Hilton Garden Inn Frisco

The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience

It was a little chilly and my heat kept turning to air on its own but other than that, everything was fine.

I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the clean rooms, the friendly staff and the way they went above and beyond for us! I will be staying here again!

Continental breakfast was 14.99 bar closed at 10pm

Breakfast was an additional cost. Seemed overpriced but as long as you don’t need to eat there, it was fine for our dance competition weekend. Staff could have been friendlier.

The room was very spacious! The location was easy and safe walking to a convention in another hotel near the stadium. We didn't eat the breakfast, so didn't rate that area. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely consider the Hilton Garden Inn as our first option for other stays in Frisco.

It was easy to just walk to the Conference center - 5 min walk.

It was nice on the outside. The rooms had a weird smell to them. The bathtub faucet was very loose. The cleanliness was not up to par for the price. It seemed like the place hasn’t been updated in awhile.

The location The staff was inattentive, we left the property for one day. Came back and got another room. They gave me the same room I had which was fine but it wasn’t cleaned.

Excellent staff particularly the guy at the front desk, He helped to get the business center printer functioning and was quick to send maintenance to fix a problem in the bathroom, Will definitely recommend this hotel,

Our stay was pleasant. The receptionist at check in was friendly and pleasant. The overall ambience and cleanliness of the establishment was excellent. The location is great!! Disappointed that Continental breakfast was not free but rather expensive. I wasn't aware to after check-in that room service is contingent upon your check-in day. Nevertheless towels and toiletries were made available.!! Thumbs up !!

The best part was the location, it was walking distance to my sister's place. The staff was amazing, we took the shuttle bus to Biscuits for breakfast and I left my purse in the van. My husband immediately called and he was told that they had the purse. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean soft towels. I would definitely be returning. N/A

We always stay at the HGI; however, there were limited number of outside seating at thisone. Other than that, things were great!

I really liked that the property is so conveniently located—it’s close to the mall and within walking distance to nearly everything I need. The location makes everyday errands and outings super easy and accessible ⸻ **“Unfortunately, my experience with the property was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received at the front desk. I was met with rudeness from the staff upon arrival, and when they called the manager, she was even more disrespectful. She told me the restaurant would open at 6 PM, and I let her know my girlfriends would be coming over for food and drinks. After taking a short nap, I woke up to find everything closed. On top of that, when I handed her my ID, she slammed it back down on the desk, which was completely unprofessional. I had also paid for an upgraded room, only to be moved and placed in what seemed to be the exact same type of room at a higher price. That said, I do want to highlight that the housekeeping and kitchen staff were incredibly kind and helpful—very different from the experience I had at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed and made a big difference during my stay. One question I do have: What happens to all the extra food when the restaurant unexpectedly closes? It would be great to know how that’s handled.

nice property in busy area

We were there for the Frisco Baseball Tournament. We were happy to see the Nebraska team was staying there and the lobby was decorated to welcome them—very fun! Convenient location to Rider Park and any restaurant and services. We’ll be back!

The people that work in the front couldn’t care less about helping or listening. They sit there with an AirPod in their ear staring at the computer and never look up. Once they get your name and ID/CC they just pass over your cards and that’s it. They say nothing. Pretty poor service.

The room was dirty and we had to get our own sheets and clean the room. The service was poor and the lady was no help.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. It was Close proximity to our sporting event! Also transportation the hotel provided for us to our activities was fantastic. There shuttle was down so they provide Lyft for us for destinations 5 miles from our hotel. Shuttle service was one reason we picked this hotel.

The hotel is across from the new soccer stadium, and there was some kind of concert there when we arrived. Many of the young guests (20-30 year old) were noisy, which was a problem during our stay. Otherwise, this is a great property with an excellent staff.

The morning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to get a hotel as an emergency because my apartment flooded. They allowed me to check in early with a low fee of $25. I checked in around 9 AM. My only complaint would be the parking lot had a lot trash.

This was an overall great stay. Convenient location, easy check in/out, and the property was quiet and clean. My only con is that the rooms could be more updated.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Hotel was a little older and dated in rooms but very clean. Lobby looked updated and was very festive decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is nice but the staff is truly excellent. So many were just so nice and took time for extra touches - for example - wouldn't let me buy toothpaste because they had complimentary, arranged for a complimentary Lyft since the shuttle was not running. Everyone very friendly. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and made the stay enjoyable. We were there for 1 night, for a company event. The young woman, when we checked in was awesome and when we returned from the event, the bartender was very personable and stayed open a little late so we could have a night cap. Checkout was simple and the staff member at check out was also very friendly. Overall, a great stay.

The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The oatmeal was dried and the bread was extremely hard. The bagels were hard as well. I was extremely disappointed.

My son’s championship football game bought us to the Hilton. I am a Hilton honors member so the ease of checking in was great, even the night agent was superb! The room was nice and clean. I went to the bathroom and I thought it was a long brown hair on the toilet seat so I kept wiping it, but it was a crack in the seat! But still comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing that really urked me was a guy that worked downstairs- I am assuming the food area. Dont know his name ( but on the heavy side, kinda short, and wore glasses). He was there in the morning of 11/19. He was something and not in a good way . But overall it was great!

The property is well kept and the staff was extremely nice. Love my stay but breakfast was expensive to say it was not enjoyable. My granddaughter's waffle was dry and hard. I was overpriced with my breakfast but did not look at my receipt until I got in the car and didn't feel like coming back in, needed to get on the road to make it home. However, I well definitely be back.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean but the walls are very thin. I could hear a baby crying and kids running in the room above me. The receptionist handed the guy that checked in before me a nice gift bag with water in it but she didn't hand one to me and I didn't understand that.

Quiet property with lots of shopping close by. Our only ding on the hotel was the bed linens (felt stiff) and the A/C (when it clicked on, the noise seemed louder than expected). Overall, the hotel is very clean and we enjoyed the virtual check-in due to our late arrival. First time we have used the digital key (available via the Hilton app) which was also a welcomed feature.

Nice hotel in nice area. Conveniently located near commerce areas (stores, reataurants, etc). Staff was ok, if seemingly disinterested. $13 continental breakfast, even if you just want a single muffin, was kind of ridiculous, but otherwise prices were reasonable for the area.

Hospitality was nonexistent. Front desk personnel rude. Room was dark and dirty. Beds are SO uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep in them. I slept in the couch which was equally as uncomfortable. The fridge didn’t work. It was noisy. Then they shut the water off in the morning for hours so no one could use their restroom or take a shower. I might as well have saved my money and slept in my car. It would have been just as uncomfortable but cheaper. I’ve stayed in so many better hotels for a lot less. This hotel should be rated a 1 star hotel. A waste of money and won’t be staying here again

The property was well maintained & acouple of the staff workers were super friendly and helpful. In a very convenient area ,close by stores ,restaurants.

We had a great stay. The only thing was the pricing for breakfast was structured a little awkward for me but beyond that all was well.

Clean but a bit dated. Like most of Dallas you must have a car or Uber to get around. Nothing easy to walk to. Safe area however.
