    Somehow there was some big miscommunication and we weren't able to get them in a timely fashion. The ac thermostat in our room was also faulty. They did send a tech to come look at it he did a hard reset. But the problem persisted and continued after he left. This hotel doesn't have smart tvs. Other than that everything else was fine.

    When we arrived, our room was not clean. It was very dusty, there was hair on the bedsheets and night table, and there was a bad odour in the room, so we requested a room change. In the new room, the shower had no fan, and there was no writing pad or pen by the phone. The Wi-Fi was down for two hours during our stay, which was very inconvenient. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure at this time, as a couple of the staff members made the experience better, especially Petro. Thank you, Petro, for being so kind and helpful.

    Parking they don’t tell you that . Be prepared for $150 at least more ones you get to the property. I had paid in advance ones I got there they charged resort fees and parking . I think it’s not worth it.!!!!

    Overall the front desk help is very helpful and kind. When you check in. They do what they can to accommodate you. However be prepared if you’re checking in just before 4pm it’s a zoo in the lobby and if you drove your own car, the front entrance where the bell hops are greeting the incoming cars and guests in my opinion is not large enough to accommodate the amount of incoming cars and taxis and ride share vehicles entering the property therefore the front of the hotel can always appear to look like a traffic jam and seem a little frantic. Rooms are nothing to write home about especially for what you would expect from a Westin quality hotel. We booked a premium ocean view room. We thought the room would have a balcony, we were disappointed when all it had was a sliding door we could open. To make matters worst the room they gave us was facing the pool also. You would think that’s a good thing but if we open the door to enjoy the sounds of the oceans the peaceful sounds of waves were drowned out from crowd noise raising up from the pool deck and it was just loud and filled our room. But if you closed your window you can’t hear anything. So 5 stars on the sound proof windows. In the room dining is nothing to write home about. Although I there were several things I ordered they did not have and in room dining called to ask what I’d like to substitute the item for. The food at Lona Cocina which is the hotel restaurant was wonderful. I highly recommend breakfast. Beach front pric

    Not a pleasant experience. View from room was a wall with a planter box with dead weeds/flowers. Door was difficult to close w/o slamming. TV kept going out. Make up mirror on one side had fingerprints. Toliet seat needed to be replaced. We had a dog and our room was next to elevator & of course dog would bark when people got on and off it. The money we spent to stay there was not worth it and disappointing.

    Cons: Needs major mechanical and cosmetic updating. Cracked bathroom tiles, buildup of discolored grout patching around fixtures, and weird shutters in bathroom that offer little privacy. AC leaked condensation on the floor near the entry door. Entry door deadbolt did not engage and exit door in hallway leading to outside staircase was left open and unsecured. Room was not completely clean.

    The only thing that could have been better were the elevators. Sometimes there was only one of the three elevators working. One was out our entire stay, but I did see that they had maintenance there looking into it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we plan to visit again!

    Bed linen had ripped holes in them, bathroom door was falling off its runners etc etc etc. There was no option on restaurants or a bar in the hotel it was external to the hotel and therefore open to the public. The pool was open from sunrise however the pool was dirty and not cleaned until 9am so if you wanted an early morning swim you were out of luck. Not value for money. I never leave reviews but was generally disappointed in my whole stay. Lady on reception at checkout was very nice and asked for our opinion on our stay. I asked her if she would like the truth and she said yes, when I told her she gave us a small discount

    We celebrated our 40 th anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The staff at the Westin was outstanding from the front desk to housekeeping. We only encountered horrible customer service twice at the restaurant attached, However we did not allow that to mess up our stay, we left and had a wonderful dinner down the street. Thank you Westin we will return.

    Housekeeping was horrible they didn’t clean room and never got washcloths and the shower was disgusting. We were in the south tower and it was mold on the ceiling. The bathroom smelled as if it was a sewer issue. For this hotel to be a 4 star it gave 1 star rating. The only good side was the staff waived 2 days of resort fees.

    I was a little disappointed with this resort. I realize that it is spring break, and I know that times are tough. But being a Westin, I just found it run down. One of the elevators was broken so it was always difficult to get up or down from the room. The main restaurant is pretty awful. And our room smelled pretty bad, the toilet keep flooding. But we had a good time despite it all.

    Everything was great, amenities were everything we needed. Only complaint was it was very easy to hear our neighbors at 6:30AM, but they were being extremely inconsiderate and being loud. Location is 10/10 and the bartenders/waiters by the pool were very friendly and took very good care of us! Definitely would return for another trip.

    I hate to do this but this hotel was not great. Certainly not a 4 star. There was a lot of management chaos. When we arrived, there was someone in our room and the front desk did not know who it was. We got placed instead in a room that was not as nice as the one we reserved because they had nothing else. We still have no idea what happened there. The elevators were malfunctioning, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and there was a significant drip coming from the air conditioner which caused our room to be damp and the huge pile of wet towels on the floor to catch the water were in the way. We told the front desk three times about the drip and they did not address it. It just felt like the staff was overwhelmed with all of the needs and the deferred maintenance issues.

    Excellent staff. Welcoming and helpful. Pool was fun, excellent staff over by pool and beach area. Room was just ok but beds are amazing. Bathroom dated a bit and needs better lighting. Housekeeping was unimpressive. No soap in the room upon checkin, tried to call but desk phone dead…had to request soap and shower gel (bottle was empty)…- and last day we were there they forgot to clean room. We left from 11-4 at beach, came back and room left as we found it. Didn’t want to be inconvenienced to have it cleaned at that time as we needed showers and had dinner plans so didn’t call it in. Overall the location is great and staff was wonderful. Really enjoyed pool and beach.

    While the view from the room was spectacular, the hotel is really not worth the cost. The hotel is clean and the staff was nice and friendly but the actual building is old and needs serious renovations. The building is only 14 floors high but the elevators are extremely slow and the gym is super lackluster with very limited workout equipment. I would not spend this kind of money to stay here ever again; the W or the Atlantic is a much better option.

    Our room had partial beach/ocean view. The room was clean and our beds were made and our towels were changed every day. The beds were comfy, shower was running well, coffee machine was very old (not a Keurig), mini fridge was a good size, no microwave, ice machine had no ice. Hotel was quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Lots and lots of restaurants within walking distance. David was great at check in, he even gave us two free drinks voucher. Everyone was kind around the hotel. We really liked the attached restaurant. Pool area was clean. The restaurant around the pool had good food and drinks. Cafe had many nice drinks and breakfast options like bagels and muffins. Their coffee was great. Also Starbucks has great seating by the sidewalk with great full moon views. One very awkward thing to me was that there was no balcony at all. I don’t smoke but I’d like to sit outside when I’m in the room but it wasn’t an option even for ocean front rooms. It’s an old but well maintained hotel with direct beach access via an over the road bridge so I can recommend it to everyone.

    The hotel was nice and accommodated our stay, but there were things that could be improved. The first was the traffic in the circle drive to the entrance. We took an Uber from the airport and once we arrived at the hotel, it took 15 minutes just to make it through the circle drive to the main entrance, this stayed consistent throughout our stay. The shower in the room was clean but showed aging, there was a lot of calcium buildup on the shower head and was a bit nasty looking. The louvered sliding bathroom door that wouldn't close all the way, and louvered bathroom window didn't offer much privacy. The pool was nice but you has to get out there early to grab a chair, one day they ran out of towels by the pool. The restaurant, bar and pool cafe and bar were all very good and the staff was great. My room was clean everyday and the staff was great. Overall nice place, but for the money not what I expected a little more. I will probably investigate another place to stay on my next trip.

    The hotel is worn out. Two of three elevators were not working when we arrived and on one day the third one broke down with us in it. The hot water in the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold while showering. Ice machine was broken and removed from the floor. The hotel needs a refresh. It just looks old, dirty, and unkept.

    The entire resort did not have heat. It was freezing in the room. I felt like the resort could have been cleaner. The water took literally 10 min to get warm in the shower. Lastly , the valet parking is 58 dollars a day. No self parking. Very disappointed in this resort. It is not a typical Westin. It is old and not in great shape.

    The absolutely unacceptable event is when we checked out. We called at 8AM and requested a taxi to the airport for 8:30. When we got down to the lobby, the porter looked concerned. He went and asked the guy at the front desk. The front desk guy looked so guilty but said, yeah, I ordered it. The porter called for us. Yeah, the front desk never ordered it. He lied. By the time the taxi did come, we were late and had to rush, which we should not have had to do.

    Items that were disappointing: - Bathtub - smallest possible not what was described at check in. Yellow water, very yellow, which is supposedly not their fault. - Paper Thin Walls: - Can hear neighbors plumbing very loud, every time they used the restroom I could hear the flush and talking as if they were in my room. Even with ear plugs trying to sleep. - Neighbor snoring - can hear through the wall. Constant coughing as well. Even while I put down towels to block the gaps beneath the room joining doors. - Car noises from the street are pervasive. - Cleaners and staff having little group meeting or party thing in adjoining room in the morning at 8am. Including hammering and laughing. So odd. Paper thin walls. Had to go over to talk to them so we could sleep. - Floors are a little sticky - Room service was like a box lunch. Pre made and disgusting. - Multiple calls with no answer to the front desk (one was an emergency - broken glass and needed a broom) - Shower no soap - Starbucks 1.5x to double the price normal Starbucks - Gym has one stretch mat

    Love the ambiance, amenities and accessibility to the surrounding areas. Customer service (hospitality) they answer on the app but never got it done. TV completely old school and horrible service as well as connectivity. Bed was made very poorly and door was so heavy that you physically had to hold it so it wouldn’t wake up your neighbor when slamming. For a premium ocean view room, it was definitely NOT worth it.

    The hotel was clean and beautiful. Most of the staff were wonderful. However, we were disappointed when we were kicked out of the pool at 2:00 to prepare for a private event. Then the following day, we were asked to leave the pool area so that they could take promotional photos of the pool area. We were also disappointed that the pool had not been cleaned after the private event. The pool was cloudy, and there were many napkins and other debris floating. The woman at the pool during the promotional photo shoot was very rude and called security simply because several guests expressed frustration. It was not a kind and accommodating response to our reasonable questions and concerns. Both pool situations could have been taken care of with proactive communication at check-in or via email so that we could plan our trip accordingly.

    This is rated as a 4 star hotel with a price per night of $429 + taxes and resort fee. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay. Both rooms were showing their age - leaky faucets, bathroom sliding door off the hinge, light not working in the bathroom, one room had a clock radio and the other did not. Only one elevator was working most of the week we were there. House cleaning came and left one bath towel for 2 people. We asked twice for another bath towel, but it was never delivered. The staff was friendly and accommodating and compensated us for the inconveniences. Other than the apologetic staff - Overall experience was a little disappointing for a Westin Hotel.

    The only thing this hotel has going for it is it is on the beach. There are no other attractions within a walkable range. The bathrooms in the rooms are not exactly private as they have louvered doors which let out light when used at night. We changed rooms as our first room had a window - thats right, a window which opened and was a few feet from the bed. The mexican restaurant was not very good either except for cocktails. We would not recommend this Westin Hotel!

    We experienced a couple inconveniences, but they were taking care of. The only thing I was disappointing is when I came back from my cruise and I came to The desk we were promised a room at 10 o’clock. The person there told me they have a room on the 14th floor. I said I can’t do that then they said well we have something on the fourth floor shakeel and that happened to me and my family and grandchildren last year when we got a room at 5:30 which was unacceptable and at the same time he over talk to me and raise this voice show me like a gentleman I just walked away let my wife take care of it.     They lied and said that my daughter bring somebody into the lobby and the person she bring in stole a soda from the lobby office but she was not associated with that person and they made us leave It was all lie just because she was standing by him on camera did not mean that she knew him and I was very upset because she did nothing and she did not know that person she met him outside of the hotel and he was talking to her and they just ended up walking inside the lobby of the hotel together and I'm very upset about it and I'm going to call corporate because they are very unprofessional about their findings on what they were accusing my daughter of

    Two of three elevators down on Saturday (14 floors). Housekeeping never cleaned until we complained each day. Valet no one was overseeing it to function properly and not enough valets during peak periods. Coffee bar great on mezzanine but pool food was not good quality.     We had issues with giving them a card for the security deposit and them taking all the money from the account for all tabs which we didn’t approve. They ended up blocking out room access when we came back after a long all day trip, again with kids and very late at night, so we spent about 15 minutes at reception trying to sort the issue. They stopped the charges going through but no apology and then another wait for security to let us into our room. Honestly they treated us like criminals. Breakfast was nice, good range on offer but felt a little chaotic. Queues out of the door although lots of tables free. Service seemed good. We had a range of options and the only meal that was disappointing was the avacado on toast, tiny portion in comparison to the others which were very large. I needed another order of that to fill me up. Staff at reception were just rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. Valet team were incredibly nice so no complaints there. Wouldn’t recommend!

    The hotel overall was as expected. The first room we had the AC didn’t work. So they quickly moved us to an upgraded room for free. The resort is being worked on.     Beautiful room, spectacular view, wonderful staff. The bedding was fabulous! The shower set up left the bathroom floor soaked so be careful. The elevators are slow and one of the three was out of service. You really had to pay attention to the elevator as it was easy to miss one when it arrived.

    I booked this hotel for my friend and her daughter while she was competing in the Orange Bowl tennis tournament, and they absolutely loved their stay.     Our main complaint though, is that whilst we had paid for our breakfast in the package, we were not prioritised in that long queue for breakfast each morning. We had to join the queue with other diners/walk-ins. This is fundamentally wrong, and will stop us ever returning, and if you dont like an indefinite wait for your food, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Good points were comfortable rooms, nice staff, nice pool.

    The property also had an onsite Starbucks, Lavazza coffee and snack shop, great Mexican restaurant, a SIXT car rental company and a decent variety of fitness equipment that had a view of the ocean. I didn’t interact much with the hotel staff during our stay, but our rooms were cleaned everyday with zero complaints. I interacted with the third party services that were on site and their staff and received great service. Evan at SIXT car rental gave me an amazing deal on a Jeep.

    I have stayed a few times in the north tower and really liked my stays. This time I was in the south tower and the room was fine except the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor to the point that it made it difficult to shower. I know they were doing some maintenance on the water lines over the nights while I was there so hopefully this would fix this problem as othwerwise the stay was fine

    The room's floor was very dirty so I had to wash it myself twice. Also found old popcorn and debris under the dresser. Staff was very pleasant and gave me extra towels for washing the floor. Pool area and bar were closed almost all day on our last day of stay since they were photo shotting pics for advertising, and it took 6-7 hrs and was very inconvenient that we couldn't enjoy the pool.

    Unbelievably dirty for one of the nicer hotels. Carpets everywhere in the hotel were filthy, especially in the hallways. The staff is unprofessional. The restaurant in the front of the hotel was great. The valet service was pricey. Not what you would expect from a Westin. There are much nicer and cleaner properties on the strip.     I was very disappointed. The rooms were not kept well. They looked clean, but the furniture was banged up and the wooden slotted bathroom door kept getting stuck. The AC was broken (Not great in hot, humid Florida) and there was mold on the ceiling. In addition, there is a $58 parking fee which was not mentioned on the listing and there are no other options for parking.

    👎👎 Everything was ok until check-out. We got charged again the resort fee after it was included in the booking. Don't trust their statement with "included in the price". That one thing ruined the experience.

    Positive feedback: housekeeping staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Suggested feedback for management: customer service training. There were countless times I overheard staff talking bad about their work conditions, on their phones, and moping around like they hate their jobs. It reflected on their experiences with customers. Spouse’s observations: Elevator #3 out of order entire trip Elevator # 2 out for 1 day Pool/Beach Elevator: out for at least 2 days Pool Bar: Cheap make-shift replacement for the usual nice pool bar. Spa Staff: Not Friendly—so we opted not to get our usual massages at Westin’s Heavenly Spa Front Desk Staff: I told him we got erroneously charged for Parking $58 x 3. He got a card from the valet that had our last name. I told him AGAIN that it was erroneous but he insisted by saying “Isn’t this your name on the valet card?” And I again said that we didn’t have a car. He says I’m just trying to get to the bottom of this because it has your name on it. I again told him it is not ours. We do not have a car. Then he told me to calm down. I was not uncalm. My spouse explained to him that maybe it was when we got dropped off maybe it’s cuz the attendant asked our name.

    All staff was super nice & polite. The entire place was clean. 1/3 elevators were down due to renovations. I’m not sure how full my floor was but I never heard any noise from any other rooms. My room had an ocean view. The front of the hotel has mock balconies but you can still open the sliding door. It was too humid to keep it open for more than a few pictures of the water. You can hear the waves crashing from the room. I’d definitely stay here again.

    The Mexican restaurant downstairs was really good, waves upstairs was also descent. The heavenly beds were very comfortable. It needs updating , the rooms, the hallways, and the pool are all outdated. The showers were also terrible.

    Restaurant staff treating customers like an option - first it was the mom with kids complaining, then it was our more mature guests, then more African American experiences more and more disrespect - cold coffees, rude languages, overcharge on bills - many only used 2 of the 5 days breakfast voucher the purchased. On our last of 5 days a Caucasian guest and her son also complained of the terrible service they experienced at said restaurant. Safe to say we will not be back.

    They did not communicate that we would have to pay $75 a day for the incidental fee when I was only told it would be for one day. When I booked the hotel, I knew about the resort fee, but they will charge you for the incidental fee each day. Of course, you will not have an incident, so they deducted the incidental fee and put it toward your resort fee. It's not all communicated until your card is being charged daily, which you are not aware of.

    I loved the place, the resort, 10 out of 10. The staff they have is not friendly. The woman they have in the cafeteria has ugly behavior.     Beach location Hot water was not working in the room. Was given a room next to the elevator. Super noisy. Pool only operates until 7 and its very small for the two towers. Parking is 60$ a day .

    The restaurants at the resort were great! The service was always wonderful! The fitness center had a variety of things and was very clean. Beach access with chairs were convenient. I enjoyed the resort, but I had several issues with the shower. There was little water pressure and very little hot water. Our view was of the parking garage. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise. I did enjoy most of the stay, but I wouldn’t book a room here in the future.

    The hotel was ok, the bathroom in the room was dirty, the shower head was clogged, the toilet was dirty. The floor in the room was dirty. You can tell it had not been cleaned in a while. We booked ocean view which was beautiful. The Mexican restaurant is great.

    - I reserved 2 upgraded beach view rooms for 3 nights and requested that they were adjoining rooms. They were able to give one of the rooms to us early (it was ready), and I again validated with the desk staff they there were adjoining, which she confirmed thinking that our terminology was the same. Around 4pm we received a call our other room was ready, and when I went down to get the key I found out that the room was down the hall and around the corner. I asked the desk agent to get us the requested adjoining rooms and he said “they are adjoining”, and that adjoining only means they are in the same vicinity (although the English definition means that they rooms have an adjoining wall, which our rooms did not even have an adjoining hotel room) – if we wanted rooms with a connecting door I had to request a “connected room”. I then asked to give us our “connected rooms”, and there was no availability and nothing he could do. He did offer to give us rooms in the back of the building that were “connected”, but did not offer us any co

    Room was dirty. The room leaked water from the ceiling. The beach chairs were to be out until 5pm and the beach boy would clean up early. The pool chairs and tables we reserved for people that didn’t even use them in the restaurant. I told the manager and he didn’t do anything about it. Water fountain in front of the gym didn’t work. Parking garage looks very dangerous. Save your money there are plenty of other hotels in that block

    The breakfast was great 10/10..The location was great as well 10/10 Didn't like the fact that I booked a room with the balcony and their was none. Didn't like the fact that I didn't receive any service until late in the evening. I called the front office for room service after 4pm. Waiting for about 45 minutes and still no service. I went downstairs and ask if my room was gonna get serviced today. Someone finally came.

    Paid for ocean front room and cruise ship right in front of room and anothe one one coming so limited view and no option was given to make sure this wasnt the case and I paid top dollar! and went to get ice but no bag for ice. They brought bags up about an hour later but didnt tell us where ice was. Had to go to other floors to find it and no signs anywhere. More wasted time Since phone wasnt fixed even though we waited for we engineer instead of enjoying our time, They wanted to send engineer to fix phone 1st thing the next morning?! Im on vacation. I dont want to be woken up on the weekend on vacation for them to fix my phone that should have been workin in a room I've paid approximately $500 per night for When we got back to hotel after exploring I told front desk girl to please make sure no one came to the room in the morning and the hotel attendant was rude and said "then put your do not disturn sign on your door" duh... but i had been getting texts throughout the evening saying that they were going to send someone 1st thing in the morning!.. very very frustrating and for the money I spent (over 2K) I expected more.and this is only the first night of 3 ;(

    We used to love this hotel, visiting every summer but not one staff member acknowledges this...ever. Very inconsistent on what the "resort fee" includes. Couldn't get extra washcloths or toilet paper or even the bottles of water that are supposedly included in our resort fee when asked. We used to love this hotel. Now it's just ok, very dated, no smart tv in the room, etc. We'll be exploring other options in the area next time.

    Property in general was average but upon arrived the air vent in the hall outside our bedroom door was mold infested, there was old water damage over my bed, and one elevator car had issues all weekend to the point it was either off or when it was on it was violently shaking and you could not feel safe in it.

    A big plus was the convenient overhead walking tunnel that connects directly to the beach, making access to the sand incredibly easy. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Plus, having a Starbucks on-site was a nice bonus. However, there were a few drawbacks. The overnight parking fees were steep at $62.06 with tax, and beach chair rentals were an additional cost. While you do get 2 free beach chairs per room, any extra chairs or umbrellas come with a charge. The main issue was that the elevator in the South Building was broken for the entire weekend, causing long wait times for the single functioning elevator. With the hotel being quite full over Memorial Weekend, it meant waiting for long periods and sometimes having to take the stairs. Overall, despite these inconveniences, I would still recommend the hotel for its great service, location, and amenities. I would rate it 4 stars but gave 3 stars for elevator issues.

    Lady who works in the gift shop is watching movies on her phone as loud as can be and doesn’t even care-never saw that anywhere. Pool is overcrowded because it is too small for the amount of seating they provide. One working elevator that sounds like it’s going to crash. Crazy
