Doubletree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops

This hotel was amazing, the staff were really nice, they offered free coffee, the beds/pillows were amazing heaven sent the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was nice and spacious. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice and well kept. One of the elevators is pretty run down though.

Pillows were thin (head sunk all of the way to the mattress. Speaking of the mattress (it was not too comfortable). Bathroom door (a barn door) did not close all the way (this was a bad design). Room faced (the outside area of the restaurant) and was very loud throughout the evening.

A little glitch with the shuttle, the hotel desk clerk told us no shuttle available when we called at 8:55 PM for a return shuttle from the Barbara Mann performing arts center. The shuttle driver told us as long as we called before 9 PM that he would come back and get us. Once I told the desk clerk this, then she checked, and he was available. Also to take the shuttle to the performing arts center, we were at our location to pick up the shuttle when we were told to, we told the front desk clerk that we were waiting for the shuttle and she said she contacted him and was waiting for him to get back to her. I turned around, and he was standing across the lobby from her. I think this needs a little more coordination. Other than that, everything there was beautiful, the room was immaculate, and everyone loved the cookies.

Someone on my floor was smoking in there room .. it smelled up the hallway

Our entire stay was incredible. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Tina in the morning for breakfast and Kathy at the bar in Shoeless Joes, they made the experience that much better. My only downside is there was only one working elevator so sometimes it took a minute to get to you or it would be full by the time it stopped but other than that the room was clean, the food was great and the staff was exceptional.

We did not have breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, enjoyed the pool with waterfall, it was within walking distance of the movie theatre, shopping and restaurants. Cookies were delicious and hot. Great stay andc would stay there again!

This hotel is well maintained and is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. This will be my go-to hotel in Fort Myers.

The property was clean but smelled a little moldy when you first entered building. The lobby was decorated nicely. If you are not a pet lover, this hotel is not for you; we went for a bite at the onsite restaurant-Shoeless Joe and a guest had a big German Shepherd in the restaurant, the waitresses and servers were petting the dog. Pretty disgusting, hope they washed their hands before touching people’s food. This is a big turn off for me and I will not stay at this hotel again

Negatives: The door to the adjoining room is a terrible sound barrier. We could easily hear conversations. Unfortunately for us, our next door neighbors liked to stay up past midnight. We had to pound on the door twice to get them to speak more softly. The floor in the shower is very slippery.

Clean room, the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve had staying at a hotel. Beautiful hotel and the staff was very polite and helpful. They sent me a text each day that I stayed there to make sure everything was OK and if there was anything I needed the pool was wonderful and the restaurant at the hotel, the food was great no complaints and the staff was very polite. Plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance and nightly events to do. I would stay there again. If I’m in that area, let’s not forget the cookies they have available just asked Front Desk they are so good.

The location of the hotel was very nice - easy to get to the beaches and outlet mall and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, too!

Very nice hotel not far from the airport. There is shopping nearby but many stores were vacant. Also on Expedia website says they have an airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I chose it. This is no longer the case and was removed from the hotels website. The staff was friendly helpful and professional. Place was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area is lovely and they supply towels

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Great restaurants in the area. When I booked the room I booked a king size with a pool view. I called about a week before our stay to make sure we had king with a pool view. This was our third stay there. In the past we have been charged an upgrade fee (which was returned once we asked about it) I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen. I was a was assured we had the room we wanted with no upgrade fee. When we checked in I was told we didn’t have a pool view. They were over booked and the manager changed our room. Fortunately the staff was able to make changes so we got the room I expected to have.

This is our second stay at this hotel. While this time our room had some minor issues with a broken faucet , peeling molding in the bathroom shower and zero bedding for the pull out couch. It didn’t affect the stay and those things are not HUGE concerns . The room was clean and staff was helpful to fix the bedding issue within a reasonable time despite it being extremely busy. We will be making arrangements to stay again in April.

She made the best Martini ever tried. You have a gem with a talented bartender.We usually select Hiltons because the mattress pillows and bed quality is the most comfortable.

This was a last minute booking and everything was well above average. The building is a little older but the place is spotless and updated inside. The area is safe with great restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that was challenging is the websites states they offer airport shuttle but it doesn’t begin until 7am. We needed to be at the airport by 7am so we had to get an Uber.

Our rooms AC didn’t work. They were replacing windows and the work started at 730. Too loud and sweat all night. Awful.

The facility was clean, convenient for where we needed to stay to be able to visit with family close by. I did not like the car noises at night in front of the hotel and the first night there was some arguing and fighting out front. We were just above the lobby and lots of noise at night! The bed was comfortable, but absolutely hated the pillows as they were very firm and not squishy enough very uncomfortable. I did have to ask for a comforter when we got there as they did not have the squishy down, comforter them used to having when I visit often. The restaurant is not the best either the food not that great. Staff was always very accommodating and polite. However, we did miss the cookies upon arrival. I asked the second day we were there for cookies. But would definitely stay there again

Overall it was fine, just fine. Room felt damp and the hotel needs some maintenance. Looks like it used to be a nice hotel and has not been kept up to date. But our stay was quiet, and staff was all nice. Bummer you have to pay so much for breakfast. A family of 4 at $15 each is a lot for what you're getting for free at other hotels.

We’ve stayed at this hotel now probably around 8 times so far this year and on 2 separate occasions we’ve had inconsistencies with the AC in the room. This recent stay our room was unpleasantly warm the first night we fought through it and the second night was better but still a little uncomfortable for sleeping. The other time we had an issue it was on the same floor don’t know if the 4th floor is known to have AC issues but that’s the only gripe we’ve had on our stays.

I booked this hotel specifically because they advertise in several pictures that they have a peloton bike. I use my peloton daily and packed my cleats etc so I could continue to use it while I was away, only to find they dont have a peloton bike!

Everything about the hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with everything you could want and more (even had a microwave which you could buy food for in the lobby). Breakfast was really good and great value for money. We were even given water and warm cookies as we checked out

After a long day of cancelled flights we needed an overnight stay as they cancelled our flight until the next morning. We were left scrambling for a hotel and how to get to the hotel. We rushed out and found a shuttle going back to this hotel and she said she could take us but had to wait for some pilots and would take like 15mins. I cant remember her name but she was AMAZING in helping us get booked and back to the hotel. Hotel was ready for us and checked in after a couple mins and had us setup for a shuttle back to airport in morning. The shuttle, hotel staff were absolutely amazing! 5+ stars!!!

This Hilton hotel is clean, comfortable, and lively, with a beautiful pool and friendly staff. Security is present around the clock, and there's a convenience store, laundry room, and fitness center on site. The king suite with a pull-out sofa bed was spacious and well-equipped. However, the attached restaurant, Shoeless Joe's, was a letdown due to rude staff and subpar food. Despite this, the hotel itself is a great option, especially given its proximity to local attractions like Dave & Buster's and a movie theater.i'm

It is very convenient for my baseball team, as the fields are within 10 to 25 minutes. It is also easy for families, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel is clean and well-maintained.

Great option and there are so many things in walking distance from this hotel.

The location of the hotel is the best amenity - so many restaurants, bars, shops, and quick access ti everything Ft. Myers has to offer. Pool is dated, but clean and functional. Rooms haven't been updated - popcorn ceilings, dated furniture, etc. but in good shape and pretty clean. Experienced brief elevator and ice machine outages during our two day stay, but nothing catastrophic. The staff was responsive and aware of the issues and got them addressed timely.

The elevator was out of order and I travel by myself. I did not feel safe at that location

Property location was excellent, many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff very professional and room clean. I definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed here before and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly. The shoeless Joe restaurant is also very good.
