Room was kind of dingy but mostly clean, super sketchy area, someone drugged out was outside hollering all night. You can hear every single car that drives by. Other than that, good location and you get what you pay for.

The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.

Had a mix up with the rooms I reserved but the staff fixed it for me with no issues, great customer service. Room was very clean, property was in good condition.

The laundry service was the best thing goin for the place. The staff sucked. The people who ran the place where super rude. Its says on the front window, chdck in time... 2:00pm. They made me wait until after 3 even though id booked in advance. I wont be staying there again they have bugs too.

Sheets where filfty comforter was had cigarette burns,also shower curtain was burnt ,tried to say I couldn't get the price Expedia offered ,did it anyway thru Expedia and got the room.my husband and I was gonna walk across the road to the post office and the front desk lady said we couldn't leave our 6lb dog we paid for alone in the room ,when I told her I'm just going across the street to the post office and back she told me it was against policy...crazy I wouldn't suggest this motel to anyone because I feel like I got cheated ended up paying after my pet fee more than what was stated and then return I got a 25-dollar credit

The room was dirty, staff not very nice and they didn't even attempt to clear steps of ice . I fell going down the stairs and hurt my left wrist when i enformed the staff nothing was said or done

The room was OK. It didn't seem to be located in a really safe place. We had 2 little dogs and it showed $10.00 each and they charged me $15.00 each. It isn't a big deal except for not charging what it showed. The man that checked me in wasn't very nice. I'll be making this trip pretty often but I won't be staying there anymore. The ARC Hotel is higher but its worth the difference.

Room avg gd condition, bare amenities....great bed. Noisy location though.

Updated rooms are brand new inside with new bedding and paint looks really nice and can't beat the location near downtown.

This was a gem right in the middle of downtown Ft Smith. Art everywhere. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff. Was on my motorcycle and felt safe.

For an old downtown hotel i was surprised that it was semi decent. Had some mexicans partying a few doors down but they weren't bothering anybody. Over all a really good place to stay for less than 60 bucks.

Absolutely no amenities. No coffee machine, not even in the lobby either, I don't believe. Still using the "Night Check in Window". it's a stuffy little add on off of the main lobby. All that being said room was clean and cheap and for this trip it was what I was looking for.

Little bit to much traffic noise. Few amenities provided for price.

Prime example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Outside seems a bit sketchy and run down, but the room interiors were clean and recently updated. You can’t go wrong here, especially for the price. If you’re planning a night out in the downtown area, this is a great value and easily walkable to all the nightlife.

There wasn't anything I liked about this property because it was in the downtown area and so many homeless people around and even staying at that Motel made me feel uncomfortable

I came to check in and the woman at the window was rude, I mentioned I was having problems with the site and needed a minute while sharing I had worked all day and had just gotten off work and she told me to go down the road or something and she had worked all day too. This is 10pm and my appointment is just down the road from this location. Finally got the site to work and got booked, I go back inside and get my room card only when I got to this room and walked in I walked into the room to people naked. I walked back to the check in window telling them of what just happened at which they said it should be empty. Finally got to a non smoking room to walk in and pot smoke had filled my room giving me a headache since I am allergic so my experience was awful.

The property was EXTREMELY UNCLEAN! The toilet didn't work, the smoke alarm was ripped apart, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but was not, etc. etc. etc. Also, the lobby was closed and room keys were provided through a small window. Finally, the staff were EXTREMELY RUDE!

When the desk girl finally came to the front, she was wearing dirty clothes and slippers. The floor in the room was dirty and both doors in the room were filthy.

Staff members could have more greeting and professionalism of attitude instead of stuck up and non welcoming.

This redroof hotel has owners that are not clean cockroaches every where and filthiest place iv been stayed at. Very germy

The staff do not respond to the phone, or the door in a timely manner (or at all). But it's not a bad place to stay as long as you get there at a decent time to check in. The lights flicker sometimes, might be a little haunted, but not bad for the price, although personally I think it should still be a bit cheaper.

It's a nice hotel

Worst place I ever stayed in my 72 years. Stay anywhere else. If you can sleep here you’re not alive. The place is right on an all night long drag strip. We asked to be moved to the far end of traffic and were told that the rooms hadn’t been cleaned at 4:00 pm. Refrigerator never turned on and didn’t work. The safety lock was busted off the door. I guess they forgot breakfast and are saving the Kleenex for themselves.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we have had and that's saying a lot because we were staying in Sallisaw. These rooms are infested with baby roaches, walls look like someone peed on them, and all bedding had disgusting blood stains. When we tried to reach a manager to let them know we have called everyday since we left as well as expedia and there is never a manager to speak to. We were forced to book another two rooms at another hotel after one night of our fully paid week. We chose to pay for two rooms all over again because of how bad it was. The management is a joke, the front desk is rude when trying to get ahold of management, and the rooms are DISGUSTING!!! If grown men who work on dirty job sites all day are refusing to stay in this hotel theres a reason.

Red Roof Inns are great for us when we need a quick place to stay the night and have the dog. No extra charge for our dog, which most charge $25 extra.

We just needed a quick room to catch some zzzzzzs as we had unexpected company over the weekend and needed to sleep and shower. All was well at the Red Roof Inn! The staff was all very helpful and friendly! I can’t thank them enough! It was some much needed down time! Thanks so nuch

No so good taying in town. Motorcycles passing by all night were very noisy. Stopped just after midnight. I did not feel very safe here, Glad it was only a night. However, it was very close to the National Park. Room was clean but bathroom could use a make over.

Air conditioning barely worked in one room, so one of our party had to find a room elsewhere. The towels were dirty, stained, old and needing to be replaced to match the new renovations. Some of our rooms had no chains or deadbolts. Location of hotel was good.

For $75 a night I still would expect clean towels just because you washed them don't mean they clean... Oh be careful too, your liable to trip on the number of spots where the walkway is shifting or lifting up with chunks of concrete everywhere almost

It's an older facility but great location as it's in downtown. All we needed was a shower and bed.

The property is over 5 miles off the interstate. The room didn’t have a security latch. It was on the main road in the town and very noisy.

Filthy room. Yellow stains on the bedspread, bathroom walls and long black hairs on the towels.

There were cockroaches in the room we had to move to another hotel. Are you agree with that guy?

I have stayed in motels all over the world this one twice now just for the location not for nice but both times this motel is horrible the service and hospitality is just astonishingly bad I’m not from the area I have a friend who is came by to visit was there a couple hours max and I was threatened to be thrown out rooms weren’t ready everything was mediocre blankets stained with cigarette holes it was a non smoking room towels were half wet (unused by me) but the hospitality and manner of this motel is horrible I definitely won’t be back

Noisy is the word we’re talking abt here.. Banging on walls for hrs and front desk wouldn’t answer the phone.. called 6 times… I’d stay anywhere else than this dump!!! Set in the middle of the homeless population and the tweezer population!!!! Sleep at the rest stop down the way and save your cash.. You will thank me!!!

I have stayed there in the past when it was owned and managed by other names. There has been much improvement to the property since it became a Red Roof branded property. The location is kind of sketchy but it is right on Garrison Avenue so there is plenty of traffic and lighting. Its a good budget option for that end of Fort Smith.

The staff were not welcoming at all and did not issue a receipt when checkout was completed.

According to hotels.com check in was at 2. Arrived and there was sign on the side window that said check in wasnt allowed until 4 pm. You couldn't go inside, had to use nasty side window, worker was barefoot walking around inside, very rude upon check in.

Loved the working desk

When I arrived to check in, the clerk was washing a skillet outside one of the rooms. Otherwise, check in was fine. There was food on the floor under the door to the refrigerator. The refrigerator was barely cooler than room temperature. The a/c was OFF when I got to my room. I turned it on high and 6 hours later it wasn’t any cooler in the room. As far as safety goes (I’m a woman traveling alone), the hotel and surrounding neighborhood were very sketchy. I left at 10:30 pm and drive home because I did not feel safe. Essentially, I was there from 4:00-10:30 pm.

Got to the room the floor was dingy, lots of flies on the wall, it was 83 in the room and the AC wouldn't turn on and once we finally got it to turn on it wasn't cold and was barely blowing air. There were dead flies and cob webs in the window sill. I pulled the blankets back on the bed and there were dirt stains all over the white sheets. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! Not to mention we didn't feel safe in the area. We went and talked to the man at the window and he couldn't give us a refund because we made our reservation through hotels.com and no matter what we did we can not get ahold of a actual human when we called hotels.com to see if we could get our money back since we didn't stay there so I guess we are completely out of our money.

They didn't have a room. I was left stranded after an accident in the middle of no where with my son and dogs. We had to find an Uber and another hotel.

Was a VERY long trip got to the hotel and the room and staff were very accommodating and the room and bed were amazing haven’t slept that well in months

Nice, clean motel close to the downtown area. Local bar across the street by town monument. Check in late, left at 10a next day. Clean room 2 queens, everything in room worked and maintained. Very conformable beds. Big bathroom with space to move after shower. I would stay her again.

The overall condition of the hotel is that it’s falling apart. The ice machine didn’t work, shower head was broken, sheets were stained, the refrigerator in the room was not working, the staff was none existent.

Stains on sheets, splatters on walls and ceiling, no water pressure shower head fell off. Good location and quiet because no one else was staying there. Boareded up lobby. Im thinking and hoping they are in transition of fixing it
