Overall it's a good place to stay depending on what they are charging. Between 70 and 80 is fair. Anything more and there are way better options..

There was no breakfast. Carpet was dirty and sticky. There was no bar soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. The water was semi warm but not hot. I was double charged for my stay.

Real clean and quiet place

Clean, comfortable, and a huge relief after a long day. The room felt well-maintained and ready upon arrival, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Minor cosmetic wear in some areas, but nothing that impacted the stay. The price was higher than usual, but understandable given availability.

I took it to the check-in counter, and the gentleman took a picture of it talk to the cleaning staff about it, but the cleaning staff should have noticed that. The TV had an issue coming on. It didn’t have many channels the, blanket looked dirty glad I always bring my own. The curtains look like they had not been washed, the tub was black at bottom. Mr clean magic eraser gets it clean now, so there’s no excuse. I wasn’t cleaned correctly.

The room was clean. Wi-fi kept losing connection. This particular hotel is in Silicon Valley, in California. There is No reason why the Wi-fi should be sketchy. No breakfast. Key card wouldn’t work. Had to get another programmed. The decorations were very outdated and old looking.

Not the worst Days Inn I’ve stayed at. Walls are thin and could hear a lot of noises like doors slamming and people talking. Didn’t feel safe. Microwave was dirty and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Toilet wouldn’t flush the sink wouldn’t drain stain on bedding stains on carpet mold in windows. At first check in the employee a was nice. When check out the employee didn’t seem to care at all at the above items mention.

It was clean. My boyfriend loves Days Inn. We always stayed at the Milpitas location often because the service is great, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. We have made reservations at Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont (46101 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539). We booked for four nights (24th-27th April, 2026) and I had no problems with the service, the cleanliness, etc. We checked out on Monday, 27th April, and while I was at work, I was getting non stop phone calls from the hotel. Since I am at work, I couldn't pick up the phone and when I got the chance to listen to the voicemail, we were instantly accused of stealing a mattress topper which he claims was very expensive and that he will call the police. I knew there must be some misunderstanding because we have stayed at many hotels all over US and globally and this is the first time we are being accused of stealing on the get go. I called the number immediately and the first thing they said to me when he picked up the phone is to return the mattress topper, or they threatened to call the police. He claims that Housekeeping couldn't find the mattress topper when we checked out. I asked him if he knew that we changed our bedsheets on Saturday afternoon between 1-2pm. He said he was not aware. Why couldn't he ask his staff first before he accused us of stealing? My boyfriend took all the sheets and pillow cases to change and handed it over to Housekeeping on Saturday. Housekeeping gave us back two white linen sheets, a Brown blanket and six pillow cases, that was it. No mattress topper included and we did not even ask for one. It's frustrating because he accused us of being petty thieves without consulting his staff first and checking his stock. It is frustrating and demeaning to our character. It's very disrespectful to just accuse us of theft without any sort of evidence or first checking in internally with their team.

Perfect place the staff so nice and the house keeper so professional.

There are no amenities and the machine never has chips or anything and always out of order save with the soda machine always out of order and we ask to ask 3/4 times for extra towels

Room key card stopped working as I was trying to load out=A hassle but it was daylight saving transition, so tha may have been the problem Bathroom fart fan area was noisy if on or off, not sure why

The plugs do not work. The WiFi does not work. We wasted 20 mins with some guy in India who could not understand the WiFi problem. We asked for a different room and we had to argue a lot to get a different room. The plugs in the new room do not work but the WiFi does.

This place is disgusting.Even though I had a reservation for a different room they told me it wasn't available and gave me a different room. Cigarette burns on the sheets and brown stains on the blankets.

Staff was nice but rooms were dirty and the walls were extremely thin. I heard the “extracurricular activities” of the occupants in the next room very clearly and this was disturbing. The rooms were small, outdated, and dirty. Will not be staying here again.

First time checking in at the front desk. I smell someone smoking cigarettes. Then we saw a bunch of ants crawling on the bathtub and wall. No perks on late check out. Worse of it all, housekeeper open the door without knocking or checking in to say "housekeeping'' on us while we were getting dressed.

Wouldn’t recommend there check in is terrible even though it’s paid for they still want a credit card. Rooms are extremely dirty and smell real bad there was blood on the bed hair and used toilet paper

They are not kids friendly, I left my kids in the hotel and then the hotel staff asking them how many people inside.. my kids got scared and they called us that they got scared and they are not feel comfortable to stay any longer. I called my friend to pick them up and sending them home.. I need a refund the hotel are hostile to my kids according to them they are stalker and invading their privacy.

This place are creepy the people working on the front desk people or other workers they will spy on you and keep asking how many people in your group. They will violated your privacy they have a camera everywhere they know where you going and who's who inside your room my kids supposed to stay with us instead they want to go home. They don't feel safe and they creep out they are not family friendly. Please don't ever come over here with your kids or family it's not worth it.. take it from me this is the worst hotel so far in my entire of my traveling with the family ..

Communication about rates not very good. Different staff, different information. When I came in, a pile of laundry was left in elevator.

Had to have the guy come and fix the tv. Pillows were lumpy. Bed was very hard They had me check in online the sent a link. Then when I got there. Turned out that was all a waste of time

The property doesn't allow smoking however the the lobby somehow smells of it. If it weren't for the smelly lobby this would be the best affordable place in Fremont.

Very nice staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. If you’re loooking for a reasonable place to just unwind after work and have peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to stay.

The bath room needs to provide necessary item like good shampoo, shower soup, shaving items, brush and toothpaste.

Internet was really spotty, over the 6 nights I was here, I probably wasted a couple of hours connecting and reconnecting to the hotel internet. It was frustrating.

We were on the 3rd floor so we were able to sleep with the windows open. Although the carpet in the halls is old, the room was nice and clean. The bathroom had been updated. Great shower! The bed was super comfortable as well. The location was close to all we were doing. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I never put the "Maid Service Sign" out on the door, however every night when I would return to the room it was cleaned up. Towels replaced, trash removed, and bed was made. I wasn't very comfortable with that fact. I did not mention anything to the front desk because I honestly wasn't looking for a confrontation.

Older facility. All vending machines wer empty for our entire stay. Front desk staff wer talking on their cell phone in another language while dealing with customers. Towels received at front desk had hair embedded in them. Rooms wer clean so was the bedding and towels in room. Beds wer super comfy. Over all i would stay again

The room was dirty stains on the sheets and the curtains were stained and with little holes . I complained and I didn’t want to stay there . The ended changing me rooms and there was hair on the bathroom floor . I would never stay there I asked for a refund and they denied . I paid for 2 nights and i literally slept on top of the bed with my clothes on . I 2nd night I didn’t even go back . I’m disappointed

The entire hotel smelled like rat poison was everywhere. They didn’t even have the room I reserved. They refused to initiate a refund. I do not rcommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel was well priced for what you got. No breakfast, but free coffee in room, microwave and refrigerator. Several groceries and restaurants a block away. The bed had a wide variety of pillows provided to match anybody's comfort level. Housekeeping done daily with new soap and shampoo everyday.

My first room was not good. It was clean, but there was black stuff around the windows, and it could not be opened. Plus, the television did not work. And the room was very warm and stuffy. The second room was better. It was still stuffy and warm, but not as bad as the first one. I was able to open the window, and the television worked. A few hours later I figured out to work the air conditioner, and that made the room much better.

Plenty of parking. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy access to freeways. The hotel smelled like weed when I walked in. It was disgusting. Room is outdated. The phone was not even connected to the phone line. Not too many plugs in the room for coffee maker and to charge my device.

Sink clogged, bathroom drain stop didn’t work and I really wanted a bath, I used a towel to plug it and hot water ran out in half a bath worth of water. Room was incredibly hot when I checked in.

The staff was very welcoming. The neighborhood is a very noisy street. The walls are very thin. The carpet should be replaced throughout.

Bathroom was dirty, hair on ceiling (what?) And in tub. 3 spiders so far in room. Window screen torn. Had to fix tv because of no volume. Room is tiny for a 2 queen room. Room looks nothing like advertised pictures. Elevator permit expired 11/23 it is currently 4/24. Ive only been here 2 hours and i know i can find alot more things if given the time. But what do you expect for $97.

I was travelling to Fremont on business. The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to Starbucks, Safeway and a bunch of restaurants.

I love my room. I try to request it every stay. Pillows are awesome. I work night shift, and still sleep comfortably during the day. It’s clean. Refrigerator and microwave area nice to have. Affordability!!!

The sheets and towels had stains. There was also some kind of substance on the night stand. Otherwise, an okay place to stay for just a night.

The older man at the front counter , he was very welcoming and friedly, he even let me check in earlier, im very thankful for that , . I will use this place again next time , i totally recommend , the rooms are clean , quiet and has whats needed
