.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Nice boutique hotel not far from Las Olas Blvd. Friendly staff and great service all around. Pool was nice as well. I would return!
- 2/5
The hotel was comfortable, but our room was not well cleaned.
- 5/5
So chic
- 3/5
Breakfast option mainly for non-vegan consumers. Eggs w/pork only. Asked staff but mentioned this is what we have.
- 5/5
Clean well equipped room, dog friendly. Great location if going to The Parker.
- 5/5
Definitely would rebook. The pool was my favorite part. The pool bar outside was awesome the froze rose is the best drink there The coffee in the lounge which was surprisingly really good and the staff was very friendly!
- 3/5
They allow pets but no area to take pets to relieve themselves. No information in the room on available dining options and check out process.
- 4/5
You will be stuck paying approx $30 a day in valet parking! Just plan ahead with the increase in price when you stay at this property. Don’t ask where there is alternative parking, they don’t know!!!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Our family loved our stayed. The staff were supper nice with great service. Overall, great quality and service.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
WOW
- 4/5
It was great. We wish they had an airport or cruise ship shuttle instead of or in addition to the beach shuttle. Also I couldn’t open or close the bathroom “barn” type door as it was as too heavy and didn’t easily slide. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind as was the other staff!
- 5/5
I felt extremely safe there. Loved the elevators.
- 5/5
Great hotel in central downtown area close to Las Olas district.
- 5/5
This hotel is nicely and conveniently located near the downtown area in Fort Lauderdale, room was good and love the amenities. Only area for improvement is the parking since it’s valet and you get charged automatically in addition to the nightly rate but that’s Downtown Fort Lauderdale
- 3/5
Service was very inconsistent. Undertrained and poorly managed staff, though the staff are trying their best. Management as to quality levels was terrible therefore creating inconsistent service.
- 5/5
All was excellent except there are no mirrors at all in the room, and the bathroom has no privacy doors for either the shower or toilet, so there is no chance to look at oneself in a mirror for any reason (hair, makeup, outfit) if your travel partner is in the bathroom. Would be an easy fix for the hotel to make.
- 5/5
Staff service
- 3/5
The Element is a newer hotel which is very clean, large bathrooms, a great breakfast with organic choices, and a friendly staff. The downside is the confusion. The valet parking serves another hotel and restaurants and the Element does not have a good sign visibility so you know it is their Valet. There are two lobbies so we were waiting for each other in two separate registration areas and the elevators have a confusing key code system that makes things difficult. Also the pool bartender didn't know how to make drinks. Great location!
- 5/5
One final thing: housekeeping staff here do THE MOST, and that is so appreciated in the post-pandemic era when most hotels don't have it at all.
- 4/5
there was no full length mirror in the room, which I thought was stupid especially since we were there for a wedding and it would have been nice to see my entire body getting dressed, the elevators were a disaster, 2 other guests said their fridge wasn't working (may have been at the delmar) but it's the same hotel
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 1/5
When we ask the staff about it for alternative, they are very rude !
- 2/5
Nothing
- 4/5
The cafe was way overpriced and mediocre quality. A man who looked like a general manager came in and had an argument with a woman who looked like the cafe manager. It was extremely unprofessional and very inhospitable. Felt bad for the employee getting yelled at.
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice. Be aware that the parking is valet only and $30 a night. Only other thing we found odd, was the fact that the bed did not have a fitted sheet on the bottom. Seems kinda trivial until you wake up with sheets wadded up underneath you.
- 4/5
There’s was a wait time for my room to be ready and there was ants in the kitchen and couldn’t find the complimentary breakfast
- 3/5
Room was nice. Hallways were very loud. Can hear every door on the floor close.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and wonderful customer service
- 5/5
Property was beautiful and staff were very nice however we were not given maid service for our room and was told we had to request it. When we requested it, it never came so the room didn’t end up being serviced at all during our stay.
- 4/5
Nice self contained property
- 5/5
Loved my stay. Very clean, comfy & great view. Staff was friendly. Will be back
- 2/5
We arrive after 5 o clock and it was raining and dark. The next morning in daylight the floor appeared to be very dirty. We had a meal in the bar which was not good. The to go breakfast was a piece of banana bread and a coffee, which was not any good as I am gluten intolerant. Shall choose another hotel the next time.
- 5/5
Fun
- 5/5
Really liked the hotel and location will definitely come back
- 4/5
I wish the valet was a little bit more welcoming and helpful. When we first arrived- we walked through what we thought was the entrance which has a VERY cute coffee bar- “Rosies” but just elevators and a screen. We had no idea how to get where we needed to check in or the fact that we had to use the screen to get there! Hahaha very high tech! Also it was a little confusing because the “the element lobby” was on level 3 BUT check in was on level 6 near the pool! Check in was a little difficult but after that, it was pretty smooth sailing. Loved the location, not super touristy- about ten mins from the beach and airport! Some nice restaurants nearby (Morton’s, Cheesecake Factory)
- 5/5
Beautiful and convenient to the area. Wish I was there more then one day for work.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel. Has everything you need & want. Definitely recommend the corner studio king suite. I felt completely safe as well. Nobody can go up the elevator without having an access key. Only the main lobby. All around awesome hotel.
- 2/5
cleaning room
- 5/5
This hotel is clearly the best in Fort Lauderdale.
- 3/5
Restaurant in hotel was good. Hotel did not have my room ready at 4pm. Had to downgrade me. Gave me 200 credit but never applied it until i demanded it. Ice machine didnt work. Called for ice, never got. Overall the room was good. Hotel is short staffed
- 5/5
Included breakfast was nice from Rose's cafe Location is convenient
- 5/5
Contemporary/modern design of the hotel was class A, we would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Hotel was very nice and clean. Only downside is they do not provide house keeping unless explicitly asked. We arrived on Wednesday. On Friday we called 3 times and spoke to someone in person at the front desk to get fresh towels and our trash taken out and no one ever showed up. Very frustrating for such basic amenities.
- 4/5
It was great needs a balcony for the suites but overall great.
- 4/5
The eclectic feel. The employees were warming and helpful.
- 3/5
Mandatory valet parking. TV way too far from the bed. Water temp in shower barely got above cool.
- 5/5
Customer Service was great! Nice and clean property!
- 5/5
Comfortable. Clean and service was excellent
- 5/5
Everything was perfect except for the parking it was very confusing. The lady at the front desk was rude when trying to explain to us that there isn’t any parking you HAVE to have valet parking. Other than that it was a great stay. I will most definitely be staying there again.
- 5/5
The moment you are greeted by the staff you welcomed, excellent staff, beautiful facility, Nice view, modern technology, cleanliness. Very inviting location
- 3/5
Very hard to get to the room the elevator are so complex and you do have no control where you are no lobby I. The forest floor
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent and the room was very nice. The small amenities made a huge difference. They provide chairs, an umbrella and towels at the beach for you use at no charge. They have a van that takes you to and from the beach and downtown. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great experience!
- 5/5
I enjoyed the restaurant and lounge on the property
- 5/5
Great Location
- 4/5
Nice staff to help with the elevators friendly bartenders
- 4/5
Pool deck was very, very nice. Jay the pool guy was FABULOUS at keeping us comfortable with towels and drinks from Sip n Dip bar. Fitness center was great! Valet service wonderful! Great location within walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. It's a pet friendly hotel and our room was evidence of such. There were poop stains in the carpet and dog hair all around the suite. They took us to another room and huge hairballs were floating around in that room. We opted to stay in the first room because it was on a higher floor. Larry from guest services worked extremely hard to make sure we were 'made whole' due to the concerns with cleanliness. Valet is $32/day and the manager, waived our fees for the 9 days we stayed.
- 5/5
Amazing location and stay....
- 4/5
Clean, updated, overall a pretty standard stay. Complimentary breakfast was good but I didn't try the actual hotel food/restaurants. Spatch is a delicious chicken spot right around the corner, that was probably the best thing about the trip.
- 4/5
I stayed 1 night, I checked into hotel at 11pm for a 9am appointment and asked for a late 1pm check out and they said NO, I was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Loved it. Rooftop bar amazing. Very elegant and sleek. Didn’t even want to leave the hotel because we were so impressed
- 5/5
We are so pleased with our stay at the Element. Friendly valet staff, maid service every day and complimentary drinks. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing to complain about. We enjoyed ourselves
- 2/5
Pro: very comfortable roomz with King size beds. They have a relax time everyday in the lounge that includes free beer from 5 - 7 PM daily (I was informed on this during my checkout when I had asked out the tap that read light beer in the lounge). Their free breakfast is pretty good and has alot morr options then your conventional free breakfast. Check out is at noon which is a plus since most hotels I have stayed at want you out by 10 or 11 AM. Overall I give the stay a 7 out 10. Also if you are headed to the Las Olas strip make sure to visit the Arcade Bar. Its about a 6 minute drive from the hotel. Best bar around there by far. Nothing says fun like playing Pac-Man while a DJ has great music music playing in the background.
- 1/5
Except for Cassi that checked us in all the other employees need a class in how to smile and give customer service. Our experience at the 6th floor dal mar bar was absolutely horrible. Even the bartender at the pool was too busy “ talking” to other people to even acknowledge us to order drinks.
- 5/5
The breakfast was always great with a stunning view. The bathroom products were high quality. Everything was high end and up to date at the property
