The service at the pool bar was very slow
- 3/5
The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem was other guests were loud slamming room and balcony doors and kids running around late at night. The breakfast buffet price PP at $33 is not worth it unless you eat a lot. They should have it for less. The view of the area was beautiful. Be prepared to pay $150 for 4 if you’re traveling to Miami port cruise. Uber is better 😎
- 5/5
The staff was amazing from check in to check out! The shuttles were perfect and so convenient! Will absolutely stay again if back in Ft Lauderdale!
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay! So close the port for our cruise. I will return for future stays!

“The property is nice, but it’s definitely showing its age. I was shocked to be charged $55 for parking for one night. This was my first stay here, and it will also be my last.”
- 5/5
Absolutely gorgeous property, views and staff were incredible. We will come back from the west coast to stay with our children. MJ was incredible at making our stay comfortable.

I’m not sure why you will advertise a refrigerator and it didn’t even keep anything coldever kept anything cold. I literally had to purchase a cooler to keep my beverages cold as well as my food. I was told by someone that it wasn’t a refrigerator. It was a cooler.

Best Hotel Experience Ever!!! Staff was Very Nice & Professional. Room was Very Clean!!
- 4/5
The ambience The pool was not open late. The coffee bar sucked. They didn’t get my order right, coffee was gross, and the prices weren’t even listed on the board for customers
- 1.5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel beds were not comfortable at all and the rooms had a moldy Oder in them. We had multiple problems with the sink, shower, and overall Ac unit
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional
- 3/5
It was close to the cruise port, which was convenient. It was run down and our AC had issues cooling. We called for assistance and it was fixed eventually, but it was miserable for a while. We also ordered room service, which was good but very expensive.

I got the king tower room, I really loved the room and the view was really nice and relaxing from the balcony, the shower was nice and had the perfect water pressure, my room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to use my yoga mat to do some Pilates while I worked and the gym was open with good equipment 24/7 so I liked that I was able to get a workout in late the pool was clean along with the added bonus of walking around the grounds outside by the piers, the restaurant olive & sea had great stuff along with allergen accommodation for anything on the menus if your vegan or gluten free. Beautiful view very nice aesthetic for a date night or girls trip, overall I had a nice stay an it met all my needs as far as food, fitness, comfort and relaxation along with great areas to get some work done! Very close to good restaurants close to the beach by a small bridge or water taxi. Hotel staff were honestly really great and the hotel was very clean, safe and had really nice vibes honestly only negative would be the parking gate system
- 3/5
The Hotel was good but what they charge for parking and resort fees it’s overpriced. I ended up paying 104.00 more dollars in fees only for parking and resort fee for 1 night which is very disappointing that you go to a hotel and they don’t offer free or at least a fear price for parking.
- 4/5
Great. I always enjoy my stay

While the majority of the staff were excellent, very attentive and accommodating, the hotel was a bit dirty and noisy. I wont go back to this site.

Great location and awesome rooms.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect rating is that I feel the property could benefit from some updates, particularly around the pool area. Improved landscaping and a few cosmetic upgrades would enhance the overall appearance and atmosphere of the hotel. That being said, I had a positive experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
- 3/5
The onsite restaurant is only buffet with no cost listed. $33 per person plus galratuity and tax for the minimal breakfast is nuts! The pool area is infested with ants, on loungers etc.
- 5/5
We love Hilton hotels. The pool n view of marina was amazing
- 2.5/5
It smelled, was very run down
- 5/5
Near the waterfront and cruise port. Able to get shuttle from hotel to port. Nothing
- 5/5
It’s perfect location when you’re cruising it’s about 11 minutes from the airport just a wonderful location and the staff is phenomenal
- 4/5
Great hotel. Two complaints: 1. The long lines at the coffee bar each morning. And 2. The coffee bar is very expensive (US$28 for a coffee, a yoghurt and croissant, with no service, no table, just pick up.... and when paying the tip, options start at 18%....)
- 1/5
This property is old and run down. I did not enjoy my stay. Everything is broken and not working. The rooms are not the same from the pictures online. Hilton need to do a full remodel. The staff has language barriers and not friendly. The only good thing was the restaurant Olive. The food was excellent. But the hotel is terrible
- 1/5
No vending machines no drinks. Parking is xtra No breakfast. That's xta Cockroach on the floor. Total bad experience show beds were so uncomfortable too soft
- 4/5
This was beautiful I enjoyed my stay would definitely go back, only problem i have is the staff waking u up at 9 am before actually checking out time.
- 5/5
Great place to stay before a Disney Cruise. We were in the East Villas not the tower and the room was great, Disney transport was easy. We ate dinner at the pool bar and the food was excellent. We didn’t use the pool, but it was beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Since I arrived late at night, I didn’t have the chance to argue at check-in. More importantly, nobody from the hotel bothered to explain what happened or even acknowledge the downgrade. The reservation was made through a third-party platform, and only later was I told that the hotel was sold out — which somehow justified giving away the room I had already prepaid for. Their “solution” was a complimentary snack package, presented as if I should be deeply grateful for the generosity. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the snack package was never explained as compensation. I had simply asked if there was a market open in the hotel because, unbelievably, there wasn’t even a basic vending machine available. So the “welcome snack” was framed as hospitality, not as an apology for selling my room to someone else. In summary: I paid for an ocean view and got upgraded to a parking lot view instead. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend NOT paying in advance — because apparently your reservation is only theoretical until someone else comes along.
- 4/5
The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I was staying the night before leaving for a Disney cruise and the staff made sure we received all our needed info for transportation. The hotel wasn’t what I expected. I was hoping it would look better and I wouldn’t have to go outside and back inside considering cost.

This is one of the most fabulous and gorgeous locations I’ve had the pleasure staying at. The staff was very inviting and friendly and they tried their best to accommodate my interest. I really appreciate some of the free perks and benefits that came with my stay.

on by itself during the day and night. The quality of the breakfast buffet was poor for the resort hotel pricing. The hotel staff was great as was the location. Ok for a one or two night stay before a cruise, but I would not stay longer.

The hotel in general was good! But the air conditioning when you entered the corridor of the villa that touched us did not feel cold, in the room it also marked 65 F and we were hot at night, the mini fridge still kept things cool but not cold. I went to the front desk to say it and in the end no one passed through the room.

Très belle expérience au niveau de la propreté et de l'accueil du personnel. Mon seul bémol est le temps d'attente pour la réception... plus de 30 minutes!

It was only an overnight stay but the location was perfect (near the cruise ship port). The room, with balcony facing the intercostal was great. The onsite restaurant was great for dinner and brunch. I'd go back for sure.

Hotel was clean & room well appointed. We stayed prior day Of our cruise.. Highly recommend for pre cruise day location!

Hadn't stayed here in three years and was honestly disappointed. Hotel is starting to look a little worn out in spots. Snacks from the lobby cafe were wildly expensive. Fun location on the waterway but not sure that it was worth the money. Would consider other options if visiting FLL again.

We enjoy staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina for the location and close proximity to the cruise port. The service is always good and the rooms are comfortable. Watching the boats come and go is a favorite as well. We like the restaurant Olive and Sea but would enjoy more variety. There are restaurants close by for more variety. The in room coffee is okay, but it would be nice to have real coffee cups. Having the Cafe with strabucks was convenient.

The management staff handled our issues promptly. We were missing a remote control from the room for the TV as well as upon arriving to the room we discovered an open condom wrapper on the table. The management handled this wtih apology and free breakfast as well as a handwritten note and a cheese plate in our room. We understand sometimes things get overlooked, everyone is human. We appreciate the prompt response and hope that more thorough oversight will continue to prevent this in the future for future guests.

The place is really nice
- 3/5
The restaurant was very far away in another wing of the hotel. It was difficult to get anywhere quickly like meeting a pick up with a bus to a cruise ship. We had to call the service desk using our cell phone to fix the phone so that we could receive a wake up call the next morning. The technician never showed up so my husband fixed it by fixing the misplacement of the receiver cord. We also had to fix the shower ourselves because nobody came to fix it properly. We told the guest services and they said sorry but that was the extent of their caring about the accommodations. Ws will never go back to that hotel.

Everything was great. Restaurant was expensive as was the snack bar. $5.00 for a soft drink was a little excessive.

The condition of the hotel was not up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. It was worse than staying at a motel ^. We brought these issues to the attention of the manager on site, and it appears our concerns were not communicated to upper management. I have no desire to ever stay at a Hilton property.

The valets left the dome light on, ran the battery dead, refused to help, made us think they did it on purpose to jump the car for a small fee but realized they couldn’t when it was a hybrid. Ended up costing $300 for road side assistance and hours of stress.

First, id like to give a shout out to my man Darius for the amazing welcome we received. The staff is just wonderful and friendly ! Now lets talk about vybes ! All gone ! As a cabin crew member, I use to recommend this hotel to so many people, unfortunately i will make sure to recommend people/ passengers to avoid this place going on ! The tiki bar is gone !!!! Its just a quiet boring hotel now andddd theyve added so many extra surcharges for so many things ! You end up paying more surcharges than the room itself 😂😅 ! Either way, thanks for the stay Hilton, but never again !

Updated rooms and beautiful property. My favorite is how friendly and helpful every employee I came across was. Loved this place!
- 4.5/5
Loved our room. Olive and sea was excellent. we liked that there was grab and go coffee and snacks downstairs. Check-in and out was easy. Loved that it was near the water taxi stop. Easy and quick ride to the cruise port. Sewage smell in the corridors near the pool area. Didn't appear to be well kept area. Very pricey meals. Breakfast buffet was not worth the price. Dinner and drinks were very expensive in hotel. Left hotel and went to a comparable restaurant on the water and spent half as much.
- 4/5
Staff were on our every need, excellent service from check in to check out.. Well done Folks
- 4/5
Location Hornets on the patio roof eve on both sides. Could not use it to a full potential
- 5/5
It would be better if the attendant was more personalble
- 5/5
The delays to check in was disappointing. The long wait times made it a challenge even though we were prebooked.
- 2/5
Nice hotel clean and friendly staff. However 50$ a night parking is very expensive I have never been to a hotel they you have to pay for parking. Also they charge a 30$ extra a day resort fee and ad on taxes. So what I thought was decent deal turned into a very expensive stay and will not return.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, excellent staff, nice environment, good vibe.
- 5/5
The hotel and staff are wonderful. Love to watch the yachts coming into the hotel docks. The restaurant serves a variety of foods
- 3/5
The staff were really nice and did their best to help us. A staff member at the door saved us from a predatory cab driver. The desk person was also kind and calmed us after our experience with the cab driver. I would stay here again for the right price, but not for more than a night or two.
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Didn't like having to schlep our suitcases to the building next door - should have demanded a room in the main building.
- 4/5
I loved the place, though my room had issues with the toilet, its was not working properly, room was nice
- 5/5
safe area, nice staff, great clean room with a little balcony - easy walk right to the summit across the street, found Ethos, a cute Greek Bistro restaurant five minutes from the hotel with outside sitting. This was a low key easy trip.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- 1/5
Self parking $58 valet $62 is not reasonable. Water in the pool was so cold you cannot go in. They say heated but that wasn't the case impossible. We crossed the street to a competitor and joined friends at their heated pool.
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 2/5
The asked me for a deposit and I never got that back. The building was old it looks nothing like the picture. To be honest it’s not worth the price and they charge you extra fees and don’t tell you.
- 5/5
Everything was great but AC in room was too cold and couldn’t adjust it so turned it off
- 4/5
Quaint poolside with access to walking along Bay and lots of animal life.
- 5/5
We didn’t use the pool but enjoyed our balcony with a view of the water
- 2/5
Internet was down and check-in was long lines and slow. They charged for checking in. We were 30 minutes early and the line was 45 minutes long
- 3/5
It was fine. We had a lovely view from our room. Plastic cup in the room doesn’t cut it for us. Not a very good practice. Mold in the bathroom near the shower.
- 4/5
Location Not enough chairs around the pool
- 3/5
The doors to bath and front door crazy.if someone's inside and leaves bath door open and then you come in from outside the doors smack.wished bath door swung into bath
- 5/5
A+
- 4/5
The room is good clean. The coffee maker was messy and not stocked up well the coffee & tea bags. They have free shuttle pick up from hotel to the beach. They have shuttle pick up from from airport & port for extra fees. WiFi is good.
- 5/5
I had a very short overnight stay. Great facility.
- 3/5
We chose this location because we were getting on a cruise ship the next day. It was only five minutes to the cruise port. I communicated with the property that our flight would be in mid evening and we would not check in until after 8 PM however we arrived on an earlier flight. I don’t know But when we got to our room, it was still dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went to dinner and spent an hour and a half in the hotel restaurant with staff knowing we were waiting for our room to be cleaned. When we got back to our room at 8 PM the maid had just arrived. She was not going to let us in our room, however I told her we would sit on the balcony until she was finished. We waited for over an hour to finally get in our room.
- 2/5
They have me a room that was not ready. I walked in and the linens were set to the side and the air wasn’t even on.
- 5/5
The rooms very clean. But outside hallways need good pressure washing.
- 0.5/5
The front desk was obnoxious . I arrived at 10:30 am and they said the room would not be ready until 4:30 . I used booking.com for the last time and booked a new hotel. The front desk said they would cancel my reservation but did not and I got charged. Booking did nothing to help and the hotel was even worse.
- 5/5
Nearby the water taxi and Port Everglades
- 2/5
My wife was in using crouches, and no one approached and offer a chair, not even open the door. When she went to the restaurant for table at night, hostess “Mimi” almost “discriminate her” who arrive with 3 kinds, 8, 6 and 3 years old, looking for a table and a quick grab to take to room or quick bite. Very unfortunate experience,
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!!!
- 2/5
30 min later, called again & said she would put in a note for maintenance. 35 min later got a text asking if I was happy with the check-in. Said yes BUT, didn’t get any water & air con seems to be out. Replied saying would send someone right away. In the meantime, went down & asked concierge for water & he very nicely got some😍He said convenience store was sold out & he said, they should have given you Checked out at 10am and never saw a maintenance person!
- 3/5
The room itself was okay. The pool also was okay. We chose to eat at the outdoor dining, and it was substandard. The portions were small, the flavor was mediocre at best, and took forever to get the food. Additionally the grab and go market in the hotel had a better beer selection than their ‘full bar’ at the pool. The shuttle to Port Everglades is not operated by the hotel, it’s an external company that you have to contact and book a slot. Front desk staff were wonderful though and got us into a room at 11am.
- 5/5
Poolside was great. Bartender good. They need to clean the outside tables more frequently. Tables were a mess the next morning.
- 4/5
Room clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom great. Negatives are: Soap container in shower empty. We had to use the shampoo. No cookies/sweets in lobby store. No way to get anything to eat like a Cookie after 9:30 pm.
- 4/5
Lovely breakfast, plenty to chose from. Room clean with all you need, check-in OK, took a little while due to lots of people checking in. Only issue was with the restaurant, have to book and only 1 bar inside the restaurant & nowhere to sit if you just wanted a drink, would be nice if they had a bar & seating lounge on the ground floor.
- 5/5
Excellent stay! Beautiful location!!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and efficient .
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay!
- 4/5
However, rooms near the elevator or the electronic/utility room were quite noisy, and it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.
- 5/5
I thought the hotel was very clean and the service was very attentive. I enjoyed a meal in the outdoor patio area near the pool. Service was a little slow as it looked to be under staffed, but the meal was enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable. I plan on staying again.
- 3/5
We were scheduled to go on a cruise, but after my husband had a heart attack we decided not to cruise. I asked the manager if I could extend for a few days, as Brad was still in the hospital, but he bluntly said “No, we’re overbooked “. If overbooked anyway, why not allow me to stay? We are, no make that were, regular customers here at the Marina, but we are resolved to find another hotel for our future stays.
- 5/5
Arrived at dusk and was told the pool was closed, but there were plenty of people in it so my kids were able to enjoy it. Beautiful property surrounded by the marina & all of the boats. The little café has a little bit of everything you might need for a snack or coffee, beer, wine. Breakfast would’ve been 33 per person so we passed on that. Very busy at checkout with all the people departing for their cruises. Room was adequate two double beds & a decent bathroom. The view was beautiful.
- 4/5
It wa close to the cruise port less hassle getting to the port.
- 5/5
And the transportation was a breeze! If we do another cruise, we will stay here again
- 5/5
The place and staff were awesome!!!
- 5/5
Property is perfectly located near the Disney Cruise port. The transportation to our ship was seamless. My only complaint (property has zero control) is that I booked a room with a view. The only view I got was a gigantic yacht that blocked everything.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay Pre-Cruise. The restaurant upstairs had amazing food and service and the rooms were all impeccable.
- 4/5
The staff was helpful, responsive and accommodating. The room was clean and ready when we arrived, so we were able to check in a few minutes early. The hotel was convenient to the cruise port, and we enjoyed seeing all the beautiful yachts at the property. We would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
Signage/directions should be improved; I was turned around more than once in the multiple buildings “No room service” is too common in hotels now. Having a staff member receive it and bring the to the guest’ room would be an improvement

The property had a lot of construction going on but the service was great. The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating.
- 5/5
Awsome place
- 2/5
The elevator was broken.. we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights with no assistance offered.
- 2/5
This property does not meet Hilton standards and is not worth the price paid. The facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of repair. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear doors constantly slamming, maintenance carts moving, and conversations from nearby rooms, hallways, and public areas even with the doors and windows closed. Additionally, parking is an extra charge that was not disclosed in advance, along with several other unexpected fees that appeared at checkout.

I pre booked and pre paid through hotels. Com plus used points. When I finally got to the hotel after a very long day of travel I was told they did not have the room I reserved for me !!! I would have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach a different room. No elevator no staff to help!! No explanation period!!
- 1/5
Staff was The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Many basic elements in the room were not functioning properly—the shower did not drain, the toilet handle was falling off, and other fixtures appeared poorly maintained. In addition, the key cards repeatedly failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk just to access the room. Unfortunately, the staff showed little urgency in resolving these issues, and the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. When attempting to address these concerns, the manager’s response came across as abrasive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented.

What ???
- 5/5
Pool was great, hotel is right on the water which was awesome. Plenty amenities and places to choose from.
- 5/5
Hotel location for cruise is perfect lovely views from higher elevation rooms
- 1/5
Front desk staff was rude. I ordered a room to have water view and they put me on the first floor with more of a deck with a giant boat over 100 feet parked infront of my room and no water view
- 4/5
Rooms were OK, but carpet was stained and the previous guests had left some bottles on the balcony which had not been cleaned away. Overall, hotel was OK was an overnight stay.
- 5/5
Crystal at the restaurant was exceptional!!!!
- 4/5
The room next to me was quite loud and there was a party going on across the hall that woke me up a bunch. Someone’s big birthday weekend.
- 5/5
Very courteous staff
- 1/5
Terrible. Loud Music played till 5 am. Was sat night.
- 3/5
Room category didn’t match price. Wasn’t impressed and staff didn’t care. Looking at Parking lot with water in the distance isn’t worth $650/nite. Would never stay here again. No pool bar. Ubers hard to get to this location.

Great view from our tower room. Although not too many food options. Overall, we received great services from front desk, snack shop, and at the restaurant. Room was clean but could use a bit of an update.
- 1/5
The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs
- 3/5
Bare minimum
- 3/5
The room was dated , and in desperate need of refurbishment. The balcony looked over the pool and there was garbage outside our window.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous. Great views of the marina.
- 1/5
This place was a zoo when I arrived. The lobby was filled with people. So many that the bell man did not help me with my bags and told me the elevator was fixed when it wasn’t I walked the long mile with all my luggage and carried it upstairs on my own. The room had a terrible mildew odor as did much of the hotel. The carpet was fraying at the edge and cut my toe. Our faucet leaked as did the ac and was noisy. Our remote did not work in our room and they never came to fix it so no tv. The power went out at least twice and stayed out for some time. They blamed it on the area having an outage but we went to our friends hotel nearby and they had not experienced any outage. The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling and having that many people at the hotel at once is what caused the power issues. I asked for compensation and they gave me $50, mind you I spent over $400 on one night there. I would never stay here again or recommend. Terrible experience and worst Hilton I have ever been to.
- 3/5
The hotel staff was courteous and friendly, good service. The room was in good condition. The only comment I have is that the room had a humid musty smell. I believe the carpets would have to be removed to decrease some of that humidity.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Friendly & accommodating staff. Great atmosphere & good quality food in restaurant.
- 3/5
Rooms too small and needs updating Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Ammenities were ok. Just needs better rooms.
- 5/5
Great room
- 3/5
The room is not sound proof and we heard the couple next door chatting like they were in our room. Explained to manager, no solution was given, disregard concern about noise. Will not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
The room was stuffy like the carpet was wet.
- 5/5
Just an overall beautiful and welcoming hotel! We are especially loved the restaurant Olive and Sea, and just the cleanliness and quietness of the room.
- 3/5
Room was good … Darius offered us the upgrade for an additional 45.00, and then he offered us complimentary drinks at the Boat Yard … he told us these drinks were “on him”, he noted his name on the card he gave us for the Boat Yard. He also told us the Boat Yard was next door, but it wasn’t and the drinks weren’t complimentary…. We needed to buy and meal to get the free drink, so this seemed dishonest to me. I talked to him about it the next day, but he denied saying the drinks were on him and I suspect he is not used to people talking with him a day later. The room and balcony were nice and clean.

The hotel itself is very nice, with lovely views. We were traveling with another couple, and we arrived early. She got her room immediately, but they said they had a nice room for me, but it wasn’t ready. I checked back several times…even at check-in time, but it still wasn’t ready. They said they would put a rush on it. By 4:30, I gave up and accepted a room in another building. They said they have over 400 rooms, and can’t have them all ready on time. Honestly, I’m the guest, and when you promise me a room, it’s your job to make sure it’s ready. If they don’t have enough help to make that happen, it should not be my problem.
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the facility was very good. The renovations are/were needed, but the location is great.
- 1/5
Hotel was way past do for a renovation.
- 1/5
Up charge for Cruise port view room was ridiculous for a room that was small, in need of major renovation, door to deck wouldn’t close, musty smell. The only good thing about hotel was the restaurant!
- 5/5
Very clean hotel close to the cruise port, but very expensive
- 5/5
Super nice and friendly staff. Beautifully cleaned and decorated room.
- 4/5
The room was not spotless. There was a coffee spill, or something similar on the wall in the bathroom. I did not stay long enough to take a trip to the beach, but did appreciate there was a shuttle. The only facility I used was the fitness center, and it was a little small for the amount of people trying to use it, however the equipment was pretty good. John at the front desk who checked me in was amazing. Because the check in experience was so pleasant it left me feeling much more positive about the stay overall. 1st impressions matter and John gave a great first impression. He recognized me as a silver status honors member and reminded me of my benefits. The room was comfortable, and the stay was pleasant.
- 5/5
Really nice
- 3/5
Very, very busy, Hotel
- 5/5
Room was exceptionally quiet and great water view. Staff at front desk was welcoming and friendly
- 2/5
The elevator to the room that we eventually were put in was broken There was no coffee available in the lobby The restaurant on property was 1 star-would not recommend Overall….. I need to dig out my Marriott rewards number.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice, but the toilet in the room we stayed (408) did not work, we have to fix it every time we use.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The front lobby and surrounding areas were total chaos our entire stay. The staff were not very welcoming and our room was small and very average at best. Toilet didn’t flush and had to have it serviced the 1st day we arrived. I can’t believe this is rated a 4 star hotel. Hard pass on this place the next time I am back in Ft. Lauderdale.
- 4/5
Yes it was clean. My only complaint is the tv was way to low. There was a thing to put on wall but it was on this super low dresser that you could barley see it from the bed. The check in process was not good. They do not offer luggage storage and if your room isn't ready after standing in a super long line, they are suppose to text you when its ready and they didn't. But to get the key you have to stand in the long line again. When they say 4pm, they mean it.
- 1/5
Check in took 45 mins and was chaotic. No seating in reception. Restaurant line was 100 metres long. Room maintenance poor.
- 1/5
We did not get the room we requested, elevator was broken, room was very noisy. Just to name a feq of the issues.
- 1/5
Everything was ba
- 1/5
Paid for a king. Received two doubles reception was arguing that this was an upgrade. Other people got a late check out water and niceties. Room had no cups water soap. Hilton use to be recognized for comfort. Other than the location the place is an expensive dump
- 5/5
The room was mostly clean, although shower glass caulk was discolored (blackened- mildew, mold?)
- 4/5
Loved the location the views, would stay there again for sure!!
- 2/5
On top of that, they charge $32 Resort Fee per day and $ 53 dollars parking per day. I checked out after the second night when I was supposed to be there for four nights. They did not refund the last two nights, even though they booked the room again to another client. I will not stay there never again, by any chance. Overpriced, bad maintenance, old and crowded.
- 3/5
Highly overrated. The restaurants are so expensive no one unless you’re rich can afford to eat there. $100 plus for two people to have a salad and an iced tea is ridiculous.
- 5/5
Neat and clean. Staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Everything was good, only the check in was way too busy and long slow line.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
The concierge was terrible, not helpful at all. Elevator broken on our wing
- 5/5
Excellent location to cruise port
- 1/5
Dirty. Big gap under door. Noisy
- 4/5
It was great.
- 5/5
Hilton was awesome, because of flights we arrived 3hrs ahead of check, they had a room ready with a balcony overlooking the canal and waived the early check-in fee. Place is beautiful, amazing views and pool area. Restaurant has good food and room was clean. Definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Elevator not working and room on 3rd floor. No bell service workers were available to deliver bags to room. Buffet was average to below average for price of $33/person and auto gratuity added to bill. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic. The staff were wonderful in every interaction and the bed and pillows were the arbitors of the most comfortable sleep I've had in years.
- 1/5
Elevator not working
- 2/5
Parking was a nightmare, the key card never worked. The elevator was out, was told I would get a credit. I haven’t received the credit. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was told I would receive a credit and was charged the full amount.
- 3/5
The rooms were in good condition
- 5/5
Nice stay, great view!
- 2/5
The elevator to our room was not working.
- 4/5
The room was nice, but it was not ready until after 3 PM which was disappointing because I had called and was assured it would be ready by two
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice if there were vending machines to get a soda after 9:00 or 10:00
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The only drawback is the floor plan of the hotel is a little weird to navigate. Three separate buildings and it is not clear from your room number which building you are in. Also... the elevator in my building was out. You had to carry your luggage upstairs. I was alone and going on a cruise. Lots of luggage. Property and room was very clean and the staff was super friendly.
- 2/5
Not friendly staff and no one offered to bring luggage in to the check in area. Very unfriendly staff.
- 3/5
We took the family to eat at 4:30 for an early dinner, and it was cold so the pool bar/restaurant was not open. They turned us away because it was still happy hour so we walked approximately 1 mile and had to go to another restaurant down the street which was very nice. I can’t believe that you couldn’t get a meal at the Hilton at 4:30 PM on a Thursday evening.
- 5/5
Olive and Sea bar and restaurant was excellent, plenty of food options and also an happy hour. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had anywhere with everything you would expect, coffee decent too. The bedroom was tired and could do with a refurbishment but the bed was comfortable. Had a fantastic view onto the waterfront. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Hotel was beautiful. The only issue we saw was that the food on site was outrageously expensive. My husband and I got 2 pre-made (not very good) sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and it was $45.
- 5/5
We requested our tower an upgraded to the cruise ship terminal view. Was not a fan of the double doors for the bathroom. Our last stay had the one door which slid across if I recall.
- 3/5
I paid for a king size bed and they gave me a room with 2 beds
- 4/5
Great views of the marina, beautiful pool area, convenient to restaurants and services
- 4/5
The room was nice, although there was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands with. Our only real complaint was the location of our room. It was near an exit door and an elevator. People often talked very loudly. We were exhausted after a long day of travel and wanted to sleep early. When we checked in, there was another customer who requested that his room location be changed because of the noise the night before. The hotel was at full capacity, and there was no new room to send him to. I would stay there again if the room were in a better location.
- 4/5
Need to open Tiki Bar in it’s old spot.
- 5/5
Excellent service, easy check in and out amazing view of the cruise ships.
- 2/5
Terrible decision to go there. The coffee was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered two regular coffees, and both had coffee grounds floating on top. On top of that, the staff preparing the drinks were rude and unhelpful. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff very polite, and an excellent location!
- 2/5
Booked a king balcony. No balcony
- 5/5
The room was clean. They do not provide little packs of soap or other amenities by the sink. Nor is there coffee in the room. They do have a busy area by the front desk for snacks, beverages as well as coffee. The Olive restaurant was booked up and required reservations so we went to a nearby Italian restaurant. The pool area was beautiful and faced a waterway. The only drawback was a late 4:00 check in. You can put your luggage in storage and cruise the water taxi for a couple hours. Very popular with cruisers.
- 3/5
I arrived at the hotel at midnight after travelleing 12 + hours due to massive delays. I had a heavy bag for my upcoming cruise. The elevator was not working where my room was located so I had to go back to the front desk and pay someone to bring my bag to my room. It was not optimal.
- 2/5
Room was well organized clean and neat but the amount of people they have at the hotel wasn’t manageable for the staff. We paid for the view and balcony of the water they switched with room with a credit which wasn’t want i wanted for new years. We used the credit for parking but we had money said we could switch the room but denied the request the next day saying they couldn’t switch someone room? But switched mines lol i truly feel it was bcuz we were black bcuz they didnt deny them white folks anything they asked for but i cud be wrong but still didnt get what i wanted so i didnt see any amenities of the hotel i just bathed and left out might have a better experience if ur white
- 4/5
Everything was nice and clean for the most part. The shower was not the cleanest. The rooftop restaurant was very nice.
- 3/5
Staff at front desk the first night was extremely nonaccomodating and quite frankly whomever was at font desk should rethink even being in the hospitatilty business
- 5/5
He staff was absolutely amazing! We loved the room, the balcony view, and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!
- 1/5
Don’t pay extra for the rooms with water views/balcony as the elevator doesn’t work but they still charge the upgrade fee. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned or towels and coffee to be restocked after day 1. The price doesn’t match the service.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly staff. No amenities in the bathroom.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! Great room!
- 2/5
e rush.bbin addition we paid for a king room and they didn't have any available because their elevator was out.
- 1/5
Room was not available at 4 pm. At 5:30 I asked again and they said “yea”. Our bathroom door does not shut. Hotel bar staff was rude to the point where she was complaining that people who were sitting would be rhe ones waited on first when we were told to stand.
- 2/5
Not enough staff at front desk, elevator not working. Had to walk to 3rd floor with suitcases. Rooms for people not ready more them 5 hrs after check in time. No where to sit and have a drink from bar as only 14 seats. Told we could not sit outside and have drinks at tables outside because of dinner
- 3/5
Everything was so, so expensive.
- 4/5
All fine
- 3/5
Room was not in good condition, had on the bathroom floor is ready to fall off, the air conditioner doesn’t work. Room service is out of border. There’s one restaurant in the whole resort and it was an hour. Wait to get a table. Not very good.
- 1/5
Check in was a disaster! Got there at 1330 and paid the incidentals…was told to come back later and would receive a text when the room is ready… Fast-forward to 5 o’clock our room was still not ready and we’ve been in line for an hour to sit through check in one more time before being given a room number and keys… Made a reservation for their restaurant, which was more than an hour and a half behind on seating despite having a reservation… We decided to get takeout… I had a $50 room credit which is supposed to get applied for food and drinks I went and got food with my kids in the morning and I still got billed $77 despite the room credit so I should’ve been billed 22… Still disputing that charge… Shall we go into the check-in? as I said, we literally waited in line a second time for an hour to get our room despite already checking in and I requested a digital key. Would not recommend this place… The floors were dirty. The carpet was dirty. The shower was dirty. Everything was gross and disgusting
- 3/5
Thought our room was a bit of a walk from the front.
- 2/5
I was there for New Year’s Eve and the elevators were broken. They took off some money for that, but the person working the desk didn’t know anything about what was going on on the hotel. I was charged with all these hidden fees. They had no room service. That was the reason why I went there because it says they have room service they charge me twice for the valet. The lady first told me it was 16 even if with her accent, I asked her two times and it was $60. It was just not very good hotel for being a Hilton and I just feel like I’ve been charged a whole bunch more money on my account for no reason
- 1/5
Room, staff not experienced and didn't know anything to answer questions and vending locations since there was signs saying there this way but told us, I don't know as they didn't have anycheck in time and no drinks to buy available everything got closed
- 2/5
It was very, very expensive, the charged me security deposit twice and never sent the money backs and our room and that part of the building is to old. I paid the room with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, It was very disappointing.
- 4/5
The room was really spacious and comfortable and wish I was there longer than one night. I checked in late and the staff advised me to catch the kitchen before it closes so I could grab some food which was a lovely pizza. The breakfast was brilliant. Lots of choices hot and cold and I had endless coffee!! I was so full and very satisfied for what I paid. I hope to return in the near future. Great scenic views too as I went on a nice walk the next morning.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff
- 3/5
Room was not in good condition.

good room; great stay
- 2/5
No elevator available. No bellman available to bring our luggage to the room through emergency stairs. The room was not ready when we check in at 8:00p.m Front desk very poor service.
- 5/5
Great location, recently updated rooms.
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable and the hotel esthetics were very nice
- 1/5
Tried desperately to call as we were driving thru a treacherous snow storm after our flts were cancelled. Left text messages, called NO effort to help us. No effort to treat me as a customer for a decade with any respect. Horrible. Bummed out. Not sure where to turn.
- 2/5
We were in the east villas and it’s not what i expected from a Hilton. The room smells literally like urine, we got a double bed instead of the king I reserved, the room door was broken, the hallways are dirty, the elevator didn’t work, i mean it looks worse than a cheap motel. The main building is nice, the rooms are newer but still not clean. For the price all you get is a good location close to the port but the hotel is not worth it. No amenities, small lobby with limited seating, no water bottle in the room, not even a vending machine, oh and everything closes early - on a Saturday at 11pm no restaurant or a shop open. Glad only spent 1 night here
- 3/5
Room smelled musty . Not sure why . We had to buy air freshener.
- 5/5
Nice and comfortable
- 2/5
Well, I want to give the woman who answered the phone a 5-star. But only gave the front desk guy and luggage guy a 2 star.
- 4/5
Hidden fee named “resort fee” which I feel is misleading. But other than that good hotel
- 5/5
In the store it would be nice if they showed prices.
- 4/5
We were told bfast wasn’t included so we didn’t have it at the hotel. The staff were nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the staff was nice but service was slow. Food was good! The rooms were nice and we had a nice view of the port. I did notice dust in some of the areas above the bathroom door and the toilet brush needed replacing. But in general I felt the room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Will definitely return !!!

Yes
- 5/5
Great service by staff.
- 1/5
Bathroom door provided no privacy. Staff at welcome was rude and disregarded any request we made to schedule another stay upon our return to town. Food prices were astronomical. Price gouging. We did come across a very helpful employee that helped us get a few items.
- 4/5
All was very good!
- 3/5
The lady at the front desk was very nice . Told us she got our room upgraded . I would hate to see what the original room was like .
- 1/5
We were charged a resort fee without early disclosure, which is against the law. We were also doubled charged for parking ($100 USD). We didn't get time to call in order to catch flight until later Will never come back again. Try your best to avoid.
- 2/5
I was checked into a “disabled “ room under the guise of an upgrade. The bathroom could only be used to shower by getting the whole room wet. The vanity had no space for anything. Then there was the hair on the face basin and some paper left on the shower faucet. My room was changed the following night by an attentive trainee.

My flight was delayed and I was stuck in Seattle Wa so I was unable to make it to the Hilton in Fort Lauderdale the first night 12/5/25. I also had booked a room for 12/6. I called and got the terrible answering service and requested to talk to the front desk. It transferred me and the phone rang for minutes with no answer. I repeated this process 5 more times, the last time staying on for 5 minutes. I eventually heard voices in the background that sounded like cleaning staff. I gave up and sent an email that was set up by your terrible system. It was rejected. When I finally checked in on 12/6 I was told my entire two day stay was cancelled. The gentlemen said they had no rooms but sent me to a sister hotel supposedly for no charge. In short how can you not answer your phones for hours. Dump your answering system and hire an operator
- 1/5
All the hidden added fees and how the fees are communicated are deceptive and I don’t plan to visit any Hilton Hotel ever again
- 5/5
Early check in was great!
- 2/5
Elevator broken, hotel really run down.
- 5/5
Very easy check in with Digital Key. Staff have been great so far from my experience.
- 5/5
Everything excellent, as always.
- 2/5
Check in was fine except they failed to tell us the building we were in had one elevator and it was inoperable. We were packed for a 8 night cruise and had to lug our 40 pound bags up to the 3rd floor. I called the desk and they had no idea when the elevator would be fixed. No offer to get us on a ground floor. Gave us $50 resort credit where a sandwich is $19. Won't stay here again.
- 5/5
Rooms are nicely updated staff very friendly and great room views.
- 5/5
The area is ideal, for it’s next to the ocean. They’re good store to shop. The area is cool not too hot. The breakfast was pretty good.
- 1/5
2. Very long walk and up one level to find the restaurant 3. Ate at Bar (just me). Service marginal. Food very good. 4. 20% MANDITORY GRATUITY !! Really? 5. Returned to room 10 PM. TV does not work. Wants to send maintenance up, which is declined. 6. No glasses in room. 2 paper coffee cups only 7. Shower - Low water pressure, water at best Luke-warm. 8. Can not exit garage. Room key does not work. Walk back inside, and told "No connectivity. Go back out and press button. NO APOLOGY, no inquiry as to satisfaction. 9. Return to car, and "grilled" for name and room number to get out. Finally able to exit.
- 5/5
Restaurant was very expensive!!
- 5/5
Fantastic room overlooking the Marina. The breakfast buffet was an additional cost, but worth the money in our opinion. If you’re able to do so, book the villa rooms.
- 3/5
House keeping need to put in a little bit more effort not harrable but need work.bed was good hotal overall some out dated Ocean sea restaurant very good
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The property was dated. An entire wing of rooms had only one elevator allocated to it and out of service. I was therefore relocated to the worst wing of the property as a Hilton Gold member. Never again at this property unless there is a major Cap Ex happening.
- 1/5
No reservations when we got to the hotel !!!!!
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and amenities were nice.
- 4/5
Nice place, walked in and was told about happy hour which wasn t free but had what I would call normal priced drinks and they gave me a $20.00 meal drink credit. So nearly free
- 1/5
Overall this property was a disappointment. While the location is excellent for cruising, most everything else was not. The rooms were potentially available by 2:00, but guaranteed ready by 4:00, and were offered a $40 early check in if we wanted it, but declined. However, the rooms were not ready by 4:00, and instead we were given a downgraded room. We booked a high floor king room with balcony, and instead were bait and switched a two double bed room in the low rise because there were no king rooms available with a balcony in the tower. When we complained that we had paid for a king, miraculously a king room became available. However, still in the low rise because there are no balconies in the tower. The room was adequate. However, the hallway was was dirty, there were barely any amenities in the room, the renovation was more of paint on a pig, with obvious issues just painted over, no cups for water, no garbage can in the bathroom, and stained curtains. Do not recommend, will not return.
- 5/5
Great location! Great resturant!
- 5/5
Stunning location, beautiful room, great breakfast.
- 5/5
The only bad thing is having to pay for parking, al.ost $60 a night.
- 3/5
Thought we booked a different view
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The room and view were amazing and the staff was so helpful and accommodating
- 2/5
That we were in .
- 4/5
The parking staff front desk, staff housekeeping, staff was great and professional, very helpful and friendly. However, my room needed to be vacuumed upon arrival and I didn’t like that…
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 3/5
Chaotic, expensive parking
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great customer service. My Dads 94th birthday. He got the special treatment. I can't thank the staff enough. A great stay.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quick check in. Easy phone call to get late check out. Enjoyed staying here.
- 1/5
Check in was not what was expected. Prepaid on Expedia and was expected to pay remaining balance. Then was told at check in nothing has been prepaid and had to pay full balance along with a $125 per day hold for incidentals.
- 3/5
There is no free breakfast as advertised. The walls are paper thin, you hear every little noise.
- 4/5
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
While a super property, the doorways are not sealed in a way to silence people in the hallway.

sorry would not stay again, very close to the port but not really anything close by you can walk too
- 4/5
I mistakenly left a very important medicine in the room fridge and was leaving on a cruise in less than 2 hours. Security answered the call quickly and was very nice on the phone. They located it quickly, and called quickly to say they found it. They also met me in the lobby to bring it to me since I was rushing back to get it and the ship was leaving very shortly so I had to get back to the ship. Please thank them for me again. They made a frantic situation so much better. Doreen Weese

Not happy
- 5/5
Very attentive and courteous staff. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Everything was great and fun
- 3/5
Check in experience was a nightmare but restaurant was excellent! Nice bathroom too. Great location near port.
- 3/5
Not impressed. Staff did nothing to help.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
The best place ever. Close to everything water taxi and restaurants. Nice pool friendly staff
- 4/5
Rooms fine. Hotell very nice
- 4/5
The room was clean we liked it overall the only thing was the blankets were not warm enough
- 5/5
Room with nice view
- 5/5
A corona was $18, went down the street and got one at the gas station for $4
- 3/5
It’s a very nice hotel very clean and the staff are very friendly however it is very expensive! With paying a resort fee of $30 and you get nothing!! Our first night housekeeping staff forgot to clean our room so we had no clean towels and no coffee for the following morning. We found the meals ridiculously expensive!! Including breakfast and dinner!! Because I am a Hilton rewards member we did get $20 but when your breakfast is $33 plus tip and tax per person it’s a little ridiculous! Especially considering it’s a buffet that’s not that great. It was nice that it was close to the cruise port but it was not close to any other restaurants or shopping. Even their convenience store closed early.
- 5/5
Checking in was a breeze. Kevin went above and beyond to make the process quite enjoyable.
- 4/5
Restaurant credit
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
The staff were dismissive. Bed wasn't comfortable. DO ORDER FOOD TO HOTEL.IT IS LEFT ON SIDE TABLE IN LOBBY AND STOLEN BY OTHER GUESTS AND STAFFEarly check-in was the only nice thing.
- 2/5
room bathroom was old and parts falling off and toilet can't flush properly, ice machine didnt work,
- 3/5
The room was decent, but a long walk into a different part of a building, and then even further into an older part of the building. Or run smelled
- 4/5
The first person I talked to at the front office was a bit obnoxious but all the others were very courteous. The parking is ridiculously expensive, over $50 a night. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the usual amenities.
- 5/5
Upon arrival, the staff was so accommodating. We arrived 4 hours prior to check in and we were able to get into our room!
- 3/5
There wasn’t enough staff at check in. And the staff that was on the counter we constantly being pulled away to do alternate tasks for other clients. Hotel staff also had a que set up for people to line up in but when hotel guests jumped the line and the reception staff didn’t say anything to the guest and just helped them it showed the staff were not giving the correct support to handle the amount of guests. I also find I very odd that there are absolutely no drinking glasses in the room and I have to use my hand to cup water from the tap.
- 5/5
Before arriving I used the Hilton app to checkin and got very worried when I realised I was being put in a room with external corridors and doors (didn’t realise the hotel had multiple buildings). I got myself quite worked up but when I explained to the lovely guy at reception I was worried about the setup because I’m a solo female, he moved me to the main hotel building which is all internal hallways. I’m now relaxed in my room feeling safe and very grateful for the understanding and help.
- 1/5
The hotel itself is mediocre, and the self-parking charges are excessive: $50 plus tax per day, in addition to a $30 daily resort fee. Altogether, the cost is unreasonable. When I raised concerns about the absurd pricing for an outdoor self-parking lot, the staff’s reaction was dismissive almost mocking as if the issue were trivial. This lack of professionalism only reinforced how unjustified these charges truly are.
- 2/5
We paid a big room and they gave us one from smaller size and they didn’t gave us our money back due to the difference in room cost.
- 1/5
Awful. Same experience last year too..this time broken room phone, no WiFi, broken doors in west wings so you have to open the doors while you’re pulling tons of luggage to your room, refrigerator, broken, bathroom, vanity, light, broken, very rude front desk, no monitoring of grocery deliveries, so mine was stolen.
- 5/5
Friendly efficient check-in, check-out. Clean, well maintained facility.
- 5/5
Grest

I called about 7am Sunday morning for early check in and I was told there are rooms available for a fee. I arrive at 9am I was told there are not rooms available check out time is at 11am and they will text me. I do not know who would send it because it definitely wasn’t the clerks. Then 12pm comes around and I go back to the lobby and see that they are giving rooms to people. I got in line to try to get a room and there are none available. It was alot of people who checked out. There was no way rooms were not coming available. After watching them give rooms to people just walking in the door. The wait was quite ridiculous from rooms to be available. I was finally helped at 1pm , I really appreciate him for that.
- 5/5
Everything was great as always!
- 5/5
Very clean, every body so nice and kind.. Thank you
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
They have menu for breakfast, but you actually get the breakfast out of a cold refrigerator yourself. Also, no decaf coffee.
- 2/5
The room smelled like mildew. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had sopping wet towels to try and keep it dry.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable. Property is well kept.
- 4/5
All the boats around were beautiful
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Spent two very enjoyable evenings at this property while attending the boat show, great location, and amenities.
- 2/5
Worn out, tired facility that charges too much for the dated rooms and experience it offers. Looking forward to the Omni opening.
- 5/5
The renovations are excellent; I usually stay at this hotel several times a month.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great stay definitely be back
- 5/5
The property was amazing! Friendly staff, great accommodations, and overall wonderful atmosphere.
- 3/5
Rooms are small and not much to do in the hotel. One restaurant and one coffee shop. "pool bar" closes at 6pm
- 5/5
Good last time and great this time
- 4/5
The food at the two restaurants, the outdoor environment overlooking the Marina, the convenience of being so close to the Fort Lauderdale convention center, and the convenience of participating in a sea trial directly from this property.
- 1/5
This place is not safe for kids. My 4 years old got hurt from the raised metal edge at the stairs.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Some small bugs crawling the bathroom, bedroom looked fairly renovated though and the balcony was a good feature
- 5/5
Room is clean and shower is great. We were allowed to check in early after a red eye flight.
- 4/5
Our room was comfortable and nicely furnished. They forgot to clean our room one night and we've left real early in the morning so they should have been able to clean it no problem. We took family to the restaurant and the four of us had dinner. The waitress did not point out to us that the gratuity was included on the bill. We spent an extra $44 not realizing that. Another Waitress in the evening named Maria pointed it out to us very very nicely but the previous girl did not. The food was good in the restaurant. It just took a very long time for service. There's not enough workers in your restaurant.
- 2/5
Room not ready. Was told to change to different type room
- 3/5
Everything was an up charge
- 5/5
Taxi from airport then quick checkin
- 3/5
Very expensive overnight parking. They charge 30 dollars for tourist destination but you cannot use it towards the parking. Scam
- 5/5
I really enjoyed our room… Third floor of the tower. Very nice shower, products, and a very comfortable bed. Not a great view from the lower floor but still could see some water. The restaurant had wonderful food for dinner and quick service to the pool.

- 5/5
this was a beautiful place
- 5/5
Very convenient to dining options. Also, very convenient to cruise port.
- 4/5
Nice view of the marina
- 1/5
The staff are horrible rude and too busy to
- 5/5
Great stay close enough to the university of Miami games as well
- 5/5
Great hotel, staff was very friendly and accomodating. The amenidies were great as well. Enjoyed the pool area with the palm trees and watching the boats and yachts going in and out of the marina. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Lovely
- 2/5
The smell in the rooms are moldy and mildew.
- 1/5
The property liability rates are extreme. The room bath tube was backed up; the staff communication was terrible. The property cleanliness was ok but not beyond durable.
- 5/5
Great and affordable property minutes from the airport.
- 3/5
Not staying here again
- 3/5
We like just about everything about this property. Our only not so great comments would be about the parking being tooooooooo expensive....way tooooo expensive and the restaurant only serving buffet breakfast and not giving us a choice for a la carte so that we could enjoy the beautiful restaurant. The coffee bar downstairs had only one person working and although he was quite efficient, we definitely felt rushed. The line was long and he just wanted to be able to serve everyone expeditiously. He made all the orders and also had to serve as cashier. Again, although he was really good, the customer service that we expect from the Hilton brand was not there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
- 5/5
The only negative comments I have are that it’s easy to get lost finding your room because it’s so spread out and they don’t provide glasses in the rooms. If you purchase a bottled beverage in their convenience bar you need to ask for a cup.
- 3/5
Not happy couldn’t check in u til 4pm and had to pay to check in early won’t stay again because of this
- 5/5
Staff were amazing!!! So pleasant. I remember Kendall. He was great at check in!!!
- 3/5
The room was just okay… clean but kind of worn, bathroom doors didn’t leave a lot of privacy. The location is boring other than than being close to the cruise port. They charge so much for parking and on the day we were there it had been raining and the lot was flooded. They charge a resort fee and I definitely didn’t have a resort type experience.
- 5/5
Room was clean and amenities were fine. There's construction going on across the street that started earlier than I'd have liked but obviously not the hotels fault.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing . I really wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that checked me in but I’m bad with names . Nevertheless, service was exceptional. Bright positive, and energetic . My room and view was amazing . I would stay there again
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great hotel perfect location for our cruise
- 3/5
Very dated property. Great location and a very nice pool area, but the rest of the facility is fairly run down. Great bar with wonderful service but the restaurant experience was horrible. It took thirty minutes to receive a very average and overpriced meal. We had to ask the server twice about the meal and her response was "I have tables inside and out and I am very busy" but they still charged us a 20% mandatory tip. Ridiculous!! A perfect example of the service received when you don't have to earn your tips.....
- 5/5
Only downside was paying $40 to park.
- 5/5
Smiling bad
- 4/5
We enjoyed the overnight that we spent in Ft. Lauderdale. The hotel was nice and close to the port for our cruise the next day.
- 5/5
Awesomeness
- 3/5
Now the bathroom door my wife still was able to see me inside because of the sliding doors leaves a gap and the mirror position in the room allows anyone in the room to see anyone in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The pool was cute, WiFi worked great and I had some of best sleep on that bed. It was the right amount of luxury and the convenience of 3 places to eat on sight was great. The only con was the mandated 20% on my takeout order from olive and sea and small portion. Otherwise everything I ate and drank was good.i enjoyed reading my book while watching the boats
- 5/5
Overall, my stay was wonderful
- 5/5
A Publix was close by. There is a coffee shop inside with premium coffee. I liked the atmosphere at the lounge area. There is a nice pool.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and professional. Great outdoor pools and recreational areas.
- 4/5
We had a nice suite that was just so so especially for the price. It was not ready when we checked in. Had a moldy order, no glass wear at all. Shower sliding door was very difficult to open( would stick) Carpet in bedroom was not very clean… Not worth the price.
- 4/5
Great location for the cruise port and airport. Clean, modern, pretty, beautiful setting.
- 5/5
My girl enjoyed it so you guys pass
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and clean. The tub had a couple chips in it. We didn’t use the pool but the restaurant in the hotel was very nice and delicious.
- 5/5
U
- 4/5
The hotel was great as usual however. You got rid of the outside pool bar that was the best part in my view of your hotel
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff and easy to get around.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Breakfast is not included but it's available and it has many good options. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are big. Parking is around $50 per day. The pool is nice!
- 5/5
Wonderful experience
- 5/5
Best view.
- 5/5
Clean Room, but the towels are good hard, they’re not softened enough like they are over used, need more skin care…
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
💯
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Great service.
- 2/5
I paid extra for a water view in a high floor and ended up facing a bridge on the 3rd floor and the original room wasnt ready for us. An AC duct was wide open so we asked for a new room. The woman up front was very nice and tried her best to accommodate us. She moved us to another room accross the property but this one had a dirty shower, tooth paste in the sinks, and the carpets didn’t feel vacuumed. My socks were so dirty. Our new room had a balcony with a “water view” except the balcony had a huge palm tree in it blocking the entire view. We chose this place because it was more expensive than everything around it. For some reason I thought that would mean better? Next time we will not be staying here. My card was also charged for parking although we had to pay at the garage to get the car out.. very unhappy with my stay.
- 5/5
I love that the property sits on the marina and is also not in the busy beach area but instead you can simply take a water tax I to get there makes this location simple perfect! The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is top tier. Definitely my go to spot in Ft Lauderdale. This is now my 4th stay and I will 1000% be going back when I’m in FLL again!
- 5/5
Incrível, voltarei mais vezes.
- 4/5
Clean room & property. Staff accomidting.
- 1/5
Hidden fees very expensive no microwavevery overrated
- 3/5
It was a nice hotle but we arrived an hour after check in and were told that had no rooms available or ready yet. They offered us a downgrade and finally got us into king bed room but I booked a intercostal view and they gave us a pool view.
- 4/5
Great to checkin. Staff & property all good.
- 2/5
Walls are paper thin, adjacent room had a party until 6am security did nothing, keycards never worked on the parking lot gate which made it difficult to leave daily. And the check in was full of missed information. I like Hilton but this one was rough.
- 1/5
Stayed there and had roaches in my food and clothes
- 5/5
I found this hotel absolutely beautiful. Loved the colors and rooms. The staff was kind, outgoing and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic. We were able to check in earlier and out later--with a fee--but still super accommodating and we immensely appreciated it
- 5/5
The king size suite was great with and beautiful view. Breakfast options tasted great, not only did I enjoy the meals but my son did as well. The self parking was kind of a headache. The machine seem to not function properly. I will need to take a look into my statements to make sure I was not double charged. The valet parking manager did calm my anxiety with his assistance. I will follow up however and make sure only one charge was completed.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Parking is too pricey
- 5/5
We stayed the day before we set sail on a cruise. It was a 15-minute drive to the port, beautiful views, and a nice place to relax to start a vacation. 🚢☀️🚗 Views, Port, Vacation. #Cruise #Vacation #Views
- 5/5
Good pool and nice scenery. Very clean
- 5/5
Area around pool area could have been cleaner! There were no towels at 3 in the afternoon! Breakfast at 10 am was limited ! No pastries or bagels left at walk up place and restaurant only had $41 p/p buffet! ! Ended up getting 2 single servings of cereal, milk, OJ and coffee for $31
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean, overlooked the intercoastal wish we stayed longer to actually enjoy the hotel itself
- 5/5
Great services!
- 5/5
Great service! Very nice/beautiful hotel. The balcony room we had was beautiful on the top 14th floor. Catherine at check-in was amazing and so kind and helpful. We also ate at the Olive tree restaurant and the food was very good. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very nice staff and property
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Beautiful view from the room
- 5/5
Property is excellent and the staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. Most of all they a happy. My only concern is that the restaurant/bar prices are pretty high. I found myself really surprised at how expensive the food and drinks are - $30 for an espresso martini is a bit ridiculous and I am from Las Vegas!
- 5/5
Our room was prefect for us. We literally looked up the mattress so we could get one like it. I loved the balcony! The furniture was comfortable.bthe shower was scalding on the hot setting... I'm a woman and that was very appreciated lol. Sincerely, we are very happy we stayed at this hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful and kind. I’d recommend this hotel to others
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
Room was good, cool canal view, only stayed 1 night so we didn’t get to use amenities.
- 4/5
The Hotel ( Hilton) was great. This was the third leg of our trip. The Hyatt we booked on arrival to Ft. Lauderdale was terrible. I would not recommend. Front desk changed our reservation and booked us into a different Hyatt. We had no knowledge of this switch and it was midnight! Tired, in a new city to us. No help in getting us to the other Hyatt. So disappointed with that desk person.
- 5/5
We appreciated the stay. The only issue we had was the getting in and out of self park as our room key would not open the gate. We went to have it fixed; however, it didn’t work after that either.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
When we arrived, we were told the room type we had a confirmed reservation for and we paid additional upgrades for was sold out .. which was both confusing and unacceptable. Instead, we were only offered rooms with double beds, located outside of the main hotel building — again, not what we booked or expected. Thankfully, Nicole let us preview a different room before charging for incidentals, but just walking through the dingy hallways and stepping into the room ,which felt like a sauna, we knew this wasn’t the peaceful, clean, or relaxing environment we needed. It was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented. Ultimately, we chose not to stay due to the lack of appropriate rooms and the condition of the space. Given that we had a confirmed reservation and the hotel could not provide the room we paid for, we are requesting a full refund. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. At the very least, do right by your guests when your property falls this far short of expectations.
- 3/5
$50 to park your car. Ridiculous!!!
- 5/5
Beautiful view
- 5/5
This was a gorgeous hotel with breathtaking views of the marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!
- 5/5
Outdoor pool
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and staff is nice. As expected it’s a resort so extra resort fee and prices for extras are high. We like our stay.
- 5/5
The parking is too expensive
- 5/5
I enjoyed staying here. I will most definitely be staying again when I am back in Fort Lauderdale. This hotel is very family oriented and also has a lot of amenities. I love that they offer a shuttle to the beach round-trip. I would give my stay a 10 out of 10 even when I had an issue they quickly fix it. I would recommend staying here whether it’s for business or leisure purposes I also like that if you are going on a Disney cruise, you can also stay here and it is close to the port. Don’t hesitate to book with this hotel.
- 5/5
I stayed in one of the suites. It was generally very good. It is just a little dated but in general it was very nice. It was a little alfar from reception which was fine when we got in as we had bellman help, but in the morning as I had to leave before 8 am there was no assistance and I was informed that I had to come down and get the trolly myself. Other than that Jaden was extremely nice and the bellman who helped me to my room (so sorry, can't remember his name. Kevin?) They were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice stay!
- 5/5
What a great spot! Watch boats at the marina, take a water taxi ride. However, it was the service we received at the front desk that made the real difference. Were were tired travellers and staff made it pleasant and easy to check in. Thank you and we will be back!
