The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and ENORMOUS. The hotel came with free breakfast which was delightful. Only negative is that the best was not the most comfortable.

The hotel was new-looking, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had many good options and was well staffed, and the dining area was clean and spacious. Selina, who checked us in rather late at night, was charming, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee greeted us cheerfully. They were kind and looked for ways to be of help. We would absolutely stay here again. My only request is to open the pool earlier in case someone would want to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

My first time in the area, and this was a great base. Clean, easy to find. I was disappointed that the pool was being repaired.

The hotel is very nice. Staff are super friendly and helpful and gave good advice over places to eat locally. The rooms are good sized and clean and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was excellent, especially the waffle maker, which being from Britain we had no expectations of having so it made the breakfast seem very luxurious! Could do with some instructions, maybe Americans have much more experience here and our fellow guests were happy to give us advice and help out. Not far into Fredricksburg and lots of space to park. We stayed here for a couple of nights in between landing at DC and travelling down to the coast so it was a great place to stop off at. Can't think of anything.

My main concern is cleanliness and the shower was not clean. Also, coffee and hot water offered in lobby were luke warm. If it's not hot then don't offer it.

We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

We love staying at this hotel and do so every year. The rooms are well kept and the hotel is immaculate. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, make up wipes, as well as tea and coffee supplies. Beds and pillows are super comfy. The staff is always happy and so helpful with any needs. We travel with our 2 pugs and never have any issues. We will be back again in April 2027. The whole hotel was modern, clean and beautiful. The room was spacious with plenty of towels and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast provided many options we liked.

At no time did she recognize me and she was very chatty with the caller. She should have put the caller on hold and told me she would be with me in a few minutes. To top it off the next morning, a bus was parked right outside the front door. I was unable to wheel my luggage out as he blocked the entire entrance. I asked him to move and he said he would but he was still there as I had to walk the long way around the bus and my luggage fell. I am handicapped. The person at the front desk ignored that the bus was blocking the walkway. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HAMPTON INN AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Perfect and many choices

Everything was excellent, clean, plenty of parking, breakfast plentiful. If I had one complaint it would be the gym does not have weights for women. The lightest was 5lbs and I use 4 lbs for certain exercises but that is more of a personal issue. Place was great.

Two things that were not great, the night check in woman was unpleasant and the walls were not soundproof. People talking, baby crying, outdoor car noise and you could hear every time someone closed their curtain.

My only wish is that for breakfast they would bring back actual plates, cups and silverware. We are all so inundated with plastic in this country, which is so terrible for all of our health. But that is a corporate complaint, and no reflection on this wonderful location. Overall, the staff was so nice, accommodating, friendly and they keep the entire hotel so clean. We will definitely be back.

We had to stop on our long drive home, and we checked in very late. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and helpful. Everything in the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had nice options and lots of seating. Great experience, especially for a last-minute booking!

We were charged a $25 incidental fee when we checked in. In case we were going to get any snacks from the snack bar. They said it would be returned to us at checkout but it has not been returned and it has been charged a second time. We used nothing from the snack bar. We would like help rectifying this

It was a last minute stop during a long wintery drive. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Room was great and they even gave me a bag of snacks to take with me on the road the next morning.

It was nice but the shower in room 325 is not working correctly. When you switch from the tub outlet to the shower it just not completely switch which makes very little water pressure for the shower.

We attended a facility in Maryland and I was not comfortable with the pets around the food. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. I was truly impressed with my name appearing on the television. I rated this facility a ten out of ten all around. One of the best ever. Unfortunately I did not take a photo before leaving.

Check in service was surprisingly not good. Agent First acted as if a pet was problematic even tho the website expressly said pet friendly. She later explained it was just a question of paying the pet fee - which was expected. Then she said my daughter couldn’t check in as needed to be 21 - she is almost 30. It can be hard to tell someone’s age but there is a much nicer way to handle your uncertainty. She was not friendly or helpful.

If you are in the Fredericksburg area, this is where you want to stay!

The hotel is next to a broad array of shops/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The room was very new and decorated beautifully with a intentional concern for comfort.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn on our way back from New Jersey. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the location is perfect to enjoy plenty of restaurants and shopping various businesses. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

With it being right by I-95 , you’ll hear a bit of the traffic but it wasn’t too bad after 10pm or so.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience exceeded expectations! We only stayed one night, but had our itinerary called for an extended stay, we would have been glad to stay a few more days. We were on our way to Williamsburg from Maryland, and this was a perfect midpoint stopover!

While the property, staff, and surroundings were good and satisfactory, the breakfast area was overrun by the guests in the morning. The sheer number of people made the concept of breakfast seem ridiculous. With families sitting on the floor and guests standing in line in the hope to reach some food or drinks, breakfast was out of the question.

Property in great location for visiting and enjoying Fredericksburg. Safe and offers many opportunities without leaving the hotel.

Doing the snowbird trek from Florida to New York, we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn and suites in Freserickburg Va. Had a very good rating on travelocity so went with it and was not disappointed. Right off I95, very clean room, excellent service and in the middle of a huge shopping center with many dinner options. Will definitely keep in book for next return trip from Florida.

Need more parking spaces for big trucks that take up 4 to 5 parking spaces. Or people pulling rvs we almost werent able to park.

Easy on/off while traveling Interstate 95. Safe area with many other hotels, shopping options and over 70 restaurants. Friendly staff, very clean and looks new.
