The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel host was really attentive. She understood why we were there as she helped in anyway she could however the room was subpar meaning the amenities were that more of a motel on a Los Angeles St. strip versus a quality hotel I was expecting a little more from the aesthetics, there were appliances, falling off the wall. It looked like it had been flooded in there last night. I did find two bugs. One was a big roach. One was a little roach. I’m sure they found the big roach when they cleaned up because he was up under the top of the ice bucket. The little one I killed shower ride was falling off the wall. It looked like they had used it to clean their painting utensils so the counters were it needed to be updated. It just wasn’t and then they were updating some of the other units and it really smelled of paint fumes or some type of chemical that was being used in the building. The breakfast was for I would say vegetarian only no eggs no sausage just a waffle maker that was leaking and not very much to choose from but again the staff was really nice. Would not recommend nor will I be staying there again?

As soon as we entered the room, we saw a giant roach crawling across the floor. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It was supposedly a three star hotel, but was really a one star hotel.

Great place if you are looking for a place to sleep. The only complaint I had was the shower pressure was low. Other than that great stay I was there for my kids tournament all weekend.

The bed was extremely comfortable though. That made up for a lot of it.

For the cost of these rooms it was such a let down. The bathroom was falling apart, bathtub peeling off, the furniture was peeling and cracked. Remote control was sticky. You could literally see through the door because the door was too small for the frame. If the prices were lower I would understand, but $160 a night was ridiculous for the condition this property is in. Don't waste your money.

I fell in the shower. It was very slippery like they had some kind of chemical or oil in there. I have suggest I’m making a shower make sure the rest of the soap is gone or whatever whatever they use to Supplies to use

The building was really out dated. Was not so clean. For the breakfast they ran out of milk really early. They did not even had an iced machine.

Breakfast menu was fresh, AC worked great! Wish they had Netflix. Staff was great!

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I didnt have to worry about anyone getting into my car. It was a bit of a challenge connecting to the internet. I couldn't watch the TV in my room. I was unable to use the phone to call the office. Also, the phone had the next door room number on it.

Lobby was under construction during stay, had to make your way under a plastic tarp to access the continental breakfast. TV in room did not work. Parking was not ideal. Although staff acknowledged and seemingly complied with my request to make sure a thorough vacuuming job was done (crawling baby), the room itself was just okay regarding cleanliness.

The tub & sink were peeling. Carpets were hard & dirty stained

Slightly musty smell, but not dirty. Paint definitely looked like a "landlord special". Lighting in the room was pretty bad, especially over the sink area. Mattress was super uncomfortable, but sheets were soft. A/C worked great. Some staff were great, some not so much. My room door had some issues closing properly - maybe just needs some WD40? Parking was. Fine. Overall, perfectly serviceable motel for the price point. Don't get your expectations too high and it'll be just fine.

Parking was easy but did not feel secure because one night homeless tent was 20? feet from our door. Door to room looked like someone has tried to break through it. Tent was moved closer to freeway more away from our room by next morning and staff moved us to a room closer to the office, which we appreciated.

Rooms, beds could definitely use an upgrade. Floor in bathroom was disgusting, debris all along the shower. Room had a stagnant or old smell to it.

The room/bathroom were reasonably clean. I was amazed at how quiet it was. However, the bed was the hardest bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. There was a chair that was badly stained over the majority of one side, very unappealing. I stayed four days. I had to go to the office three times to because the keycard wasn’t working from day to day. Each time they said it was my fault. The “continental breakfast“ was marginal.

The breakfast was very basic. Our bathroom shower curtain holder had been ripped out of the wall once. And it was about to do it again. My husband saw a cockroach, thanks goodness I did not.

Aside from the customer service being great! I wouldn’t say there was anything quality about our stay but it was in a convenient location for the plans we had.

I liked that it was close to the freeway entrance, parking was more than enough spaces, and a quick 5 min drive was a shopping center with some food options as well! The breakfast at this place exceeded my expectations!

Upon booking, did not know this was an old hotel property near an Air Force base. Jets taking off - very noisey.

Not as clean as I would hav liked, little details. There was empty box in the freezer someone left, the caulking around the showerhead, faucet n wall were separated. I found the connection to the HDMI plug to work the TV.( Wasn' t plugged in.

This hotel is wore out and not in good shape. Honestly, it was one lower rate for the area, but its pretty rough.

The bed was very comfortable and all linens in good condition. The bathroom shows age and would be more appealing with upgrade or repairs.

This specific inn and its surrounding area was old and not cared for very well. Our room was clean but again quite worn out, carpet, tub and walk area. Dining room and food provided very minimal and not welcoming

This hotel was awful - dirty and had multiple homeless outside my door. It was not safe for my children and I.

The AC was very cold. That was great for the location. I mini frig and the microwave were a great bonus and the frig kept all of my water and drinks ice cold. I was even able to refreeze my ice packs in the little freezer section. I did see unhoused people around the property so a security gate would help to elevate this and the adjacent hotel.

The toilet was broken, there was personal belongings left behind not cleaned up, the TV controller was grimy and gross feeling, there was roaches in our room. It was terrible. The beeakfast was terrible. The desk people were nice though.

I was in town for a funeral and experiences with both properties was just a MESS. I will not be returning to Fresno for a while, terrible experiences.

The property was nice, quiet for the most part. The carpet inside the room was a little dingy. The walls looked like they needed a fresh coat of paint. The bed was nice and clean. Not too bad for the price.

Location is close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff. Room and bathroom were clean. Price per night is more affordable. However, rooms were dated and if staying on the first floor, cars are parked right in front of your room can be noisy in the mornings. Otherwise, our one night stay was good.

First room smelled like marijuana. Staff was great and helped me change rooms. New room lights didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and tv didn’t work. I chose this property specifically because it had these amenities. Very disappointed. I would never stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place robbed me for my money... I booked for the 11/9-11/10... They messaged me and confirmed my reservation.... I showed up yo the property to check-in the clerk asked me if I was from Fresno. I said yes and she told me oh we cancelled ur reservation that they were not accepting locals (I don't even know what that means, why are they in Fresno then) Now the fees for this reservation have went through... This hotel literally robbed me for my money!!!

Property is in a decent location in Fresno. The room was clean and had enough space for 2 people.

I had to check out a day early because there were roaches. I asked for a refund for the second day and the manager Ruby was unresponsive and didn’t give me a refund for checking out a day early.

At 11am on the morning I was scheduled to check-in, I received a call from the hotel that they reviewed my phone number and based on my area code, they may need to cancel my reservation due to not accepting guests that reside in Fresno or Clovis. I told them I didn't reside in either and they wanted to make sure my ID confirmed this. While I was able to check-in, what is I did reside in either of those towns? They would cancel my reservation 4 hours prior to the check-in time when I had booked it 6 months ago? The room was in bad condition, especially the bathroom. The toilet was not secure and the bathtub and tiles were pealing and had hair. I went to the store to get shower shoes. There were also homeless people staying in the parking lot and when I left my room the first morning, there was a homeless person standing right in front of my door, where I almost walked into her. The only reason I didn't move, is because of having to pack my stuff up and having a wedding to setup and attend, but this was so frustrating and left me feeling unsafe about booking they here moving forward. It isn't allowing me to upload pictures, but I have them available.

Room was adequate but not deep clean. Dusty and unclean when I dropped something between nightstand and bed. Dated decor. Breakfast was waffles cereal and yogurt wit coffee or tea. Adequate place but nothing I’d ever go back to.

This property had a policy of not providing rooms to people who had an address in a 30-miles radius from the hotel? Drugs? Prostitution? The amenities for a “warm breakfast” was waffles. Not wrong, just not what I expected. This hotel met our needs….one night and close to the airport. The shower handle had to be pulled out to work. So confusing. Semis were parked right outside our room and ran their engines most of the night.

Staff was nice. Room had a broken indoor lock, leaky faucet and gross armchair that looked like it may have been involved in a murder. A/C was so loud that it woke me up every time it came on.

The property was fine, it appeared to be not the greatest neighborhood. There was a derelict car in the lot right in front of our room. The rooms did not have enough outlets for charging devices near the bed.

The pictures on the website showed a wonderful place with an awesome pool... You get there the pool is full of concrete and tweakers are everywhere and the place is ran down.

Upon needing to cancel my reservation, I was informed that their "no refund policy" applies specifically to local residents. This discriminatory policy is not only unfair but also seems to be designed to exploit locals who might book a room on a whim. It’s outrageous that this hotel has such a targeted no refund policy, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to trap locals into losing their money. Despite my attempts to reason with the management, they remained rigid and unapologetic, hiding behind their unfair policy. The entire experience left a sour taste and a feeling of being scammed. This hotel clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and fairness. If you’re a local resident considering this hotel, think twice. Their refund policy is nothing short of a money trap for locals. Save yourself the frustration and find a hotel that respects all its guests equally, regardless of where they live.

We had a very nice stay. Very quiet and comfortable.

Facility Needs to be updated. Bathtub had chipped paint. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Ice machine outside was not working and there was no swimming pool ,even though it stated it had one. there were a number of power outages.

There was food and Utensils scraps in the drawer. The mate forgot to check the drawer. The sheets smelled old and dirty.

More of a motel than a hotel. Staff is very nice. Breakfast was better than expected at this price point. Room was clean but had deferred maintenance problems like water coming out of the top of the shower head in addition to out of the shower head. There are some unhoused people living next to the property on the highway embankment. I don't think there's anything the staff can do about this but I'd request a room near the office to avoid shenanigans.

Friendly staff, clean but not perfect, had a problem with TV but did not care enough to call staff, refrigerator was not cold. I would stay there again-the two issues were in my view an anomaly and staff would have taken care of them had we cared enough to ask. At checkout, I was told that I needed to choose a certain cable service.

Nice helpful staff. Tv wasn’t working so the front clerk gal came down and fixed right away. I went for coffee and the pot was empty and the front clerk gal make a fresh pot right away. The shower head is super low. The rooms could use some cleaning of the doors inside and out.

Booked via hotels.com upon checkin apparently they do not allow local booking & told us we needs to call hotels.con for a refund. Nowhere did it say that until after you already pay to book they send you a “courtesy” message saying they do not allow bookings if you live within a 30 mile radius of the hotel

Very pleasant stay, nothing to complain about. The staff was very helpful with some items left after the stay, couldn’t have been more courteous and efficient.

I loved this place. It was perfect for us (a couple with a baby) it was nice and quiet, parking was easy right outside our door. Freeway access is around the corner, lots of dining options close by. No weird/problematic people hanging around outside or anything. Staff was friendly. But most importantly the room was VERY clean! There were no weird smells at all. Things seemed to be pretty well maintained within the room. There was a fridge and a microwave. Pretty much my ONLY complaint about our stay is the room didn’t get the best airflow. There was an AC but it’s right next to the door and window (most are) so even if you crack the door and window along with the AC on, the cool air just didn’t really reach the bathroom/vanity area. Which is where it was hottest, after taking a warm/hot shower then trying to blow dry and style hair with heat and applying make up, was a bit uncomfortable because the cool air just didn’t make it far enough into that side of the room. But I can live with that, I just had to pull out my dollar tree geisha fan. I would recommend staying here, I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant staff at checkin, and very flexible in helping our group have rooms together. Good location in near suburbs. However, the property is old and rooms are smaller than other Quality Inns. Also, the breakfast was not nearly as good as other ChoiceHotels we’ve used; it had no hot food except waffles. Finally, sadly, but not their fault, there were some homeless people hanging around the property.

We were given the 'accessible' room, because apparently all other king rooms were booked. The first thing we noticed was that typical smell of hotel carpets which have been washed a few times too many, and the rest of the room confirmed that age and poor quality of maintenance. The worst was the cheap plastic hose of the shower, which directed the water at the curtain instead of the tub. The bed was ok, but this place needs a complete renovation before it deserves the name 'Quality'.

Room was way smaller than the pictures. The shower head was so caked with lime scale that you couldnt change the settings. Not enough towels were provided. Lighting in the room was only privided by lamps so it was dim. Breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast but lacked proteins. Only waffles, toast and boring cereal.

The positives: no issues with staff despite worrisome reviews on yelp. The few interactions I encountered were friendly. They even let me check in at 11am instead of the designated 3pm. The room itself was fairly clean, the bed was clean and very comfy and so were the pillows. A/C was outdated, but works. The rooms sit facing outside so you never walk into the hotel lobby. Makes it easy access to your car parked right outside. Location is good regarding local foods, gas, and liquor store a 2 minute walk.

INSTEAD...the young female behind the front desk, who kept smirking the entire time I was there... would not check me in! (some dumb, probably illegal, policy that NO one from Fresno can rent a room there!??? What??I had no paid for a new Drivers license to show Sacramento address -- BUT showed her another ID with correct address, my check book, and 3rd plastic ID with correct city. NOPE -- just kept smirking, and repeating the same damn thing -- like a parrot, not realizing that I am 64 yrs old - not there to have a RAGING, loud party!! I was so disappointed, upset. Went to Ramada Inn by Wyndham, mile away, perfect service there!!!

This place is in desperate need of an update. Our door deadbolt wouldn’t work, the smoke detector started nerving at 3am, the walls, inside of drawers and the chair had stains. The shower tub had been painted but the paint was peeling all over it. This may be the worst quality inn I’ve ever stayed in.

Key card wasn't working, support staff's attitude was rude, when we asked for change of room because the heater wasn't working she didn't believe and wanted to check before she could change the room, it was terrible and the next room she gave the key card wasn't working again the same she wanted to check before she gave another room.

Just a 1 nighter to see family in the valley

This hotel does not allow Clovis or Fresno people hotel here. It was 430am we had a house fire and need to lay ours kids down. They turn us away. It was so sad. My kids were so sleepy and need rest. But no. I dont know how this hotel can not hotel to the local community.
