Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.

Worst bed ever. Springs come through the mattress. Bed is not secure. 2 outlets! Can't get toilet paper or clean sheets.

The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.

The room was in good condition, but there was nothing to buy; no snacks no drinks even no water. This becomes a problem when you are having a transit stop.

Christina the staff that checked me in she always checked me on the weekends she's very respectful she's very patient she is very nice That the water didn't work correctly it was warm took a long time to get hot that the TV was crooked the remote control battery was going dead there was roaches cobwebs in the window I just need to be clean deep clean correctly it just look like they just go in and wipe down and go out and it smells I spent $14 every time I come there I should be able to get good services as far as the rooms and it's not worth the price that I pay

Staff was very unfriendly and lobby smelled like marajuana and very unkept hotel and rooms were disgusting. We requested our money back and left. Run down rooms were very tiny and old and lacking the normal things a standard hotel has like shampoo. We asked for shampoo and front desk clerk handed us one small pack and we said there we 2 adults and 2 teens that needed the shampoo and he said that was all he had. When we were in the lobby sitting on the counter was a toilet plunger with a bag around it. Also the worn out laundry bin with disgusting dirty sheets sitting out in plan view. This hotel was a slum residence!

Bad air from old unclean filter; aggrivated lungs and had distinct smell that settled into everything I owned. Had to wash everything, for smell AND safety reasons because 1. Mouse. Chewed through the wall at night, thought I was loosing my mind. Mouse droppings, CHEWED THROUGH PLASTIC WRAPPINGS and ate my bread and other food that was not stored in refrigerator. Suspected urine, evidence kf nibbling on other goods it was curious about but disinterested in. 2. [Suspected] Mold. See above for AC/filter description. Had headache and bad breathing throughout time there. Only felt relief when I stepped outside or opened the door to let fresh air in. Sleeping with a mask on was the only way I could sleep. I understand that my lungs and nose are more sensitive than most, and that the headache could be a hyperactive immune reaction [I am begrudgingly, technically, immunocompromised]. However, it is my firm belief that that should not matter whatsoever. This is a motel 6. I am NOT looking for the Ritz. But, NOT having pests and mold is the bare-minimun that I was looking for. I wouldn't care if the bed hurt, if it was a place with NO tv or desk; just a bed and fridge. All I ask is a place with no pests or payhogens. Also Shower and walls were gross. Spent time using clorox wipes to clean the... boogers... that the last residents of the past - who knows how far back - left behind. Tried to clean mold out of shower drain. Did not have the tools.

I mean the only positives where that I had a place to stay warm and a bed. That’s about it The room smelled like cigarettes the whole time I stayed, it was not clean, there were cracks and damage on the doors and walls and there were bugs! There were roaches crawling in the bathroom and under the beds.

Location can be safe or dangerous; no security. Get staff upset with any question, you are invited to leave. Stayed in room 320 which is a smoking King room. One of the nicer smoking rooms for sure. Very comfortable. The TV and heat worked just fine. Would definitely love to stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting it to be anything great, but there was a pregnant roach on the bathroom wall. Kinda pissed me off.

Absolutely nothing disgusting!!! Room was so disgusting bugs crawling everywhere, so dirty, nothing like the pictures on internet, fire alarm broken sitting on table , bed one mattress sitting on a piece of wood, was nothing but a flop house for druggies and prostitution… your website was nothing but false advertising!!! Thank god I got my refund !! So disgusting and the price you charge is insane, we took pictures, you owe me better than a refund!!!!we came from Ont to go to North Carolina to see my dad before he passed away After seeing the room we had to spend another hour to find a room

I can't really say anything about them other than I felt graceful to be told they didn't have a room because they were spraying for roaches. They should have been closed.

Roach infested room looked nothing like the photos on the site. Room was filthy, multiple items broken, sink had no water pressure, HVAC very noisy and couldn't be turned off. Exterior almost as dirty with trash piled up and rodents running around. Couldn't stay here and was refused a refund. STAY AWAY.

The property is definitely being used as a shelter. There were also roaches in the room. We were refunded and the front desk clerk denied looking at the pictures of the roaches. He was very helpful

The hotel was renovated somewhat, but you can tell that it was an old facility. The drain in the shower was not great. Even though the bed sheets looked clean & didn’t smell, I think I got strange bug bite in my back. I could tell that there were certain amount of long-term guests in this hotel. There were some children screaming & running around. The location was convenient for what we were doing next day. We expected that this was not ideal place to stay, so we were able to tolerate. If you expect something more than what it is, you may be disappointed.

I called earlier in the day to see if my early am arrival would be ok. They said i could come in as late as i want. I arrived they cancelled my reservation without notifying me.

Very sparse room furnishings, just two kitchen chairs and a table in addition to the king bed. Immediately adjacent to a car dealership. TV remote non-functional.

Filthy. Rat and cockroach infested. Did NOT stay the night. Refunded and moved to Hilton Doubletree.

The bathroom was dirty, old soap bar still in the shower, used, empty toilet paper rolls in the floor around the toilet. The exterior is dirty, shopping carts, cigarette butts all over, not to mention shady people

We booked non-smoking. Thankfully we were asked upon check in and our rooms were changed. There were not enough towels in our room. Staff was in the laundrey and handed us more towels. Many white towels were actually stained. Toilet seat was chipped. The sink hot water did not run until the shower was turned on.

I am asthmatic and the bathroom was full of mold and mildew!!! I got the room for work and had a hard time sleeping due to having chest pain and chest tightness... The bathroom is old and rusted, meaning you can see the rust everywhere!!! I had to leave out to get cleaning supplies and air freshener just so I could sleep in the room... And the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There were gnats and flies in the room as well. The best part about the room were the pillows....

Cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room. Don’t go if the smell bothers you. Everything we had with us stank of smoke when we got home. The barrier between me and the person that checked me in made me feel unsafe. It looked like bulletproof glass. It was more substantial than what they have at my bank. If we weren’t desperate I would have walked away. Loud at night. After sunset there were people hanging out in front of their rooms playing music and talking loudly. We didn’t spend the night so I don’t know how loud it was later on. Pros: Pet friendly, I like that you can enter your room from the outside since our little dogs are fearful of strange people/dogs. The little table and seats are comfortable and convenient.

Booked single king bed rooms and was told we had to have double queen because we used the app. Overall it was very run down. Had to ask for different bedding because they looked dirty. Walls had holes in them the sink and shower fixtures were loose. And to top it all off, there is train tracks that runs right next to the parking lot all night. Should have cost less than $30 not $100 a night

Check-in was quick and I got a room on the ground level on the backside if the hotel. The AC unit was filthy dirty with caked on dust and no cover over the screen. The bathroom was dirty but most concerning was the room reeked of smoke. It was a non-smoking room but it was a strong odor. I have stayed at Motel 6 in the past and was very happy with the facilities. The basics of a room stay were not there, no soap, no cups or coffee maker, I would not stay here again.

Had to buy toilet cleaning products and clean the filth. Cockroaches running lose, dust and dirt everywhere. Place feels, looks and is a dump. Stat away.

This was an affordable, no frills room which was clean and comfortable. No hair dryer or shampoo or facial tissues, all of which are standard items at most motels. Overall, we would recommend this motel for value and cleanliness.

I had a very bad experience. The management charged me for a night for which I had already paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com refused to resolve the problem with the motel reasoning that there have been no charges made on behalf of the hotel/motel, which was simply a lie. The receipt with charges was provided to the hotels.com representative. I have an impression that these things happen and hotels.com does not take responsibility to resolve them.

We ended up arriving a lot later than anticipated due to ride complications. We did make them aware we would be arriving pretty late. When we arrived we went through the first door of the office & found the 2nd door to be locked. Assuming the the small window in the entryway is where we needed to check in we waited for a moment with no one coming, no bell or anything was out for us to notify them we were there. We started knocking on the door & had to do it pretty hard before we were met with a very rude response from behind the desk. No welcoming greeting or smile just an irritated look. Toilet wouldn't flush (finally did after 10+ times) & ran relentlessly, I had to unplug the AC unit because that was also making an incessantly annoying noise even in the off position. There was hair on one of the pillows & small dark looking dots on the sheet. Bed was hard as a rock so it took a while to get to sleep. Definitely not worth the $$ in my opinion. The morning front desk worker was a lot nicer which was probably one of very very few positives about the place.

This is not a place for family. The location is rough and not a safety place. A lot of people hanging outside and the place. The lobby is like a lock down with one small window for sliding the cars though. It is very old looking outside. Inside the two queen side beds with a small 1/2 side table. No refrigerator no hair dryer, no coffee or etc. One towel only. This is the worse place I ever had for over years 😂. Avoid this place. It is not worth staying.

Room didn’t seem clean at all hair in shower stains all over the walls I also left a jacket n my room and claimed it hours after and I never got it back. I didn’t care for the jacket but I had a key I needed in one pocket and nobody helped me.

This place is not safe! I was woken up by a loud knocking on my door at 4:45 am! And when I called the front desk to ask for help nobody answered. I was terrified all night. Also the place was filled with all kind of bugs.

Beds are on smooth tables, not foundations. They slip around the tables. Very noisy crowds of people smoking outside, dogs everywhere.No maid service, even after 4 nights.No shampoo. Very expensive for a Motel 6.

It was the cheapest in the area. Coming from out of state not familiar with MD covid protocol. The gentleman working when we checked in was rude about it. Had trouble with the toilet the next morning let the front desk know on our way out she was very friendly and it was fixed when we came back. This is near railroad tracks so is noisy early in the morning if you’re a light sleeper.

After five hours of driving after work and 11pm arrival, I had no energy to change the room but it is NOT ok. I hope staff can do better than this Would not stay again.
