There is a no vistor policy the inside smells and locks very badly. The elevator doesn't work I got stuck on a floor about ten minutes before it went to floor 1 n I could get out.Bed sheets FILTHY, MICROWAVE DIPLORABLE N I COULDNT DO UT I HAD 5 DAYS I ONLY SPENT ONE HORRIFYING NIGHT.BUT HONESTLY HAVING LOW FUNDS MADE ME CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. BUT I DONT CARE HOW MUCH I GOTTA PAY GOING FORWARD I WILL.TO AVOID PUTTING MYSELF IN THIS POSITION. BUT CLOSE TO GOOD FOOD PLACES HONESTLY

DIDNT ARRIVE TO 230 AM, WENT STRAIGHT TO BED BECAUSE WE HAD THE MARINE CORE HALF MARATHON THE NEXT MORNING. SLEPT 3 HOUURS. GOT UP TO GET READY AND REALIZED THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM!! LOTS OF THEM. WE COUNTED ATLEST 20, WE CANCELED THE STAY FOR THR FOLLOWING NIGHT THROUGH BOOKING.COM. BOOKING.COM REACHED OUT TO TH HOTEL TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE SECOND NIGHT WE DIDNT STAY AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. ALSO THERE WERE SMALL CURLY "PUB LIKE" HAIRS ON THE CLEAN WASHCLOTHS. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A MOTEL. WILL NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT A SUPER 8 AGAIN.

Non existent breakfast. A few granola packaged bars and that’s all. No milk for coffee but creamers. Tried creamer and it curdled in coffee. Shouldn’t advertise that breakfast is included. Among the worst I have experienced Breakfast

Manager was lazy, rude and an embarrassment to a subpar brand

We had a issue of bugs in the bathroom. Showed the evidence and they tried to deflect the matter verses offering a discount for the issue. Breakfast was a snack bar.

The bed was super comfortable. I did not like the roach and the bedbugs! Didn’t notice the bedbugs till the morning after I slept in the bed!

Noise level isn’t too loud

Was told that door locks are old & that they do not light up or make a clicking sound any more to let you know door is unlocked. To get them to work, you have to grab door handle & pull it towards you to pull the door back hard against the door jamb & then use key & then push door handle down to get door open. (Why not just say that at check-in?) - Went back & got into the room, but could not get A/C unit on - So had to walk back down to office, had it looked it & it had tripped breaker. - Then went to get Kleenex & there went not any. - So had to walk back to office & was told that management said that Wyndham did not require kleenex to be provided in the rooms anymore, so do not provide them???? - Tried to get ice, but was not any, so had to walk back to office again & was told the ice machine was broken. - When down to the continental breakfast next morning, it was just 2 kinds of small granola bars??? - Worst place I have stayed in, in 30 yrs.

The rooms was clean and the staff was very nice, Online description stated Breakfast Included. Coffee machine appeared to use instant coffee, the juice machine was broken and the meal itself was a selection of granola bars.

Nothing. The property looked nothing like the pictures. Then entire property was run down. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see through them. Went into our room and it was filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere. Bedding was not clean. Blanket had hair all over it. Bathroom was not clean. Left immediately and did not stay! Very disappointed. Booking.com should not be advertising this motel at all! Of course I did not get a refund!!

Location was easy to find It offered much less than I expected. The sink plunger didn't work, so the water wouldn't drain. Maintenance was unavailable. We were offered a different room, but we had already unpacked after a 5 hour drive. There was hardly any hot water in the slowly dripping shower. There was only a tiny soap provided.( good thing we brought our own). I really didnt expect the Ritz for the price, but I expected to be comfortable. I do not recommend.

Great price and excellent location right off Rt 95. Staff was super friendly, and room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty weak.

Check in was easy and straightforward. Ample parking. Beds were comfortable. The room was not very clean. Mold in shower. Stains on chairs, etc. Door doesn't have a threshold or flap to keep noise out... it was very loud with commotion in the parking lot, other rooms, etc. Although advertised as "breakfast included" there was nothing in the lobby that could remotely qualify as breakfast. No manager on site to resolve issues at the times we needed assistance.

Ok, it is what it is... I wasn't expecting much but, I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell it was recently remodeled and upgraded. It was clean, the sheets, the towels, pillow cases, bathroom, refrigerator, (I really mean it was spotless, no bugs or stains etc.). It was comfortable, ample room, great value, and a new Sheetz next door. Across the street is the "Bearded Monkey" The staff are great!!! The property is secure. Plenty of parking. Parking lot and lobby were clean too (that shows pride). The property managers are doing a super job with and older property. A++++ job!!!!! thank you. The room (3005) smelled of cat pee. I have cats and I can say it was really bad. I went to Sheetz and got a car air freshener and put on the AC. Was good to go after that. I didn't have time to ask to change rooms but I know they would have if asked because they seem to care about their property. I didn't have time on check out to, either, to let them know of the smell issue. I'm sure they will address it, because they seem to genuinely care.

Dirty sheets rude staff

The free breakfast consisted of a choice of two granola bars, a broken juice machine and coffee.

My room was dirty .. boogers on the back of the bathroom door ,top blanket was stained and dirty.

The staff was helpful in getting refunded Roaches the first room, and the mattress cover had blood stains. Got switched to another room it had roaches.

Location False advertising, they claim they provide breakfast when in fact they give a granola bar. We booked for 3 people and only provided 2 towels ?

The room was pleasantly surprising given the last Super 8 I stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, sanitized and quite roomy. The only downside for me was the construction going on right next door and the fact that I tripped and face planted.in the parking lot.

Sitting chair as well as desk with a chair. The property is quiet with security camera's. However, it can be noisy due to the highway. My ownly suggestion is room door dampeners, a place for hanging clothes and a hot breakfast. The owner is working hard to continue to upgrade his property and has done great so far!

I usually love this place. Ive ended with same room several times and its been great. However thid time i enfed up in 117. There were roaches in the tv remote in the bathroom running across the floor. I slept wuth the lights on so they would stay hidden. Very disappointed in this stay

Front desk person was very polite when I checked in. It was around 11:00 PM and it was a male. Outside of the hotel is a little worn down but inside the room was a great value for what you paid. I will be staying here again for sure!

The mixed reviews had me a a bit concerned so I was pleasantly surprised. As others mentioned the front desk lady and her smile set the tone for a relaxed nights rest. Very quiet, clean and comfortable… couldn't ask for more on a solo road trip.

Awesome stay

Damage to sofa which looked like picked up off side of street. Drain in tub exposed. Hot Lamp had a bulb it in that could pose an electrical fire. Cigarette burn holes in top blanket and blanket underneath. Bed sheet didn't look clean so no sleeping in those. Couldn't take the smell and gave my key to the drop-off box around 4:30am (person was passed out on the desk). Overall facility unkept. Wasn't even a "true" Super 8, privately owned by a Virginia company using their name or such. Expedia, Super 8, and this firm should be ashamed. There are 3 different "hotels" down there that seem to have this theme thus far and wonder if they are all privately owned too and by the same cooperation? I took pictures in case someone tries to charge me any additional fees.

It was nice, but a little noisy. Good for a reasonably priced overnight stay.

This property was dirty. The room smell like cigarettes the bathrooms had go and. Rust all around the tub it was just disgusting. And the front desk very prejudice.

The best part of our stay was the deskclerk. She's welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. She's been there for years and we hope for all our future stays!

The outside of the property was pretty drab however, the inside room was clean nice big TV. Looks like the property could use a little bit more upkeep though.

It was very nice stay, room was clean, front desk lady was super nice, just wish they could do away with spring mattresses.

The bottom bed sheet had a tear in it. The floors were not vacuumed very well. When we killed the bug on the floor with a kleenex, we also got a clump of what look like animal hair. Our black socks were covered with hair from the floor. Not impressed at all. We didn’t have any kleenex in the dispenser. The rest of the room was fine.nice flooring and painted walls. We reported the bugs to the Manager the next morning, showing him the bug photo, he was apologetic and very nice saying he would report the issue to head office and the housekeeping. He implied that we might get some compensation.

One word cocaroach's. 2 rooms 5 bugs and I left without staying or a refund. Nasty, nasty

Hard pillows (2 per bed) hard bed, dirty blankets and roaches. We checked in at 10:30 and left by 4 am nasty.

1 room had roaches the other had a toilet that needed to be flushed 3 times to work and a sink that would not drain at all overall poor property

I did the pre check in online just to wait in the lobby and do check in there. Room was dirty. Hair in the sheets & in the shower. Crumbs on the floor. Lamps and table were dusty. Ive stayed here multiple times before this stay was just horrible.

Peaceful stay

Hostess was nice and check in was simple. Room is updated motel style and is clean. Area and exterior condition is ok for the one night but my bougie self couldn't stay longer. It's right off I95 which will make my tomorrow so much easier.

The room was very clean, and the person working the front desk was kind and professional. However, it’s not very quiet- there was tons of outside noise (including a 1:00AM screaming match outside my door) and I could hear the person in the room above me walking around and talking.

I had issues with the sink, so I told the front desk lady but issue was never taken care of!!

The bath tub was very dirty. The floor was filthy. This is the worst place that I have ever stayed at in all my life.

No working ice/vending machines. Someone else entered the room claiming to have been assigned the room. No way I could get a good night sleep now.

The elevator was rickety and did not have a current inspection sticker, wifi was horrible could never get my firestick logged in had to use my phone hotspot. Room was clean, room was never cleaned over 6 days, price was good.

Very clean room

This was the first motel that is ACTUALLY pet friendly! I called 5 different ones that were listed online as “pet-friendly” but when I called they had a max weight of 25-30 pounds and they required proof of Service animals. This motel was just a small, very reasonable pet fee and no papers required. I am definitely going to be stopping here every trip I made from now on! Definitely recommend! Super friendly and welcoming staff, and very clean!

All kinds of ground floor rooms open asked for down stairs placed in 2nd floor room.

Mattress covers to small constantly popping of matress, 0 housekeeping.

Even though the room was NON-SMOKING it stank cigarette. There was even cigarette ashes on the window sill. The only reason we stayed was because it was late in the night and we were too tired.

The room was clean and had no problems. breakfast was just a coffee machine and small power bar.

It was a place to sleep it was clean but old.

Really good room. Only stayed a few hours as I was moving several states and this was my stopping point. Clean room and bed was comfortable especially given the price.
