I liked the bed! It was very comfortable. The room was clean and although it didn’t have much, it was sufficient for what I needed. Also, the staff that I interacted with was excellent! They were kind, friendly, and helpful! Really enjoyed the service aspect. The continental breakfast was lackluster. It only had cereal, a waffle maker, and breads (toast, danishes, mini muffins). There was no fruit nor any protein. I felt like it was a dessert bar rather than a breakfast.

I go to a wrestling tournament in Fresno every year, and I’ve stayed at a few different places near the arena. Most of them had some kind of issue, but I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, and check-in was easy because I checked in online ahead of time. My room key was already ready when I arrived. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and in a great location close to restaurants, stores, and the freeway. The prices were affordable, and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. I have nothing bad to say. I really liked everything about my experience.

Always a great stay with this Ramada inn I’ve been here about six times and never not once had any issues or complaints it’s always so relaxing and peaceful staying here and it’s why we always choose this location to stay while I’m in town I will always recommend this location to my family and friends

Room okey, hallway smells like gasoline, outlets for drier n bathroom didn’t work , phone did not work, I guess I didn’t read about requesting a room clean because in other places automatically they do the service, dissatisfied about that, breakfast okey bout id you like cereal”” if not don’t bother

Nothing, the staff make you feel unwelcome, I ask for towels on my 3 day stay, the front desk told me you must come dow and get them your self., I upgraded to the DELUXE ROOM, no toilet paper, no conditioner, no towels, they don't pick up the trash for no reason here is no common sense., it was horrible I got there 1 hour prior they charge 25.00 dlls for early check in, thank God I made it, but it was no service after that, I buy everything because the lack of responsibility of the staff., in all the ways possible.

Dirty linen/Dirty bathroom/Dirty Counters/ Breakfast options are only juice, toast, one waffle or cereal. Used to be a great clean place but not anymore. Not clean for family or children.

The elevator floor was disgusting. Hadn’t been cleaned in two or three days. Someone had spilled food ketchup. It was tracked all over the elevator floor. My bed lines had stains on them.

No body wash, no conditioner. Everything else was okay.

The room was clean. Very Spacious. Only thing i did not like was during breakfast time did have to leave my breakfast that was still being made to go to my room to go use the restroom. There is no restroom for customers down in the lobby. Besides that, i Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing for the price. It was clean and spacious. It was everything you would want for a good night stay or vacation. It was close to restaurants and my family. I plan to make this my go to hotel when visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional.

This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone.

The staff was very kind…the room was tired. Most of the outlets didn’t work, the floors were cracked and the sheets weren’t as clean as they could and should have been. The breakfast was good…well stocked and clean. The room was inexpensive…so you get what you pay for… I guess.

Front desk staff acknowledged the indoor pool was unheated and too cold to swim in. Breakfast had very few options and was in a small, stuffy room with loudly blaring infomercial on TV.

The carpets were dirty in room 209, but 206 was upgraded with laminate wood, so it looked nice/clean. The lobby area was nice and clean. The breakfast area was cleaned but not restocked with plates and milk for the cereals. Overall, the breakfast selection was limited but adequate for the caliber of guests. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. A heated pool would have been a big plus.

While the location of the hotel is convenient off the 99, the room quality and age of decor wasn’t up to par with other hotel experiences.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had ants in the room and there was roaches in the parking lot.

I checked in about 2PM. At around 10PM, when I was in bed, 2 young women opened my door and were about to come in when I spoke up. They immediately left (fortunately). A few minutes later, the front desk called to apologize. They asked me what room I was in (314); she said I was logged in as being in 310. Wrong. The desk clerk in the morning was very apologetic. Human error. No problem.

My stay at this particular location was not a great one, the hotel for being non smoking stunk of cigarettes, the bedding had cigarette burn marks, and the place was dirty.

Very disgusted even for one night stay. The room smell like urine, the sofa bed is so old that look like someone thrown in the trash and has lots of stain and it need to be thrown out and replaced. There's a cup holder in the back of the sofa bed that's probably been there forever just to show this room was not cleaned properly. We asked for sofa bed linens and the linens have black particles so we didnt use the sofa bed. The 2 queen beds was ok. The bathroom air is weak and hot. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Ramada you need to make better of your name!

Just an overnight stay while at a birthday party. While the room did its job as far as a place to lay your head it was not something I would pick for an actual stay. The shower was not the cleanest. There was a USED washcloth on the bathroom counter when we first walked into the room. We had a room towards the end of the hallway. The AC was not on, the entire floor was warm compared to the 1st and 3rd floor. 3rd Floor ice machine was out of service. When entering the room it was, needless to say WARM. The AC in the room was very LOUD, making it difficult to sleep even with the T.V. on. I hope we did not have neighbors. It was a late night check-in we were too tired to ask for a different room. Check in was fast, easy and very nice. Morning checkout was the same service. Overall a hard 2 stars.

Ramada has really fallen in the quality area. The room was shabby although clean. Also the noise from the hall and the rooms next door was a bit too much.

Bathtub was very slippery difficult to negotiate. I slipped while taking shower fell backwards hitting my head on toilet and hitting my back on tub causing severe pain.

Hotel staff is professional and polite, felt a little unsafe because there was many sketchy people staying on our floor. The hallways smell like weed. Hotel can use some renovation. Some of the furniture in our room was old and wasn’t the cleanest. Overall giving it three stars because of the staff, we’re friendly and professional, I do not think I’ll be back.

They were helpful in accomadating my needs. Only problem was the struggle to get early check in which was extra, but it worked out.

Rooms a good size with living furniture but noise from staff room which was next door.

Parking was inconvenient because there was limited parking available. Breakfast was nothing special as with any continental breakfast but I do have to point out that there were varieties to choose from when selecting juices for breakfast such as apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice, as to someplace there is no selection. The room I stayed at the door was hard to open and when I closed it, it was hard to push it to close also.

I was greeted by Javier. He was very polite and helpful. There is a laundry room in the lobby area. My room was very nice and my bed very comfortable. Woke up early for breakfast and was off to my next adventure.

The room was listed as accessible, but it was only nominally so. There was an elevator, so getting to the room itself was not a problem. The toilet was high enough, but there were no rails. There was one hand rail in the tub/shower, but it was placed so low, most people would be unable to use it to access the tub. The space between the beds just barely accommodated a walker. a wheelchair would not have fit. Other than that all was fine. It was clean & quiet.

I didnt have any particular expectations but was greeted by friendly people and slept well on the comfortable bed.

The staff are very nice but the hotel has to provide basic services. Shower handle barely hanging on. Forget the trans fat breakfast. Its only survival food/gas station style. Go to McDonald's next door. Train goes by at night and shakes the bed and you can here explosions at night time, have no idea whats going on in Fresno, but didn't stay long

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my 10-day road trip, especially the spacious rooms and the exquisite decoration. But the breakfast lacks yogurt and fruit. I will still recommend this hotel to my friends who love traveling.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Nicely appointed room and good amenities in the bathroom. Furnishings need to be updated...the 2 armchairs were a little soiled. There was a piece of baseboard missing in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. But, we did enjoy our stay and would likely stay there again.

The pool area needs to be taken better care of, the entry of the room needed to be swept, the bathroom, towels, bedding needed to be cleaned better, and the room needed to be vacuumed.

The stay was nice. But the room was hot and took all night to cool down. Also, we were unable to buy condiments or snacks cause they didn’t accept card for them.
