Read the fine print 13 bucks to park where there is a ton of room rooms are a bit tight for space people working there not much friendly
- 4/5
The room overall was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable, spacious nightstands for all your devices, and the kitchen was very nice. Even the couch was fairly comfortable and one thing that's almost always a problem in rooms is the curtain/shades. This one was on point--covered well and easy to open. Our room was very small, and not represented accurately on the booking.com website. The photos that went with our room showed a larger room with a dining table. We felt very claustrophobic in this room, as there was a lot crammed into a small space. The large TV was on a wall that was beside the bed on your way to the bathroom, and you hit it every time you passed it! Especially if it was angled out some. Also, not all channels worked. The kitchen area was tight and the closet was right across from it. Brighter lighting is needed, as well as more charging ports. The bathroom was okay, but not well appointed. No Kleenex, facial cleanser towels, extra hand soap (these are usually offered at comparable hotels), and the towels were thin and barely enough for two nights. The breakfast offerings were fairly okay. We've had much better, but also much worse.

Breakfast was good. Room was equipped as advertised. Bathroom needs repairs. It smells musky and has visual water damage to wall and ceiling.
- 4/5
Bathrooms in rooms need attention
- 4/5
Breakfast was underwhelming and they charged for parking when they should have.
- 5/5
Notenoughplugs by beds.
- 5/5
Room is good size but a little worn. Staff was great. I really appreciate them switching my room and changing out the feather pillows. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great location to the Will Rogers and Dickies arena!
- 2/5
Bathroom sink faucet had very little pressure and the hot/cold taps were opposite of what you would expect. Lobby was a mish-mash of seating and shapes and not attractive. Exterior was very unattractive.
- 5/5
The property was well maintained, the staff were very helpful. Our online app stated there was an indoor and outdoor pool, but there is only one outdoor pool that’s partially covered. The breakfast had a good variety of items the day we were there. Fight items were two different eggs, and it actually had bacon. There was oatmeal and waffles available several different yogurts and toppings. Also toppings for the eggs and waffles. Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean very enjoyable. Stay even near the train tracks It was quiet.
- 5/5
Staff was nice. Room was clean. No complaints from me!
- 4.5/5
It was a nice property and close to the Dickie center. They served a good breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Location was fine enough, however, doors were scuffed and touched up/ didn’t match other parts of door. AC was slow to cool room, tear in wall paper, pool is not really a pool but a large hot tub in size. Fair enough but photo of pool is somewhat missleading

I’ve been billed twice for the 1 night stay. Once by Booking.com and once by TownePlace. Location was fine enough, however, doors were scuffed and touched up/ didn’t match other parts of door. The location That I didn’t get to stay there because my reservation was cancelled a few hours before I was to arrive and all hotels were booked because it was their busiest time of the year!

Great amenities and cleanliness.
- 5/5
only had coffee! not able to enter room! Amaya Flores, desk clerk, maintenance woman only person in charge during a busy Friday night put a call on hold and took the elevator to the 3rd floor to change out door's electronic, reprogramed keys and clear sailing from there.

Clean and good location
- 3/5
staff was great, the hotel is just a little tired looking
- 4/5
The hotel was really clean! Staff were very helpful and engaging and made sure we had no questions. Room was nice size, the kitchenette a major plus! Bathroom was large and in great working order. Plenty of towels and pillows for the beds. The only drawback was the immediate location didn't have many stores or restaurants within walking distance, but access back to the highway was right around the corner.
- 4/5
I stayed for going to concert at Dickies Arena. It was walking distance so was easy to return without crazy traffic. The shower didn’t work well and water pressure was low. The room layout was odd for two queen room. My bed was right next bathroom door. Closet was indie the bathroom.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and comfortable

Yes
- 5/5
The night shift lady was super sweet! The hotel was very clean
- 4/5
I loved the space in the double queen suite -- we didn't feel cramped. It had a roll in shower for those in wheelchairs etc. and I wasn't prepared for the water that covered the batrhroom floor. We used the extra towels to keep us from slipping on the water on the floor. I would have liked to have seen breakfast served at 6 am (as in other hotels I've stayed at) so we could have eaten prior to going to our livestock show at the Ft Worth Stock Show (as we were showing at 8 am and so didn't have time to stay until 7 for breakfast). The last day we were there we didn't have to be at the barn 7:30 or 8 in time to get the dairy goats ready for show so we were able to eat a quick breakfast. The breakfast was good no complaints there.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms. Loved that it was in walking distance from the dickies arena.
- 3/5
The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition, but the staff was very helpful and friendly
- 1/5
Staff was fine, roo
- 4/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Beautiful room - very clean! Check-in was super fast and efficient.
- 4/5
Good clean room, water flow was weak in bathroom sink.
- 5/5
The first room wasn't cleaned up but Porsche got us into a new clean, very nice room immediately and she was so helpful and amazing! Great hotel!!! the breakfast has waffles and waffles make everything better. :)))
- 5/5
Room was great
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean
- 4/5
Staff was courteous, room was clean, comfy beds and bedding. Would have been five stars except the garbage disposal was out of order and water would back in the kitchen sink. Nobody available to correct the problem
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The room was very clean and had a great view of the train tracks for my young nephew’s big trip to the city. Breakfast was good and had excellent eggs and bacon as well as a stocked build your own oatmeal and waffle bar. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was great but don't ask for extra blankets. They don't have any. Breakfast wasn't very good and very limited choices.
- 2/5
The bathroom could have been cleaned more, there were stains on the wall by the shower like someone else had left their hand print there...
- 4/5
Our stay was overall a good experience. Location was perfect for walking to the Dickies Arena. We felt safe walking as there were other hotel guest attending the concert. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a bit of damage on the ceiling of the shower. But overall a good place to stay.
- 3/5
A pet-friendly hotel that prioritizes the pet over other guests. Wish I would have known that before I booked. Wife and I just love spending our stay listening to the dog bark continuously while its owners are gone.
- 1/5
Concert I was going to got cancelled and I couldn’t get a refund.
- 4/5
Very convenient location. We were there for a concert at Dickies Arena. Clean and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Overall, the property was perfect for anyone looking to go to the Dickies Arena for a game or concert. The only thing that I don’t like is that the nightly parking fee wasn’t included in the price of the hotel reservation. I would definitely come back in the future for concerts at the Dickies Arena.
- 5/5
Loved
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
Close to Dickies arena so able to walk to concert venue. Nice late checkout time of 12 noon was awesome. Overall, a good hotel with good location. Staff were also very nice and check in was easy
- 5/5
Really close to venue and places to eat. Also easy to get in and out of
- 5/5
The description says there are 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor) however there is just 1 that is outdoor.
- 4/5
The rooms are good and clean Have good space. Breakfast is ok Parking is charge as a extra. Was a good experiencience
- 3/5
The location was not the best.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Stayed at this location for a concert at Dickies Arena and it was absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Loved it!
- 4/5
only issue we had was a dead door that made it a bit cumbersome
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
The absolute best stay i have ever had. Extremely clean ! The room had everything we needed . Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Very close to the arena
- 2/5
The property oblver booked and gave us a single room instead of the double we booked. They waved the parking lot fee for the inconvenience but that was sufficient considering I booked the room seven months ago and needed 2 queen beds. Room was old and dirty. Found 2 large roaches in the room. Not impressed. The location was super convenient though.
- 5/5
I'll try other locations on my next trip.
- 4/5
The hotel was overall great, fairly new, in a cool part of town with easy access to the TCU area, the Ft Worth Zoo, and Dickies Arena. The only stumble was that the hotel was having alot of trouble getting the rooms ready for check-in. We ended up killing a couple of hours by going to the closeby and excellent Rogers Roundhouse for dinner and drinks during the wait instead of sitting around the lobby like a bunch of other people did. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Dickies Arena. Flying Fish Restaurant is a MUST, easy block walk away.
- 5/5
I have stayed here several times and enjoy it. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and it's my go to when in the area.
- 4/5
The hotel was close to the zoo which was very convenient. Everything was good, however, the front desk clerk told me that they were going to wave the $13 parking fee since it was our first time there. Just checked my account and they still wound up charging the fee.
- 5/5
Great service and lots of Amenities.
- 5/5
They had board games to borrow for family fun, grills, nice outdoor area, and SO convenient to Fort Worth attractions. Staff was always so nice and helpful. Only downfall was the pool… for a hot July stay, it was very underwhelming. SMALL and the chemicals made me and my daughter have itching- most likely from abnormal chemical exposure. Other than that it was AMAZING stay.
- 3/5
The room was decent, but it needed a lot of cosmetic work.
- 3/5
Was surprised to find out there was a $12.99 parking fee. I booked this property over another property that had transparent parking fees, and ended up spending more than if I had booked at the first one.
- 4/5
Kitchen appliances very useful
- 5/5
My family and I traveled for my granddaughter's visit to Cook Hospital. It was clean, good handicap shower and cool air conditioning. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice before her Dr. appointments.
- 5/5
The property and staff were great! Hotel was clean, quiet, and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Lashunda at the Front Desk was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and the beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
1st time staying here. But won't be the last. Very Clean! Staff is wonderful and friendly. Location is easy freeway access.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay for the Ft. Worth Cowtown! I'll be staying here again for the 2026 race
- 2/5
Disappointed in the room. Very narrow and poorly laid out. Not comfortable for two people. Sheets were stained. Housekeeping did not replenish room supplies.
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful
- 4/5
We stayed in the handicap/hearing impaired room to accommodate my deaf friend. However the doorbell only made a sound without flashing lights. That was a disappointment. We weee also disappointed that we could not use the pool because we discovered that someone had vomited on the edge of the pool. We didn’t know if the pool was contaminated. The staff, however, was very nice and we did enjoy our overall stay!
- 5/5
Excellent place! Very good breakfast!
- 3/5
You have to pay for parking for each vehicle. No house keeping until 3rd day of stay. Sink clogged and never came to unclog. Pool the size of a hottub.
- 5/5
Very convenient, for a weekend wedding.
- 5/5
It was close to everything...so convenient
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. The room was great! The bed wasn't that comfortable. A Keurig in the room would have been the icing on the cake. The pot provided is not suitable for the coffee packs
- 5/5
Was walking distance from places
- 2/5
I liked the distance to cook’s children and options for food but this property isn’t what we expected. We asked for a balcony view and it wasn’t available. The carpet was taped down with black tape, the studio room was so small and my daughter’s medical equipment couldn’t fit. Luckily the manager was extremely helpful and moved rooms to a two queen studio. But we definitely wouldn’t stay at another TownePlace Suites at all
- 2/5
To expensive for how poorly maintained it was
- 2/5
There was no hot water, lukewarm at best. Rooms were very small to be a king suite. Could hear the people in the room next door clearly. Bathroom is right next to the bed, which leaves no privacy. TV is mounted to the wall that has to be pulled all the way out and leaves very little room to get by.
- 5/5
The room had everything you’d want
- 5/5
I initially booked for one night as I was seeing a friend in the hospital, well I ended staying a week. Every single employee I encountered was extremely nice and caring, as they knew why I extended my stay. They also discounted the $20 parking fee due to me being there for hospital visits. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable.
- 3/5
Looks like it may have been recently updated not too long ago, but some areas of the rooms were a bit banged up or could use a little TLC. Although I did not eat the breakfast due to personal diet restrictions, there seemed to be a wide variety of offerings. Staff is great!
- 5/5
3 nights stay, Many amenities around hotel. Easy entry/exot from highways.
- 5/5
Beautiful and super clean! Loved the free breakfast!
- 5/5
great and helpful staff, on all shifts! Property well maintained and kept clean. Highly recommend this place!
- 3/5
Our first room smelled like dirty feet - awful. Secons room was better but right off of the lobby aka saturday night people were partying loudly pass 1230am - we couldn't sleep. Staff didnt seem to care.
- 5/5
We walked to Dickies Arena from the hotel. Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Esta es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y nuestra visita se deve a que bamoa a un concierto. Todo perfecto lo unico que no me parece que tuvimos que pagar por parqueadero aun siendo cliente.
- 3/5
Roof was leaking in bedroom when we woke up, and the shower didn’t work. Luck of the draw, nice place just got unlucky.
- 5/5
Great property with great location.
- 5/5
To train tracks but barely heard anything. Have to pay for parking which I think is not necessary since you pay for a room. Parking would be included
- 4/5
I would highly suggest investing in some new waffle makers. The current ones need to be thrown out.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Very nice rooms, but charging for parking is ridiculous when you’ve paid for a room!!!
- 1/5
Blood on the comforter in our bedroom and very musty smelling
- 5/5
Great management, great staff, everything was fantastic.
- 5/5
Great service, good breakfast, friendly staff.
- 4/5
They forgot to clean our room Saturday, but it was fine. I liked the water from the spickett by the oj and apple juice.
- 5/5
I have stayed a couple times and there’s been so issue. The staff is very helpful.
- 4/5
Everything was great! Only thing was the showers not having a door
- 5/5
Great staff! Very helpful on finding places nearby to eat. Convenient location to many attractions. Breakfast buffet very average
- 5/5
Great property to walk to Dickie’s Arena!
- 1/5
The back end of our truck was broken into & most everything was stolen.
- 5/5
We had reservations for a king sized bed and were told upon arrival all that was available was two queen beds.
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 5/5
Dickies Arena is within walking distance as well as several eating establishments. Friendly service, clean accommodations, and great free breakfast.
- 2/5
Our yv did not work the staff gave us 3 remotes and it didnt work. The room was freezing so we turned up the heat which proceeded to blow freezing ice cold air... and no we definitely used the thermostat properly. We couldnt have a bath as the plug was broke... all in all a terrible stay with nothing working that would make an evening away enjoyable to relax and be comfortable.
- 5/5
was a little uneasy doing a late late check in for that area. The drive into the location seemed questionable. Never felt unsafe due to 3 guys traveling ;but had a cargo van loaded with things for a project to leave outside made me pause. once inside all straight A's .Now it is my got to place for all our projects in Forth Worth . signed; unnecessary worry
- 5/5
Super clean, loved the room!!
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 5/5
the hotel was fantastic. the room was spacious, clean, warm and safe.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds
- 4/5
The staff we did encounter during our stay were very pleasant. The young lady that checked us in a little before 5PM did a great job of giving us a run down of the rules and was very nice. The common areas of the hotel were lovely, however, the room seemed a bit dated and had a slight odd smell. We were "upgraded" to a room with a balcony so that could have been the source of the smell. Overall great stay. Very convenient location to the Dickie's Arena where we attended a concert.
- 3/5
The hotel staff was nice, helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Mediocre breakfast and the parking is not free. Otherwise this hotel is clean, safe, and conveniently located.
- 5/5
This was our second time staying here while going to a concert at Dickies Arena. Close to the venue and a nice place to stay
- 5/5
The room smelled terribly of mildew. No matter how many time I tried to put my own smell in if
- 2/5
The breakfast was totally inadequate, and the only toaster did not work. Guest after guest would come to toast a bagel or bread and would wait and wait. The employees knew it and said nothing.
- 5/5
Great hotel. I'll stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place and I would return
- 4/5
Had a perfectly good stay, but still can't figure out why it costs 12.99 to park in their parking lot.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Walking distance to the arena to watch Maiden!
- 5/5
I love this place ❤️❤️❤️
- 4/5
The showers don’t have doors so I was freezing while taking a shower even though I had the water as hot as I could stand it. Also, they charge for parking. Room was clean and the lady at the desk was very friendly.
- 5/5
I had eye surgery across the street from the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating to my after surgery needs by helping my husband bring me breakfast up to our room.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 4/5
Having a kitchen even with only basic means a lot in our stay.
- 5/5
Front desk person was wonderful.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
All was good with the exception that as customers they still charges for parking to stay at the hotel. I don’t think we should it pay since we already are staying there.
- 5/5
The room was the perfect temperature, the bed, the bathroom, everything was clean. Not noisy at all, even the train next to the hotel didnt disturb us at all. Everyone was so nice, the ladies at the front desk, and even the housekeepers. I appreciate your service.. i will definitely be staying here when i come back to visit Texas. Greetings from Kansas.
- 5/5
Great location and very clean.
- 4/5
On the day we arrived we were greeted by Selena. She showed professionalism and had interest on the guest by interacting and making sure we were enjoying our stay on the 3 days we stayed. The room we stayed in was good, the design was not the greatest, since the closet was in the bathroom. A few items were outdated in this room and falling apart. The bed is very comfy, the room was clean, and breakfast was reasonable. All the staff was great while staying there, they would greet us upon arriving and leaving. The hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants, antique shop, and the Dickies Arena is a few blocks away. I would definitely stay again when visiting Ft Worth.
- 4/5
You can hear everything upstairs
