It was close to the rough riders field so we could walk. The room was very dirty, didn’t look cleaned at all. Old food was left in the room. It was also hot and very stuffy.

I traveled to Frisco for my daughter’s cheer competition that was hosted in the same hotel. I felt safe knowing that I was near. The stay was comfortable.

The rooms were well kept and clean. We recommend this location for easy access to many locations. We had an event at the Comerica center. It was so easy no parking issue because we walked right across the street.

The hotel was clean, the restaurant staff were very helpful, food was excellent and everything would have been perfect until the morning I checked out. The lady who assisted me was not pleasant, had difficulty making eye contact, and did not explain why I had to pay an extra $44 for parking. The only excuse I got was, “that’s what they charge”. I would have appreciated clarification and/or a more detailed explanation. I would highly suggest putting someone more pleasant in her position.

The room and the bathroom was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the room. I felt good about the hypo-allergenic room especially having dog friendly property, I assumed to have some smell or hair somewhere on the carpet, but it was very clean. I was impressed about how well they cleaned after each guest. Three things I wish they would improve on: the shower curtain smelled a little. They should replace that more often. The sofa bed was awful! Was not a mattress at all, more like a thick blanket with the frame digging down your back. I would definitely get 2 rooms so that we would sleep comfortably at night next time.

Prior to booking, I called the hotel to confirm if indoor pool was heated and staff said it was. When we tested the water was cooled and not heated. Very disappointing, also room at lowest cooling temp was still pretty warm

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Kids liked the pool. But there are things that need to be addressed. Our room was missing a square of carpet, like it was cut out because of a stain and never replaced. The a/c in the room worked only ok-ish, never making the room truly cold. The tub faucet leaked. It was a nice stay, I just expected to not find these little maintenance issues.

The hotel was really pretty and the staff was very polite. However, the AC in our room didn't work well, even after we had maintenance come and "fix it". Also, note the hot tub is NO LONGER at the hotel. The hotel photos on their website have not been updated. We were quite disappointed about no hot tub, as it was one of the selling points. All in all, I would come back.

The hotel was not bad at all for the price. Room was bigger than I expected, air worked good, shower had great water pressure, had great view of ball park which is literally a walk away. Slept great once the game was over. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch although the food needs a little help. Does have a nice omelet bar. Several of the players were eating breakfast at the same time we were, the kids loved that. Hotel has covered parking which is so great, but there is a $22 charge, thought was a little much even if you did not park inside the garage. Only complaint I would have is that I did not like there being a person setting on the patio down stairs smoke weed in something when we walked back up from the game. Hated my kido seeing and smelling it. Over all Hyatt is great place for the price.

We were not able to get the room we reserved. And the room we were put in was subpar. The coffee maker didn’t work. Water was all over the floor after my shower and it was a tub shower type situation. The hot water knob on the faucet leaked and got all over the counter and the bar sink dripped all the time. The room we reserved had a nice view, the view we got was of the roof and the air conditioning units.

The rooms could have been cleaner and had a musty, old smell. On the positive side, the breakfast was great and the balcony had a really nice view. Parking was also a bit confusing. Overall rating: 3/5 — mainly due to the room cleanliness and the rude front desk employee Sunday evening.

We found a used condom under the pullout bed. I called the front desk to have someone clean it, but housekeeping showed up with only clean sheets and no cleaning supplies. Housekeeping was unaware that we needed the bed sanitized and cleaned. We also found a cockroach in our room.

We stayed for four nights, the suite was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the free parking, restaurants on site, great breakfast buffet, and free parking. Also a Starbucks in the lobby.

Embassy Suites lodgings is one of our go to places to stay. I have yet to experience a less than five star treatment. Probably eventually but this is one of those times not today. The service excellent, the staff phenomenal, the facilities immaculate, the room superb, easy to drive to and park. Absolutely, recommend Embassy Suites Stonebriar Frisco, Texas.

I normally prefer to stay at a Embassy suites however this time I had a problem with the heating in the room, the maintenance guy came up to fix it and it got better however, when I stepped out of the room for a few hours, I came back to another cold room. I contact the person that left a message on my phone if I need any help with the room however no one came back to fix it so it was kinda late so me and my wife just wrapped our self up in a blanket and went to sleep.

Guest services got immediately on the request. Only thing to improve is when parking on different levels you have to walk down through the parking garage to enter into the hotel, but i understand its a structure problem not an actual hotel problem.

My wife loved the Christmas decorations and the cleanliness of room, I found one bad spot on the bedroom carpet which was kinda hard and stiff. Oh the comp. breakfast we both enjoyed only was it was available until 10am. Hotel is close to a mall as well!

The worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Both TVs broken. Wrinkled, unchanged bedsheets. Dirt and stains all over the place. But worst of all the shower was cold. This was so unacceptable to me that I tried to get Cheaptickets to refund me so I could move hotels. They didn’t get back to me until after my 2 day stay was over. Don’t use this hotel or cheaptickets.

Property was nice inside, staff was great. The room has some issues. The bed smelled terrible, like the bedding/pillowcases weren’t changed and had a bad body odor to them. The shower dripped and wouldn’t shut all the way off. The tv in the sitting area wasn’t working correctly, the screen had blue and green lines throughout the pictures. The lamp in the sitting area was broken, one of the bulbs was dangling and the shade was broken off and someone just sat it on top to cover the broken light but when we tried to turn it on or off it would fall completely off and not work. The heat in the room didn’t work either, it was extremely cold even when we set it to 80 degrees. We had to check out a day early and find other accommodations.

Everything went well from check-in through check-out. The Embassy Suites was perfect for our family of 4, and the price booking via Expedia was unbeatable. I will continue booking through Expedia for all of my travel needs.

Great experience especially when the lock broke on our door and we where locked out for 1.5 hour thanksgiving more . Was late to help prepare the meal with my daughter, but they were very friendly and professional and fixed it as soon as they could. We had a great Thanksgiving and everything was taken care of when we returned. Loved the hotel will be back for sure.

The staff did seem to care. The building has really begun to show its age, the beds were broken and the execution of breakfast was far from stellar.

We walked into the room at 8:30pm and saw a roach crawling on the wall. Found one again in the bedroom area. Air conditioning did NOT work and woke up sweating. Roach was also crawling in clothing. Finally after a horrific nights sleep, went down to check about a refund or moving rooms. They wanted to put us in the room right next door! We said absolutely not, so we moved down the hall…which was the best they could do. The new room had 0 roaches, smelled better and the air worked. Disappointed they did not offer to comp that first night!

The room itself was nice, but my bedroom TV did not work. There was literally no remote for it, and it would not power on. I asked for help on Friday, but no one would help me. Finally got someone to fix it on Saturday, but my first night was a disappointment. What really bothered me was there was no coffee. The girl who worked the coffee shop (Victoria) was SO stressed out. She was so frazzled by the high number of guests wanting coffee, which I Can understand--it is not fully her fault. But a hotel that doesn't have lobby coffee? That's crazy. The coffee shop itself did not open until 7am--what about people who are awake at 5am and 6am (like myself and the several others who were upset by the lack of coffee)? And then this shop closed at 1pm! So we couldn't get coffee at all! The hotel desk staff said "Well just go make it in your room." The coffeemaker in my room was disgusting. Nor was there creamer available. So that was a poor response. I was there on business as part of the TSD conference going on. So many other conference guests did not even have a room with a filthy coffeemaker that they could go to use. I enjoyed the lobby atmosphere and the room (for the most part) but I would never stay again as a five hour window to have a cup of coffee is insane.

Room and staff were great. Although, staff member came in my room while I was changing before checkout. All the food at breakfast was cold; bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes. Maybe consider getting bigger cups for coffee. The soup cups were tiny.

Me and my family stayed a total of 3 days and everything was perfect except for one day. The water was shut off in the building for maintenance which caused us not to be able to get in the pool during our stay. The children were not happy about that. Other than that it was perfect. The staff was amazing, housekeeping cleaned the room every single day, and they gave complimentary waters and drinks from the bar. Overall experience was an 8/10

The in process was great. Hotels.com had already charged my card. Front desk guy look up my information and i was all set to go. Room was clean and fresh. The view of the mall was great. Valet was great too greeting me by name and got my car right away.

The lobby and bar area are very nice and well-kept. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The parking convenience was GREAT. The room, however, was a different story. When we walked in, the windows were wide open with the curtains blowing in both the sitting area of the suite and the bedroom. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which we quickly suspected was why the windows were left open. The footstool in the suite had what appeared to be dried vomit on it. One of the dresser drawers had holes through it like someone had tried kicking it in. After all this, we just felt like the rest of the room was unclean. We decided not to say anything since our stay was for one night and the hotel was full. Will not stay there again.

The room was outdated and had a stuffy smell. The biggest problem was the stain we found on the side of the mattress cover. I did a google search and it said could be bed bugs. That creeped me out and we left super early.

The room was nice,& clean. The breakfast was not great( bacon was not cooked well, pancakes were bland), we were one of the first down to breakfast and the carpet was very dirty from the night before. Checkout time was 11:00 and we had someone beating on our door continually till we answered at 9:45 wanting to know when we were leaving. I'm not saying they knocked and even waited, she knocked and continued knocking for a minute and a half straight till I answered

We were in town for a game at Rough Riders Stadium so the ease of just walking to the stadium was great! One thing we did not appreciate was a knock on our door at 9:45 from housekeeping. Check out is at 11! I’ve never seen this & we weren’t the only room. You could see them on other floors.

I want to start by acknowledging the staff, who were genuinely kind and did their best to help throughout my stay. Every person I interacted with was polite, responsive, and tried to make things right when issues came up. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations. I had to change rooms twice due to unacceptable conditions. Both bathrooms I encountered had visible mold, especially around the toilets, and the toilets themselves were not properly cleaned. There was black mold around the rims, which is a serious hygiene concern. Additionally, the air vents outside the rooms were covered in thick dust and grime, suggesting that air ducts throughout the hotel haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. This not only looks bad but also raises concerns about air quality and health. It's clear the hotel is in need of deep cleaning and maintenance, especially in guest bathrooms and HVAC systems. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts, the physical condition of the rooms made for a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

Totally disappointed and not like other Embassy Suites properties. Roach infectation on the 4th floor and very bad house keeping. Too expensive for this type of service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton Honors in Frisco! We had a stay vacation with our grandson and he absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for families

Our stay at Embassy Suites with my girls was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond anytime we needed something, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the pool was refreshing, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. If we find ourselves in the Frisco area again, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

There were stains on the bedspread not sure what they were. The lamp was falling apart by the bed. There were somebody else’s water bottles outside on the balcony. There were cigarette ashes all over the balcony, and there was something between the door out to the balcony and the dresser. I know you were having a convention. Perhaps it would’ve been best to separate them from regular visitors lines to get food were obnoxious there was no place to sit.

Was happy with all services. But never emailed me receipt for our stay. I’m having a problem getting someone to help me???

The staff was very friendly, but our stay was not good at all. When we first arrived we were placed in the wrong room. We were told that at 3 our room that they were moving us to would be ready, but it was not. They told us that the room was given to another guest. Then we were given another room that the door lock was broken so we had to wait for another room. Finally we got a room only to get to that room and it smelling so strong of weed. At that time there was no other room to put us in. It was just a whole mess from the time we got there. Then on top of everything the fire alarms went off at 4:00am and we had to evacuate the hotel. We were there for my youngest high school graduation, this was not how we planned this to go. And to top it off no compensation was offered I had to ask for points then was only given 10000 points, I thought they could do way better than that.

I've left reviews and reached out everywhere. I want this stay refunded and will not be returning to this property.

We had a crazy incident around 4:00 am and had to evacuate the hotel by stairs, I didn’t have chance to wear shoe. Hope they will give compensation to guest. I really love Embassy Suites

Spacious rooms. But no food served by the restaurants until 4PM

Unfortunately, this hotel has plumbing issues. My first day there was no water from 10 am to 5 pm due to repairs. Not a big deal, as I was out all day. However, that evening I could get nothing but nearly scalding hot water in the shower. And, when I tried to wash my hair in the sink, I could get only lukewarm water. No cold. No hot. I believe the sink was worked on the next day while I was out, as one of the handles fell off when I used it and there was cold and hot water. However, the shower still had only very very hot water. No possible way you could shower in it. The next day I asked for help again and the engineer came to my room, took apart the fixture and fixed the shower. It's not a super fancy hotel, and the breakfast is great, but you'd think hot and cold water in the room would be a given. The only accomodation offered was a suggestion that they could let me use a different room to shower. Not very convenient.

Rooms stayed a little on the warm side. But had a great experience! It was a quick trip but the employees were helpful and seemed happy to be at work. Breakfast was great.

Property and staff were absolutely amazing

Parking cost was not in the booking description. It is $18/night to park on property. BUT that is in a secured parking garage... I dont mind, just would've been nice to know on Expedia when booking. The staff has been very friendly, pool is nice and clean. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was okay. The bar was very under staffed for the evening reception they do. Took forever to get a drink. The coffee shop was the same way.

When I tried checking in at the specified time of my email (11:00am), I was told I couldn’t check in until 2:00, which was inconvenient because I had to lug around extra bags at the very crowded convention until I could check in. After a long day at the convention my daughter and I went upstairs to go to bed only to find the side of the carpet on the bed was completely soaked. As in there’s a leak somewhere soaked. I tried calling to let the front desk know, but the phone was broken, so I had to walk down to talk to them which was fine because I requested to move rooms anyway. The staff was friendly and promptly moved me to a different room. So at 10:00pm my daughter and I got our bags and switched rooms (we had been there since 8:30am, so we were tired). Everyone on staff I interacted with was friendly, but the hotel needs a face lift and is in need of some repairs (tv not operating in room, an elevator was out of order, phone not working, etc.) Especially in an area like Frisco that is a majority of new development and a lot of upper middle class residents, I’m surprised they haven’t renovated to stay competitive with other hotels and on par with clientele’s expectations.

Not well cleaned because of the high traffic flow of youth and families. We saw food on the carpet for two days -- even after housekeeping carts were positioned at rooms in between the spills. Body wash dispenser in the shower was empty on our first day !!! Really ... Front Desk service is excellent.

Stayed for the acm award every one was amazing really helpful tony drove us to the event he went through so much for me because im handicapped and to drop and pick us up at the blue handicapped area was such a amazing man. Thank you tony for fighting for me he never gave up. The people atthe star told us to be dropped off there, but the police was giving us a hard time. And it was only for handicapped... that was the only disappointment. But yall have a amazing man in tony... so thank him again for me.

Our door jammed it took the guy and hour to fix it, I had no caffeine coffee all they had was decaf. The orange juice was watered down, we were told if we leave our room we would not be able to get back in it because the door was broken. The manager was rude when I explained the door situation and and acted like it happened all the time. The bathroom was dirty.

The breakfast line was so long into the lobby we had to wait at least 45 minutes. I was told it was a conference and they had a certain area to sit in. Yet it was no where to sit for breakfast food wasn’t good. I spent 504 for two nights. The staff was very short and unpleasant at times. I was in town for my bridal shower and I felt uncomfortable. Was not impressed with this hotel. The 1st room they put us in smelled bad so got moved to another room but it was not much better. The carpets were filthy and beds were not great.

The hotel was next to the baseball field

Our stay was so-so. Staff was exceptional but overall condition of the hotel was outdated. Beds werent not the best quality. The tv's and remotes definitely were the worst. We had 2 rooms and both bedroom tv's had to have maintenance up to work on and only one was fixed. The remotes were so annoying. The cheapest remotes ever. So stay was ok because of staff and awesome breakfast but other than that we couldnt wait to get home.

The property was fine. Its near everything and the people were friendly. Our toilet over flowed and made a mess! It was hard to sleep because our room was beside a staff room on the the 11th floor and there was a noise all hours of the night!!!

The second night, however, was a different story. There was constant banging and rattling all night, possibly from the pipes or the AC—we couldn’t tell. Then the AC stopped working properly altogether. Despite lowering the thermostat repeatedly, the room never cooled below 72°F (we had a baby monitor that tracked the temperature). That might not sound terrible, but with no fan in the bathroom, the room quickly became hot and humid. That same night, while playing with our child, we discovered some old French fries on the floor—definitely not ours—raising serious questions about the cleanliness of the room. On checkout day, two of the elevators were broken, so getting downstairs was a nightmare. Concierge offered to help with our luggage, but due to the elevator issue, we had to split up. The staff member who “helped” us ended up leaving our bags unattended outside with lots of foot traffic around. That felt careless and unsafe. Between the noise, broken AC, cleanliness concerns, and lack of care with our belongings, we definitely won’t be staying here again—and we wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

The balcony was nice but they seem to use lower floors so not much of a view. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The TVs were weird to control and not easy to figure out for using with my laptop. Ended up unplugging the adapter thing on the back of the TV and plugging into the same HDMI spot. Breakfast is good but does require tickets so make sure to get enough for anyone else in the room.

The customer service was excellent, the rooms are big and comfortable. I love Embassy Suites.

The breakfast is worth it all

Checkin was super quick and painless. Room was perfect for our short weekend trip. Plenty of options nearby and on property for snacks, food and drinks.

Older property, but well-staffed & clean. If one loves minor league baseball-TX Roughriders’ stadium is adjacent. Team was “away” during my stay—so, could be louder during games—but also super fun to go to a game-stadium is really nice! Also, lovely park adjacent.

The only thing that I experienced was the pullout was uncomfortable and the bedding had stains. Everything else was a good experience.

The AC heater didn't work. Called the front desk 2 times and they attempted to fix the problem. Still didn't work. Through our the hotel the carpet has tears with duck tape holding it together. Furniture in my room had big chips and burns in the desk

Not happy about paying for parking but the room rate was decent. The room was clean but the mattress probably needs to be replaced - saggy in the middle. Would like to be able to cast my streaming services to the TV or have more options to use my account with.

The rooms smell damp and musty. The rooms definitely need updating. Room never got cool. We were very happy that the general manager called in the staff to open breakfast an hour early since we were there for a dance convention and the dancers needed to eat earlier!

There was 2 problems that I had while there. One was a cleaning issue but they took care of promptly and made it right. The second was being automatically charged for multiple bottles of some expensive water, just because it was in the room. It was a automatic charge and if I hadn’t been paying attention, then I would’ve been ripped off

Good hotel but you need to be calling to the reception one night before to get your room clean..it’s not a fact your room will be clean. I did not like that..

Valet was amazing, had a ribeye at thw restaurant and wow....so good!!

The a/c was noisy, but the hotel did a good job addressing the issue.

Room was hot at all times, air conditioning was set to 60 in an effort to cool the room but it never got below 78.

Mattress needed to be replaced. I did not report it until I was checking out. They were very nice and told me they wish I had told them in the beginning. They provided some consulation for the mattress. Very nice. A1 customer service.

Having to pay for parking.

It was ok very outdated and needs some renovations our show head didn’t work so we were forced to bathe in a not so clean tub the first night and our sink had a leak so it damaged alot of my wife’s make up she had on the counter. Other than that I was an ok stay. The breakfast was GREAT! And the chefs were SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING!

The hand shower didn't work and therefore we couldn't give a shower to my disabled son and left without showering. Toilet flush didn't work as well and need to call the front desk couple times to send me shower gel which is missing.

The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and took care of us. I wish the rooms were more updated but the experience makes up for it.

The customer service was amazing!

When I contacted the front desk, a gentleman informed me that the Embassy Suites no longer utilizes Keurig-type coffee makers. I reluctantly accepted this information. During my final stay, I rode the elevator with a fellow guest and inquired about the availability of Keurig-type coffee makers in the room on the 14th floor. To my surprise, she confirmed that the room did indeed have a Keurig machine. I found myself at the front desk and again inquired about the Keurig coffee machines and recounted my story. He confirmed that they did have Keurig machines and apologized, asking if I wanted one sent up right away, which I declined. I will definitely stay at this property again, but I will definitely insist on the Keurig coffee machine.

All of the Staff were very nice and friendly.

The made to order eggs at breakfast were fine, however the buffet items could have been better. Honeydew melon was tasteless, biscuits were dry and hard, sausage gravey didn’t have much sausage.

The friendliness of the employees is absolutely amazing. From check-in to happy hour. The sweet woman who was working the happy hour was great. We got to know her over our stay. I cant remember her name so shame on me. She deserves a raise. On Friday night she was alone and handled both drinks and the snacks. Loved her!!

The front desk person terrible customer service

The property is usually great! We've stay here numerous times This time the room had issues! Only had Lukewarm water for the shower.The GFCI switch at the convenience counter was tripped. It looked like someone had taken a sharp object to try to reset it.Also, the toilet has a slow leak as it ran to refill every few minutes. Other than that the room was great. Comfortable and quiet even though kids were running up and down the halls and elevators.

Dirty washcloth with hair in tub pubic hair on toilet seat and toilet. Pair of socks left on bathroom floor. Water in bathtub would not fully shut off so listened to water drip all night.

And I hate to type this because I'm a pet lover and I travel with my pets frequently, but apparently I was also in one of the pet-friendly rooms and it just didn't feel clean. Hairs on the furniture and bedding, etc. Perhaps that's where the cloying air freshener came in to play, too. There was a big convention going on, so perhaps man-hours were more directed to that. But I was less than thrilled with my stay--especially the "clean" bath towel that was damp. And while staff were friendly, there are so many options in this area, I won't be back here.

Very dated, needs some upgrades. Excellent location but had many little problems with my stay. Little things like the door not closing on its own because the door frame seemed to have a bow in it. Keys not working because door handles are dated and need to be replaced. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working one day while we were here and had heard that someone had gotten stuck in one. Overall, not a bad spot but very dated. If this place had a overhaul/upgrade it would be a 5 star hotel in the area.

I stay there every year. The breakfast bar is to die for. One of the better breakfast vars you will find in a hotel. Convention Center very convenient.

So i purchased a different hotel on another place. A week befor my stay, i received an email from Hotels.com telling me they are SO looking forward to my stay. Weeken i tried to check in through my phone, the website did not work!!!

Overall it was good nothing to complain about. Elevators were a little slow but only issue I can think of. Breakfasts offered were great and happy hour is a great benefit. They allowed up parking in the ramp at no charge this time which was great.

Nice Hotel, the included breakfast is great! Walking distance to large mall, a sports bar and steakhouse restaurant. Plenty of uber drivers in the area. Staff friendly and attenative. Great place to stay! Go Cats!!
