Decent place to stay for a stopover. The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The property is a bit dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and served our needs well.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast could have been better with more options as it was quite limited compared to other places we have stayed in the same price range. Also depending on the day, the staff ranged from excellent to downright disagreeable. We stayed three nights. On the middle day, they ran out of waffle mix and passion orange juice with over 1 hour until breakfast was over, but they refused to refill it despite several people requesting. The indoor pool was great for our kids and the rooms were relatively clean and updated for the price. Overall, would stay again, but upper management seriously has to take some of the penny pinching staffers to task (ie: they would not give us enough bath towels - only 3 for a family of four - and they complained when we asked for more at the front desk). Also the aforementioned penny pinching on the breakfast and several other rude attitudes by some of the female front desk employees marred what would otherwise have been a remarkable stay for the price.

We had a pleasant interaction with the staff, who were very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness fell short. The carpets were not well-cleaned, and the bed sheets were not secured properly. After rolling over, the sheets slipped off, exposing an unpleasant stain on the mattress.

Clean hotel. Nice, personable staff. Really nice hot breakfast. Unfortunately, the spa (which was one of the reasons we selected this location) was being repaired and not functional.

Somehow, my ex-girlfriend sweet talked the receptionist into giving my room number and room key to her. My heart sunk when I heard my door open. Thank God, I used the door latch. My ex is begging me to let her in my room at 1 am in the morning through the gap in the door for 20 minutes. Finally reception comes up and sends her way. To the receptionist credit, she accepted, full responsibility, and apologized profusely, but what was done was done and I felt exposed to a potentially dangerous situation.

We chose this hotel cause the ratings and price were what we need. I was in the hospital. Husband stayed he said it was outdated looked nothing like pictures. Shower head loose/ flimsy low pressure. Room smelled musty.

I really enjoyed the breakfast the waffles were especially good :) I also didn’t feel safe during my stay. I didn’t notice any security in the parking lot, and there were several homeless individuals in the area who appeared to be trying to open car doors because of these concerns, I will not be staying here again or recommending this place to others. It feels overpriced for the quality and level of safety provided.

Staff was great. Breakfast provided hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage with waffles if you want to make them. Parking was ok.

Breakfast was great. Staff was rude not wanting to accommodate with a king bed as she states due to capacity i needed to get a 2 queen room because it was my huband my child and I. Which i dont mind paying the price yet the issue is she doesnt understand we cosleep with my child even at home.

Things were fine and dandy on the whole. I'd stay there again. The television was not very user-friendly. That's probably because I'm an old-timer and find these new complications hard to deal with. If I were a few decades younger, I'd probably be okay.

Finally, the TV came back on, still only 1 channel. I tried to call, but no answer or dial tone! Went back down to let her know and she came back and checked again, still the same. I asked for a discount, but could not since it was booked through Expedia. She offered to move us to a room downstairs, but, we just said forget it we would just stay in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00am. I went down to get us breakfast at 9:20am and they were already starting to close up. The attendant was not very friendly, but, the lady cleaning up was nice. When I checked out, I mentioned the TV and phone situation to make sure they looked into it and the attendant, again was not very pleasant. The first one, when we checked in was nice and tried to help.

I had good expectations for this property. We were in town with our teenager for a soccer game. The night staff gave us a key to the wrong room & upon trying to enter the room, the couple inside was having extremely loud sex to which my son was exposed. The jacuzzi was broken. Roaches spotted. & our TV was broken. I will say the night staff worked hard to fix the tv but the overall experience was a mess & more stressful than anything.

Quick and easy stay

The one thing I would suggest is a note on how to manage the tv. It stays in a small screen with a banner in the side. Well I had to go ask the front counter you have to use the mute button to get a large screen, we’re normally you would hit the exit button.

This is a great place to stay! Ample parking, and a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Fresno.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was so kind. This is a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind that this isn’t top tier for everything. You could tell our room was a little worn in around the carpet or a few spots on the ceiling but it was still still extremely clean and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast had toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bacon/potatoes/cheese omelettes for warm food. Would definitely recommend and my husband and I will definitely be booking with them again!

Location of hotel is good. The bed sheets and comforter on bed and sofa bed were dirty, good thing we brought own. Other than that bathroom was clean, towels clean, and appliances were well kept. Would have liked breakfast starting time at 6:00 am instead of 7:00 am.

The hotel has nice comfortable rooms, beds are very nice, breakfast is a good selection of hot food along with the usual cold options. One very small issue we had was that we checked in for two nights but the key quit working on the second morning, we had to get both keys reprogrammed for the second day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay in Fresno and convenient to many dining and shopping places.

Because of us visiting family over the past 9 years. We've stayed at multiple hotels in Fresno area and this was one of the best one's we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly helpful and great customer service. The breakfast had great options and was kept will stocked also extremely clean as well. The room was spacious clean. The best part that my family enjoyed was the indoor pool.

We were charged 2 times for an extra 100$ against damages. It was ultimately not collected, however quite a surprise that this was their process.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and clean as well. They have a pool that I saw guests using. Kitchen during breakfast was filled with many good choices. Staff (woman) who help during breakfast hours was super nice and helpful. Check in and check out was super quick. The only thing I was a bit bummed out was we couldn't get room clean during our stay..so I had to get some bags I had in my car and tidy myself. But other than that it was a comfortable stay.

The only OK thing was the breakfast and the lady working in the morning she was sweet. The location was nice. Coffee availibility 24 hours was nice. The lady that checked me in was a mess since first check in she ruined my stay. She almost checked me in to the wrong reservation and was trying to charge me when I had already paid. She was horrible. the pool had tooooo much chlorine, the rooms and facility were too old (you can hear it all) thin walls. There was no conditioner when I hopped in the shower. The beds were horrible Im big so i thought the bed was gonna break.

The young guy who works there is very attractive. The breakfast staff makes sure the food and supplies are well stocked... Love staying here

The reservation was for 2 queen bed instead we were told someone overstayed and they only have one room available with king bed. Super disappointed The business practices of giving convince to guest who overstayed and not compensation or adjustment for guest whose reservation waa changes with their knowledge. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and I wrote two email to property management and NO RESPONSE.

Excellent breakfast! Disappointed advertised hot tub not working last couple of times we have been here. Pool wonderful and so nice to have it open late for those who arrive late. Staff is terrific! Fan in bathroom would have been great.

The fire alarm came on more than twice during my stay it was so loud and scary then when leaving a staff member asked my husband to kill a huge water bugg walking up the hall my stay was an absolutely terrible experience ??? The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that around the base of the toilet it was very grungy.

Everything was great. Staff was more then accomadating. The only thing i wasnt feeling positive about was food vouchers for breakfast.

The room was very neglected when it came to cleanliness. There were major stains all around the room and mildew in the bathroom as well. I’ve actually never seen an ice bucket located in the bathroom as well. The breakfast was good than most places but definitely not worth the stay for the room.

Ironically my wife and I are still in shock to be honest- as our experience the first time here was absolutely wonderful. This go round however Upon my arrival I was told the room wasn’t ready. No problem it happens once we waited for about an hour and reported to the room as instructed. I open the door only to behold the room had not been cleaned. I was appalled because of the wait. I returned back downstairs to make them aware and was asked to wait around until they could flip the room basically. I did because canceling would have caused us to loose money. It was super uncomfortable to be asked to go to a room almost 15 mins later when we know there is no way to flip a room in that short time. This opens us up to bacteria and germs missed. Thank goodness my wife travels with disinfectant so we were able to properly clean the room and wait out the wet times associated. Bath towels were not up to standard and contained stains. To say I’m feeling shorted is an understatement . Sadly enough we spoke with what appeared to a Manager regarding a discount for inconvenience and was advised that the next time we come and stay we will be upgraded. No real sense of responsibility. We relocated to another hotel establishment for the next few days because we don’t want to stay somewhere that the staff doesn’t value us enough as customers to clean the room the first time and properly the second time. As a member of healthcare wet times are super important as they support reducing germs.

You can tell everything was just painted over or “ remodeled “ big room high ceilings with a small little broken 38’ tv . For the price about $150 a night cause they uncharge for anything . Hella not worth it

The room was not very clean. The air did not work. I asked them to take a look at it. They said they looked at it and it was working fine. Room air seemed stale when walking in even if temperature was set low. It was cooler in the hall way than my room. Breakfast was great every day! No complaints about the breakfast. I don’t think I would recommend this place to stay at again.

Spa was out of service and so was the elevator! When I asked for a room on the first floor the lady agent behind the desk literally laughed at me. I had to carry my bags three flight of stairs. They should let you know in advance when the amenities are out of service, especially the elevator!! Their resolution was to put me in the third floor and laugh at me. I will not be back to this location.

Check-in was fast and easy, our room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed here the night before going and hiking Yosemite. It was the perfect distance and drive.

Breakfast was good very morning

The room itself was nice and had the best hotel bed I have ever slept on, but the constant noise in the hallway all night was disturbing. When I opened the microwave to warm my coffee the next morning there was dried food all over the warming plate. And when I opened the refrigerator to get my apple out for breakfast, it was frozen solid! When using the restroom the next day there appeared to be a camera in the air vent above the shower! This hotel had good ratings so I was expecting much more, but was very disappointing and not a pleasant experience to say the least. I will never bring my family back here again!

The elevator wasn’t working, the wifi was off and I was told it was being worked on. That was Day 2/5 of my stay and it didn’t get fixed.

I got the room here becuase of the hot tub. The hot tub was shut down but luckily the pool was heated and my 6 yr old loved that. The carpets were gross though and the bed was alright until i woke up with bed bug bites all over me.

Also the floor carpet had stains all over, the bathroom exhaust was not working. All in all not a pleasant experience

Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was across from the Fresno Surgery Center. I walked to my surgery and my brother walked back to the room and waited for the call to pick me up. The location for anyone having surgery there is PERFECT!!!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator was broken and would not be repaired until mid-January. All available rooms were on the second or third floor, which was never disclosed ahead of time. The rooms were in horrible condition. The manager showed us three different rooms, all of which were unacceptable. Two of them smelled bad and had very dirty carpets. We were forced to choose the “best” option simply because it looked slightly less awful than the others. That same night, we found roaches in our room. This was our first stay at this hotel, and we immediately requested a refund. Both the hotel and Expedia refused. Instead, they moved us to another room, but the odor was so bad that our daughter began having breathing problems. We again requested a refund so we could leave and find a safer place to stay, and once again both the hotel and Expedia denied our request. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and complete refusal to take responsibility made this a horrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The room that I stayed in was in good condition, except for the carpet. There were stain spots where traffic is. Housekeeper could have used carpet spot cleaner to spray and cleaned it. Breakfast was ok! The only thing I dislike is the pool area. We stayed there because it had an indoor pool for my kids to swim. The pool area smells of chlorine and musty mold. It could be because of something else. The hot tub was closed. They tried their best to air out the pool room in the morning by opening the doors to the outside. The pool water was also murky looking and the area needs an upgrade. So the only positive thing is that the water is warm around 80 degrees, so I really like that.

Although the staff was so kind and caring, the condition of this facility/room is not healthy or clean.

Reviews are not like what is said. Pool was dirty. Rooms smelt like musty water. Elevator was broken. Would only recommend to stay if a must and last minute. If not needed, take your money elsewhere.

The hotel amenities was perfect. Shopping and dining area all less than a five minute drive was a plus. The front desk person wasn't friendly at all. She obviously hates her job. I dont expected to be greeted with a warm hug. A smile and a pleasant tone in ones voice goes a long way.

The hotel seemed old, needing a good touch up everywhere, carpet in our room had many stains, broken towel hook. Breakfast was ok, staff ok. Stayed in several hotels in nearby towns throughout the week while visiting the national parks, but this one was the most expensive in the worst condition.

They double booked my prepaid room to someone else and then upcharged me for a worse room. They said there would be no upcharge, and then charged me. They claimed I had not called although I did. This hotel is a franchise and Choice Hotels would not help me. Do not trust this hotel. Also, the elevator did not work.

The elevator was broken so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The hot tub was drained and under construction. The bed is creaky and hard, but everything else was fine.

Breakfast 6-9am is weekdays only, Weekend starts at 7 so was unable to eat before a volleyball tourney that started at 7am. Main reason I booked was breakfast, low cost, indoor pool. Also elevator inoperable, room on third floor.

Clean room and staff helpful got there an hour before check in and front desk let me check in earlier which was big help.

I have a 6 moth

Staff were great. First room I stayed in one side of the bed sunk in, the other uneven. The bedsheets were stained with a large old stain and splatters. The tiles on the floor moved. The walls were stained and the carpet smelled. I spoke to the front staff who moved me to another room, which was an improvement. The only improvement with the new room was the stable bed.

Mind you, we asked to move rooms about 15 minutes after we walked in. They said they couldn’t move us because we booked with a 3rd party. The mattress was awful. Will not book here again.They slide the checkout form under the door in the morning also which was weird.

The room we don’t like it, not worth it.

My first impression was that the staff were really nice and very helpful. They managed 2 customers who were being rude and impatient very professionally. The elevator was out of order which isn’t their fault. They did their job at informing everyone in a timely manner. I booked two rooms for this trip. Our rooms were ok, one bed did have what looked like dirt stains on the sheet and pillow, which we only noticed after pulling up the blankets. I was too tired to request a new set. I was traveling with teens, so of course they brought their gaming system. In one room, the TV didn’t work, it had “bad signal”, the other room did work, so we just switched rooms with each other. There were decent vending machine options and a heated indoor pool. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but that didn’t work either. I do like that the hotel is located near Target and 7/11 as well as Huckleberries. The breakfast was good! My family of 6 each was able to eat something tho their satisfaction and it was hot and fresh.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. Most of all, the staff were ALL just awesome. Shout out to Blake and their day time manager! They were polite, accommodating, and just kind! Kindness goes a long way. I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was downright disgusting! Completely covered in dried pee marks and also what looked like blood mark. The A/C unit sounded like a plane was taking off from our room! The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was terrible. The tap for the bath and shower was broken. We paid $271 for one night in this hellhole. An extortionate price! Do yourself a favor and stear clear of this place.

Our hotel key will lock/get decline everyday! I will have to bring it to the receptionist to get it fix and was informed it’s normal. Very inconvenient especially when parking is on the side of the hotel and you have to walk around to the front in the rain to get inside. Last night before checking out, elevators were closed down due to maintenance. My mother who is in her late 50’s and I had to carry 2 big suitcases down 3 flights of stairs without help to check out and leave.

This room was old and dirty and the beds were terrible. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we left and booked at the local Hilton for the second night.

Horrible stay! They are very dirty and have many roaches, in the lobby, room and bathrooms. Brought up to management and they dismissed it saying it happens at all hotels. They did not care at all.

The room was great and staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast wss delicious and there was a good variety of foods. Definitely recommend.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:45 pm after a long drive, hoping to check in couple minutes early since check in time is at 3 pm. However, we were informed that our room wasn’t ready and were asked to come back at 3:30 pm. We left the hotel and returned to our car at 3:50 pm, only to be told once again that the room wasn’t ready. The front desk person checked us in and promised to call us once the room was ready. We waited in the car until 4:50 pm, but the phone call never came. Frustrated, we decided to go into the hotel and ask if the room was ready. To our surprise, it was indeed ready, but the front desk person had forgotten to call us. May I remind you that hotel check in time is 3pm!

Car was broken into. Didn’t feel safe leaving my car on the side of the building even when it was parked right outside the side entrance. Left after a few hours. Didn’t even stay at premises.

The room was fine . However the fridge was crackling . And the fan on the wall was noisy. The hotel itself was just very loud . We got in late on our night there and hoped to sleep for a bit but at 730am the gardeners were outside the window with their leaf blowers, maids were up and down the hallway bright and early slamming doors and toilet seats and vacuuming , slipping the bill under the door and knocking . It was not restful and just way loud . The hotel also put the 100$ deposit on not one but both of my cards . And it has yet to be released .

I would give it 5 stars but the front desk made a mistake during my check in. They gave me a key to a room that was already occipied!!

When i walked in the door a man in a dapper suit and tie graciously checked me in, i had a feeling this was going to be a quality property. Turns out i was right, Great room, top service, and a fantastic breakfast

Not at all to the standards of Radisson. Rooms were very old and the Pool was very untidy. Basically, It’s a very old building

Hotel was clean, room was good with decent breakfast. One downside, got a room nearer to the highway and lots of road noise. Otherwise had a decent experience for a quick stayover for one night.

The carpet in the room needs some cleaning maybe even get replaced. The bathroom didn't have a fan extractor.

The staff, my personal room, and all the amenities were amazing. What was not great was the connecting door. There was no sound barrier in between the doors. You could hear it rattle with movements from the other room. I could hear every noise in the room next door. It is not the fault of the staff that the room was housing a de facto party next door and when I told them they were very quick to remedy once they knew. They sound was so bad between the connecting doors I felt like everyone next door may as well have been in my room. Sound proofing (I have seen foam barriers between rooms in other hotels) should be placed between the doors if the rooms aren’t being shared.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub that is advertised on the listing…. We check in and get ready for the pool and the pool water is green and the hot tub is completely drained and taped off…. I figured I would just soak in the tub in the room at this point; and the tub has BLACK MOLD growing in it and the top of the shower has a layer of dust caked on the rim of the tiles…I informed the front desk and they did nothing to accommodate the issue… I will not ever be staying here again. Very disappointed

Always comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice and took great care of us. I love the 12pm checkout time. With 3 kids and two adults to get movin, that checkout time was great. Parking was great. Love the Laundry room. And the indoor pool rocked! Excellent stay for our trip to the Yosemite and Sequoia Parks.

Good place to stay and relax

I am grateful to the service staff. Especially the young man working at the desk. We arrived on October 4, after the afternoon, and received very kind attention and care. When I returned home, I realized that I had forgotten my bag at the hotel, which contained my documents and a significant amount of money. I called the hotel and told them about it. They responded very quickly, found my bag and sent it back. My thanks and gratitude to the entire staff.

Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready at time of check in. And the bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is good. Nothing fancy. We’ve stayed here before.

Staff was nice. The food was terrible and we kept having to get a new key like every time we went out the door almost because every time we use the key once and then we come back in it wouldn’t work again. That part was quite frustrating. I noticed that the interior like the curtains and the bed sheets that’s on the bottom to cover underneath the bed we’re pretty worn out. Some of them had cuts on them. The shower was not that great it didn’t have good enough pressure I felt like. Sucks the hot tub wasn’t working but my son had fun in the pool though.

We stayed here two nights on the way too and from our trip to Yosemite… very nice employees, comfortable beds, clean and for the price a wonderful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Andrea made us feel welcome. The person who handles the breakfast area was fantastic. They worked hard and made sure breakfast was excellent. the area was kept clean and items were restocked in a timely manner. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was hot 82F. Tried to lower the temp but was unsuccessful. Called the front desk. Came right away and fixed the problem. Woke up at 4AM with a constant humming noise. Couldn’t correct the problem. Checked AC refrigerator. Possibly from outside?

Front desk staff was unfriendly and cold. Whole place smells like weed. Not sure what happened to this place but it hasn’t changed for the better. It’s not even a competitive price compared to other places anymore. I had chosen this place since it’s been clean and friendly but during this visit I didn’t get those qualities. Not sure if I’ll come back. Not expecting to get top service but getting the short end of someone’s attitude because of others actions isn’t something I would encourage anyone to pay for.

While this inn is in a convenient location near freeway, it is quiet. The staff is very freindly. The rooms could use a better showerhead and the carpets need to be replaced or washed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Always great value big spacious rooms with free parking free WiFi and free breakfast microwave coffe maker refrigerator and close to stores etc perfect great front desk customer service this is my 2 time here and more to come

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and the free breakfast was also a nice plus. The hotel building is older and although some cosmetic upgrades have been made it feels like a two star hotel.

Stayed the night instead of driving 3 hrs in the morning for my son's soccer game. Beds were comfortable, easy to check in, friendly service, and buffet breakfast was a treat.

Bathroom could have been a little more updated, but the water pressure was great. Comfortable stay for a good price.

The blankets In The drawers smelled like under arms. The room carpets looked like it could use a shampoo. The restroom was nice and clean.. breakfast and parking were free. Breakfast was great.. not an awful stay. They did replace the stinky blankets in the room..

Wasnt told what time my breakfast was going to end. I was pretty busy on my trip so I did not have the time to read through online to get all the details. The bed was not that comfortable. They have nice linens though. Also the mattress has like blood smears

What shocked me the most was that the bed sheets were not changed – they looked used and smelled bad. It was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this place completely failed to meet it.

The service staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. But the cleanliness of the hotel could’ve been way better. There was dirt in the cracks and crevices of the bathroom in our room. The floors were dirty. There was mold in our tub. The sheets smelled like cigarettes.

We had some other guests that were extremely rowdy but Blake at the front desk took care of it immediately! The rest of our visit was great!!

Have stay at this property for the last 3 weeks quiet and nice till last night the fire alarm when off like at 12am scare the soul out of me.

Little disappointed that the spa wasn’t working. After a long drive that would have been great for back pain relief. When something is not available that is listed for use, they should discount something else.

AC went out in my room during summer temps in the valley unfortunately the kind staff were not able to provide me with another room due to non vacancy

Housekeeping was limited to once every three days. Refrigerator didn't work and was not fixed when I brought it to their attention. Multiple aspects of the facility showed signs of wear or poor maintenance (floors of elevator, bottom of doors, carpet in room, etc).

Breakfast eggs were not great. You can tell they start from a powder. Maybe add some hard boiled eggs as an option? TNX!

I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was weird enough for me to say something. We arrive around 2:50pm and check in is at 3pm. The front desk said no rooms were ready to check back at 3, we waited in the lobby while the front desk person checked in two other families even though there were no rooms ready. When we did get a room the key didn’t work about 3 times and the room was kinda gross. The floors were sticky, stains on the bathroom floor and blood stains on my pillow. The toilet didn’t flush all the way and ran most of the time. We left that night to go to the casino and I swear someone came into our room to turn our ac off. The strangest thing was we put our stuff into our car the next morning, then we were going to head to the breakfast and check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything and go but by the time we finish breakfast maybe 25 min we went back to our room and someone was cleaning it …. We hadn’t even checked out yet and it was about 9am, checkout is at noon. It was weird and we won’t be going back.

The carpet in the room is dirty and smells like smoke. The upholstery in the room also smells like smoke and it’s a non-smoking room.

Blake was so nice and helpful! He went above and beyond. The breakfast was great. So sad that the hot tub wasn’t working but the pool was heated which was really nice. It was a good stay overall!

You need to update the microwave oven in the rooms. Ours was in terrible shape and took 2 1/2 minutes to reheat scrambled eggs. The carousel also wouldn’t turn.

They only have one Ice Machine for all three floors and it was broken. It was 104 degrees so that was not great. Other then the above, stay was nice.

The staff was so nice. The rooms we're clean. The only bad thing was the ice machine was down. The staff did call the other hotel next door and they we're friendly enough to let us get ice. Over all grateful to have stayed.

Unfortunately the stay was not nice. The comforter had blood stains in it. The towels in the bathroom had stains. The tub had a large crack. The floor may in bathroom had an hole in it. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance are severely lacking. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk in the morning the staff said this is a hotel the rooms are going to be used. Then asked how is a hole in the mat acceptable she said it’s not my problem it’s housekeeping problem. That told me a lot about staff and management, they need to fix these issues.

This place is ok but not comfortable by any means. We got terrible sleep because the bed was saggy in the middle and we kept rolling into it. The A/C in the room was more like a cooler that didn't actually cool down the room. We met a woman in the elevator on her way down to ask to switch rooms because her A/C and TV didn't work. Our TV worked, but I had to stand right next to it to get it to work, the remote didn't reach from the bed. At check-in, we were told breakfast started at 6, the next morning we had to wait 45 minutes because it actually started at 7am. The breakfast was pretty tasty. The shower matt looked dirty and needed a good scrub. And the window curtains had red blood-looking stains on them, so we chose not to touch it and just kept them open. And lastly, read the fine print because they charge a $2.99 administrative fee when you get there. I didn't get a receipt so I didn't know until I saw the charge on my card and called the hotel to investigate. I was told they charge it for booking with a 3rd party.

Pretty good stay, nice staff, easy to find room, bed is decent and it’s clean! My feet weren’t black after walking around barefoot so that’s extra points in my book!!
