The property and room was exactly what we needed. Would recommend and definitely would book again for the future.

Property was clean, staff was great but the internet was really horrible. Internet kept cutting off and so the TV kept going out.

Old property with stained bedsheets. Rooms will have kitchenette which is a plus. But overall its really old property definitely needs renovation. Also, there won’t be any room service.

The hotel itself is an older hotel. I knew that going into it but decided to book anyways because it looked nice enough and remodeled in the photos. We checked in very late at night because we missed our flight. The deal was nice enough to hold a pack and play that my mom dropped off for us. I requested one with our booking but was not provided one. When we got to our room, there was a pungent odor as we approached the stairs to our room. The stairs and landing were covered in filth. Like someone carried many leaking trash bags up and down the stairs. We got to our room and the room reeked with the same dirty trash and wet dog smell. By then it was 1am so we went to sleep. The following morning I complained to the front desk but they told me that they did not have management on site during the weekend and could not move our rooms. Come to find out the stench and trash was coming from the room across the landing from ours. Who had 5 people and two dogs staying in there. The filth was so bad that the staff came to pressure wash the concrete outside the rooms but the smell remained. Smelt like Dahmer lived next door. We ended up leaving our trip a day early because we were so disgusted with the hotel and did not feel safe next to those other tenants. Hotel staff was pleasant but not helpful in the slightest to help fix our accommodations.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. The stairwell floor was dirty and stained. When it got dark there was no lighting in the stairwell and we felt vulnerable. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen. The smart TV was large and guests can log into their Netflix, YouTube, etc. accounts. The Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Pet fee was very high.

We absolutely love staying here every year for the Socal Wienerfest! very dog friendly and such a beautiful well kept property.

It was very nice and clean. My only issue was the internet connection kept crashing after they did an upgrade on the televisions on the property. But I’m sure they have probably fixed this issue. The staff were kind and extremely helpful.

Left hotel for lunch. Had do not disturb sign on door. Returned to find our door propped open with all of our stuff visible and two maintenance people inside walking around with one coughing all over. Front desk asked for a secondary number at check in so they had two numbers on file and nobody called. Further, there was no emergency in the room and everything was functioning as it should. Front desk had no idea maintenance was in our room and actually asked if it was someone random. No phone call, no respect, room left open for anyone walking by to take our stuff. Sidewalks and steps filthy. Broken down cars, motorhomes, jet skis in parking lot. Parking lot dirty. Spa was brown and green color that you couldn’t see to the bottom of. Pool had green and brown material stuck to the pool wall. Spend a bit more and be in a clean and safer environment where the respect your privacy especially when no emergency exist to enter a room without notice and leave it open.

The included breakfast was excellent and very much appreciated. There was plenty of parking, although it did cost $10 per day. If you stay at this property, be aware that there are a lot of guests with dogs. There was quite a bit of dog poop on the grass, so be careful where you walk. The only issue we had was during checkout around 6 a.m. The computer was down, or the staff member could not log in to the system, so we had to wait while she walked to the other hotel property to check us out and print our invoice. It was a small inconvenience since we were hurrying to the airport. Overall, we would stay again and can recommend this property to families.

Love the suite, but the couch had a really bad odor and one of our bathrooms had a continuous clicking sound and the light would flicker.

I always enjoy staying at Sonesta. I’ve only had one experience that wasn’t so good, but that was corrected promptly. This one is good. Had all amenities kitchen was stocked with dishes and silverware floors were clean. Bed was made all good. The only thing that I don’t care for about Sonesta’s, they charge for parking. I don’t like that. It should all be included if they’re worried about people that aren’t staying there parking there there’s things called tow companies, and tow trucks.

Not a great value for price. “Fitness room” is basically a closet with two treadmills, a worthless bike and some dumbbells. Pool area was dirty. Decor is tired, room not in great shape. By no means is this hotel in Huntington Beach- it’s 20 minutes to the pier. Also they charge a ridiculous ten dollar per night parking fee- it’s not in the city - no reason for this charge. Would not stay again.

Property in desperate need of pressure washing. Walkways, stairways and hand rails were discustingly dirty. Room was clean and orderly.

The breakfast was decent, Maria keeps the area cleaned and organized. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Overall its nice but people do not clean up after their pets and the rooms could be more clean. They have a weird smell to them.

The lobby was well maintained. I overall was surprised when I came, it was nothing like the photos. The property is outdated and I was hit with unexpected parking fees that wasn't disclosed when I booked the property and that was one thing I was seeking to avoid when looking for a place to stay. The room was clean overall but was stains and dirty when closely inspected. I needed an iron during my stay and the one in the room was dirty and all the ones they located were dirty or not working. I finally received a good iron but the experience was stressful. I was also put in a room by the freeway and a distance from the amenities so I wasn't able to utilize the basketball court or the fire pit which is some of the reasons I booked as well. I personally wouldn't stay here again but it is suitable for family stays and quick visits. The breakfast was very good but the eating area was small so go early to find seating!

I understand this is affordable living however I didn’t even want to sit on the couch there let alone lay in bed or shower. It felt disgusting and smelled so awful. It came from the walls and carpet not just in the air. This place needs to be set a flame and rebuilt.. just start over. I walked in my room and straight back out to sleep in my car instead.

Good breakfast, spacious rooms, attentive staff. Needed to change rooms due to lighting sensor malfunction automatically turning lights on at night.

Room was clean, as expected but the bathtub looked like it had been resurfaced and was peeling and the tub downspout was pulled away from the wall with the overall appearance of the tub area to be horrible and unclean looking. Read the small print they are charging $10.00 a day for self parking with all the spots open to non guests. There was also another Self-Parking Revenue $10.00 on my checkout bill.

Initially our room was situated between a highway and a major road. It was extremely loud. We requested that we be moved and the staff were very accommodating. However, we were moved into a room that had apparently just been steam cleaned. The scent of the soap used which I assume is a pet odor reducing shampoo was nauseating and we had to keep the door open as much as possible the first two days. The carpet was soaked and maintenance had to bring us a high powered fan to assist in drying it. The staff were great! Breakfast was quite limited. The pool was clean but very cold. The hot tub was shut down by order of the health department our first 3 days. Our last several days were fine.

I absolutely loved my spacious apartment room. The layout is perfect, nice bathroom, great kitchen, living room area with large built-in desk overlooking a large window, good closet. Easy convenient parking. The laundry facility was a short walk away in the center of the complex pool/BBQ/garden area and was easy to use (bring your own detergent). I stayed 10 nights and loved it. I did not use the pool, gym, or included breakfast.

Breakfast is amazing!! I love the healthy options like almond milk and Chobani yogurt. Dining area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have a pancake machine that works with a simple wave of your hand. The rooms are clean and comfortable plus the kitchenette is well-stocked with utensils, dishwater and pots & pans. I would highly recommend this Sonesta ES to anyone staying in the Orange county area

I felt bad for the employees because I witnessed a lot of guests with terrible attitudes being extremely picky and complaining over very minute things (or even things that were avoidable on the guests part) so if you see poor reviews about the staff I would ignore them. This place was an excellent, family friendly, value stay.

Better parking

We were not thrilled that the hot tub was cold one evening during our stay, nor were we thrilled that the hot water from the shower went out another evening. However, the staff were extremely kind and quick to resolve these issues. We loved the location and would stay here again.

This was our second stay, both times in the same building. The 2 bedroom layout was great for us with 2 kids, lots of room to accommodate different bed times and love having the kitchen. The water was hammering at first and the kitchen was missing baking sheets and oven mitts but those were minor. Breakfast is great and the front staff were very friendly, even helping us by holding some baby equipment we rented that was dropped off and picked up when we weren't there. We still haven't checked out the gym, pool, or laundry, but it's I'll definitely consider this hotel again if we're back.

This is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel literature. Very disappointed to find that our stay would cost an extra $30. Suggest you tell your customers upfront about the $10 per night parking fee!

While the location and room set up was perfect for us, the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. From the dirty spoon left in the garbage disposal from the prior guests to the old coffee pod left in the coffee pot to the hard crusted who knows what (black) on the bathroom counter and the very dirty carpets - it was a shame! The Sonesta is a good hotel chain but I feel that whomever is managing this particular location is not investing in keeping the hotel clean. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this location and will not be back.

The hotel room was fantastic! The bed was a dream. Best nights sleep we had for hotel room in a while 😍 The front clerk at night was a bit cranky unfortunately but not everyone is at their best every single day. The towels are fresh and the shower pressure is PERFECT. The tub is comfy. I wwant come back

The suite was very spacious and had properly functioning appliances for all of our needs. The bed was huge and really comfortable to sleep in. However, the WiFi was slow and spotty, so we couldn’t really use it. The room could also use sound proofing enhancements as we could hear every car passing on the freeway and neighbor outside the door. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood.

Reservation notes stated arriving late, when I arrived i was told that my room was cancelled and then charged for the full stay. Unethical to cancel a room that was paid for just to offer to someone else at a higher rate due to the fact it was president's day/valentines weekend.

I did not know there was no elevator. Being on the 2nd floor after a marathon was a little rough. I asked for a for a final bill and since something was down and they could not provide it at time of checkout. I was told they would email it to me so I gave my email. Finally after 4 days, I had to call to get the final bill emailed to me. I wasn’t impressed by anything.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled horrible and it was very run down and dirty. The pet fee was very high and honestly I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known about the pet fee being so high specially for such bad condition of the property. The staff was friendly but I will nkt be coming back.

Not a King size bed as advertised. We own a king size bed and they still insisted it was a King, more like a full size mattress. False advertising! I was having a surgery and I needed the room to rest comfortably. We didn’t even stay one night. Checked out and went to another hotel with a real king bed, much larger.

The bed was not “premium topper” quality. They were hard, squeaky, and not comfortable at all. The kitchen area was dirty and the cabinets had greasy finger prints all over them. The pool was also down which was a reason we also decided to stay here and that also was a huge bummer.. It also seemed people lived on site were assuming… It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. 6/10 I’m not sure we’d stay again. Staff at check in were super nice and friendly though! Just wish the room was more up to par.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There were bugs and what appeared to be fleas in the room. The comforter was filthy, with visible blood stains and hair packed under the sheets. The towels were also dirty and had lipstick stains on them. The property itself is very old and clearly not maintained. Everything felt worn down and unclean, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to stay. After reporting the bugs, the manager refused to refund the stay. They only agreed to cancel the remaining nights, even though the room conditions were unacceptable from the start. This place should not be in business in its current condition. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere and saving yourself the stress and disappointment. Brittney was very nice, but that didn’t help.

Had a problem with the room but the front desk people got in corrected. The pull out sofas were terrible in both rooms. No way anyone over 50 lbs could sleep in them. Noisy by the feeeway but interior suites were quieter.

It was a good sized room with kitchen in FV/HB area, for the price. Front desk and maintenance staff were nice. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The grounds looked pretty well kept too. The furnishings, appliances, drapes and floors were a little worn out and dingy looking, and the lighting could’ve been better. I would stay there again, because of convenience and good price.

Called for early check in, Iwas advised to show up at 2pm for early check in. I showed up and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 4pm, they said they would call me if the room was cleaned earlier than 4. I show back up at 4 and front desk advised me that the room wasnt clean and wasnt going to be clean so they gave me another room. This room had olumbing issues in the tub so twe asked for another room due to us having to get to our reservations on time. As i was picking up the new room keys the gentleman at the front desk slammed the keys on the desk and had an attitude when i asked if the room was the same quality as the previous room, and he advised the room i had was perfect. So we got our keys and went to the new room. First time out of the 5 previous times we visited and had these types of problems. Customer satisfaction should be main priority. Unfortunately, we were treated poorly.

The staff was great! The room however smelled old and the freeway noise was loud. Lots of slamming doors from other rooms throughout the night and not well-insulated so hard to sleep.

The first day I called them to check in late 8pm because the flight arrive late. Then they gave me a room on the next building on first floor that has awful smell but we were so tired and we had to unpack and try to sleep over the night . But the smell was so bad that we could not sleep. The carpet and furniture are so old . The door of the bathroom got stuck and could not slide to close properly. The second day we asked to switch room and finally they gave us a room in the primary bldg that is pretty decent , but there is NO elevator and we seniors people had to carry luggage upstairs. . Reminded me of a motel in third world country. I contact Expedia to cancel it and book another hotel nearby but they could not do anything !!! So disappointed!

The room itself was fine, but we had construction outside of our room for a few hours on a Sunday, starting at 10pm. Usually we can sleep through anything, but it was so loud! We finally called the front desk around 1130 and they said the only thing they could do was switch our room, which we didn't want to deal with that late. Not sure why they put us in a room so close to construction (that they did mention later that they were aware of) if there were other rooms available.

There were bugs. I’m nearby and had to stay because I had some work done on my house. When I unpacked my own pots and pans, there were lingering pests in it. I threw out the whole bag and all the pots and pans. I have no idea what kind of bugs they were. They were black but I had never seen this before. Way bigger than what bed bugs would look like. But not as big as beetles.

Kitchen was good, large refrigerator and microwave are convenient, even we didn't use it much beside making coffee and warming up food with microwave, and that was all we needed.

Staff in AM was a 5, the little breakfast 4.5 and the outside grounds 4. But the room are dated and the bed was from lower end motel. Rooms haven't seen a revamp in sometime and a lot of little missing things (storage, hooks, etc.). Internet is from the DSL era, so want you to pay and same with parking. Just charge 5 dollars more and cover....

The room was really big and spacious! We had such a low rate we weren’t expecting such a great room. Although the sofa bed was on the smaller side , we thought overall it was a great hotel to stay at. Plus the continental breakfast was really good. We were there for a tournament and only 7min away from the fields

The tub wa clogged when showering, roll had a weird musty smell and there was dirty towels left in a laundry basket.

I know you get what you pay for but the facility is very old. Our room had spider webs, when the air turned on it had a very strong musty odor. Very inconvenient if you have children, we had to carry our stroller and luggage up stairs with an infant. We checked out a night early and went to a different hotel.

The tv didn't work until I called maintenance. There was bbq sauce splattered all over the desk in big chunks…. “Mark” who works up front said there's nothing he can do about the dirty room and can't help or do anything. He offered zero help. Claiming the room had been cleaned and he can't send anyone even though he and the woman employee were sitting around. When I asked to speak to the manager he said “I'm all you have for the night !” I'd like to speak to a hotel manager about the stay 7605568662

Liked the 2 bedroom suite but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our grandson. Mattress springs were felt. Had to pile blankets on mattress so he could sleep comfortably.

Impressed by the pictures, I decided to book. Really expensive but I thought it would be worth it. As we were putting our luggage away my daughter screamed from a spider in the restroom floor. I killed it no big deal. My wife was getting ready to shower in the other bathroom and it was full of ants by the tub. I called the front desk they refused to change us rooms and sent maintenance. He killed the ants with half a bottle of raid and sprayed the other bathroom were the spider was found. Now the whole room is smelling like pesticide and everyone is coughing. Next day in the afternoon another spider is killed in the kids room. Last day on our drive back to Texas my son is complaining about being itchy. I check him and his whole body is full of red bites! BED BUGS! I travel 80% of the year for work and never encountered this problem before. Its ridiculous. Even without the bugs this hotel is not worth the price! It is old and you can tell they don't mantain it. RIDICULOUS. First time at a Sonesta and last. NEVER AGAIN

Biggest plus is they are pet friendly. It costs $10 per night to park you car. They have a laundry room. Jacuzzi and pool are smaller than pictured.

The best about this place is all the staffs, front desk, housekeeping, the staff work in breakfast, are super nice, friendly, helpful. We arrived to the hotel after 12:30am. The older gentleman in the front desk helped us unloaded the luggage and brought them upstairs to our room!!! That was super nice of him. The rooms are clean. They have kitchen. The breakfast can be improved, we stayed for 8 nights, the breakfast was the same every day.They have bagels, freshly made pancakes, eggs , sausages and hash browns every morning.

Beware that when you book from a third party website, like Expedia, that they may book you an entire different room than what was advertised. What I booked was a king suite with a separate room and pull out couch, I specifically purchased this room because it specified a separate bedroom, I needed this because I had my toddler who needs to sleep in a separate room. They instead gave us a studio room. This made our stay very difficult and they did not care nor give any accommodations. The futon bed was also only springs. I asked if they had any padding for it and they said “um, I’ll check” rudely hung up and never got back to us, we also asked for towels and my husband had to go down himself to grab some because they were understaffed and forgot. I will say, the provided breakfast was great and the room was decently clean, I’d recommend based on that but the staff, room mix up, zero accommodations regarding and dirty pool area were all disappointing and I wouldn’t go back.

It’s good that they got rid of parking fee. I come here every year. It’s a great place to stay especially with family.

Located right next to the 405 freeway, everything is close to shopping mall and beach is right around the corner, definitely recommend this place if you’re viewing California for the first time.

So far has by far been one of the best experiences in all my recent stays at various properties. Almost feels like having a home away from home.

Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This hotel is not well maintained and the noise from the 405 will keep you up all night

They charged each day for parking. The charge was never listed as extra on the hotels.com site. The person who checked me into the hotel never informed me of this daily charge. Will not stay here again in the future. And I do not recommend.

Upon entering our room there were dead sewer roaches on the floor! The front desk came and removed them. Our thermostat was locked so the room was so hot in the night and we came home late to no parking spots available both nights! Our bathroom smelled like sewer in the mornings. The front desk was great but I would never stay here again! After the cockroaches we couldn’t imagine eating the breakfast!

The suite does not have private bedroom as shows on website. Sofa bed mattress so thin you can feel the springs.

The staff is great very attentive and helpful. The property does have an ANT issue bad. I was parked in a spot one day came out to my car and ants were everywhere in and out of my car

I love this hotel, it feels like home, with central air (it's soooo hard to find central air!!), full size fridge, cooktop, fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils, etc. I wish they had better pillows, absolutely no support, very squishy. A larger tv screen would be nice as well, but overall A+

We've stayed here before and plan to come back next year as well! We had an awesome stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful and everything was clean and in great condition. Breakfast was great and they always had everything available with little time between running out and restocking. The once a week service was extremely thorough! The only issue we had was having to get a new key card a few times when they stopped working, but the staff was very kind about it and made it a quick switch.

We always need a place to stay when visiting our son and his family here in Fountain Valley and this hotel was just down the street so it was very convenient. We may stay again if the price is right. Thank you.

Property felt safe and was centrally located, good amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, full size fridge). Complementary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Extremely rude midnight employee called us down for talking. We had been there all week and not caused any problems and kept to ourselves. One evening we were a little loud not realizing it, and he walked over to us and was extremely rude and hateful. Honestly have never had anyone act that way while staying at a hotel. All other employees were great. This man was working August 1st evening. If he had walked over and nicely asked us to be quiet we would've just gone to our rooms, it was very unprofessional and I doubt we stay here again,

This was the second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

Perfect for 9 day stay with another family for softball tournament. The only thing is the hot tub and pool were dirty and would recommend they upgrade washer and dryer to be able to use an app or card rather than coins

The room was clean, breakfast was good and ready early. My only issue was that I booked a king bed with a full pull out sofa and we were given a queen with a small pull out sofa. It was one night for us so we didn’t bother to try and change rooms.

The place was clean, staff was terrific. Came back and stayed another night.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Asked for extra towels a few times and received them 2 out of 4 times. A picnic table near all end units would be great.Great location and over all, I would stay again.

We requested an early check in, and that was not available - and that was ok, but at 4pm the regular check in, the lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms, the front staff seemed really stressed - we also couldnt get our upgrade. The room was ok, the shower curtain was really worn, there was a weird wood panel in our bathroom that had been painted over. The price was a lot for what we did end up with - I wouldnt stay here again.

You stole it. that’s the thing they treat guests like they’re stupid. Your going gonna get back why do you charge me cash. sure you think it’s OK that’s fraud that’s financial fraud. You’re committing a crime which would make you a criminal and these two managers Jeffy and Lancy have trained the idiots working for him and if you look at their backgrounds zero, they have zero education zero life experience and there’s all something a little off about each of them that tells you that they were chosen wisely chosen for their weakness, know better they were chosen because they’re weak and are the perfect subjects to be groomed to lie, cheat&steal& wont argue the task to choose wrong from right &by crossing a line now the face of the illicit action &trained to do so.

First They need to fix exit doors to keep from banging shut second night had people checking in at 11:30pm that would open doors and let them slammed shut and did for about a half hour. Second paid $40 for a room without an inside courtyard view, thought wont have to listen to traffic only to listen to kids yelling in the pool until it closed on multiple nights

Our stay at Sonesta Suites was THE BEST STAY EVER!! Check in was simple & courteous, the staff at the front desk were Phenomenal! Our King Suite room was simply amazing! They provide you with everything you possibly could need for the best stay there! They even have shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel in the shower and hand soap and lotion at the vanity! They give you real Kleenex brand tissue, full size bag towels, a sample dish soap & brand new sponge for the kitchen! They have a 24hr gym & laundry, a pool, bbq fire pit area, and tons of grassy areas to walk your dog! YES, THAT'S RIGHT LADIES & GENTLEMEN.... THEY ACCEPT PETS TO STAY!! I've stayed at multiple hotels prior that also accept pets BUT THIS ONE IS EVERYTHING!!! I REALLY CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE BEING AWESOME!! Maybe the only down side for this exact property in F.V./H.B. was that they DO NOT have any elevators on the property, only stairs. This could pose an issue for people with ambulatory issues BUT just request a bottom floor when booking. As for me, i have really bad knees & we were put upstairs, so that seemed to pose an issue, but with my family walking the dog outside instead of me, i did just fine and actually loved that particular room so much that I'm going to request it at our next visit! I'LL ONLY STAY AT SONESTA SUITES FROM NOW ON IF POSSIBLE!!

Great staff, clean room and grounds. No bums or junkies in the area. Close to the 405 freeway but room was quiet enough to sleep well. Will definitely book there again.

Not yet so far when I review way ahead of my check out and always hits me from behind by Hotel staff, they just can’t handle the constructive criticism and they are reading these all the time and if they’re reading them all the time maybe they make changes so that they be equal five star so wait till the end you know things get cheery or so far it’s super clean but you know what the MADE service the Claine service those guys have it on the ball they don’t have some control you know issues and power issues so they’re super kind sweet this place is so clean. I couldn’t find her if I tried but has nothing to do with the front desk absolutely nothing to do with the front desk. It’s these folks there the housekeeping staff, and they were harder than anyone in every hotel.

The pull out couch was disgusting. Complained and they were not able to offer any kind of accommodation. All rooms were full they ni longer offered roll in beds. They didnt have any extra blankets.

For a week long stay it was perfect and so conveniently located.

I was a little nervous based on how mixed the reviews were, BUT oh how pleasantly surprised we were. This place is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I REALLY appreciated the king size fluffy pillows. Some hotels have those terrible throw pillow size pillows but these were perfect. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was good. When we were there they had scrambled eggs. Sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereal, bagles, english muffins, toast and pastry muffins. Oh if traveling with kids, they will LOVE the pancake machine! There were even sprinkles. One suggestion regarding the property would be to power wash the stairs to the rooms. They are pretty dirty and imo it hurts your curb appeal. We will definately stay here again!

Roaches in the bathroom. Shower/tub not clean. Carpet looked pretty dirty as well. Concrete pathways leading to the rooms were nasty looking. Bed was comfortable.

First, the staff was Amazing! The size of the room was spacious and very comfortable. Second, the rooms are extremely old; I had to ask for my room to be cleaned; the pull out sofa bed was molded which I requested it to be changed. They replaced it with one that did not fit (too small); there was old food underneath; and the comforter for the king bed was dirty. Third, there was a fee of $45 for room service (cleaning/vacuum) The police was upstairs for an incident which was a little unnerving The pool was small but clean

Freeway way to close

Room was clean, comfortable and had 90% of household items needed during our stay! We stayed 4 days, enjoyed their free breakfasts and bought our own meals and snacks to store and make in the room and saved tons of money by not eating out every meal. Full size refrigerator was awesome for this reason! No elevators to upstairs rooms so if you have difficultly with stairs, request ground floor room. I will be back my next trip to LA!

This place is awesome! The rooms are nice and feels more private like condos then a hotel. Hot tub is a bonus, some rooms have fireplaces and the breakfast is good! Staff is very nice too.

I arrived after midnight the day I was scheduled to check in and the gentleman at the front desk had everything already ready for me upon arrival. At that hour he was still very enthusiastic and explained everything I needed to know about the ammenities available at the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay.
