Reviews
The hotel reviews collectively express a strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. Many guests encountered issues such as dirty bathrooms, unclean beds, and lack of basic amenities. The staff's behavior was inconsistent, with some guests praising their helpfulness while others found them to be rude and unaccommodating.
- Friendly and responsive staff in some instances
- Affordable and in a great location near shopping, dining, and attractions
- Unclean rooms with issues like hair, debris, and stains
- Lack of basic amenities such as shampoo, blowdryer, and hand soap
- 2/5
Hair all over the bathroom, opened water bottles on the floor, just an uncomfortable experience all around.

Ice machine and water would be better. Appliances too old

Trash was everywhere outside around d the building. The room they gave us smelled like old stale smoke! There were cigarette burns throughout the floor. We left due to the filthy smell and trashy outdoors! We had to contact the manager for a refund and of course, he is always in a meeting and never called us back. We are still waiting and manager has been in meetings 24/7 We DO NOT recommend this hotel

The next morning went down for "breakfast" & a cup of coffee and a Nature Valley Granola Bar is NOT BREAKFAST. Came in late that night and guess what?? TRASH was still in the room from the previous occupant. I called again to the front desk and was assured it would be handled. Checked on "breakfast" the next morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! Came in late the last night there and can you guess THE TRASH FROM THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANT WAS STILL IN THE ROOM UNDER THE SINK. The next morning I went down to check out and asked if the "manager" was there and of course NO HE's NOT. She had me write down my name and number for the manager to call me. One final Checked on "breakfast" the last morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! It has now been FOUR DAYS and NO CALL from the "manager". I really didn't expect one since that is how they run the business. THE PHOTOS ONLINE OF THE ROOM ARE EITHER PHOTOSHOPPED OR THE MANAGER'S ROOM. I DID MEET SEVERAL MEMBERS OF FORT WORTH'S HEALTH DEPT. AT THE SHOW AND THEY ARE GOING TO SEE WHAT THEY GET OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST.

when we arrived the door and windows were open to our room. our carpet was wet. the appliances were rusted and the lamp didn’t work at all. the a/c made an awful noise at random times. the linens were clean and the bathroom was clean. the bed was very hard. the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Smoky room, dirty walls and appliances and very dated everything. It’s cheap… but you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
The location is wonderful
- 4/5
There are no sofas or sofa beds in ANY ROOM. I confirmed this with more than one front desk rep. This was an inconvenience because the room did not accommodate the number of people as advertised and I feel I paid a room that I was not provided.

Having a kitchen is nice. The place is old and warn, you pay for what you get. Very convenient location.

Nothing. The property does not match the surrounding neighborhood. Its an eyesore The mold smell in the room. The rusting on the lamps, stove, bathroom knobs. The only clean thing was the refrigerator which looked new.

Only thing positive is that it’s walking distance to a gas station convenient store and a market, shopping center across the street. Rooms were filthy! Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Orange moldy shower curtain. Dirt scrapes and nicks throughout bathroom counters. Large amount of rust covering the surface of the stove and side of the refrigerator. A single sheet on the bed with an other thin sheet like comforter on top. Air conditioner don’t operate properly and would not do what the controls were set at.

I liked the set up of the room - very functional. Bed was comfortable. EXCELLENT, WARM and FRIENDLY customer service. I had a few questions and needs - all the staff were wonderful. Carpet felt dirty / sticky. Excited to see a bathtub - had a stopper but the pin in the spout would not release so only a shower was available. :( Was unhappy to see no coffee pot but the customer service person was very friendly and explained about coffee in the lobby. Trash overflowing out of the trash barrels - I saw almost all of them looking for my room. I had not expected it to be a long term hotel even tho that is clear in the the name! Arrived in the dark - so looked less friendly and close to things than it really was during the day!

Staff was awesome! My flight was cancelled, so I missed the original check in day. I had called (through the 3rd party that booked the room), but the 3rd party did not notify them, as they said, so the room was cancelled because of a no-show. However, when I did show up a day late, they got me a room and gave me a great rate! Parking is great; just outside of the room. I did not use the breakfast. Location was ideal for me, as well...

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. Jam on bar stools and floor felt grimy and bathroom mirrors not well cleaned. Bed were comfortable but our toilet broke and needed repair. We tried using the phone to call front desk and phone was broken. At the front desk the receptionist told us that a new phone would be available until two days later. Toilet was fixed in timely manner by a kind custodian.
- 1/5
Double booked our room and did not honor our reservation despite being reserved weeks in advance. We were not told until day of that the reservation was double booked and we were still charged for the cost of the room because it was after the cancelation deadline . Were told there was nothing that could be done.

There was a nice front desk worker named Justin. The room was unkept, dirty, not secured, and there were holes in the ceiling. My wife did not stay and was not comfortable to even get another room because of how dissatisfied she was and left the location in less than an hour.

Clean little place! Friendly staff! It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re seeing a show at the Dickies arena! It’s right next to the river and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive depending on what you’re looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Laundary room nice setup plunty of machines Well stove burners didn’t work and they had no supplies like living essentials to rent.
- 3/5
Parking was ok. Signs were posted everywhere to put your belongings out of sight and that the hotel was not responsible for theft. Not reassuring. The room was smelly, as an unused stuffy smell. I openned the windows and went out for a few hours. When I came back it smelled better. The refrigerator reeked upon opening, so quickly closed it again. Else, all was good. For the price, it wasn't bad.
- 3/5
The shower didn't work. The device in the tub spout which needs to be pulled up the activate the shower would not move in any direction. It would surprise me if it had worked recently because it was so stuck. We needed to leave before anyone could fix it.

The staff was great!!!

The room smelt awful, everything was old and run down, bed was old shaky. Not suitable for visitors from out of town. Lots of creepy looking people were staying there. Left a day early for safety reasons.. asked for a refund but wasn’t given one.

This is more of a mini apt complex. Our room was dirty. No coffee pot. No ice machine. Mid-sized refrigerator and mini kitchen would be useful but not good for an overnight stay. Stains on table in room also. Front office desk was friendly. Major Construction going on east side of hotel for the rest of 2026! Some seedy characters smoking outside their rooms while we were there. Nice part of town with nice restaurants nearby. Beautiful view of Trinity River and a park but no easy access to running trail.
- 3/5
The manager Dwain was great. The bathtub in my room had a ring in it. I guess it's from not being cleaned well and possibly the fact that it hasn't been updated. The rooms need to be updated. Everything in there was old. The carpet had stains and there were cracks in the toilet, in the sink and tub.

The staff were great. The room was adequate but dated. It had a strong smell of bleach which made me feel that it was clean, but it was a bit overwhelming

The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls and there appeared to be urine stains on the bed. We left and did not stay the night. Check-in was fine and the employees were very nice.

Reserved a room but was told they sold out of rooms. Still charged for room. Having trouble getting my refund.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had heater trouble and fixed it up right away. For an affordable hotel option, this is my 3rd time staying with them, and I will do it again. But it is a NO FRILLS hotel 😉
- 5/5
Older but nice and convenient
- 1/5
The room smelled like mice. The workers were rude. They made a mistake and charged me twice for 2 different rooms and said they couldn’t fix it because it was a 3rd party problem. Got no help from hotel.com. Very disappointed and we couldn’t leave because it was paid for and due to my sisters health issues we had to be close to the hospital.

this is a very old hotel and it shows but beds were very comfortable, great shower and despite age of property room was very clean ; staff was friendly and helpful; good value for the cost
- 1/5
The room was dirty. There were cigarette butts under the bed in a non smoking room. The TV did not work in the first room and we had to move to another room. The breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and a muffin, nothing else. The window in room 106 was covered with German roaches clearly visible from the walkway leading to our room. Totally NASTY. We left after one night of our 3 night stay. I ask for a refund for the two nights and we're told Hotels.com does not allow refunds and refused to refund the two days we did not stay in that nasty place. I will never book lodging through Hotels.com again.
- 3/5
No cups or anything for eating or drinking usually an extended stay would have bare minimum utensils to eat and drink with. The lady at the front desk did not have great customer service either.
- 4/5
Older with a lot of wear but clean and the price is much better than most. Adequate and nice to have the extra space compared to motel rooms.
- 1/5
The room was smoky, there was a large pile of dog poop in front of our door that I told the front desk about 3 times and was never cleaned up. There were burn marks all over the counters in the bathroom and the area was pretty loud making sleep difficult.
- 1/5
First of all when I booked the hotel room on hotels.com in the section that says special instructions and check-in there was no mention of a $50 deposit that has to be on a card. I had just spent 9 hrs on a bus, my stuff was stolen at the bus station, i only had $55 dollars cash until i get my paycheck, & the manager was a complete jerk about it, my room smells like feetand I will never stay at this dump ever again
- 1/5
Dirty room, filthy floor, "non-smoking" but the room smelled of smoke and there were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom counter, blood stain on the bathroom door frame (I took a picture), dirty wash cloth hanging in the bathroom.. etc.. My cousin and his wife who were traveling with us tried to stay in another room: cigarette butts under the bed, TV not working, and they observed cockroaches crawling all over the window in the room next to the lobby. We left after one night and will be pushing for a refund for the remaining two.

The room was okay though the bathroom door was difficult to shut and lock.

Not a bad place to stay, but not a great place to stay. Bed was clean, had clean towels, and bathroom. Nearby area may seem bad, but we had no issues. Great location to do anything in the city. Unless there was a significant update to the rooms, I don’t think we would stay here again.
- 1/5
Advertised as having a kitchen and it did just had no other elements like pots and pans. I checked with the office and they never had anything available. Toilet overflowed but was never convenient to have a maid come and clean.
- 1/5
Might have been nice if I could actually enter when showing up during their open hours instead of wasting money and not getting refunded in spite of not being able to enter and use the booking.
- 1/5
Room looks to have a water leak under floor. Bring a boat if you want to take a shower. Microwave is too high up for normal sized person and was made before the 21st century. Nasty, rusty , etc... You would be better off sleeping in the car!!
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was in a corner so we could not see the number driving by. Since our room was in a corner it was awesome that they leave a light on in that room all of the time.
- 1/5
We stayed at this place last night. What a terrible place this is! EXTREMELY dirty, old, falling apart. Mold in the shower. Dog food on the carpet. Felt unsafe. People fighting in the room next door. Room upstairs stumping on the floor to get them to stop. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
- 1/5
Very dirty and worn out!
- 1/5
Honestly the worst place to stay. When we arrived at the location they didn’t even have the room that I had booked 2 weeks ahead of time available and didn’t even let me know. And then the room that they had gave us had bug crawling of the wall and in the bathroom. The manager was no where to found or to even get a reach of. This place needs to be reported because they didn’t care that there was bugs
- 1/5
Check in was easy but directions to your room were not clear. We walked around two buildings trying to find our room. We had to return the office for clarification. The room was dirty and if it had not been 1am we would have left. The floor was stained, nail clippings next to the bed, pubic hair on the commode. hair on the counter top and stain on the bed sheet. I canceled the second night. While checking out two others were checking out with similar complaints.

Called manager and staff gave me a room that another client rejected. Comes to find out that room has roaches that’s why it was rejected
- 2/5
Well we checked in, staff was friendly, but they were short staffed. Had no extra towels, and roaches were everywhere. Nice people, but the cleanliness was not so good.

Very dirty rooms

After booking and paying online received a call saying no rooms available. She stated it shows rooms when attempting to book. But we are no longer taking reservations at the price posted!
- 5/5
Overall was fine but I had some bugs in the room. It need pesticide cleaning and bugs cleaning
- 4/5
It smelled bad. Everything appeared to be as clean as you can get it but the bathroom was in horrible shape, the walls and the bathroom door had holes. The rails on the stairs were loose. The stairs were cracked and some were broken. It is not well kept.
- 2/5
Walked into the "lobby", no clerks were there for a couple of minutes. A guy was asleep on the bench inside. The staff were friendly. As soon as I got to my room, this is what I saw. I wanted to run, but I wasn't staying long, just one night. Needless to say, I woke up almost 2 hours ahead of schedule to get out of the room.
- 3/5
No hot water at all but check in guy was great.
- 1/5
Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4 and the room was not ready. We got keys The room was a double bed. It was not clean at all. The floors were filthy. The bathroom sink area was stained from visible tooth paste stains or soap, who knows what, the tub was caked in filth as well. In addition the toilet did not work. There was puddles surrounding the toilet and then when we tried to use it, the tank was empty. It was an obvious issue with the water and just unacceptable. The front desk person chose to offer us the room next door to have access to a working restroom. He would not honor a refund but was kind about the situation.
- 2/5
The room looked worn down. Only one pillow. The room smelled of old cigars and smoke. I had to buy febreeze to make it smell better. The carpet was dirty with stains on them. The blanket was not a blanket but another sheet.
- 4/5
The entire place has a smell that reminds me of a hoarder’s house. The room seemed clean, but was in a state of disrepair. The railings were loose on the stairs, The stairs themselves (concrete) were broken, the bathtub surface (insert) was bubbled up, the refrigerator had what looked like water standing in it. Sheets and towels appeared clean. Pillows were not waterproof and were stained as was the mattress cover. People were helpful. Table lamp base was dirty.
- 1/5
We showed up at the hotel at 5PM and they said that they did not have a room for us and would not charge us. We found another hotel, but I was charged for the room.
- 1/5
This property called us an hour before our inbound flight left to cancel our reservation. They made no attempt to remedy the situation or offer alternative's. Shocking.
- 1/5
Room wasnt clean. Door was hard to open. People at front desk were not very helpful.
- 1/5
Everything about the room is old, rusty, cigarette and pot smell. Bath tub with mold, kitchen cabinets falling. Stay away. Nice staff. Not their fault. Good location.
- 1/5
I can't review this property because my reservation, which I made 4 months in advance, was canceled the day I arrived with no warning, no call, or anything, and they refused to give me a refund, claiming they didn't get the money from Expedia. I was in town for a concert, and after 10 hours of driving,I had to find a new place to stay
- 5/5
The room was clean but small even for two people. Staff was awesome parking was plentiful, laundry was nonexistent.
- 2/5
The small was so bad
- 1/5
Do not recommend!!! As soon I walked in to the office to check in it smelled soooo bad, the smell of marihuana it was so bad it stinked my clothes. The receptionist was coughing so much because of the smoking I couldn’t even understand her. The room was dirty!! There was stains on the beds, hair on the counter, stove, and sink. I got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette soooo bad. So much noise, people screaming outside at 3 in the morning I couldn’t even sleep. My stay was terrible!! The worst hotel I’ve been too.
- 3/5
The room is ok and affordable

The room listing said it was a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, but when we got there, it was just one bed. There was no sofa or sleeper sofa, and no separate suite or section. Oh and the aesthetic was horrible.

Great stay for the night after a busy concert thank you
- 1/5
What a horrible experience. I showed up at 3pm to check in and no one was there. The lobby was locked and when I called the number that was left, it was someone from a satellite location who tried calling the hotel's managers and employees and couldn't reach anyone. I stood outside for an hour waiting for someone to open the doors. It was ridiculous. I had to leave for an event and when I came back at 10pm to check in, thankfully the lobby was open but once again there was no one there. I called and the lady who picked up said they would be out in a minute. Several minutes later two women come out to help and act like I inconvenienced them. The area was very sketchy and there were people banging on walls and being loud in the parking lot well after midnight. Overall, horrible and would not recommend at all.
- 1/5
The first room I was offered they said had been cleaned. The bed was made and I had fresh towels in the bathroom. That’s all I can say about that. But the room wasn’t cleaned. There were dishes in the sink, food still in the fridge, room keys still ontop of the dresser, plastic spoons on the floor as well as a condom wrapper

Despite the fact that the property's published policies made no mention whatsoever of any minimum age requirement, the hotel refused to honor the reservation solely because the guest was 18 years old. Compounding the issue, Expedia facilitated the reservation and sold the stay to an 18-year-old without any warning or indication that the booking might be rejected on arrival. This lack of transparency from both the property and the platform set the guest up for failure and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, not to mention money loss.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The bed was somewhat lumpy, but clean. For the price and location, i would stay here again. The staff was friendly.
- 1/5
They did not show me to be checked in even after i went to the office to get the key cards scanned.
- 1/5
Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was in her car and not wearing a uniform, which did not inspire confidence. Once inside, the hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout. The refrigerator had a large brown stain on the front, and the overall cleanliness was poor. We found crumbs and debris on the floor. Even considering the low price, the condition of the property was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Shady people living at property lose animals running freely. Evening worker was rude Day manager was really nice even though he wouldn’t give me a full refund for not staying there. He said he had to charge me for the first night.
- 5/5
Property is clean and quiet. Also, very close to shopping across the street.
- 1/5
Not to mention how absolutely disgusting the place was. No mattress covers, stains on the beds, the fridge was covered in some kind of oil and oil was leaking on the inside. The stove top looked like it had been through a fire. Will never consider staying at an extended stay again. What as waste of $200.
- 2/5
mattress, linen, and showers need to be re done. ended up getting up and leaving earlier in the AM because it was very uncomfortable as well as the shower (which was too nasty to use) we just left and showered once our business was concluded that evening at another hotel.

Booked this hotel as a place to lay our head at night as we were in the area for family in the hospital. Booking online was easy but once I arrived at the hotel they claimed they had no rooms available. She told me that they did have two rooms but one had a stopped up toilet and the other one had no air conditioning but she would try and find me something. We were exhausted and just needed a place to sleep.
- 3/5
The rooms smelled like smoke and it was really dirty with red stains on the mattress ):
- 4/5
Even though this is obviously a budget choice the staff was there and actually cared. They were busy, but you can tell when you're being taken care of....I had a late check in and observed the night manager call the day manager and have a cordial conversation to rectify some issue. Mind you this was after 9pm. Both active, good attitudes working together. Cheers!
- 4/5
The check-in was horrendous. We had to wait over 2 hours for a room. We were exhausted as we traveled over 2 hours to get to the room. Once we finally got a room, we had to hurry and get ready for the event we were in town for. Other than that it was a nice stay.
- 1/5
Supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom. Carpet was badly stained. It was so nasty. I was just hoping no bed bugs would come out. Asked front desk for a different room cause of how badly it smelled of cigarette smoke but was told they didn’t have another room. I just got a picture of the carpet. Will post it.

Near medical district and the river run where there are a lot of restaurants near the river and has a river walk where people ride their bikes and walk their dogs.
- 5/5
Bathroom sink was kinda yuckie. Looked like plaster had been poured into it.

The room was a wreck with trash scattered in the room and around the premises. The dirty sheets were mounded on the bed. Horrible!

I was looking for an affordable no-frills extended stay hotel while in town for a tattoo appointment. I'm low maintenance and adaptable so my experience was generally fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. They were having housekeeping issues so they couldn't guarantee my room would be ready on time, there were no dishes available to use in the in-room kitchen (despite having a sign on the kitchen counter saying there were), the water pressure for the shower was very weak, and the carpet was stained and had a damp spot by the bed when I first arrived. I felt safe and the room generally met my needs, and it was inexpensive so I can't really complain - just keep your expectations low.

The smoke detector was disconnected sitting on the shelf. There were exposed wires coming out of the wall in the bathroom where the light fixture used to be. There tissues and brown packing tape covering holes in the walls. The alarm clock didn't work. The USB outlets on the lamps don't work. The AC worked great, and the bed was clean. The TV worked well with a decent selection of channels.

The room I stayed in had tore up carpet, a hole in the wall, the exhaust fan cover in the bathroom was missing, there was a dirty used wash cloth in the bathtub, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were thin(only 3) and bedding was extremely thin as well.

I want to start off by acknowledging the great customer service I got. Nothing against the staff but with that being said… After checking in and going into the room I knew I couldn’t stay. It was clean but still felt dirty and smelt of cigarettes and I was in a non smoking room. I washed my hands in the sink and it clogged. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. All reviews were good so that’s why I booked cause I just needed one night to stay in Fort Worth thinking it’ll be fine. After an hour I found another hotel and left. I don’t consider myself high maintance at all but I just didn’t feel comfortable there. Some people are different though I just wouldn’t recommend it.

Bathroom sink drain pipe has completely separated from the wall due to rust. Most of the water falls on the bathroom floor. The level of rust and the amount water that drains directly on to the floor is substantial and has definitely been an issue for a while, which leads me to believe the employee I informed of this issue was insincere when they acted surprised as I showed them pictures of the issue. It was supposed to be a non smoking room, however there is a strong persistent tobacco odor in the room and visible tobacco debris in the trash can. Carpet is heavily stained and damaged. Counters in kitchen were still dirty and had visible burn marks. Wash cloth provided was dirty. Phone in the room does not work.

We booked on line. Checked in at 5, went to an event. Came back at 11, they didn’t have room for us anymore because they over booked. We were stranded.

It took 4hours to get checked in. Staff was not attentive or available for most of the stay.

Not able to get a room despite booking 1 week in advance

It was okay. The staff is helpful. They definitely need an update in equipment my fridge wouldn’t get cold and the first room the tried to put me in smelled like a case of cigarettes. But they put me in another room they barely have kitchen utensils for use. Room service never came around. It seems like they are just barely scraping by. But either way they were nice and as helpful as possible with what they had.

It was ok. Alot of people staying are workers that basically live there. But it was fine.

Check in is at 3:00 at 5:15 our room still was not ready. Management was very well mannered and very polite however apparently housekeeping was nowhere on site

We couldn’t check in early because the rooms weren’t ready. No big deal. I wait until 3 and there was no one at their desk. By 3:10 a housekeeper comes in and says she can’t find the manager. Now there is 7 other people waiting to be checked in. Get to the room and the lights flickered the whole time they were on, the tv didn’t work, the stove looks like it has never been cleaned, and the headboard to the bed was scratched up. Not to mention there was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell directly outside my door. I didn’t feel safe at all.

The room was not cleaned at all from previous guest. The covers on the bed were simply pulled back up, and not even fully made. There was Sonic in the fridge and freezer. There were also Dutch wrappers and the fillings left inside one of the drawers. It was all around absolutely nasty. And the facility was an unsafe environment. There were many altercations in the 15 minutes that I was on property. I was able to cancel and check out easily, partially because the desk clerk charged someone else's card for my stay.

We got to this location late in the evening. We were given a room that smelled of pot/smoke, a burn mark on the ceiling next to the fire sprinkler, a smoke detector that was missing with wires hanging out, a carpet that was torn up in places. There were two very flat pillows on the bed and when we asked the front desk, they stated they didn't have any more pillows. The next day we went to speak to the manager that changed our room. The second room was a bit better. However, we went to leave after moving into the second room and there was a bag of trash with food in it thrown on the stairs and all of the garbage cans were overflowing. The rooms are very outdated too. They need to get rid of the carpet that we were afraid to walk in with bare feet. The rooms had kitchenettes but no dishes, silverware or small appliances. You had to get all of that at the front desk. We went to the front desk several times and there was no one there. The "continental breakfast" consisted of muffins and some days there was nothing. This place needs a major overhaul. It's centrally located in a decent area with a nice park next door, which is a shame that this hotel has to be in such shambles. We bit the bullet as we were only there to sleep and spent the day doing outings with our family.

The medicine cabinets is disgusting with bug guts and grime. It clearly hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. The room wasn't ready almost 3 hours after check in time. The room was filthy with dirty floors. the sinks weren't cleaned with visible grime from previous use. The microwave didn't work I had to adjust the toilet to fill the bowl with water after every use. The drawers were disgusting with hair, dirt and belongings left from previous guest. One of the wire shelves were bent The walls are thin and you can hear everything from other guests. The bathroom sink is cracke. I'll be sharing this review on all review sites I can find to deter anyone from staying here. We felt unsafe and absolutely uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times in the past five years because of the good value and location. However, management of the facility isn’t keeping up maintenance, each visit things are a little less nice. Nothing major but enough that we will probably look elsewhere on our next trip to Fort Worth. For example on this trip, the toilet ran constantly making noise every 10 minutes or so as the tank refilled. Although the surface had been cleaned, the white formaica in the kitchen had noticeable brown stains. Box spring cover was noticeably torn on the sides. Light switch by the door didn’t turn on any lights. Garbage cans on the outside were full and uncovered.

Area in FW was nice, but hotel was very loud and very dated.

I booked a deluxe studio with a sofa, but got a room without a sofa. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed was old and uncomfortable, the fridge was turned to the coldest setting but didn't keep anything remotely cold, breakfast was virtually non-existent, the kitchen is completely bare, the bathroom door opens into the kitchen, and there was no hot water for showering. I booked 3 nights but left after 1 night because things were so bad. I requested a refund, but Extended Stay denied my request. So, not only did I not get the non-smoking room with a fully equipped kitchen that I reserved and paid for, but they wouldn't refund my money. What a scam!

SHowed up at 9:30pm the day of arrival and was told no rooms available. Staff showed a screen that showed all rooms were not clean. They sent me packing. No call, no email, no options.

We have stayed here many times, this time at check in rooms were not ready, then the 1st room assigned That was supposed to be non-smoking spunk so bad you couldn't even stay inside of it. They tried to give us another room only to find out it wasn't ready either. I was told by the desk clerk refund would be arranged Monday a week later after talking to the clerk and the manager I still do not have my refund
