Nothing. There was a dirty washcloth with African American pubic hair left in my shower like they didn’t even clean the shower. Gross. The pubes on the wash cloth in the shower

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful! When we checked in, on booking they definitely described the room we booked as the big jacuzzi tub. That wasn’t the case, but were friendly enough to let us book at a different rate. Always willing to help us out with whatever we needed.

First night of two very poor due to other individuals partying very loud with music and talking. This lasted initial 0653am. Motel did nothing to quiet it down. 2 nd nite not bad.

The hotel was nice and clean! The A/C in our bedroom was loud and kept waking us up! The whirlpool had 2 broken knobs on it! The room description said it was 1 king bed and 2 sofa sleepers, there was only one sofa sleeper.

Towels had stains and a footprint on one (a literal footprint) when asking about the towels having stains and a “FOOTPRINT” …. The response we got was sometime they have spots!!!! That was just the tip of the iceberg!!!!

I chose this hotel because they had a car charger and for their convenient location. Otherwise the property is relatively run down.

Everything was good but the jet tub and shower in the room looked a little beat up in places and the room ac was a bit slow to cool down.

All you giving an 8/10 must stay at Motel 6s. Bathrooms in dire need of updates. All original from 80s? Just gives an ick factor. Only stayed bc I was trying to save some money. Done. Won’t do again.

This was my 2nd stay here and the staff has been great both times!!!! There were some mold spots above the bathtub and my sister's room across the hall also had the same spots!!

The rating is based on the bed comfort and disrepair of the bathtub. Would give a 4star for BF which was refilled often, and 5star for location and staff!! Details and comfort are most important to me. A few fixes and it would get a higher rating from me!

The construction workers pretty much wiped the breakfast out. I reserved a room with a jetted tub but didn’t get it. It is within walking distance of chili’s and outback steak house.

We stayed there last year as well. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast to start our day.

TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel.

Beyond outdated, breakfast was minimal but waffles were okay, entire facility smells like weed and that was an all night issue.

The building smelled like butane when you walked inside. There was pink mildew in our bathtub from water rings. Our air conditioner did not work either night. We finally got a window open to sleep comfortably

Check in was quick and easy rooms clean I come to Fort Smith about every 68 weeks. I always stay here.

Everything was great except the breakfast. It was 8:20 and they were not replenishing the food. What was left was cold.

Air conditioner made so much noise, we didn’t sleep all night. Breakfast was running low, saw one employee and he walked off. Don’t stay at this Best Western. You or your comfort is not their #1 priority.

There was a bump entering or exiting the elevator. It was a trip hazard and made it very difficult with my walker. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were like sleeping on rocks. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane taking and landing. We got the worst nights sleep we have ever had in motel. The beds were so high that it was extremely difficult to get in and out of the bed. Room was dusty and bedding had stains on them. I would not recommend staying here.

Property needs an update. Yogurt machine was out all 3 days. Pool was closed and it was just gross if you look too hard.

Overall, not bad. But not great either. The property was kinda stuffy and the don’t have tooth brushes and toothpaste and bottle openers, you know the things you may run off and leave at home? Honestly we chose this one because others were full. Everything was a bit dated, but clean enough. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. It was located perfectly within reach of food places and stores. I maybe would stay again, I’m guessing it’s hit and miss with room stuffiness tho.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night of sleep. The breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, bread for toast, bagels, yougart w/toppings, hard boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, and juice. The hotel is kinda run down. I think they may be trying to renovate some. Our room had placed where they had patched the walls. We've stayed at this hotel several times, we'll see if we will stay the next time we're in Fort Smith.

While I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the bathroom was due a remodel. The main problem I had was with customer service. I had left a cardigan in the closet. I called the next day to see if it was recovered. I left my name and contact but got no response. I called back two days later to follow up. No cardigan was found. I stopped by the hotel in person and was told no cardigan was found. I assume it was thrown away because it did not just vanish.

Our room was very spacious. I was so happy with the cleanliness! The bed was very comfortable, although we wished that there had been a lighter blanket as we were often too hot under the comforter. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!.

My only recommendation would be that the room needs a curtain rod so that you can actually close the curtain to make the room dark.

We were greeted promptly at check-in. We had a nice room that was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and large. The breakfast they provide has a good choice of items. The more are they has biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, fruit, yougart, waffles, milk, juices, and coffee. Check-out is easy. You just drop your card in a box and you're done. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a nice room with a jacuzzi tub which my husband loved. We were within walking distance of two good restaurants and a small shopping center. We were right across the road from a huge hospital complex. The choices for breakfast were a yogurt machine, waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs and sausage patties. I would stay here again. The soap and lotion were in wall-mounted bottles next to the sink and in the shower.

It was a great stay! I'm not a super picky person, especially since it was a cheap stay. There was a big stain on the carpet, and the bed was kinda hard. But other than that it was a safe and clean room to stay in for a single night.

Highly average stay. Bathrooms in the lobby were awful though. Straight out of my grandmother’s 70s bathroom with doors that didn’t lock and disasters in the toilet—if you know what I mean. Rooms were decent but the extra safety lock at the top of the door was broken… not very safe feeling if you ask me!

The hotel was clean and nice. It has been updated. It wasn’t fancy, just a clean place to spend the night. If you want luxury then this isn’t for you, but if you just want a clean room, this fits the bill.

Pictures with room description need corrected. A picture of king with jetted tub looked like a jacuzzi in the room close to the bed. I chose it as this trip was getting away for a comedy show for my husband's birthday. When we got to our room it was a jetted tub in the bathroom as a tub/shower. Check in employee was nice but check out one wasn't. She looked at my husband at the counter but continued to walk by and went to a closet or other room. He stated he needed to check out. She ignored him. After he said it a second time she came to the counter. He asked for a receipt she said it was through another party so he couldn't get one. There was mold on the tile outside of the bathroom he told her about it adding can tell where water damage was. She just said yeah okay. He added might need to let someone know she said okay. The air conditioning unit didn't work as well as should have. We asked for a box fan but they didn't have any. For paying almost $150 we were both dissapointed

The pool and hot tub werent in service, and there was contruction in the parking lot outside my room. I reserved a king room with jetted tub and was give a double queen room, i had to go back to the front desk for the correct room.

Comfy, quiet, great hot breakfast options, great value, close to multitude of dining choices & shopping. Our handicapped accessible room did not have a handheld shower; the shower nozzle was so tall that an average height person (without disabilities) could hardly reach to adjust. Room servicing limited to fresh towels & emptying trash if you left room after 1 pm. We had to ask for sheets to be changed after 5 days of a 7 day stay. Safe parking

Room looks like it had not been cleaned in a month. The bathroom was filthy. Grime and mildew was all around the caulking around the tub. Some of the caulking was even missing. One wall in the bathroom was filthy with some unknown stuff on it. The main door to the room was missing the safety lock and there was unpainted section. Just awful.

The blackout curtains did not extend over the windows meaning no privacy and no ability to close out sunlight. What kind of design was this? Also squeeking bathroom door. Beds quite comfortable as were pillows. Scalding hot water.

Could hear the ceiling creak as the guest above us moved around. Could barely hear the front desk tenant when he spoke. Was not welcoming, appeared more interested in his phone. Overall the place was in need of repair with torn carpet, bad grout, etc.

I normally have no issues with staying at Best Western hotels, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth. My room smelled of urine, multiple stains on the floor, loose bath fixtures, sink drain was so slow the sink would fill up, hair clogging the bathtub drain, hallways wreaked of pot, and there were multiple people smoking pot in the parking lot. The one shining light was that our bedding was fresh, but I did not enjoy my stay and will probably reconsider staying at Best Western hotels in the future.

Staff was rude. Beds were like concrete. Not a real safe area. Breakfast was ok at best. The best I can say is the room was clean.

So many people smoking weed around the outside of the building that the whole first floor of the hotel smelled like it. The room was pretty clean but the drain plugs on the sink wouldn’t stay open so the water in the sink wouldn’t drain. The bath drain, however was just pulled out and sitting in the shower. Just not a really professionally run hotel. Staff was nice but not helpful. Can’t say that I’ll ever stay here again.

Great staff, but they charged me $50 for no reason to check in. If there are hidden fees, they need to become unhidden and verified at the point of reservation.

I went out and bought earplugs the next night, which helped some. But I still had great difficulty sleeping due to noise getting through them. In the mornings, I was awoken around 5:30 with clanking breakfast preparations. I saw two roaches crawling on the ceiling, once in my bathroom, and once above my bed. This was an awful experience overall.

This hotel showed us 3 of the last rooms available for our 4 night booking with a reservation and all three rooms were terrible! First room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew, 2nd room had shredded curtains and the hotel clerk closed the door and took us immediately to the 3rd room which had dog feces on the floor. We left but they would not give us a refund, stating it was at the managers discretion. we were told he was not available or on the premises. We are in the process of pursuing a refund!! Met others at another hotel who had similar experience. HELP! We are Best Western Reward members, too!

The room was nicely furnished and clean. Bathroom, however, seemed a bit dated. Some noise in halls and adjoining rooms until around 10:30 and then relatively quiet. Average breakfast, with hot and cold items; pastries were virtually gone when we arrived shortly before 8 AM.

You don't need to keep searching; click "Reserve" at this outstanding location! I work for a non-profit, and so I'm always looking for clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Convenient to major highways is a huge plus. This outstanding hotel checked all my boxes. I will DEFINITELY reserve here again. Friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, nice breakfast set up, lots of restaurants in walking distance and safe area. This location was PERFECT for me, and at a great price!
