We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, clean, good beds and friendly staff!

Very cool bar with a great bartender and happy hour.

Clean & comfortable. Especially liked the Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Plenty of parking, and great staff. Lobby Bar was great. One of the best Espresso Martini's ever.

Completely insensitive and dismissive front desk person accommodating a reservation error. Unwilling to help or work with me. I guess business is so good you don't care about making guests happy. Won't be going there again. There are plenty of other hotels in Frisco/Plano Tx.

Parking was excellent. Hotel and room accommodations were great. Housekeeping was wonderful and customer service. Great service at the restaurant. Only negative is that the hotel should provide free coffee and water.

The hotel is so much better than I expected. My husband and I stayed here with our baby. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff showed a high level of friendliness. Sara and Jules at the parlor provided excellent service; they were engaging and courteous. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially the paint on the room walls. The entrance door to our room was chipped, and the carpet in the hallway leading to room 410 requires urgent repair. Additionally, the caulking in the bathroom and shower needs to be refreshed. The mattress was too firm for my comfort, although the pillows were excellent. During our six-night stay, we purchased breakfast for two. It is important to note the 22% gratuity added to breakfast charges, which is acceptable. I also gave an extra tip, which was appropriate, but sometimes the items requested at breakfast were incorrect. However, once the mistake was pointed out, they corrected it if possible. I would give this Hotel 3 Stars

This was my second stay and will be my preferred location if I’m in the area again. It was comfortable, clean and safe as the first time. The staff members were attentive and quickly addressed a noise concern. No problems.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful! Only complaint was the room I had the shower was awkward. You had to go half way in the middle of the bathroom to close the shower door after getting out. Which caused water to be all over the floor. Not all bathrooms have this issue.

The hotel was very nicely designed - both the lobby and the rooms. I would definitely stay here again. It was wonderful to have a parking lot at the hotel that was free!

Fantastic stay at thhis property. Rooms were large, midern and very clean. Restaurant was top notch especially the breakfast. However the highlight if my trip was the staff. Jewel and Sarah at the Parlour restaurant are excellent ambassadors for the hotel and their customer "care" was top notch. Kudos to them!

Breakfast is extra, so I skipped it. But the latte from the kitchen was good! And the coffee pod machine in the room was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The property has dog bag stations and is next to a greenway for walks. Would most definitely stay here again!

Only hand held nozzle In shower. Your only option is horrible cable tv, no smart tv’s, my remote was broken, coffee maker broken, poll is half the size depicted on website and the button on treadmills were so worn out, difficult to adjust. Bed was ok, pillows awful. Will not be back

Would have liked a microwave and mini fridge in my room as I’m not a big eater and would have been able to reheat my leftovers and not through them away.

This is a dog friendly property. The dog nextdoor howled and barked all night. I had to ask to be moved to another room. The room they moved me to the air didn't work properly and had a stale smell. I was over it at this point

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are always nice and clean and everyone who I ever encounter there is so kind and gracious. Huge shout out to Sara who served me breakfast, the last few times I’ve been there. She is an absolute doll.

The room was modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the area around the hotel is very nice as well. Room service was very prompt, and the food and drinks from The Parlour were great. We do wish the room had a smart TV, though.

We were in Frisco for a cheer competition, so after a long and very loud day, it was nice to sit in the lobby and relax with a couple of drinks. The bar service was great! We also enjoyed the free breakfast.

The rooms are always beautiful. You have choices of add-ons such as wine or cookies and even breakfast. But breakfast is a great price and it was great food and a perfect add-on

Room was clean and cozy. Not too much hallway noise coming in, but some small fixable problems. Shower seal was broken causing some water to come out on the floor. Water pressure was low, and the TV guide button didn’t work so I had to scroll through every individual channel to see what was on cable. Would appreciate if they put some time and effort into fixing these issues to make this a 5 star stay. Loved the restaurants/stores nearby. Perfect location for someone wanting to be close to food/shopping, but tucked away enough to avoid road noise.

The STAFF WAS GREAT. the room was spacious and clean but not designed well. It couldve used a small sitting area with couch instead of a table . The lighting was terrible and no mirrors!

We have stayed at this hotel at least 3-4 times it was my all-time favorite hotel because of beds, housekeeping and space. Up until this last stay when the young man who was the breakfast server Edwin decided to ignore us over and over again and over. Even after a hand wave and smile from my husband for service. My husband then walked up and politely said as he reached for the menus that the young man placed down after my husband waved him down “I guess I have to come get our own menus since you choose to ignore us” and the young man Edwin smiled & walked back to the kitchen. This was a very sad day for me because I had never experienced such discrimination before over wearing a cross. I mean, we do live in America and Texas but to be discriminated & then to be called a liar by the main manager. Yep, I kept all the emails, & a letters. Yes, I got an apology letter after I had to go through several messages back-and-forth, and the this young man who supposedly wrote this letter, was obviously the manager, and not the actual server that was so obvious. If the young man was truly sorry then the next day when we were leaving…yes, he clearly seen us walking by restaurant he would of come up to us and apologized, but he avoided eye contact, which I tried to gain with him by looking over straight into his face, and he avoided looking at me. It was so obvious & so sad because of that I knew that we would not ever be going back to this hotel again. Such a sad experience.

The shower water pressure?? Severely lacking. Also, the shower pan/floor was dingy, though not apparently "dirty". It could stand to have some Zep applied to brighten it. Also, housekeeping could stand to be a little less intrusive. when they open the door and see we are still there, regardless of whether we are dressed. Oh! But the salmon bagel in the Parlour Restaurant? Great! Delicious!

The staff was very nice and helpful, however the facility and accommodations were a bit lacking. There was no frig or microwave in the room, the coffee maker in the room was terrible, and they did not have coffee even in the lobby. The bar and bistro was only open from 4pm to 11pm. One nice thing was check out was at noon instead of 11am

The Hotel Indigo is our "go-to" hotel when we visit family in Frisco Texas. It is conveniently located near the Ford Center, restaurants, and shopping just off the Dallas North Tollway. The hotel is well-maintained, parking is simple, and the area is safe. We WILL be back!

Nice rooms. Front desk was very welcoming sincere with his service. Refreshing in todays world. Restaurant was a nice touch.

The cleaning staff didn’t always provide toilet paper and tissues when they were low or out. It doesn’t appear that they cleaned the shower appropriately since I saw a spot that was there before and after they supposedly cleaned our room. The hotel is nice and the staff was always pleasant. It is convenient to The Star which has many restaurants and of course Cowboy paraphernalia.

All the people were nice and the rooms were clean. The rooms all had huge chips in the doors. It didn’t look professional. There was also a huge water and mold problem in the gym which we wanted to use every day. It definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable.

Check your bill if your eating at the restaurant at check out; tried to over charge me. They charged my room and again on my credit card. Pool area has stained towels. Seating stained and torn. Water ice cold couldn’t enjoy.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Front desk greeted us every time we walked in or out. They were always helpful. They provided fresh lemon water and lemonade daily and we appreciated that.

Very happy with my stay - the layout of the room is wonderful (love the mini table across the lounger), the bed was comfortable, and everything was super clean. Check-in and out using the text links was very easy.

The rooms are modern, clean and so comfortable (with so many thoughtful little conveniences) you want to just relax and stay there. But then you'd miss out on the what Hotel Indigo has to offer in the lounge - big comfortable chairs and sofas, big screen TV's, I could go on and on. I can't say enough about the staff. Omar at the front desk, Vanessa in the Parlour restaurant, Jacob the Parlour bartender (makes a perfect White Russian), everyone is welcoming and fun. There were many more staffers that I don't know their names but thank you, all of you. Yes, we will be back!!!!!

A lot of shops near by. Would definitely book this property again. Everything we had planned was a 5-10min drive up the road.

We were able to check in an hour early. The hotel was convenient to shopping and the airport. We had breakfast in the dining area which was good, but a little pricey. I would stay there again.

Great view that was in short distance of a variety of activities, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Room temperature was great and room was comfortable. Only thing missing was a mini fridge but this was hardly a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again!

I travel a lot and my first impression was the room was very clean and not smelling like dog or cigarettes. The bed didn’t have any permanent body impression included with the room. The front desk staff was great to work with at check in. This is one I would recommend to my friends.

Nice experience, staff was helpful. Beds are pretty stiff / hard if you’re into that type of thing and with the AC fluctuating due to unforgiving heat outside at times, but enjoyed the pool thoroughly and it was a great experience for myself and family of 3. Would recommend to others.

However the a/c didn't work in our room They did offer to come fix it however we were just walking up They were set to come back in 3 hrs but didn't when they found out we were checking out in 2 days

Room always seemed humid despite temp on thermostat. Front desk staff was friendly. Really liked that they have texting which made making requests or getting information a quick and easy breeze! Note: even though rooms do not come with a refrigerator you can request one from the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked this property. The outdoor pool is charming, and the bar and front desk staff were nice. I didn't like not having a refrigerator in the room.

This is a nice hotel. The reason it gets 4 stars is because there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms and there was a strange smell in the hallway on the second floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed we didn't have hot water before we went to have dinner. Reported it to the front desk and by the time we got back to our room, it was fixed! This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of things.

The service was great minus the bartender overcharging my daughter’s room for a cocktail. A refund was offered but not before the bartender rudeness. Otherwise the other staff was wonderful. Oh and request a microwave and refrigerator when booking.

AC wasn’t working in the lobby, restaurant/bar area and we didn’t have hot water in our Rooms on Sunday. Water leaked after rain and some rooms had water seeping thru the floors.

The water was not hot at all, at any time of the day or night. Not hot enough to take a decent shower. Other than that, no complaints.

The light by the door quit working the last night of my stay.

The hotel was a great place to stay! We enjoyed that the location was so walkable and pretty. They are a block away from Comerica center and have a nice walking trail/pond right next to the hotel with carp which were fun to see! We especially loved the bar/restaurant staff. Food and drinks were great! Damien was friendly, funny, and ensured we were taken care of all night, every night! The only complaint we have is regarding having to pay for breakfast. We didn’t end up paying and bought our own breakfast elsewhere. Not a huge deal, and we would definitely book the hotel again, but it would’ve been nice to have a free breakfast.
