Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about limited parking, lack of refrigerators in rooms, and issues with breakfast service.

House keeping was no. Existent. Which made me have to by coffee they chafed for all the amities.
- 5/5
Purchasing a soft drink from the front desk is cheaper than the machine
- 3/5
Had to move rooms a few times. 1st room was full of cigarette smoke smell badly, 2nd room was so moldy and smelled so bad of mold. They did upgrade me to a suite and the staff is super nice. Just was stressful after driving for many hours across county and just wanted to rest

Pleasant
- 1.5/5
The facility and front desk was very nice and pleasant The AC dripped water on the floor so much that I had to get a bucket to catch the water. I had an event the next morning that I was dead tired for due to lack of sleep!
- 5/5
AMAZING STAFF. Every single staff member we encountered were very kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel had 2 large events (Wedding and Comic Con) happening. Bartender stayed open to accommodate guests. He was insanely busy for a hotel bar, yet remained calm and friendly.
- 3/5
Cons the entire floor had a very old musty smell, including the room we stayed in. Only had two very small thin towels in room If the hotel could do some updating and get rid of that smell, this could be a nice place to stay at.
- 5/5
Amazing place. Will return

The property was not clean and smells of mold. It was very overpriced for the cleanliness and quality. We were charged $20 more than listed.

We weren’t able to make it to this hotel . I bet it’s a lovely stay. I appreciate their hospitality til the very end . Thank you to this hotel and staff for being understanding about our traveling duration .
- 3/5
closness to downtown the rooms where not clean for different reason ,my friends had to change rooms several ,times and house keeping was rude and with a attitude.
- 4/5
Great location No free breakfast
- 4/5
Solid stay in the downtown Ft Smith area. Easy walk back to the room after a few drinks. Vibe is a bit dark and dated in the common areas but exceptionally clean and fairly well maintained. Someone stole our door dash before hubby could get to it so be on the lookout for late night fast food bandits. I hear it’s a common problem in this area. Beds super comfy and shower was warm with great pressure.
- 5/5
Bartender was excellent Need room service
- 5/5
Location and clean
- 5/5
Very clean, very nice inside and out NA
- 5/5
The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. And the bartender went out of her way when I asked for a salad just as the kitchen was closing and talked to the kitchen staff and was able to get me my salad. Great stay all around every staff member I came across was friendly and you could tell they loved their jobs and that was a nice change Nothing
- 4/5
The hotel in room was very clean however there was no microwave, refrigerator, and or soap accessories provided
- 5/5
Easy stay and conveniently located.

The room smelled like mildew REALLY BADLY. The chairs in the room were worn and the entire room/hotel has potential but REALLY needs a facelift. Staff was nice. Ok for a quick stay but the mildew smell was SO terrible that we wouldn't consider it again.
- 4/5
Easily accessible and nicely located in the downtown area. Having an available parking garage across the street to park a motorcycle in.

Ice bucket, no cups to make tea in with amenities. Was asked for a discount on room because I had app troubles. Was told I'd get room at a substachble lower price, was charged the most expensive rate. When I talked to front desk about it.the adjusted but didn't give me rate quoted by previous employee not impressed still off season.

Friendly staff. Cleanliness. And comfort. Would recommend to anyone visiting fort smith. The pricing was decent as well.
- 3/5
It is an older hotel, but not a bad stay. There was not a great smell on the third floor and stains on the carpet. We also didn't get room cleaning service to our room or fresh towels. It has a relaxing lobby though and overall fine just older.
- 4/5
Great pet-friendly accommodations.
- 5/5
Just wish they had a free breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was very nice, room was clean. A good place to stay
- 3/5
Great location and friendly staff. Only drawback is that they have a lounge / bar downstairs in the middle of an open area, so loud music was playing past 11:00 pm. If you need to get to bed early for an early day this may not be the place. Other than that everything else was great, but I will not be returning because of the excessive noise from the bar area.
- 3/5
My key would not let me in the 24 hour gym. I had to pay for coffee pods. No complimentary coffee or creamer in the lobby. No hot tub. The room did not come with a fridge or a microwave. I would have to have ordered it. The up side, the bar tender was friendly and attentive. The art show from the local college was fantastic. All staff were friendly and courteous. My room was clean. My bathroom was clean. It did not feel old or outdated. They had a nice selection for breakfast. I had a very good night sleep on a very comfortable mattress and that means a lot..
- 5/5
The staff were amazing. Our room was clean but a little outdated. The bed was very comfortable but I suggest you bring your own pillow. I paid for breakfast ($17). It was alright and had two meat choices vs. Most free breakfasts. The coffee station had everything you might need. Check in and Check out were extremely easy.
- 1/5
2 towels in the room with 4 people and no other clean towels on property. No shampoo or conditioner offered.
- 3/5
The room was not as nice as expected. There was no fridge, no microwave and the carpet wasn’t very clean. Also no complimentary breakfast
- 5/5
Great location for the Steel Horse rally. Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room very nice, staff was very friendly we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Great location - walking distance to Garrison St where there are many choices of bars, restaurants, shops etc
- 5/5
Breakfast is ok typical buffet . Since not many breakfast places downtown. It worked for us. We were there for steel horse. They put out old towels for bikers to use. Great stay hotel is in great condition for its age!!
- 5/5
Location, quiet, worth the price
- 5/5

- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. You very great team of cleaning staff.
- 5/5
Pretty hotel and the bed was soft! Nice restaurant and pool!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
The carpets in the room were disgusting.
- 5/5
Great location downtown
- 1/5
One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay.
- 2/5
Room had a lot a visible damages. Stains all over bed sheets and duvet. Found mold in bathroom.
- 5/5
Room was huge. Shower amazing. Bed so comfy. My biggest beef was the lack of mini fridge! I was there for a half marathon and would have loved a cold water and cold sports drink on my return … but other than that, the stay was excellent.
- 2/5
For $128 I was not impressed the rooms were super small we could barely get around each other, the food at the bar was terrible and very limited selection, the Coke machine didn't work on the floors the container for the ice was a metal Rusty Bucket that was super small the elevators all the other two of them took forever and the lights on the buttons on the outside of the elevators don't even work so you can even tell if it was actually pushed to come and get you there's no waterfall anymore
- 5/5
great room
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned and elevators were not working properly.
- 3/5
My biggest issue was with the hotel elevators and stairs. For a large hotel, having only 2 small elevators is a bit questionable. For my stay, only one of the elevators worked and it was very slow and small. Often, there was a long line of guests waiting to go up or down. Further, there were 3 stairways and the only one that went from the main floor to the room floors was tucked away in the back of a meeting room. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel catering to guests at large meetings in the convention center. Don't believe I will stay there again.

- 4/5
The staff was friendly and professional. However, we experienced issues with our first room upon arrival with the a/c not working properly.
- 3/5
More trash cans, i have stayed here for the past 4 years and each year it seems to be a little more run down.
- 1/5
This place doesn’t have bed bugs is probably the nicest thing about this place.

- 2/5
Limited parking. You’ll most likely have to use the parking garage across the street which isn’t a huge inconvenience since they have a drop off area for you to unload. We booked the executive room and the room was extremely humid. We thought it would eventually clear out but it was for the full stay. You could see mold along the wall/ceiling in the shower. During our check in another occupant asked if it was normal for her room not to go below 74 degrees. There was only 1 working elevator due to children playing with the buttons so they had an employee stay in the elevator to avoid it from happening again. The employee was super kind but there was no circulation in the elevator and those lights are just beaming down so I felt kind of bad for the guy. The rooms didn’t have microwaves or mini fridges either so you’ll have to go to the lobby if you need a microwave. The staff was kind but the property really needs to be upgraded and renovated. Unfortunately, we won’t book another stay.
- 3/5
The room stayed hot and muggy feeling. The bathtub had hair. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper. The elevator situation was horrible. We waited 15 minutes to come down. We stayed for a dance competition at the convention center so we had heavy luggage, going down the stairs would have been horrible.
- 1/5
It was practically raining in our room from the A/C, told someone from Wyndham which said they would come check but they never did. Hotel was down to only 1 half way working elevator on a very busy weekend (2 events going on at the convention center), extremely inconvenient, ,made us late on more than one occasion.
- 3/5
Kind of disappointed this trip. Elevator broken. Ironing board missing. Ac made strange sound all night. Shower curtain has mold on it. Very convenient though to the convention center.
- 2/5
The rooms are so loud, you can hear everything your neighbor says. Our room was not cleaned, and when we asked for additional towels they never arrived. One (very slow) working elevator for 9 floors of people with two events going on in the convention center next door. Rooms do not have mini fridges. Windows were very dirty.
- 5/5
We stay here every year. It's comfortable and well priced. This time, I would like to mention that the shower had not been cleaned prior to our stay. There was a glob of hair stuck to the floor. We only stayed one night and didn't use the shower, but I wanted to point out that the cleaning staff needs to check the shower even if it doesn't look like someone used it.
- 4/5
Everything was very nice! We loved the lounge area on the first floor by the bar! The bartender (Ben) was extremely nice and attentive! The room was very spacious. The only thing we did not like about the room was that it didn't have a fridge.
- 4/5
Polite staff, tried to make up for one of the elevators being broken by giving drinks/snacks.
- 1/5
Staff very unclear about breakfast and charged extra out side of the room charge for breakfast no ice machines worked
- 3/5
One elevator out of order was a huge issue with 2 very large conventions going on at the same time. It made people late for call times and parents angry. Staff was very nice because unfortunately, it was totally out of their control.
- 2/5
Was in bad need of updates. We our room stayed damp and could not regulate the temperature. There were stains running down the main wall at the seams of the wallpaper. Breakfast was under staffed and under trained.
- 5/5
Bartender was great. The night time front desk woman and the morning front desk people were fantastic and soooo helpful! Super clean and my bed and pillows were AWESOME!
- 5/5
Extremely courteous staff, clean room, and excellent location for our event!
- 3/5
Parking was easy mid week, breakfast service to order so I didn't partake. Bed was uncomfortable, room was clean but furniture had lots of wear.
- 5/5
Very nice room
- 1/5
These rooms are not up to par for the Wyndham name. They are dirty to a level that a simple housekeeping run through can not remedy. There is dusted caked everywhere and stains on the carpet, upholstery, curtains, and even the bedclothes were either dirty or stained. Updating is a necessity at this point! It’s gross according to my standards.
- 4/5
Great location to convention center. Breakfast bar was good.
- 3/5
OK
- 1/5
Room had a musty mildew smell upon entering so upon looking around the vent cover was filled with black mold and the wall beneath it had black mold growing on it. Upon reporting it to the front desk they didn’t seem to concerned about the guest sleeping in those type of conditions as they did not offer to switch my room. I guess in the future I will stay in the Marriott next door considering the rates are comparable.
- 5/5
Everything was great. the service, rooms cleanliness, etc.
- 5/5
Everyone on staff were absolutely lovely, Ben at bar was awesome, so kind and funny, a real delight.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff was nice. They had us laughing. Very comfortable atmosphere.
- 4/5
Everyone was great. I do like the remodel from the old hotel. I do feel that with the price i paid for a room it would come with a refrigerator. Had to call down stairs and have one brought up. Overall, was super comfortable and perfect location to all downtown amenities.
- 4/5
Room was clean except light fixtures and dog hair in the seat of the chair. Staff was really friendly.
- 5/5
Super nice staff
- 5/5
Super nice staff
- 5/5
It was clean and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was so humid. AC never shut off. So much moisture in the room. Mold on the ceiling and walls near the window.
- 1/5
Room was musty, dirty carpet, found old french fries under shelf stand next to bed. Bathroom remodeled and clean but room icky.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. The chair and floors were stained. The vents were filthy. The parking was also very dim and didnt feel safe.
- 2/5
Although staff was nice and helpful, room was not clean.
- 2/5
Parking is fine in the garage across the street
- 5/5
Amazing stay and staff
- 5/5
The rooms were clean! Staff members were amazing! We will definitely stay here again! 😊
- 3/5
They don’t clean your room unless you go to the front desk and ask.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.
- 5/5
Only one elevator working in a huge building is not safe.
- 4/5
The area the hotel was in was not the nicest, not the hotels fault but it was kind of industrial and dingy in and around the hotel location. Front desk person was very nice and pleasant at check, offered suggestions for dining options in area. Hotel seemed a little worn and dated. Comfortable bed and quiet at night.
- 3/5
The hotel is old and could use updating. Only one elevator functioned; it took a long time for the hot water, and then it never got completely hot. The breakfast service was rude. We left and went elsewhere.
- 1/5
This hotel needs a complete renovation. It is far from Wyndham standards.
- 5/5
The staff was so kind and professional.
- 3/5
First they put us in the wrong room so we had to ask to change it. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Paint was chipping off the doorframe. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the waitstaff were very nice.
- 4/5
Excellent pet-friendly accommodation. Staff are wonderful.
- 3/5
Staff were great, it just seems a little worn down.
- 1/5
No microwave or refrigerator in the room ... very inconvenient and our room was furthest away from the elevator ... LOTS of walking
- 5/5
Great location for anyone attending a concert at the convention center—just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made the stay very convenient. Perfect choice if you want easy access without worrying about parking or long commutes
- 1/5
The sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty and stopped up
- 5/5
Walkable
- 5/5
Conveniently located
- 5/5
It's a Wyndham so of course bed, bedding and blackout curtains are as always - fabulous! Location was great, walking distance to good food and drinks. Can't beat it for the price.
- 5/5
Stayed there twice, and both times have been great. Clean rooms, peacful atmosphere, and friendly staff. The views are a just of the city, but other that that its great. Its also an affordable option on top of being so nice. Definitely will be staying there again if I find myself revisiting Fort Smith.
- 4/5
Pretty good
- 5/5
Very quiet and clean!
- 3/5
The entire property needs to be deep cleaned. The walls are scuffed and dirty, the carpets are dirty, the air intake in our room was not properly filtered but rather just had incredibly dirty foam stuffed into the intake that didn’t even create a seal. One of our comforters was stained and remained on the bed after the room was cleaned. No trash can in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Nixe staff and overall great stay
- 1/5
Water leaked from the ac the whole day/night … hotel never once gave the option to switch rooms
- 4/5
The room smelled of marijuana when we first walked in, the ac was off. There was some mold in the bathroom above the mirror. Otherwise everything was clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
The bed was very comfortable, the rest lacked a lot of luster. Inside is dated and noticeably worn. Instantly on entering my room my sinuses went crazy I asked staff change the filter because it was filthy and they happily obliged. Went out for the evening upon returning had the same issue so just took a shower and went to bed. Woke up in the morning face swollen and opened the curtains and the entire inside wall around the window was covered in black mold and the wall was bubbling and rotten. Went downstairs and mentioned it to staff they were profusely apologetic and said manager would call on Monday after showing them the video of all the mold, still to this day not a call an email or text.
- 3/5
Tap rrom service was horrible. Waited an haoir and a half for our food. Bar tender forgot to lut our order in twice. No fridge or microwave in the room.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and elegant.
- 4/5
The staff was super! The first room we were assigned was awful. It smelled dank upon entry. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. There were cobwebs in the windows, and the coffee maker has not been cleaned and had annold dried up pod in it. when my husband vomplained to the front desk, they were apologetic and immediately moved us to a new room. It was 100% cleaner!
- 1/5
If you overlook the thick mold in the shower, the empty shampoo bottle from the previous guest in the shower or not having a fridge or microwave in the room it’s ok. You would then have ignore that there is only one small trash can in the whole big room and the toilet paper holder hanging on for dear life. Maybe stop putting money into the empty bar and restaurant!!! 0 out 5 do not recommend
- 3/5
The hotel really needs to be updated. The room smelled musty and the sink had cracks in it. The room did not have a frig or microwave. We did not have a reservation and they gave me a rate. I questioned the rate and they said if I did it online then I would get a cheaper rate. I had to make reservations on my phone in front of the reservation desk to get the cheaper rate. The rooms did not look like the pictures online.
- 5/5
STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY
- 3/5
One night stay, it was dark and smeeled of likely mold problems. Deferred maintenance is becoming problematic.
- 2/5
Room was hot upon arrival and hot water didn't work one day of the stay.
- 5/5
Room was great. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Didn't refill coffee or cups in room. Aur conditioner in room was noisy. Beds were comfy. Front desk was very nice.
- 4/5
Ms. Renee was amazing always checking on us when we walked by the desk. Patrick the bartender was awesome. The weekend breakfast buffet had eggs to order but no one said anything about it. The food was not hot and the it left a lot to say about the big Guy who looked unkept, taking care of the food. Other wise you’d have to leave the area for another restaurant.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Good hotel, only issue I really had was the ac in the room was off and it was 90 inside the room. Took to almost 11 to cool off for me to fall a sleep
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great for the money
- 5/5
The staff was super nice! Atmosphere was welcoming. Very clean and spacious rooms. A lot to do around area within walking distance. Will be back here for sure.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here, exceptional mattress and pillows!! The floors wrap around a large open center and their waterfall can be heard in the room, relaxing if you’re into that kind of thing through the night… Good food, great chips and salsa/queso, the breakfast and coffee good too, but you have to pay for it. Note, there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms, though the restaurant/bar is convenient & legit. Overall a comfortable and quiet place.
- 2/5
A/C unit didn't work. They changed my rooms, old musty smell. I've had better experience at other Wyndham hotels. Carbon monoxide looked busted.
- 3/5
I should have been clearer. Restaurant service not good. Manger fabulous
- 5/5
The best of the best all the way around.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Very close to everything downtown.
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 5/5
They gave a nice upgrade
- 5/5
Easy check in and out. King size room was large and clean. Walking distance to our concert venue. Ben the bartender was very friendly and personable. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
- 4/5
This was our 2nd stay since 2024. Nice clean and beautiful open area with water fall, a restaurant and bar area as you enter. Rooms are very nice with tile walk in shower. Our one complaint, no free breakfast any more. We would have been happy with the offer if a 6:00 breakfast that was mentioned in the amenities but no one at the desk or the restaurant knew anything about it. You need to fix that. Don’t offer something you’re not going to give.
- 3/5
No breakfast buffet or snacks, and their breakfast menu was limited and expensive, not worth it Great location for walking the downtown area though. Rooms ok, AC unit was noisy (randomly).
- 4/5
I loved the bed. It had the softest sheets I have ever slept on. Breakfast was expensive. You had to pay extra for a refrigerator in your room and access to wifi. Only one elevator was working. Coffee pods were $2.00 each. The rooms smelt clean and looked clean. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The staff handled the influx of people well except for one person. She made it seem like people who used Expedia shouldn't be allowed at her hotel.
- 2/5
We are annual attendees if The Steel Horse Rally and normally stay at The Courtyard, located two buildings down. My husband accidentally booked your hotel for this trip. First iff, the front desk clerks were super nice our entire stay, so this review should nit reflect towards them. Upon entering our room, my husband noticed food crumbs in the floor and stains all in the carpet (we didn't go shoeless). I noticed hair on the shower wall and a dirty shower curtain and NO toilet tissue. The bathroom counter was so small, only one person could set out there necessities. But the instant hot water was a plus. While unpacking our cooler, we noticed there wasn't a fridge. I had to request a mini fridge AND got charged $25 dollars to use it! First day there(Thursday) the elevator broke with us in it. No one came to repair it all weekend. A fully booked, 9 floor hotel with 1 working elevator. We often had to take the service elevator and it was an inconvenient walk. Trash bags were not supplied to our room. We were never given bath rags. Only 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our entire stay. And parking was terrible! It will only be as a last resort for us to stay at this hotel again. Just being honest.
- 4/5
I would rate a 5 but one elevator was down so it made getting to the 8th floor slow at times waiting on one elevator. Not to big of deal but no fridge in the room. Overall it’s a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Liked it
- 1/5
hotel needs to upgrade their AC system...its so noisy you xant turn it on if you want to sleep. Room was dusty and had a musty smell.
- 5/5
Easy to find, very nice staff, close to the national park.
- 4/5
Fine but real busy and bustling place in Fort Smith. Had to get the room finished by housekeeping after we went it.
- 3/5
First room was extremely musty. Staff moved us to a 2nd room that had limited towels and wash clothes. Staff was very accommodating to resolve both issues. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
- 5/5
Good location, nice rooms, great customer service.
- 3/5
Customer service at the front desk was great! We arrived very late at night. The room was clean, but had a urine odor to it. Bathroom was clean, sheets were clean, but several of the ceiling tiles had water stains on them. It was so late at night and we had been driving all day so we decided not ask to move rooms. The hotel is in need of some updates for sure.
- 2/5
This is more of a negative review on Expedia. Not the hotel. There was blood on our sheets in our hotel room. The hotel offered a full refund. They said they refunded on their end but we had to contact Expedia since we booked through Expedia. Trying to get through to someone at Expedia is a joke… It’s either automated or the “real” person I speak to doesn’t have a clue how to help. I’ll call again today, but I’m expecting the same results. Will not book through Expedia again, and if you’re reading this, I would recommend you do not either.
- 4/5
Our room (on the 5th floor) leaked in the rain, creating a puddle in the floor. We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms. Another event in the convention center closed the internal entrance from the hotel, forcing us outside through the rain with no awning and no signage directing the way as we ran more than halfway around the building. While I understand the hotel isn't in control of the convention center, some communication on the situation would have been appreciated. We could have stayed for cheaper (and walked outside in the rain much less) next door, or at the very least, packed umbrellas and raincoats.
- 3/5
The air conditioner rattled loudly every 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night multiple times. The carpets felt grimy. Everything else was fine
- 5/5
It was nice
- 2/5
I thought the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. It was very frustrating to find out there was not microwaves in the rooms. I will NOT be staying here again
- 2/5
The front desk lady was very friendly but she gave us a room around a weird corner behind the staff office and the room was scary, not maintained and very dirty. There were black hairs on the sink in the bathroom and on the bed sheets. They did give us a different room that was a little better, but I would advise anyone thinking about staying here to find another hotel! This place should not have the Wyndham name attached to it in my opinion, and it is in desperate need of a renovation.
- 4/5
This was a great location for the business meeting I was attending in that city. However, I was originally given a room at check in that had not been cleaned and all the cleaning staff had left for the day. Fortunately, the front desk was able to place me in a different room.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed being able to walk to the convention center inside
- 4/5
A little beat up
- 4/5
It was a nice quite environment. We were there during the week. Convention center right next door, very convenient.
- 3/5
There was a lot of dust on the lamps, window seals, tv, etc like the bare minimum was done. Water in fountain was filthy, which greatly decreased its esthetic value & onlt part of it worked. Even cheaper hotels supply free coffee, but they charged over $3/cup.
- 5/5
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Getting wheelchair in/out of car.

The entire room felt damp despite running the air conditioner, and there was noticeable mildew growing on the curtains. The entire room smelled of mildew which made it very difficult to breathe. We would have requested a change had we not arrived so late in the evening with a small child.

We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and in downtown Forf Smith. The hotel was great, it was clean, good service and had a bar onsite. The only downside is that downtown Fort Smith is not the greatest area. But the hotel is by the convention center.

overall one of the main elevators was broken which was super inconvenient when a ton of people were trying to check in for a dance competition and a volleyball tournament, the faucet leaked in the tub, and there was mold in different spots in the bathroom.

Sadly there was a conference of teenagers there. They ran amuck over the place well past 11pm. The hotel seemed lost on how to deal with them. The staff was very friendly and kind however.

I did not like the toilet paper holder being behind the toilet. I am short and could not reach it. Ended up putting the toilet paper on the shelf under the vanity. My room did not have towel rack either in the bathroom nor shower. Very inconvenient. Bed was great. Staff was very nice.

The bathroom smelled like urine . I think they need to put water down the drain to cover the p trap .

The beds were amazing and the hotel was very clean. I wish we would have had a refrigerator in our room but that would have been the only thing. Would definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that the parking garage was right across the street. It was disappointing that the pool was not open due to maintenance and it would be gret if the rooms had a mini fridge especially since they dont have a free breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. We like this location of town, so we like to stay here for that reason. Pool wasn't working, so call ahead if a functioning pool is what you are hoping for.

The staff was helpful and the place was really clean and the food was really good

An elevator, the pool, and a couple other things were all broken too. Kinda bummed about that too since that's partially why we tried to make it to that hotel and not another in the area during the snowstorm.

Customer service have change a lot for worse

Facility was clean but most furniture is considered old and needs updated. Breakfast was not included in price and price for breakfast was way too high priced compared to other restaurants in the area. Staff checking us in was very nice.

The staff was wonderful.

Friendly staff… out of more than half of the dining menu… not a lot of dining options in the area.

People took care of me, very helpful staff

The remodeled bathroom was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Some repairs needed around the property.

Clean room, comfortable mattress and a decent decor. l think hotel is going through a remodel because one glass elevator wasn’t working and they were working on the atroum waterfall. We were there at Christmas - not usually a busy time and it showed because l never saw the bar as open. Problem with room was lack of amenities - no hair dryer,.microwave or refrigerator. Coffee was wrong type for the brewer and downstairs coffee was $2 or more. A lack of decent coffee is a major problem for me as l need my morning coffee! Fortunately, thwre is a great coffee shop within walking distance called the Fort Smith Breweing Company. Otherwise, decent stay.

I mean, you had a nice place to sit at the bar, but you’re very limited on drinks food and anything else possible will never be back again

I love everything ab this experience

Our stay was satisfactory. We needed a reasonably priced dog-friendly hotel on our road trip, and this fit the bill. The room smelled moist and musty, much like a boys locker room. The room was quiet, and the staff was nice and accommodating. I've had decent luck with other Wyndhams but wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was nice but rooms and the property was not very clean. The hotel everywhere says it's non-smoking but as soon as you enter the premises, there was such a strong smell of cigarettes and Marijuana. We had to change our room because it smelt like someone smoked 10 cigarettes there.

Great hotel, great staff, great location great rates!!

The beds are incredible, like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but everything was clean and functional. I would definitely stay there again.
