This establishment is very filthy. The rooms had roaches. One of the rooms they told it didn’t work. They had to switch out rooms because of roaches and bedbugs.

It was a horrible experience, they have nothing from fridge to microwave, cleaniness was weak and rooms had nothing else, no cups or soap, not going back and think I should be compensated a day at ok be of your brother/sister motels free of charge

The room was filthy. The tv did not work. The toilet didn't flush. There was no hot water. The pillows looked like something. I thimk there may have been bugs. I'm didn't sleep i just sat there waitng for morning. Outlets didn't work either.

The staff here is Beyond phenomenal. Great human beings who respect others. There’s never an issue anytime I stay here. May God reward each and everyone for their kindness and sacrifice to ensure a comfortable stay.

Well it only took a month for the parasites, the drugs, prostitution. and the normal race hate to flare its ugly head and cause pain. suffering, and homelessness. One indian lady there named Mandeta thinks of blacks as colored and well any other race less than hers usually. She has a drunk busband thatbfollows and lurks at people staying there. Came and asked for cigarettes and then threw his mini liqiour bottles in front of my room. The lobby has a room with outdated food in it and smell if straight Piss. I cant even call it urine its so bad. There was creamer 3 yrs old in there. And there was a young lady there that was trying but she had no examples to follow. She did her job best she food and was great at it. But these older women living like that??? Like get your nasty ass up and clean that room. Sitting around getting fat off the hog of people.in a bad way and cant at least be clean about. Theres a nasty dingy moldy urine smelling place in hell.for the lot if you. Karma is coming full swing and im not being mean but if people from other Countries come over and think they are better than us then prove it??? Get your butt in there withba mop and a bucket and some rags and go clean. Because I have. If Cleanliness is next to Godliness where would that leavee you. And Manager Ava with the flags wavin younare no real Southerner sweetheart your old man would have to come get lil ole me with my tint and have me make that place look and smell so ever clean. I mean i guess..

Absolutely horrible.

Rooms were very neglected. Doors seem to have been busted into. Carpets are so black a few minutes and the entire bottom of your sock will be as black as tar. There are roaches and huge cement structures that are about to fall on someones head. The entire entey way to rooms were covered innjce and no salt was applied until afyer it had almost melted on its own. There is so much mold you can smell it. The office where the employee refrigerator is kept smells like urine as soon as the door ooens and there is trash and papers piled and scattered everywhere. Management here is 2 faced they will lie straight to your face and are not homeless friendly at all. In fact the whole B building is behind on rent just about and the reason they can stay is because they will let the health department know what they paid to live in. Since its live in pretty sure you dont mix children with pedophiles period. Anyway try a better spot.

The room was very uncomfortable with roaches ìn the bathroom, shower head fell off and almost hit my daughter in the head. They did not want to give us clean towels. There were holes in the bathroom around the fan vent where someone could see through. The garage can are always fill with trash outside

There was space to put my inflatable bed however there were very few amenities. Such as no fridge no microwave and a tv that did not work. loud AC. and no coffee or anything. two tiny bars of soap and some small towels was all there was so make sure you bring what you need Very hard to get into the hotel parking

The light for the vanity didn't work. I didn't have hot water for my shower in the morning. The staff were they best part of my experience. Very nice people.

Con: Broken plumbing fixtures, broken shade on lamp, difficult to regulate water temperature in shower, shower only (no diverter on tub spout), soiled sheet, no in room Wi-Fi, steps of exterior stairwell have varying height and doubtful longevity. Sign in front of registration window warns that a refund is available only during the first 10 minutes following registration. That should have been a clue.

Front Desk Staff Are Professional & Courteous. Housekeeping Keeps Lobby & Rooms Clean. Maintenance Keeps Parking Lot Clean & Lots of Parking.

No fridge or microwave is not good.

Stayed 2 nights, first night was horrible. Placed in a small bed with no internet and no working TV. Air conditioning was noisy and couldn't sleep well. Second night, i was moved into a different room bigger with a working TV, but still no internet. Staff were friendly, but property condition is in bad shape. This morning, the toilet stopped flushing d/t the system used to save water.

Ms. Sonya at front desk makes you feel at home. Along with staff also very helpful. Ms. Marie in Housekeeping keeps lobby and rooms clean clean clean. . Love Spending Time There.

Just the access to everything in the neighborhood everything is so easy to locate and get the spot your looking for.

It was a well managed environment

After a long day of traveling I decided to stop at an affordable hotel. I was very disappointed when I stayed in this room from start finish. The floors were not cleaned and were dirty, the shower was broken you (couldn’t get any hot water) and also the tub was nasty shower head was broke as well. Roaches/bugs were all over the floor and on tables, I also tried to sleep and there was someone arguing and yelling at someone a room or so over. I had the worse sleep and was very uncomfortable during this stay. I would highly recommend a deep cleansing and making sure that it’s guest ready and get rid of the bugs.

This Hotel is really dated... A little bit of Caulk & Paint does not do it justice. Another-wards, it is really in bad shape and needs a TOTAL Redo! The area is Not the best and had to sleep with the Light ON. I would NOT stay there or recommend this place to anyone... It defintley is a Budget Hotel. :-(

I was about 40-45 min early for check-in, and was flatly told "check-in is at 3." Nothing more. I left and came back at 3, was checked in, staff was friendly, but, going into the room- mini fridge COVERED in rust, mold in the shower, headboard hanging half off the wall, cracks in the wall paint, the floor boards had all been worn away, and were broken, the A/C wouldn't turn on at all, so they switched us rooms, the keys kept not working in that room 4 times til finally maintenance had to come and the A/C didn't work in that room either. They had managed to fix the air in the first room by then so we switched back AGAIN, the maintenance had to change the batteries in the second door so the keys would work at all, So, we ends out staying in the nasty room. There was ONE pillow on each bed and cigarette burn holes in the comforter, the walls were filthy, and the lampshade above the nightstand was burned and busted off the lamp. The lights didn't always come on, and once the TV got turned off it wouldn't come back on, the shower water was either SCALDING or ICE COLD, it was a train wreck! Had I had the money, I would've left, but we had nowhere else to go that night. At the very least, we had clean sheets to sleep in. Otherwise, just because I booked through a cheaper booking site, SHOULD NOT mean I get out in the NASTIEST room in that place!! Clearly someone had been living in that room for a long time prior, and they just never repaired anything. It was disgusting.

Cockroaches. Calk in tub, whole bathroom was worn and very dated. Building is very old and poorly maintained. No exterior or interior renovation or painting has been done for years gone by. No hope, god bless them. They are holding on to a poorly sustaine relic.

Needs renovation asap. There needs to be a law in Virginia that requires hotels and motels to pass safety inspections. If we are paying with hard earn money then a reciprocation should be a comfortable stay.

Good but room noisy

I was actually surprised that the toilet and bathtub were cleaned as well as they were, and that the beds seem to have clean sheets and tables and floors were clean and non-sticky. The walls and infrastructure were clearly falling apart with cracks and plaster looking like it was coming off, gaps between floor tile and the wall where there was a lot of dirt, small bugs here and there. I guess cockroaches that were quite little. But it's kind of what I expected for 50 bucks a night. If your former military, you won't really care because you're just looking for survival mode, but if you're the family thinking you're getting a deal, you might want to just bring an extra 50 bucks and go elsewhere. Considering the age and condition of the infrastructure, I'm surprised they manage it as well as they do.

Friendly staff, mediocre accomodations but great pricing

The lady was nice at the front but this place should be torn down. There’s roaches everywhere but you get what you pay for. It’s so bad with roaches and spiders, I left my bags in the car cause bug travel. I didn’t shower I went to the truck stop shower. This is dangerous to be.

Dirty stained sheets in bed Nothing positive to say except it was cheap

Upon arrival the room was still dirty. Other rooms on the property had windows busted out and what appeared to be squatters living in the vacant rooms. Bed had cigarette burns on the blankets. Floors felt unstable and bed quality was atrocious. The shower would only have hot water for about 2 minutes before chilling to cold or Luke warm. Lights didn’t work and half of the channels on the tv wouldn’t get signal. Upon check out, no one was there and I had to throw my room key thru a small opening in their service window.

This property I have frequent since 2017 and I stayed dec30 to Jan 5 paid for a week and I was denied that stay refusing to refund my 409 they lied staying I was drunk time before. Not yet they told my boss not me they told me they didn't know anything. Went to the police all call are public knowledge said police look for took forr if I was that. Mess up I already had room in jail

The owner should be ashamed of himself for the condition of the hotel. I normally stay on the outside of one building and never looked at rest of the hotel. Due to the stairs being barred off I would have not seen how bad the rest of the hotel was. Broken windows that had been boarded up for some time. Exterior trim gone or hanging off the building. It doesn’t matter how good the staff is if the owner either can’t afford or is too cheap to fund them. If repairs are not made this hotel should be delisted from hotels.com and Expedia. If the owner of this hotel wants to see what it really good Hotel looks like you should stay in the comfort inn in Oxford, North Carolina, which coincidentally is owned by someone with the same last name. If you’re not Going to invest more in just basic you shouldn’t be in the hotel business.

I have been staying here for about two months and things are getting progressively worse. The Internet has been out for over a week and the people who are here at the facility although they are nice. They have no authority and they have no answers.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There stains on every wall and the towels were horrible (stains and in poor shape). There wasn’t hotel water during my stay. There’s no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

I paid $57.00 including tax - I think that they're maybe sprusing it up a bit? No ammenites like fidge or microwave or coffee. The bed was clean and the toilet was new but for the rest it looked crappy, old and falling apart, definitely not cleaned in the corners and I would not have taken a shower, BUT I was not expecting the 5 star service either. It served it's purpose for a quitet night's rest and I did not want to pay any more than I did so overall it was just that. The front desk lady was kind and polite.

No amenities at all. No fridge. No microwave. No ice machine. No vending machine. Dim lights in room. 40 watt bulbs. Tiles separated from the floors. Vents falling off the wall. Overall, good place to just sleep for the price.

Very unhappy being We rented for warmth and shower . Times are hard and come to find out from other guess that theres been no Hot water for 3 days prior . But the office rented and never mentioned or rejected our stay bc of no working hot water. No refunds were giving or offered. Very upset.
