Room was clean had enough clean towels only stayed for one night but overall I would stay again didn’t have time to stop by for breakfast, I think the hours for breakfast are ideal from 7am-10am had good parking where I could see my vehicle from my room so that was even better overall thumbs up

There was no notification that the swimming pool and jacuzzi was empty with no water in it… And still charging people full price for their stays. Being able to swim and relax is part of an accommodations. Especially when you’re staying in a higher end hotel. I also took a video. The room was dirty.

The location was great because it was near all the eatery.

Everything was bad. The front desk kept calling me and stating that the room below me was complaining that we made too much noise. We didn’t even make any sound or noise. When they called me again. I told them I can leave the hotel if needed. They finally stopped calling. Terrible experience with this hotel.

The room was clean, but the AC did not cool the room. The fan ran, but I woke twice during the night and turned the AC up and we were still sweating all night. The restaurant downstairs had live music which was loud and the walls and doors are so think you could hear everything in the hallway. The lobby is gorgeous but the rest of the hotel needs an update. We appreciated the free breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, yogurt and pastries. Overall okay if you don't want to sleep much.

The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable, but the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated on because I was not of their nationality. Once the lady saw me coming up to the counter. She put on rubber gloves just to handle my credit card and my drivers license very odd . They were very rude and not welcoming, but when others came by, they were very nice and professional.They treated me like a a homeless person that just came off the streets even when I checked out, they purposely didn’t mention anything about my deposit being returned when I asked for it, they said have a seat. And they radioed a staff to check the room five minutes later they gave me $100 deposit without saying anything just handed me the bill. This was the worst experience that I ever had in all the hotels that I’ve been through I would not recommend going to the Ramada in Garden Grove, unless you’re of Asian descent. And this is coming from an Asian a Filipino, who looks Hispanic.

Check in was smooth but the room was dirty. There were little random hairs in our shower and a dirty tissue. GROSS!! I guess we must of been tired because in the morning I looked up to see cobwebs on the ceiling and wall and noticed a dead bug on the ground.

There was no water in the refrigerator, the vending machine only accepted cash, not cards. When I asked the receptionist, they said they didn't have any cash and didn't know what to do. Terrible experience.

The room was in a good location, got a balcony and i like the staff at the hotel. I always stay here when i come visit cali. This hotel is close to all the restaurants and convenient for me to go everywhere.

very poor Wifi. Constanly needed to reconnect the internet. at midnight after 12am, I could not connect the internet at all on my laptop.

Avoid staying on the main floor unless you don’t mind hearing every foot step in the units above you. The walls + door are paper thin so you hear every single sound coming from the hallways, even the guest returning at 3AM, again, unless you don’t mind the noise.

Great and newly renovated rooms. Very brightly decorated. Right in the middle of Little Saigon, close to everything.

There are plenty of parking spaces. Staff members speak Vietnamese and are very accommodating. This is a great service to many elder Vietnamese with limited English. Spacious room and well kept. Beside the loud AC, everything else was enjoyable.

The room was nice and clean and great size as well as the bathroom, which was nice and big. The shower was good size too, and like the little bench seat in there. Breakfast was decent too for continental style.

Stayed here for 3 nights for Disneyland. There was loud construction/remodeling going on in lobby but didn’t bother us once in the room. The lobby is nice and clean. There’s a restaurant and karaoke bar entrance through lobby. 15 min drive to Downtown Disney. We walked to get dinner, there’s mostly Korean & Vietnamese/Pho restaurants around the hotel . We ate at Koko’s chicken it was good and also got some boba. The hotel breakfast was okay, offering fruit yogurt eggs waffles sausage coffee, juices, pastries and cereal . The building is older but the rooms look recently remodeled. Our beds were fixed every day that was nice and the staff were friendly. Only thing that I didn’t like was the AC unit that was a bit loud. It kept me up at night could be because I’m a light sleeper. The TV remote was broken but hotel replaced it with a working one quickly when I informed the front desk. Overall stay was good.

There was a van with garbage in the back parking lot kinda rude staff but breakfast was okay anf rooms were kinda stuffy plus I never got my deposit back yet and it's been over a week this place could be better with all the construction and smell from the restaurants that are in the building

Location is great. The hotel and our room was clean which was even better. The room was spacious too. The only issue we had was they had construction in the front lobby which made difficult to bring our baggage into our room. If that lobby walkway is a permanent construction it will affect our future booking there.

I requested a shower cap twice and no one sent it to my room. Breakfast was terrible.

Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, and the trash cans in the room did not have trash bags. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and lacking in basic customer service etiquette, such as smiling or greeting guests. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. TN

front desk who checked us in was not friendly and not provide me her name when ask for name and customer service phone number to call to make a complain. I said I was unhappy the way she processed the check in. She said she called manager and told I have to wait for her manager to call back because she did not want, I call to complaint that I was not happy with the way she handled the situation. There were obvious attempts to update the property, but they were done in a haphazard manner. When we checked in the beds were doubles not queens, and there was hair and debris on the floors in the bathroom.

Awesome, great breakfast, mostly clean besides not taking out the bathroom trash and some hair in the shower but otherwise it was clean and I’m super happy and yes they take chime credit card! Left the room clean and got my deposit back almost immediately after leaving. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided! Pictures are before we left they look much cleaner upon arrival.

You can hear the loud music from the bar and the people were loud and drunk. Midnight still loud on the 1st floor where we were at. Next door rooms were loud as well. Did not sleep because place is creepy and felt unsafe. Never going back!

The hotel does not have A microwave in the breakfast room for use. The customers must go back to the room if they want to warm up their foods during breakfast hours. There is no smile on the concierges face nor a greetings sign.

The staff end up calling us 2 times throughout the night interrupting our evening trying to get us to pay even though we already did. Turns out the staff had us mixed up with another customer who had the same name who hadn't paid. They charged our credit card for that customer's room and not ours and in response to that we got locked out of our rooms and had to pay again for a third room or else we wouldn't be allowed back in. This took at least 30 minutes to sort through and we had family members waiting to get back to their rooms. This event added a lot of stress to our evening. We didn't get refunded immediately for their critical mistake of charging our credit card for that other customer's room until the next morning during our check out. Terribly unorganized and disrespectful customer service. Our family has visited this hotel 4 times before but after this experience this will be our last.

It was ok. Definitely not worth the high price. Te property was dated along with the room that needed a lot of upgrade and general repair.

Below average experience. Language barrier at front desk. Only a place to lay your head and leave. Quick layover destination. Staff did not allow early check out due to family emergency.

Pre booked a room through Expedia. Upon checking in, there was a slight discrepancy between the name on the reservation and the name on my ID. The clerk asked that I contact Expedia to update my info (which I did) and they obliged but it didn’t show up in either the email or the reservation system and this was now 20 mins AFTER I initially tried to check in. After I showed her the detailed chat w Expedia showing that I followed ALL of her suggested steps, she STILL WOULDN’T (and not couldn’t) check me in. The info on passport/driver’s license is NOT being entered to validate the reso. It’s just an arbitrary decision. I even asked her: now that IF you don’t receive Expedia’s answer, what’s yo ur solution to this problem? No answer. I never got my money back. And even after I texted Expedia after this whole ordeal, they said they can’t do anything bc it’s the hotel’s discretion whether to reimburse or not. This is just pure garbage customer experience. PS: their lobby washroom smells like it a public bathroom that hasn’t been washed in years. A simple cleansing spray or even an odour water would have done the trick. People like this should NOT be running hotels let alone one that’s a franchised brand.

Our room was extremely hot we were moved to a different room and AC didn’t work either. Maintenance staff didn’t know what they were doing. I do not recommend this property. Gave this property a chance but other reviews don't lie. Don't waste your money.
