I loved my stay it's a little old fashion but as clean as it could be the bed frames could be updated . I hated the old carpet on the floors but it was clean just old stains. Very bearable I slept very well.

The fellow who checked us on was nice enough. We booked a queen bed and when we got into the room it was a full sized bed with sheets that were half off of the hooks and curtains that didn’t close all of the way because the sheers were amiss. I went back to the front desk to explain that we had requested a queen bed and this room had a full sized bed. The fellow (who appeared to be on a personal phone call) said “that is a queen bed” I said “I sleep in a queen bed EVERY DAY and this is a full sized bed” he responded with “I’m sorry, we have no other rooms available”. The room had no iron, no ironing board and no hair dryer. In the morning I went to the front desk and asked if they had hair dryers and the young lady said “I have one”. So I took the hair dryer and used it, then returned it when I was done. I would not return to this property.

I like that they abide by our request and gave us a room on the first floor accesible The blankets had smoke burnts, the toilet flush very slow as if it was clog, unnecessary noises out the door.

I hated my stay at this sleep inn. The rug was filthy . The bathroom was not clean . Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Tv was analog . Place needed some definite remodeling. I will never stay there again.

Nothing Everything was broken off the walls, lights didn’t work, a worker gave my parents room away so when he arrived my parents were only offered one bed for 3 of them. It was loud. The emergency exit was open in the stairwell and when we asked why as it’s a safety concern we were told they don’t have a key for it from the outside so they have to leave it open. BS. Anybody could have walked in there. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

Room was horrible. Mattress was stained, lamps were rusted and dirty, water on the washroom floor. Gout in bathroom moldy and dirty. Very dated. Needs major renovations. If I could have got my money back I would have left. Staff was great.

Place needs a whole renovation, my room key stopped working after the first day and I had to constantly ask them to fix my key so I could be in my room, staff was great but the place isn’t the best to stay at, way better places to stay at but if you are on budget and need a place to sleep it’s enough, just not enjoyable or clean

The Sleep Inn was lovely, modern and artistic, and the staff friendly and helpful. The beds were VERY comfortable, and had 8 pillows which enabled me to elevate my legs and feet which is a necessity. There seems to be a trend of removing the sheer curtains. Whoops! Someone has not thought that through. Sheer curtains allow light to come into the room while maintaining privacy for the occupants, and they also allow sunshine to enter while taking the harsh edge off so the sunshine is pleasant but not overwhelming or too hot BRING BACK THE SHEER CURTAINS! (Quality Inn still has them, no doubt, because they are so practical and useful.) ?

Booking was made on Booking.com for Oct.10-12, 2025 at Fredericksburg, Texas. The booking was mistakenly reserved for Fredericksburg, Va. mistake was discovered upon arrival at Fredericksburg, Tx. We found ourselves without accommodations on a festival weekend. It was very frustrating and expensive. We immediately called Booking.com and the reservation was cancelled immediately. Booking.com sent an email to the property for the reservation to be cancelled free of charge and consideration be given to us because of the error and situation. Booking. Com has received no reply from Sleep Inn. I have forwarded the original email sent by Booking .com (per Olivia’s request at Sleep Inn)to them. Still no response. Very disappointed. Res.# 5395546424

The rooms smelled of grime and filth. My first room was missing its smoke detector, a serious safety concern. Both bedside lamps also did not work. They moved me rooms, and my second room also was missing the smoke detector. The front staff was nice, but it does not make up for the serious safety concerns and lack of cleanliness of the place.

The room was disgusting. The toilet kept running. We finally had to turn the water off. The AC unit was missing the louvers to direct the air and the AC unit was dirty as well. You could tell nobody had cleaned behind the nightstand between the two beds. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains. There were a number of people outside smoking weed at the back entrance to the hotel.

Room had full of smoke smell and can’t bear, though the hotel claims it as smoke free hotel. Small cockroaches around the bed and rest room. But rest room was clean. Area and room carpet was dirty to the most. Opted this hotel mainly for breakfast and met the expectation. Boiled egg should be prepared in the morning rather than pre cooked and refrigerated. But room was not to the expectation, for additional 20 bucks we could’ve got better hotel nearby.

The main thing about the room was that I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. Some people came back to their room at 3:30 am and they were talking and it was like they were right next to me. I had ear plugs in, but it woke me up - Their doors opening and closing. Their toilet flushing. I couldn’t get back to sleep. Since my trip was a business trip, not getting a good night’s sleep affected my performance. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel mainly based on the lack of sound proofing. The front desk people were pleasant.

I was disappointed because I specifically picked this particular hotel because it was listed as serving breakfast. That was not the case. Their breakfast consisted of cold hard boil eggs or waffle one day and just waffles the next day. Mt roommate and I are both disabled with specific needs one being accommodations convenient to our specific needs. Breakfast is extremely important because we have medication to take that requires that we eat. Therefore I was quite disappointed, also the room was smelly we had to run the AC and open the window. The back door was inoperable which would have been better for us since we were the last room before you reach the door. Do better Sleep Inn.

2. Room 122 there's a gaping hole where the refrigerator was 3. Room 124 the refrigerator doesn't work and the toilet runs-loudly so pick your poison 😒 4. The ONE washing machine was out of order so don't be fooled that they have "laundry services" available 5. Terrible TV reception so bring your own device 6. Again, the damp, moldy smell is terrible if you gave allergies or are sensitive to mold be aware

Our room had a pungent odor of what seemed to be cat spray and mildew. I was checking the mattress for bedbugs etc (as I do at every hotel I visit) to find significant spots of mold on both the mattress and the mattress pad as well as some significant staining on the mattress. Some of the lighting in the room did not work, and our key had to be reassigned 2 separate times in order for it to work in our door. Since I am newly pregnant and my husband has severe allergies to both cats and mold, we chose to leave. It seemed like asking for a different room would not significantly help or change anything, so we checked out the same night and left. I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

The deadbolt handle lever was missing, so I requested a new room. The clerk said no other rooms were available, but the parking lot was half empty. The room and hallway both had a lot of unswept areas and stains. The only upside was a hot breakfast.

Upon arrival, my room had a broken a/c and the mini fridge did not work. first room was clean. The staff on duty was quick to help, and assist very grateful and moved me to a 2nd room. The door lock had issues so for a 3rd time the room had to be moved that room smelled like smoke, and was dirty stains on the floor. Again staff was Great with helping. My 2nd night into my stay, I was woken up to the sound of an incident involving law enforcement. Again, I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a rough stay. The staff did the best they could, and I have nothing bad to say about the staff, food was good, breakfast every morning.

Was charged way more than i was supposed to for a double bed room when i booked a queen, did not have access to our room due to technical issues with the key reader. Next day was locked completely out due to them, moving our room without notification locking all of our belonging in the room gentleman that I spoke with about the situation was the only nice employee they had working at this establishment. Both rooms were covered in mold in the bathrooms and completely disgusting. Notified this gentleman that I was requesting a full refund on my stay due to not being satisfied and feeling like I was taking advantage of extremely understanding informed he would speak to the general manager upon check out this morning. I spoke with another employee who was extremely rude and basically told me that because I booked through a third-party that it was out of their hands and nothing she could do for me I will never again stay asleep in especially this one. I was very much advise against anyone else staying at this facility.

I received a voicemail at 4:30pm the day of check-in letting me know my reservation was being canceled because the hotel was overbooked and I could contact Expedia for a refund. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another room on my drive from Florida to RI. Luckily, I was just a few minutes from the Sleep Inn in Smithfield NC and was able to get the one rooms they had left. The staff at that location was extremely kind and helpful.

I attempted to get a refund for the last day. The property never answered, so Expedia just ignored everything. I was supposed to be called the next day. Now it’s been 10 days, and absolutely no answer back. Just ghosted. There are bugs in the room, and loud neighbors the entire night. Yelling, and drinking in parking lot. My son died and I had to fly home. The owner of my company came to take my place. It was embarrassing that I picked that hotel. He stayed 1 night and was disgusted and checked out

I always stay here when traveling from NJ TO NC. It’s the perfect midway point, our favorite restraunt is close by (Alpine Chef- amazing German food). The staff is always friendly upon arrival and leaving. I love they have quick grab food in the am and even somewhat healthy options! Above all, price is perfect! The rooms are ok with some quick fix needs but totally worth overlooking based on our needs for a clean room, location, price, and awesome front desk staff. You can’t go wrong here.

Our stay here was disappointing. Understandably it’s a low cost option and won’t be the nicest. But the internet was down our entire stay. Bring from outside of the US we don’t have cell data here to allow us to use our phones. The curtains in our room had black mould on them and the carpet was so gross we didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. Both ice machines were also down leaving us to go buy ice for our coolers. Would not recommend staying here.

There is NO car charger at this property. Expedia has it wrong on the website. They have never had a charger and have no plans to add one. We drove to this hotel specifically because of the charger. Not the hotel's fault and I did complain to Expedia.

Advertised hot breakfast. I picked it and that was a reason. I inquired at the desk when I arrived and was told it ran from 7am to 1030am. I hustled back there after running the USMC half marathon and arrived at 940am. No breakfast or anything. It probably was never even set up. Ice machine was broken. Had a sign that said ask front desk for ice. I asked for ice for my camelback for the race. Clerk said no ice
