I’ve come to this hotel several times for work and leisure and every single time I enjoy my stay. The staff are pleasant, the hotel is clean, and the amenities are wonderful. There are many eating locations near and when it’s time to rest it’s peaceful.

The location and staff were great. I like the walking path and outdoor benches to sit right across from the hotel. The pillows were awful. The carpet did not appear to clean. The bathroom shower head had smudges and the shower drain cover was not secured.

We left early and there was no breakfast available in a bag.

The location was great for the soccer tournament we were attending. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was great.

My room was very well prepared and spacious. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. Parking was plentiful. The breakfast was ok(selection could’ve been better, i.e. chicken sausages? Over all, it will become my favorite stay when I come to town

Lastly, the breakfast was terrible, not even hitting a “$89 per night room” level, let alone a room for $190: scrambled egg patties, old chicken sausage, waffles that tasted like paper mache; it was gross. Not a pastry in sight, save some dry muffins! What the heck! OJ was good.

I made a mistake in booking and needed rollaway bed because hotel was completely booked so the couldn’t give me another room nor additional room. The front desk guy was amazing. Despite being very busy because he was all by himself at the desk, he brought us a rollaway bed in less than an hour. It was very squeeky though… time to get a new one. The little fridge was very noisy. I almost disconnected it.

The mattress was like trying to sleep on a box spring without a mattress! Hard as a rock.

I like the location. It wasn’t clean,they need to update the couches in the breakfast lounge . These were nasty. Also my room was so full of ants . Ants on my bed , everywhere full of ants. They told me they were going to spray the room but nthg happened. They changed my room on my very last night. Couldn’t wait to checked out

When we arrived there was a small spot of dried urine on the toilet seat and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

2. I was unpleasantly surprised by the $5/day parking charge. This was assessed at checkout. This hotel has acres of parking. There is no need for a parking charge. 3. Breakfast was OK. The food was properly maintained and plentiful. 4. There were some ants on the coffee stand that we reported to staff. They were dealt with promptly. We were generally satisfied with our stay except for the issues noted.

Generally clean and quiet. Breakfast was exactly same every day with powdered eggs and cheap cheese and more guests than tables.

The room was nice with lots of room to maneuver No one was at check in desk when we arrived and we had to wait for 10 minutes. When they arrived they were not friendly. Elevators did not work at times and power went out at one point. Breakfast was ok, but lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts. Food was constantly empty and not enough tables for people to sit.

Clean, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Elevator was broken so that was frustrating but overall a very nice experience.

This was my second time staying here when coming to the area. It’s always clean, staff is always friendly.

Overall, the place was very nice and quiet. Staff was attentive and check-in was very quick. Breakfast was a typical breakfast that most hotels have. Yogurts fruit, waffles, eggs, and cereal. The only knock I could put against his hotel and it’s a small one is that it is a little outdated. The carpeting in the room was worn and some of the wallpaper was peeling. I would stay here again though.

The breakfast was OK. The parking is free. OK the only thing is the swimming pool is not clear on Saturday Sunday. They didn’t open on time and the management is a route. They are not friendly when I ask them nicely to have the swimming pool with my kids the manager name Amanda black African-American she was a manager in duty and also housekeeping, they don’t clean our room service by the first day in general that we are not that much happy in the property

The staff went above and beyond the room was excellent. The breakfast was a little disappointing. I also don’t understand why they charge a $5 facility fee that doesn’t seem right. Overall, my stay was excellent. The staff was great.

I would say one of best hotels to stay at a reasonable rate . Great location and amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Hotel was a very good value - room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy check in although it was late. All in all an excellent stop for the night near where we needed to be in the morning.

stayed on the sixth floor and the elevators weren't working; there were no warning signs indicating that I had to use the stairs. Terrible service.

I stayed for one night. Check in was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Clean and great breakfast

Three stays (in a row of 5 in 5 weeks) had to change room due to door malfunctio &/or light malfunction, &/or tv malfunction.

Rooms were spotless, staff helpful, amenities great, especially indoor pool love it,

I was advised that room cleaning would only occur every 2 days, but they could provide a towel or extra cleaning upon request. I support being eco-friendly and efficient. However, we were there 6 days/5 nights and NOT ONCE did anyone attempt to clean the room, or at least check on things. By day 4, while leaving around 1 PM, I stopped at the desk to request a room cleaning. The front desk person said, "so ... for tomorrow? It's too late for today." I pushed back and said, "No. At minimum, we need our trash emptied and our used towels exchanged." When we returned that night, thankfully the towels were swapped and the tiniest of cans were emptied (not much bigger than a Pringles can). However, our accumulation of overflowing trash placed directly against the cans wasn't touched. I grabbed this trash and found a larger can by the elevator, but could only pile on top as it was also full. See pics for our super-dusty, cobweb covered room, as well. For the price, this was not the Hampton Inn standards that I remember!!

Breakfast was OK, not great. The pre-made eggs and sausages were unappetizing and there was no fruit available on two of the mornings. The TV remote did not work because the batteries were dead. I replaced them to get the TV to work. This has happened before when we stayed there.

The hotel lobby is very nice and seems clean. Unfortunately when I arrived to check in around 11:25pm, there was no one at the front desk. I waited around, made multiple efforts to reach someone on the phone, knocked on the office door, sent messages through the Expedia app, and wandered the halls for something like 30 minutes in total. Finally after walking back from the other end of the lobby, I saw someone at the front desk (wearing a giant puffy coat like they'd just come in from outside??). At that point I was exhausted after my 11 hour drive and so weirded out by the whole experience that I no longer felt comfortable staying there, so I asked if I could get a refund. The front desk person said no, since I booked through Expedia, I could only get a refund through Expedia. I said thank you and left. Turns out the front desk person was mistaken, as Expedia now says only the hotel could refund me, and I'm stuck paying for a room I didn't get to use. So that's a thing. I imagine that if you arrive at this hotel early, and absolutely nothing goes wrong such that you need staff to help you, it's probably a nice place to stay. I wouldn't know, I booked a second hotel and left at 11:57pm, at least 30 minutes after I arrived.

The facility is new and good. But we got charged $5/day for parking, even we didn't park our car in the parking lot. And the hotel staff didn't tell us about this during check-in.

Room was clean but did have a slight odor when we entered the room each time. Bathroom vanity was worn looking and may need to be replaced.

Nice room layout. Updated facilities. We requested a roll in shower. Had to request a chair for the shower. Reception delivered it immediately. We book hotels at least 3 times a month under my husband's name. I usually check in while he gets the baggage. First time we haven't been able to check in with my ID and had to wait for hubby's ID.

The best hotel my kids and I have ever stayed at. The pool was clean, friendly service, breakfast was okay for hotel breakfast food, and best part was the room was clean and looked new almost.

Our stay revolved around a visit to Kaiser Medical Center, which was very close to the hotel. There was variety of eateries within a 10-minute driving distance.

The property was thought out to be comfortable. However the policy of not cleaning the rooms while you stay shows in things like the tubs being stained and the dust in corners. They have plenty of parking spaces but charge you five dollars a night and have signs saying they will not look after your car. There is coffee but no tea in the rooms. Breakfast has a variety of things, like scones and bagels, egg-white omelets and carton juices, but no effort or thought goes into seasonal fruit, wholemeal cereal and breads, cheese and plain yogurt with good fiber and nutritional content. Waffles are good. The location is very accessible from rt 270 on a road full of hotels. You have a good choice to stay.

Overall very good stay but breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel itself is dated, could use some freshening up. Upon arrival their electronic key card system was down, so no room keys available and also WiFi would not hook up. This was remedied later that evening. We were not advised that regular room service had to be requested. Turns out there was a printed sheet on top of the fridge but it was badly worded, I would not have taken that to mean no room service unless you ask for it. The tile floor in our entry and bathroom was sticky the whole time we were there. We brought it to front desk attention after we finally got room service but it remained sticky until we checked out after 3 nights. Location is good, beds comfortable but the service needs attention.

We asked about laundry at check in and they gave us a room near the laundry facilities. We were there for a boys lacrosse tournament so laundry is critical. They sell laundry detergent on site and Ice maker right near the hallway door made filling water bottles easy. Breakfast open at 6am on weekend super helpful for early tournament games. Seems like they are not only focusing on mid week business travel but also weekend tournament families.

Decent hotel but not all of the information on hotels.com is accurate. Hotels.com has this place listed as having free parking but parking is not free there. We had to pay an unexpected parking fee and it seemed quite silly- it is not in a big city location or an area with a shortage of parking. The breakfast was pretty good and that was free.

Our stay was good. I felt that the carpets felt damp and was unable to connect TV to Internet.

Very nice property and pet friendly. $75 each for our dogs is on the very high end but they did provide a nice doggie bag!

I stayed at this hotel to be closer to an event I was attending in the area. The hotel lobby wa inviting, the front desk staff was friendly and very informative about what they offered. The breakfast was decent. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located for our needs. Friendly staff - daily room service is on request. Generally clean, some small aesthetics are starting to show their age (I.e. carpeting, cushions in lobby).

This property was an excellent choice for an overnight stay while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly. The coffee was delicious!

Had to switch rooms three times, the last being the final room. 1st rokm had ants, food behind the nightstand second AC wasn communicating with the thermostat, the final was ok after i rwset the thermostat. Lady at the front desk was awesome, got me rooms quickly, helped when needed. Having to move twice to the third room was annoying but was able to finally settle in the final room.

Not bad overall and convenient location. Room was a bit outdated compared to other Hampton Inns. The hotel is very close to a Royal Farm, where one get buy their "world famous chicken".

Also, the coffee was weak, as all that was available was light roast. You should have at least had medium roast.

Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable but not pillows. Stayed one night, quick and easy access.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as my teenage son wanted to visit DC and experience the metro (about 3 miles away to park and ride). Breakfast was better than most although neither of us cared for the main hot items as the eggs were pre-prepared. My son used the gym and loved it. We felt safe. Rooms were beautifully kept. Excellent experience. We had a 3 night stay and would definitely book this location again.

The food was terrible. I was not the only guest to provide feedback. The potatoes were undercooked, the eggs were not edible and the coffee was like water. Ihad stayed at another Hampton Inn in another state the night before and had just the opposite experience in terms of the food. It was essentially the same menu? At first, I thought it was me until I saw other guests coming to complain about the food.

Hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday at this hotel, my daughter and her guest loved it. The breakfast menu needs some upgrades , but the juice & waffles were on point.

We like their warm breakfast buffet included in the stay. We also had dinner buffet which is delicious. Parking is a bit hard. We didn’t bring swimsuit so we didn’t get to swim at their large pool.

Not so good. Room hest wasnt gpod blinds didntbwork so i couldnt get goodnfaylight on the room. When i called to get itnchecked maintenance guy came in and just confirmed to me what i called for " ueah your right its broke sorry"

It was decent overall. I did see stains on the carpet and they didn't clean our room on our last night. I also thought it was odd that there wasn't a safe in the room. Perhaps that's considered an additional amenity.

We had a great stay. The only thing is that the door to the pool was not working properly and the smell of chlorine was very strong, we had to open the door because it was very strong.

We stayed for a week and explored DC and other day trips. Was a very good home base.

Elevator broken and was on fifth floor. They did change us to second floor as I am injured but had to move rooms.

The breakfast host was really helpful.

First, we had a room with two queen beds and three people staying in there. There were hooks for all three of us to hang our towels in the bathroom. I don't know why it is that this feels like a revelation, but so many hotels rooms with multiple beds only have two, or even one hook. It was really nice to each have a space to allow our towels to dry and not have to MacGyver something. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice. A great stay in between soccer matches in two different states.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Both experiences were amazing. The parking was great, as I was able to see my car from my room. The room was quiet and spacious. The whole staff was friendly including the managers, front desk, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff. The pillows weren’t as comfortable but nothing too bad. Definitely recommend

From check in to check out, everything went great. The staff was professional and gave clear direction. The water in the shower was warm, so don't expect a hot shower.

The room had a foul smell. They changed the room but the new room also had the same problem.
