Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's condition is a major concern, with frequent complaints about mold, dirty rooms, poor water pressure, and lack of maintenance. The location is generally seen as convenient, particularly for those traveling to or from the airport.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Mold and dirty rooms
- Poor maintenance and lack of upkeep

The two ladies who took care of the breakfast bar area were excellent and kept everything immaculate, constantly cleaning up any crumbs or other things. The breakfast bar offerings were very limited, but will say that the sausage gravy was very good. The morning desk clerk. Was very nice and did a great job. Convenient location.

Wouldn’t let my dogs fleas stay here

The hallway smelt of air freshener and smelt clean, but looked horrible. Could use a lot of paint. The room smelt of mold so bad. I tried to change rooms, but they would not let me. They stated that the pool was open, but it was so full of mold/algae, I don’t know how anybody could swim in. The hot tub appears to have been closed for quite a long time with parts just laying in the bottom and winter/fall leaves collected at the bottom. The yards were littered with trash and debris.

Close to airport and clean

Great staff ?
- 1/5
Musty, mildewy smell. Everything felt wet. Air conditioner was excessively loud and leaked. Shower water was too cool. Shower curtain didn’t cover entire shower. Curtains didn’t close all the way (too bright). Shear curtain was ripped and tied in a knot. Furniture was scratched up. Flooring was mismatched color. Rust and mold in the lamp shades. Side that should be key activated was always open. It was just gross
- 5/5
Excellent place on the beach with a balcony in every room facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants & lil shops within walking distance. We wish the room had a coffee maker… but coffee to purchase was available in the building.
- 3/5
Shower and pool were disgusting. Pool looked like an ecoli breeding ground. Shower needed a bag on the floor to make it less gross. Room smelled wet and gross
- 3/5
It would be nice if housekeeping replace dirty towels with clean ones
- 3/5
Bathrooms where dirty and we didnt have coffee makers in rooms

The staff was very friendly. The place was a dump. Scraped painted walls, loose hardware, no coffee pot, looked cheap.
- 2.5/5
the location We asked for a high floor away from the elevator and we were given 2nd floor room & was directly across from the elevator and the room keys didn't even work. We had to go back downstairs and wait because there were people checking in and they were given the 4th floor. When it was our turn, I explained to the guy that we requested a high floor away from the elevator and he he still gave me the 2nd floor and the room was now next to the elevator. We ended up staying there but were not happy. Also the hair dryer was broken so I had to go the empty room next door to blow dry my hair. We also did not have breakfast because it ended at 9am which is crazy for a weekend.
- 1.5/5
Ordered a room for. 3 adults, king bed was good. Pullout couch was not a size for a bed, unless it was a small child. Bad lighying in rooms. No bedding in room for 3rd person.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok
- 4/5
Breakfast ok
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast other than they need to add potato's to the breakfast. Will stay with them again!!
- 3/5
Parking safe didn’t not have time to eat
- 0.5/5
Nothing It was a construction zone and it was in no shape for customers. The lock was broken, the windows were filthy, and there were holes in the curtains. It also just smelled bad
- 1/5
The room was damp and musty. Metallic finish on lamps was blistered and rusting. Hotel linens, towels, and our clothing all felt damp. Papers also absorbed the moisture. Room was dark with no overhead lights. Air conditioner was loud and rattling. We did see cleaning staff. They were courteous and always appeared to be quite busy. However, in the four days we stayed, no one checked our room. After the second day, we brought them used towels to get them out of our way. Fortunately, we had another set and enough soap to last our stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. They must have been making the most of a bad situation.
- 5/5
The facility was very convenient to airport. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and prompt.
- 1/5
Didn’t have a vehicle. Room was very outdated and in poor condition. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff except for the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area, she excelled in every area! Friendly, always said good morning, constantly cleaning and had control of the breakfast items.
- 4/5
The nice variety of cold and hot items. The jacuzzi was not working at the outdoor pool, no music playing on the speakers, the outdoor tables at the pool were old and the umbrellas were not secure. For the third year in a row, the advertised free shuttle service was not available.
- 1/5
One of the worst and filthiest accommodations I have ever stayed.
- 3.5/5
Short handed. Had to wait more than an hour for our room.
- 2/5
Yes parking was easy. Did not use the gym
- 1/5
Worst room ever seen totally ripped curtains grey creased bed linen ( not even sure it was fresh😳Bathroom clean but absolutely hammered Had to change rooms but not much better the staff were pleasant but resigned to hearing complaints and making excuses Horrible!
- 2/5
Needs serious upgrades. The window was literally broken, door had to be forced shut, mold on top of lamps….. how that place ever got a 4 star review is beyond me
- 2.5/5
We wanted to sit by the pool by a table but there was only one chair. We asked but they didn't have anymore to have outside. The outside door didn't require our card to get in, feeling not too secure
- 5/5
The star rating It should’ve been rated higher
- 1/5
When arriving onsite, check in with the agent was short - not very welcoming. Once we got into the room instantly knew it was not okay to stay in. The room was so outdated and not very clean. The curtains hanging from the window were completely ripped and barely hanging on by a thread. The bathroom was so dark and dull and barely looked clean. We decided to leave. When we went to the front desk to let them know we didn’t think the room was the right choice for us we were met with a different agent. His first response was we never had a complaint about that specific room. When stating we would just find some where else and just want to ensure we got a refund he said I’ll push it to a manger but no guarantee. I asked when a manager was in and they said not for another 2-3 days. Will never stay at that brand of property again.
- 1/5

- 1/5
Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Obviously, one and done for most.
- 5/5
Plane was deleyed was coming in late. Desk clerk called to check up. Very appreciative of this.
- 1/5
The room was digusting. There was stains on the wall and there was what looked like to be mold in the bathroom and in other spots. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone
- 2/5
Room felt neglected especially bathtub and bathroom sink. No coffee6. Have’
- 3/5
Leaky ceilings and wet slippery floors in room and breakfast area.
- 2/5
The room felt neglected, the flooring was sunken below the ac unit, the microwave beeped randomly due to a bad wall outlet connection, the bathtub was peeling, the hot tub and airport shuttle were both out of commission with no plans for reopening. It was also very loud in the room, you can hear any noise in the hallway as if you were standing right there.
- 0.5/5
No clean drinking water
- 5/5
Very clean! Great staff
- 3/5
The lamps in the room were rusty, stained lampshades, and looked like they were picked up at a junkyard. The bathroom was functional; however, it had painters tape and several plaster patches on the wall. The room was quiet. The bed was ok to sleep upon. The scary part was the smoke and fire detector was pulled out from its place on the wall. That did not make me feel safe at all. The breakfast area was clean and taken care of by a staff worker. The selection of breakfast items was very limited. Outside the eating area was pots filled with coffee. I wanted tea and there were tea bags for me. However, the tea water was stone cold. So, it you ask me would I say this is a good place to stay for the price, I would have to say I would look elsewhere next time. Sorry I just want the basics that are neat, clean, and safe.
- 2/5
Filthy place. Mold on the lampshades, mold in the shower, curtains ripped. Staff was nice but this place is a dump.
- 2/5
Room was dirty. No clean towels. Just awful. Never again. Very regrettable.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, faucet was broken, curtains ripped. Outside the building light was shorting out in our window. The hotel needs a complete renovation.
- 2/5
The place is pretty run down
- 1/5
The beds didn't have clean sheets. Shower was broken . Cabinet was nasty . Hair in sink black not are color. The only good thing was they took out the carpet and and put in laminate floors so I was less afraid of bed bugs in my stuff. Wasn't cheap room.
- 3/5
Nighttime staff were nice and courteous. Morning staff were a little curt. The nighttime staff was nice enough to give us some water, the morning staff would not provide any water, even for us to buy. All the doors in the hallway look old and beat up, which gives you an unsettling feeling as you walk to your room. Our curtains had so many holes in them they were like hanging strings. The pillows are the smallest pillows I have seen in my life. Instead of being rectangular, like most bed pillows, they are square and about 12"x12". Also, they only provided one super thing sheet. Normally that may not be a problem in FL, but we froze since it was 35º at night. Recommend staying in your room when it's late, at night we had to walk to the vending machine and passed a room full of druggies. (Door was open and the stench filled the hallway.) The breakfast was ok, exactly what you'd expect for hotel breakfast. The lady bringing out the food was constantly coughing and did not have a mask on...
- 2/5
No housekeeping service
- 5/5
Room was great
- 5/5
Would stay there again
- 3/5
The hotel had areas that were plastered, not painted. Shower rod was falling down. Needed a lot of maintenance and paint. But it was clean. Breakfast good and staff very nice.
- 2/5
Positives: Staff was friendly and polite. Accessible room was laid out well (I am not movement impaired but prefer clear paths) - but having a drain in the middle of bathroom floor as well as the roll-in shower made me wary of showering at all. Also, slanted surfaces in bathrooms (top of wash basin counter) are not helpful since you can't put anything on them and trust it won't tip over or fall off. Heating unit was easy to control and worked well. Bed was comfortable. The outside pool and inside exercise room looked well kept. This was a very quick trip (less than 48 hours total) so for quick access to airport and sleeping comfortably it was fine.
- 1/5
Mold in bathroom . Rusted lamps. Stains . Yuk.
- 1.5/5
The location. The room was very very dirty. Dirt all over the floors, n the windowsill and on top of the ac unit in our room. The light fixture in our room was rusted stained and dirty. My bed was a huge divot in it with black hair alll over the white sheets. Hot tub was broken. The Ice machines were all broken and n only on the 3rd floor was it working and heard it going off all night since it was close to our room.
- 1/5
Rusty lamps missing smoke detector. Mold in the bathroom. Stains Would not refund can
- 1/5
Not good. Place was in disrepair and showed heavy signs of repair. Elevator slow. Everything outdated. Room wasn’t cleaned. I have some pictures. Was not pleasant.
- 1/5
This hotel does not deserve to even exist. Please do not stay at this Baymont. It is in absolutely deplorable condition. It certainly should not be allowed to carry the Wyndham flag.
- 2/5

- 2/5
I stayed for a week and they never cleaned the room.
- 0.5/5

- 1/5
Had cockroaches, flying gnats, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed, torn curtain, broken table lamp, poor hygiene practiced by the breakfast server, leaky roof in the dining room & not enough food to go around.

- 3.5/5
friendly staff and location smelled a bit. looks a bit run down
- 1/5
I usually don't leave reviews but this is a very old rundown hotel near the airport. i wanted to leave immediately d/t smell of pineal. when i got key for room I couldn't open the door it was stuck. the green light from key card came on but the door was physically stuck. then I had to take my luggage down to front desk to let them know we come up and he literally had to push the door with his hip to open it and again there's the strong pinesol odor. the room is old with popcorn ceiling. bed sheets were clean/ a/c works. I was tired, I ate & crashed. i was leaving out in the morning. around 2am I hear this popping knows. not sure what that was tried to ignore & drifted by off to sleep. when i woke up & went to the bathroom floor was disgustingly wet. the ceiling was leaking and constantly dripping thru a bubble! I want to upload the video but can't. when I complained about it they were really nonchalant about it. that's what happens when you try to save $40
- 4/5
Decent, clean, safe room
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful; hotel needs some updating and with cleaning, painting and new curtains.
- 5/5
Staff and hotel were very clean
- 1/5
Front desk personnel stated they didn’t know why we would put in that particular room because they know that the heater doesn’t work
- 2/5
Breakfast was fresh, and HVAC hold the temperature. The shower has a leak on
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 2/5
I returned to the Hotel immediately, they have my baggage already in the lobby. The receptionist at the beginning was refusing to take the room’s keys.., With hidden intention “ Meal very bad, hygiene terrible!
- 5/5
Clean room , Wonderful staff , Nice area .
- 5/5
I did not have breakfast.
- 3/5
Room was pretty clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows are pretty small for a king size bed. Room was spacious with tall ceilings which was nice. Biggest complaints are the state of the bathroom. Seems like it’s needs a lot of tlc. Black caulk around the tub, calcium buildup on the shower head and the rust inside of the drain.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
From desk staff were amazing! The woman who does over night was very helpful and polite. It was very quiet and relaxing!
- 5/5
Clean good safe
- 5/5
Good clean
- 2/5
The room had an odd smell, like it was moist? Idk how to explain it. The shades on the lamps looked like they had rusted metal under them that had bleed through the white. The chalk in the bathroom looked gross and needed to be redone. And to top it off, the firealarm was going off do about 5sec at a time all morning after 930 or so before I checked out at 11. I think it went off about 10x (wish I was exaggerating)

The first room was not clean and there was no hot water. Room number 103. The second room they moved me to was dirty with torn curtains. The bathtub and shower curtain was filthy. Needless to say I did not stay at the hotel.

In a good location.
- 1/5
This hotel needs a seriously full renovation. It is old & rundown. Elevator didn’t work. Carpets filthy. My original room had mold/water damage everywhere: ceiling, floor & even the lamp shade. I had to ask to change rooms, which they reluctantly did. Then, to top it all off, when I got back home I discovered that the hotel itself had charged me even though I had booked/paid through Hotels.com. Hotels.com quickly investigated the situation & had the hotel issue a credit within 48 hours.
- 1/5
I was there with my 89 year old father. If we didn’t arrive until late and we had a very early flight, otherwise we would have left. I didn’t want to upset him further, as he was already disturbed. The alarm clock radio was so filthy you couldn’t read the numbers, and we didn’t want to touch it. We pulled the covers back, and the sheets were clean, not new, full of pulls, but clean. Only 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Counter was clean, granite. It was like some upgrades were done, most left undone. The lobby was clean and redone. We left way before breakfast, and didn’t use the pool. The young lady checking us in was nice enough. It sounded like delivery people knocking on doors with late night food, which was surprising, at least that was what we hoped it was and not “visitors”. Curtains torn, hand sewn, black out curtains full of holes. The pictures say a lot. Never again.
- 1/5
I requested the 4th floor with a king size bed. When I got there I was told they were under renovation. I opted for a second floor room. No king size beds available. They were painting during my stay. Elevator broken hot tub broken phone in room out of service shower without handrail. Hotel not clean. Horrible experience. I was there on vacation for a week. Horrible experience.
- 2/5
Room- SHower curtain broken, upside down with zip ties on each end. Reported in a.m. and was lied to that maintenance would be called right away to replace. Room was not cleaned while out first day. SEcond day, no towels left in room. Checked out day early because Mariott next door was A++++
- 1/5
Looking at the pictures, you could see there was mold all over the ceiling, smoke alarm, and bathtub. Rust on the lamps and the metal ring around the drain had a big chip it in where my young child could cut her foot or other part of her body, if she was taking a bath. The pool area had dirty towels, plastic coverings, and garbage lying around. Hot tub didn’t work and was full of garbage. Elevator didn’t work. I asked for a refund and she said I should receive it on my credit card in a couple days. It’s been a week and I have not received a credit. I called the manager and he says 10 days, still nothing. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.
- 2/5
The first indication was the non working elevator. I was asked if a 2nd floor room was ok even though the elevator was out of service
- 5/5
Breakfast lady not so friendly
- 5/5
Good place for the value...good breakffast
- 5/5
awesome
- 3/5
Upon my trying to check in early, the desk clerk was extremely unprofessional. The room had a musty smell which necessitated me going out to buy deodorizing spray. No complaints though as I was able to manage my stay accordingly.
- 5/5
Great greeting and feel like home
- 1/5
I visited your Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Airport, and unfortunately, I found the environment to be unsafe, prompting me to leave for my well-being. To my disappointment, I was informed that my points would not be refunded, despite the circumstances that led to my departure. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I do not understand how a 3-star rating could be justified given the conditions I encountered. I had high expectations, but this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your services. I kindly request a review of this matter, and I would appreciate it if you could reconsider the decision regarding my points. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and hope we can come to a resolution.
- 3/5
The beds are very comfortable but the maintenance is very poor. Just make sure that you're ready for either cold shower or low pressure water shower and it's going to need a paint job
- 1/5
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, we were only spending 3-4 hours there before leaving for an early flight. For something affiliated with Wyndham Hotels and costing a total of $178 a night we expected a lot better. The lobby was dirty with some equipment stacked in the entrance. The vending machine had a lizard under it and the sheetrock behind it had a hole and was cracked and falling off the wall. The front desk did not have change for the machine, so across the street to the Circle K we went to get water and a snack. The hall leading to our first-floor room was filthy, and the walls were patched but needed paint. The door to our room was battered, and the doorknob was rusty and pitted. The room had a musty smell, and you could hear cars racing outside all night. I tried closing the curtains the best I could, but the exterior lighting still came through. The single upholstered chair had a large stain on it. We piled everything on the desk because it seemed like the only clean surface available. There was black mold in the shower, the tub faucet would not shut off. My husband had to strong-arm it to shut it off, then it just dripped. We had 1 washcloth,1 hand towel, and 1 tiny bar of soap to share between the sink and the shower. The bathroom door was sticky. The bed was ok, but we couldn't sleep. The pillows were tiny, like half-sized, and the AC was noisy, but it still didn't drown out the street noise. Should have slept at the airport. It was bad!
- 1/5
The bathroom tub had dark spots around the caulked edges that appear to be mold or mildew. The bed sheet has a spot on it. The paint on the door, handles, and in the bathroom was peeling. The room was stocked with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. The girl checking us in was playing a game on her phone while checking me in.
- 2/5
The property has not been kept up. Doors have major paint issues, shower area moldy, large rips in the window treatments. The staff was very nice, breakfast was typical, but the maintenace of the property is awful.
- 2/5
The hot tub was empty and full of garbage. Pool and pool area was filthy. Mold in rooms. Staff was not friendly at all. The only thing good about this hotel is that it’s close to the airport.
- 5/5
Very run down property. The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging down. When we checked in, there was no toilet paper. There weren’t even toilet paper holders. The security door nearest our room didn't work, so no building security at night. Staff was great, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
- 2/5
Everything was broken in the room drapes, shower controls, sink controls, burnt out and for the money they should make the beds and empty the waste basket daily. Questionable on breakfast / run out of foods.
- 3/5
The hotel is in need of renovating, our room had a horrible tub . Rooms need to have coffee makers in them. Change up the breakfast for people staying longer than a day, not to good. Pool area very messy, hot tub still needing repair. Probably will not stay her again.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly and well located
- 1/5
This was by far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I’m not a person who stays at the Ritz, so I’m not a ridiculously picky person, but we were booked for 6 nights and stayed one (unfortunately). Everything was worn, torn, broken, chipping, peeling …. Just ICK!!!! Room was musty, light bulbs missing, drawers unusable, then to make it even worse, the hot water pressure was so bad that we couldn’t shower. I went down to the desk and told the girl that there was absolutely no way we were staying! We walked across the street to a different venue and they were super accommodating. We should have just demanded a refund for the full 6 nights and moved, but we stayed the one night (one night too long). They refunded us the other 5 without issue. I luckily had a Covid mAsk in my suitcase and slept with it on because the room was so “moldy” smelling. Could not leave soon enough the next morning. Breakfast was mediocre. Wish I could take a picture of the “smelll” for this review. OMG … do NOT stay here.
- 3/5
Broken shower rod, missing smoke detector, busted door latch, lamps missing bulbs, floor was filthy, broken ice machine
- 3/5
Good location. The young clerk that checked me in was texting a friend during that time. The chair in the room was wet and soiled on the seat.
- 3/5
The lobby was clean and attendant pleasant enough. We got into room and it smelled. Every wall had a different color. The curtain was ripped. We went down and asked for a different room. Showed attendant picture of ripped curtain and got the story how previous owner allowed cats. He offered to refund money but at 7 pm, where were we supposed to go? Got another room. Not much better. Didn't get any sleep with doors banging. $190 for the room. I plan on contacting expedia for compensation.
- 2/5
OK if you’re tired of sleeping in a rest stop. Good location
- 4/5
Needs a general physical upgrade but comfortable, friendly and well-located. Older building, near freeway but not noisy. Moderate price , good value for money. Nice breakfast..
- 3/5
Bad need of upgrades. Ok for one night stay
- 1/5
The place was dirty. We had requested a walk- in shower because my wife had both hands in casts and needed help to do everything, we were told by the night clerk that only the manager could change a reservation. We spoke to the manager in the morning and he did nothing but give excuses about just taking charge of the place a few weeks ago. So we checked out and found another hotel for the rest of the week we planned to stay in the area.
- 1/5
Been in nicer army barracks. Toilet clogged place dated and dirty. Torn curtains. I thought baymonts were ok hotels but I was surprised....
- 2/5
The hotel needs a major renovation. Paint chipping off all the hotel doors. The window in my motel room is nearly falling out and would not open. The bathroom especially the show stalls were need major work. It’s a shame people spend that kind of money to stay in a run down hotel.
- 2/5
Rusty's raw bar, they always have great live music there. The hotel itself needs help. Tried to take a shower and just a trickle of water came out, and not even hot! Couldn't wash the shampoo out of my hair, UGH!! Glad I only stayed 1 night.
- 2/5
Poorly maintained, not cleaned. Curtains were in shreds, shower full of cracks, floors were dirty.
- 1/5
Left after one night and that was one too many.
- 3/5
Was quiet and staff was friendly. I believe they are under new management, so no leadership/remodeling yet.
- 4/5
Property badly needed painting & updating. Very dated, cnipped paint everywhere.
- 3/5
Property was dirty. Looms were not very tidy. Room bathrooms were not clean. Had paint splattered all over the tub. Outside was so so
- 4/5
Good service Quiet place Walkable area
- 2/5
Our air conditioning went out and had to change rooms the 2nd night. No sorrys or how can we help. No pool towels when we asked. Had to go looking. The bathroom was rusty and mildew. Floors were filthy in the rooms. Our feet were dirty. No one spoke English.
- 2/5
The property was dirty, not well maintained. The room smelled musty floors were dirty. Bathtub was dirty. It was not a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
We just needed one night since our flight was leaving at 6:00 am the next morning. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The paint was chipping off the front door, water stains on the ceiling, bathtub had black mildew stains on the caulking, there was a loud humming noise every time the fan was turned on in the bathroom, there were no tissues anywhere, and they did not use eco-friendly refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower/tub. We were a family of 4, and we had one very small bar of soap to use for the sink AND tub. It was the first hotel I have stayed at where there wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. We thought there would be a shuttle service to the airport since the airport is part of their listed name, but no go. Very disappointing for an otherwise fabulous time in Sanibel Island.
- 1/5
Cockroaches
- 3/5
Great location to the airport, but the facility needs some work. Our room had a musty smell and walls needed to be repaired. The bathroom needs updating including finishing the door. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean and comfortable.Hot tub wasn’t working.
- 1/5
Place was in total disrepair. Almost left once we saw our room.
- 1/5
The room had mold and rust stains brken tiles mismatch replaced floor tile plaster showing hole in walls

Requested a late check out before arriving at the inn. The following day I got a text 40min after the standard check out time that my late check out request has been denied. Had to haggle the staff to not get billed a late checkout fee. Will not be returning to a Baymont Inn anytime soon.

The place was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was the tub flooding the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was decent.

When we arrived to check in around 5pm, the front desk clerk informed me they only had 2 rooms available and not 4. She said their reservation system only showed 2 rooms booked, I showed her all my documents and confirmation numbers. She did not care to help, said they were booked and had no extra rooms. She said we’ll have to room together or go somewhere else. I called Marriott Bonvoy and got 4 rooms at another hotel. Either the hotel messed up or Hotel.com messed up, regardless nobody was willing or able to assist us and rectify the their errors. We will never use this company again.

When checking in found the front desk empty with a sign up saying "Away, be back in a few". We waited for over 15 minutes and while walking the halls trying to find someone the front desk employee came out of the women's room.

The room given to me smelled like bleach and walls were wet with paint. Had to change rooms and stayed one night out of the 4.

Good value. Overall the place was standard middle of the pack type motel. Clean and comfortable. A little dirty on the edges -- the only two nitpicks were the bedding was a little below average and the bathroom showed some age; particularly the shower which had broken curtain rod connections and was a little dirty.

Buen lugar limpio y tranquio

Clean Budget hotel so its a cheaper good value inn on 4 floors that in some aspects does need some updating on some minor details that are annoying if they dont work as my bedroom phone was not working ,sink and bath water stoppers broken or missing, bedroom walls have areas of old ripped up old smoke detectors that are not wall cleaned/repainted,thrle coffee and tea maker was missing with no courtesy tea/coffee supplies tray, with antiquated shower head spray over bath not working well enough to provide a better more powerful shower spray for a better shower experience, all minor things but just annoying but room was quiet and private with comfortable beds.

Very disappointed in condition of hotel.Looked very old and had peeling paint in shower. No coffee service. The girl working said that the coffee machine was broken.1st bad review that i have written.

Asked for a different room was told by staff they’re all the same! I stayed alone 1 night because my husband was hospitalized with Covid! Couldn’t get another hotel since it was 12am before I got back from hospital! I will never recommend Expedia! Obviously they don’t check out their contracted hotels!

The rooms are $%$!holes. The bathtub was so gross couldn't take a shower, paint peeling everywhere, smoke alarm missing, box springs were not covered and moderately stained. The place smelled like smoke, trash bags out side room and barking dogs left alone i assume. Never again. I booked for 7 nights, left next morning.

Needs to be updated on website. Looks of property is not current. Needs a lot of repairs

It was good for the night

Close to the airport. Front desk was very friendly. She needs a new card scanner.

Obviously an older property which has been marginally refurbished. Desk lamps are rusty; box springs are completely exposed; peeling sheetrock; elevator goes up, but down button broken; ancient tv; stained furniture; lobby a little dowdy.

Elevator broken. Room was dirty. I won’t be back ever

Checked in at 4:30 and put my bags in my room and left to go to my daughters volleyball tournament. Got back at 9:30 and my room keys wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk and noticed my luggage behind the desk. What????? Housekeeping took my luggage out of my room! What an invasion of privacy. So weirded out that my daughter more I could sleep that night. Literally stared at the Hotel dooor the whole night. The facility is definitely old and needs some major maintenance. paint peeling off the walls, but the biggest issue was that the bathroom door would not open all the way because it hit the toilet. I will never stay here again.

This was my first and last time at a Baymont Hotel. It appears that Wyndham is just syphoning money from the hotel without putting anything back into the hotel. The bathroom fixtures needed replacement and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast was good as long as you were early.

The property outside and the lobby was very nice. The breakfast was also nice and the staff. My issue is with the rooms, they are poorly maintained. Our room 214 needs new curtains and a makeover in the bathroom and bedroom. The floor is very nice.

Rooms are a little dinged up but the hotel is clean. Convenient area.

Nice area.

This is a bit of a sleep with one eye open kind of spot. Cheap booze and smokes at the gas station right across the way though, if one is so inclined for such proclivities.

We had to have a room change 3 times due to mold and uncleaned room as well as overwhelming smell of pot in rooms

Need so basic care

Ni tan siquiera un pomo de agua dejan en la habitación. Bañera tupida, la puerta no habria. Las cortinas de la ventana no cerro, tuvimos que dormir con la cortina abierta

This was the nastiest most run down motel I have ever been to.
- 5/5
rooms need new curtains mine were dirty and falling apart
- 4/5
Comfortable room, just a little bit rough around the edges. It needs some attention, E.g the button for the elevator was broken on the 3rd floor meaning you'd have to take the stairs down or call reception. Breakfast was good.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Nasty and run down
- 4/5
The staff at this motel were excellent. The breakfast every morning was warm and fresh. The breakfast counter was always clean and inviting. The only issue we had was our bathtub faucet needed to be replaced and we reported this at checkout.
- 4/5
pretty worn down property. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip as a close option to airport. First night the air conditioner didn't work. Everything else just OK. Breakfast, however, was excellent for a continental.
- 3/5
There was a very moldy smell in the lobby & room. The shelf where (i think) the refrigerator used to sit was warped & had been very moldy. It had been attempted to be cleaned but it was still very stained & smelly.

This property needs a major repair and reconditioning. The staff however are very nice and attentive.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is old but clean. The $200 deposit is a bit too much. Will stay at a different hotel in the future.

The property was horrible the ceiling in the room was full of mold and everything is rusted. Holes in walls place is a dump should be rated as a motel this is surely not a hotel. Hotel front desk and manager unprofessional horrible customer service. Stay away!!
