However, housekeeping was a disappointment. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and when I needed fresh towels, I had to go to the front desk and request them myself. While the staff was accommodating when asked, I would have expected more consistent room service and housekeeping attention. Overall, the property was quiet and convenient, but improving housekeeping services would greatly enhance the guest experience

So we checked in Friday night, the room we were put in could’ve been better! You can tell they tried to remodel it at some point but not that great lol. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept but it was late so we just stayed. Thankfully the beds were very clean, and so were the towels. We did notice the tv wasn’t working so we tried to call the front desk a couple of times and got no answer. The next day we went out, and when we came back decided to go to the front desk to tell them about the tv. The girl at the front desk for the day shift on saturday offered us a new room or a discount immediately! We chose the new room since we were only staying one more night. The new room was waaay cleaner, swept floors, mopped even, it just felt way better. The only reason I give 3 stars is the room we got when we checked in and not getting assistance when we called the front desk. It wouldn’t be my first choice, but if rooms are super expensive or you just need a cheaper place to stay this place isn’t terrible. Honorable mention, they had a full breakfast my mom, and son enjoyed!

I will not stay in this location in the future

Been travelled and stayed a lot at Wyndham properties, but there are few things which were not up to the mark for this specific property. I specifically looked for properties with refrigerator in the rooms, description mentioned refrigerator being there in the room. When I was allotted the room it had no refrigerator in it, when asked about the issue they said they can’t help on it to reallocate the room, maybe can use the common refrigerator to keep the personal belongings. Next I have stayed in multiple motels with double bed rooms, this one specifically had really small beds.. more of it was like a twin bed not suitable for 2 person to sleep in a single bed. Alongside, the bath area in bathrooms are really really compact, although the property seems recently renovated!

I did not like that you can hear everything from the rooms next to you and above you. Also next to a Main Street so you hear all the traffic at night.

We liked that the location was close by the mall and restaurants. It was right off the busy road. There is practically no buffer between the street and rooms.

I was expecting a nice hotel for the price that I paid. It was far from nice. It was loud and the road traffic went on all night long and it was very impossible to sleep.

was not comfortable to stay there. There was noise all night long. The staff there was upset or something from working there The first morning breakfast was okay. But the second day they didn't cook really anything told the staff if they were gonna cook anything, they said they had ran out.And was only 7am and the serve breakfast from 6 to 9am the second staff member I ask said they don't cook anything hot after 8 it 7:30 that whatever was there that's was it. The rooms were for four people each. I ordered 2 each rooms only had 3 towels. Had to ask for towels one room didn't have the little small refrigerator we'll not recommend this place

The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The parking is abundant, did not try the breakfast.

First, the room itself was just okay—nothing special. It was decent enough for a short stay, but a small issue was the shower. It would start to flood quickly, which was frustrating considering it’s a standard standing shower. The breakfast was ok. The options were coffee, tea, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, & cereal but the bigger issue was the . We were told breakfast ran from 7–9 AM & that cooking stopped at 8. We got there around 7:20 AM, & there was already barely any food left. I stayed until about 8:10, & nothing was restocked. Guests were coming in & leaving because there was nothing to eat. At one point, another guest asked when more food would be brought out, & the employee said they were done for the day—even though it wasn’t even 8. When the guest asked for a manager, he was told there wasn’t one on site, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. Customer service was another downside. Most of the front desk staff appeared to be very young & lacked professionalism. On the day of checkout, we let the front desk know we would be leaving at 10:45 AM (checkout is at 11). Despite that, around 10 AM, housekeeping staff kept walking by & standing outside our room, talking about us still being inside. Shortly after, we even received a call from the front desk asking when we were leaving—right after we had already told them. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

The remodeling of the rooms and bedding was comfortable and clean along with room. We did not have refrigerator , no side chair or even a desk chair.

I had a ground floor room that looked like it had been pried open at some point. The door latch was pulled away from the frame, the dead bolt was gone and the weatherstrip at the bottom was held on by tape. I hardly slept because I was terrified that someone would break in again. It’s insane that the door has not been fixed. The staff was nice and the room was fine otherwise.

For the price that I paid the rooms were of standard. Definitely some updates that need to be done. However the free breakfast was very disappointing. The sausage tasted like water. The potatoes were cold and soggy, they were supposed to be fried. I didn’t even attempt to try the eggs. The orange juice was not orange juice at all. I’m pretty sure it was watered down orange tang.

Entrance to office needs cleaning. Breast was not fresh they serve eggs that are frozen and then heated looks like plastic. Breakfast attendant was friendly.

They didn’t offer breakfast which made me mad. That’s the reason I picked them so I didn’t have to go out to get breakfast. I was not informed there was no breakfast until we got there.

Its on very noisy street. Sometimes weird people around. The breakfast is not even breakfast we came around 8am and there was literally nothing. Like last croissant and one egg. During the breakfast some kind of homeless came for coffee and no one said a word to him. Horrible experience.

Good place for the money

Close to a lot of stores and food places. Free breakfast and pretty clean rooms. AC and shower work very well. No quiet hour, bunch of people smoking and drinking on the stairs. The parking lot gets packed. The soap dispenser has no soap. Breakfast only has potatoes and eggs no meat sausage or bacon. It says free breakfast from 0600-0900 but everything was cleaned out by 0820.

The street the hotel was on had a lot of traffic but it was fine. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was upset about was that their card (tap system) wasn’t working so I had to get $200 cash in order to secure the room for the night. Something I wished I knew before hand. The room itself was fine. Pillows were too lumpy. But it was very clean. Don’t come here for a quiet nights rest. Blackstone ave has too much traffic but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Other than that. Stay exceeded my expectations. Would get a room here again.

We settled for a last-minute cheaper hotel because we were going to a concert nearby. The location was not the greatest. The hotel did not match the pictures on the site at all. The hotel itself was very outdated and not well taken care of. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else

I love the cleanliness of my room and the friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

The light bulb was faulty. Also the location of the light bulb was near the door and was the only light in the main living area and it didn't illuminate the room very well.

The property was NOTHING like the pics total photoshoppe d was in a TOTALLY horrible area ! homeless walking around! Which made me worry about my car. The grounds were dirty and stained!

Made reservations on line for two nights ( no problem ) . Decided I wanted to stay another night After difficulty finding the location’s tel number , I put in my request for another night . I was assured that a different reservation was not necessary . A 3rd night would be added to the existing 2 night reservation . All I had to do was to remind the clerk at check-in of the 3rd night . …The clerk had no record of anyone changing the reservation from 2 to 3 nights . At first she said she had no room available for the 3rd night . Then she said the only room she could give me for 2 nights was a handicapped accessible room ( no problem for me ) . Then I was told she could likely give me a 3rd night but I might have to move to a different room for the 3rd night ( again, no problem for me or my wife ) . This was a 3:30 pm check-in time and only 3 or four vehicles were in the parking lot . ….Where are all the occupants ? We went to the room . It was what we expected - nothing fancy , but refrig , microwave AC all in working order . The following morning , we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast . Again , no surprises here . Same set up as other Days Inn type facilities . Eggs ,sauhages , home fries , waffles were hot & tasty . Great orange juice . Cereal , toast , bagels , coffee , etc all available . The afternoon of the 2nd day we returned to the room in the afternoon to find room service personnel outside the room counting the towels they had removed . One of the face c

My only complaint was very poor WiFi signal strength. This may have been due to the position of the room which was in a sheltered interior corner, but it was very annoying because I couldn't even download email much less web content.

We’ve been travelling for almost two weeks and this was our worst experience of the trip. The room was not clean. There was music playing late into the night (past midnight), we could hear other guests throughout the night (through the walls, outside coming and going, etc). We did not get much sleep. I know that’s not totally the hotels fault but it was disappointing and I would not stay there again. Only good experience was breakfast in the morning and the lovely staff member.

The tv didn’t work, a homeless man was sleeping outside our room when we arrived. Their check in system was down and they asked me to write my credit card information down. The room smelled.

We were moved three times in three days due to different reasons. The wifi is terrible and drops so often that you can barely work. You can’t rely if you are planning to work here.

It was clean and the room was large and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked quite well. The included hot breakfast was the best I had ever seen this side of Europe. It was the best part of our stay. There was a desk in the room, but it was not really usable because there was no light near it. There were also no towel rods in the bathroom. Only one hook for all the towels and clothes for 2 people. There was an ugly piece of furniture in the room that had previously housed a refrigerator and microwave which were now missing. The hole where the fridge went had wires hanging down in it.

Room is nice and clean. Check in girl was nice and courteous, check in was nice and quick. I would come back again.

Extended Stay due to my daughter being in the hospital real sketchy at night. Excellent staff love the girls in the office very helpful lotta sketchy homeless other than that clean place to stay never dull moment.

I have had a long stay here love the lady in the kitchen all the other maintenance staff except for one blonde with a ponytail at the top of her head avoid her she’s rude condescending and talks about other staff members for no reason sketchy people lotta homeless, but overall clean and OK breakfast love The girls in the office if the homeless were cleaned up, it would be a very better say. Overall, I like the people here just lock your doors. I would stay here again love the coffee

Street sign not lit up so drove past. Reception good. Beds, closet space, and shower water pressure all good. No frig, microwave, coffee maker, towel bar, or facial tissue. Usually present in comparable Days Inn. 3 days paid with points - is that why?Breakfast pretty good but same 2 days in a row. Had to go to front desk for TP and took a bit because reception didn’t know where it was! Outdoor landscaping kept up and convenient location for what we needed.

Deposit was cash only super inconvenient, had to travel to atm. Road is noisy.

It may have just been our paticular room, 123.but the beds werent comfortable. Matress was lumpy, box springs squeeked on both double beds. The fan in bathroom did not work, the vent was failing. Tried to reattach but was unsuccessful. The water temp was inconsistent. Had to wait a couple of times for the water to heat up. The bathroom door trim and desk chair had been chewed uo. Assuming by a dog. Front desk checkin and checkout were fine. That was the only employee interaction we had. Bŕeakfast vairety was adequate. Location of hotel was convenient.

I paid for 2 nights 3 days for two of us. There was only one towel and when i asked for more no one came. The maid was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to get towels and soap. The individual soap she gave to me was opened, used and had hair/dirt in it. The shower was unclean, dark pubic hair on the walls and in the corners of the shower. The sheets had red stains on them. Only one roll of toliet paper. The room had no microwave, fridge or freezer. The room was falsely advertised as it looked nothing like the photos online. When calling the front desk for more toliet paper and towels the employee was rude and hung up on me. The breakfast included was terrible, no options of fruit, yogurt, juice, ect. When checking out i complained and was only provided with an email which i will be inlcuding the pictures that i took.

Internet, TV and heater/air conditioner did not work a all in the room and the office person was nice but had no clue how to fix’s anything and didn’t offer to call a maintenance person. Lots of street noise, was extremely noisy all night. Would NOT stay here again.

Well, for one they don’t honor what you book online Expedia or Hotels.com if you book a room that says you get a refrigerator in the microwave when you get there, they’ll tell you it’s wrong and charge you more per day. They don’t honor any online booking. my daughter was in the hospital in ICU after heart surgery And I booked a room with microwave and fridge and they said it’s wrong and they charge me three dollars per day. My daughter was longer. I booked another three days today and they charge me like $11 a day to have a Refrigerator microwave breakfast Blah blah,

There was disturbances all night. Yelling, cussing, walking around. I was scared to stay there yet scared to leave my room. The windows and walls are so thin I could hear EVERYTHING outside. Including the drag racing cars down the street all night. My bed sheets had stains on them, the mirrors were dirty, and it was unclean. I didn’t even take a shower because I felt unclean. Never returning

Additionally, the front desk staff was unprofessional and showed little interest in providing quality service. In the room, the bed linens were unacceptable, appearing unclean and stained, which further detracted from the experience.

Very noisy at night. Impossible to sleep. We stayed two nights, and then checked out one night early. No housekeeping at all. We had full trash bins, and nobody showed up to take care of it. Bad sheets and towels are dirty. No light at the room except one table lamp. Fridge was leaking, floor was full of water. It took forever to get warm water in the shower. The most terrible stay ever.

The room itself was clean and the bathroom seemed upgraded. We upgraded ($10 a night) to a room with a fridge & microwave. The woman in the office was friendly and thorough. But…it is a very noisy motel. We could hear the people next door talking and singing. The people above us were moving and dragging things all night and going up and down the stairs with their dog (toe nails tapping the stairs outside our window) numerous times during the night. There were cars burning rubber and peeling out of the parking lot in the middle of the night. Car alarms kept going off. We kept our blinds closed because there were people hanging outside our room visiting and sitting on their cars all the time. Lighting in the room was very minimal so our room was very dark. Our 2nd night we arrived to the motel @11pm to find no parking. The previous night had been so noisy and creepy, we took it as a sign to just pack up and go home. It felt like they had long term residents or just creepy guests staying there. The motel is cleaned and maintained and staff was pleasant. It’s the clientele they host.

Nice place. Easy access to Yosemite (14 miles) and lots of places to walk to for shopping and food. Pool was closed and room could have been a bit cleaner but all in all this was a good place to stay.

Some minor problems: * They didn't provide hand soap, so we had to use the small tube of body wash - the they said they were out? * Door to bathroom didn't latch, but it mostly closed * Drawer on TV cabinet kept opening by itself, stuffed paper between the drawers which mostly worked * At breakfast both waffle makers were broken, one with a sign, the other didn't cook properly * Loud racing going on nearby - lasted until about midnight, on a Friday night (we only stayed the one night, so not sure if it's every night or just weekends) All relatively minor things, should be easily fixed (except for the racing). Surprised a property by Wyndham has these numerous problems!

We booked a one night stay at this location, conveniently located close to our kid’s sporting event. It was just an overnight stay, so the cheap price point didn’t bother me. We all quickly learned that it was a big mistake. The online check-in was easy. The free parking and complimentary breakfast was convenient. However, the front desk lacks good customer service. The non-smoking rooms smell of smoking rooms or old stinky dwellings that have been painted over. No blow dryers for us girls. Unfortunately, we a family of five, all complained about having the worst, most uncomfortable sleep ever. We heard noises from cars zooming and racing down the street until about 2:00am. The street noises sounded amplified and could not be muffled out by sounds of the AC and TV. My kids woke up for their big tournament feeling exhausted and sleep deprived. Our friend, who also had a room across from us on the second floor, had the same negative complaints. We checked out first thing in the morning and got ourselves some strong coffee to help us combat our sleep deprivation. We all agreed to never again book this Days Inn while we’re in town for sporting events. I’ll gladly pay more elsewhere!

A not family friendly at all. It was all shady around and we could hear screams and fighting all night! Smoke smell in rooms and entire floor although it’s supposed to be non smoking area ! No toiletries in the room

The lady at the front desk told me deposit was $50 I said okie when I was about to check in she asked for $200 deposit. I refused to check in and told her I will cancel the booking. Not knowing my booking was non refundable. I opened app to cancel booking and cancel option wasn't there. But somehow the lady cancelled the booking by herself without my consent and gave me a paper of cancellation. I was so tired, upset and needed a place to sleep. This lady really pissed me off. I called Expedia agent Omar told me he will do his best to initiate fhe refund. I had to book another property and pay even more money to stay for the night. After 2 days even Expedia emailed me they cannot refund my booking amount. I just went there to lose my money. It was very humiliating and Expedia didn't helped me at all as well. It was the worst experience ever from property as well as Expedia.

Location is good and between two major national park .. sequoia national park and Yosemite national park 1.25 hour drive at opposite direction from this property.. breakfast is good
