The place was clean, staff was helpful.

The breakfast was wo derful though. They had bacon eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, and plenty more. The pool was also clean and nice. It's just the housekeeping that they didnt have.

Good price. Pool and hot tub were clean. No bugs. I stayed 4 nights. No issues. Shower handle was hard to pull out.

Room was dirty, floor was filthy, we had a cockroach run out from under the bed. Shower head was awful. Bed was hard, pillows were flat and small. Hot tub may have been the best part of the room but even that left plenty of room for improvement

Breakfast starting at 7am is too late. It would be better to start at 6am.

The breakfast was nice. The property was clean throughout and well maintained. The rooms need some money spent on them to work through the cosmetic problems but are of a really good size, the aircon was great and the mattresses were better than most Hiltons I have stayed at. At the price point it's a great little place to stay for a couple of nights.

The location is great, easy walking to a convenience store,, late night taco truck. Or short 5 min drive to a variety of shopping for anything. Easy access to the highway as well.

We reserved a room with a king bed and were given a room with a queen bed and a broken hot tub. When we opened the bathroom door about 5 cockroaches ran up the bathroom door. It was disgusting! They ended up putting us in a room down the hall with a king bed like we had originally reserved that only had one bug in it a moth like flying insect in the bathroom around the light. I will never stay in this bug infested hotel again.

Staff friendly to a traveler

I was denied the credit card I wanted to use for my deposit (the same card used and charged for the overall stay) because I was told it wouldn't work. This doesn't make any sense, since it worked for the other charges, but they refused to even take the card and said I had to provide another one. The air/heat unit in the room was unplugged and unusable. The bathtub drain plug did not work to plug the drain. There were no non-dairy milk alternatives provided at the breakfast "amenity".

This hotel should not be called Best Western Inn. Its quality is very low, from inside out. Room equipped with cheap furniture and linen. From outside, it looks uglier motel 6.

Staffs were nice. However, the hotel itself is old and I got bed bug bites everywhere on my body.

The staff was friendly/kind and the breakfast was decent. The toilet had spots (presumably from the previous guest). The hot tub was out of order, with no advanced notice. The mini fridge didn't work. I'm not sure if it was the area, or the specific people we were next to, but the room beside us was very rowdy and were pounding on doors at all hours of the night. Not somewhere I would want to bring kids.

Close to stores The way the room smell like mildew/mold baseboard have water marks and floor is coming up / coming apart. R/H was hight 70 + in room. Looks like they had a flood and never put a dehumidifier for drying

The room has cockroaches and mosquitos. The room lock is not tight, kind of loose, and we have to put the key in a few times before the green light appears. It is situated at the end of the hall next to the an iron door. For me, an old woman, I am a little uncomfortable. I stayed a lot of time at Best Western hotels before, when I was travelling very often and felt very happy with their accommodations. But now, I am sad that Best Western has these neglected (run down) rooms assigned to guests. ---Disappointed.

They also tried to close the pool/hot tub early every night if we weren't already in there and we were planning our dinner plans around being home in time for a evening hot tub. It was frustrating. Staff was friendly but even with our issues they would not entertain any sort of discount for the issues with our rooms.

Room is clean but its not the room you would expect. It looks like it still in the remodeling process. Bed was spring mattress and its caves at both edges. Bathtub wont drain properly after a shower (very slow). It feels like a motel 6 .

Presently, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. It has only stairways. Suggest building an elevator

kitchen was clean the staff were bad, his name was Sean, he was very rude, my husband is disable we got there at 10:Pm because our flight was late and my husband using wheelchair, Sean when saw us said we do not have room on first floor, I do not want to have you here because once there was homeless that left alone here with the wheelchair I told him my husband is not homeless and I will be stay with him here the cab driver told Sean they are husband and wife.

The bathrooms had ants, the baseboards were not clean, the sinks are cracked, The pillows had been folded into small squares which made them really hard. The breakfast eggs were not real eggs.

Staff was kind and helpful; parking is close to rooms and free; room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean as well. Floors were not sparkling clean and we noticed an odd smell - but didnt affect us. > Overall a good experience for a stay with the family after Disneyland trip.

Front desk employee was annoyed when my family and I went to get the free breakfast and there was none left so I asked her about it and she said I would have to wait till later. We were leaving for Universal so we finished getting ready and about 30 minutes later we came out and there was still nothing it was 9am at this point so we left.

The breakfast they offered was terrible. The vending machines were all broken. My two guests and I were covered in bug bites from the beds. Our room was covered in ants.

Best Western suited all.of our needs. I am not excited about the Cigarette Smoking in back parking lot area. The smoke covers the entire back parking lot. I am allergic to Cigarette Smoke. This area should be moved where it is not effecting Non Smoking Guests. Bad Location.

All the plugs in one room were broken and nothing stayed plugged in. The shower in another room did not work properly and had to be propped. I am glad we only booked one night at this hotel.

It was clean and easily accessible to the parking lot and had good and friendly staff.

The only thing is the laundry room opens from 7am to 10pm. It should be open 24/24 . Swimming pool closes at 8pm. By default they do not service your room during your stay unless you have to request before 12pm

The hotel was comfortable and staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was a little weaker than I like.

Checked In and room was filthy and we specifically called to make sure the jacuzzi was working which they said it was and we went to use the jacuzzi and it was not working. The. Breakers were not working at the breakfast so my husband fixed the breakers so the coffee and juice bar would work.

Met our needs for a short visit, including breakfast, free parking, and pool/jacuzzi.

Breakfast was great, and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel's value is fantastic, thanks to its location, which many excellent restaurants surround. The restroom toilets could be a little bigger, but everything else is perfect.

Friendly staff

The staff was very helpful, friendly & responsive, even before we arrived, after helping with some changes to our reservation. Once there, we found that our shower wasn't working, but they gave us access to a second room for showering, and made sure the shower was repaired the next morning. Thank you! :-)

This BW always our place whenever we are travel. But this time we had the room and smell so bad. And towel is dirty. ( it’s new towel) . We asked for the replacement and never received them.

I come to this hotel on the reception he told me the room is not ready. I’m. They give me different room. The air condition is very bad all night. I cannot sleep. I call him in the morning. I told them I need towel for me. I need to take a shower. He say come down on the breakfast is very bad. No space to sit down to eat your breakfast outside I will be call my bank to refund the money.

Called front desk to notify and the gentleman at the front desk. Couldn’t get through after 2 attempts so I walked up to the front saw that he was sleeping with his feet kicked up on the desk.. After waking him up I was told to wait for morning staff. So my husband my daughter and myself slept on a full bed Went to check out at 8 am and was told I would get a call from the manger. I still have not gotten a call.

it is so inconvenienent that every time you leave the room, the door is locked, and you can't get back in your room because the key does not work. you have to run to the office every time to re-set the key and wait long time and some time it openes the door, sometime it did not work. it caused too much problems and inconvienent. the hot water does hot work. the power out for all morning long. it was such a ninght mare staying in a room early morning without power, nothing wokred. I was so dissappointed. the ads looked so good online but it acutally it is not, so whoever looking this Best Western hotel, you have to be really careful. It sucks. I was almost injured and hit myself without power in the dark because of their unsafetyness and they should have a back up generator in case the power runs out..... this is not safe at all....I need my refund back. for real

The check in and check was ok with the front desk. But during the stay the clerk at the front seemed very bothered by me asking him to come check out the television. Just told me to unplug the television if I didn't want it coming on and off. Electricity went out around 5 am so was in a bit of panic since I didn't know what was going on outside.

The walk to my room to see how many people were in my room I have four kids they charged me at the end and required a deposit ….I’ve never been charged or required to put down a deposit . Rude rude customer service ….. breakfast was not at all like it use to be …. Watery eggs no bread …..the floor had black dirty full of dust mites underneath the bed I have photos !!!!

Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was great with lots of good breakfast options. None of the vending machines on the property work so you were not able to get any snacks or pop.

The mattress was horrible. The shower valve was loose and needs to be replaced. The walls seemed paper thin. Would have liked to have used the jacuzzi but by the time the kids were done doing cannonballs it was closed.

I come here often it’s cozy, close to the freeway plenty of food and shopping and only 5 miles from the beach. The staff is always nice warm and welcoming

Doors don’t fully seal, so you hear everything happening outside your room. Musty smell in the room. Breakfast is advertised from 7-10 but if you come past 8:59 everything is put away… not worth your money trust me.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep for the night, this is a good option. The parking lot has plenty of space and is close to all the rooms. Everything was clean in the rooms, but you can definitely see where touch ups are needed due to age. My biggest complaint would be that there were no outlets near the nightstands by the bed, so there was nowhere to charge my phone so I could leave it on the nightstand. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Nice room.TV, mini fridge with freezer shelf, microwave, pod coffee maker Very clean. Breakfast was a plus! Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, waffle maker, tater tots, drinks, cereal, etc.Pool and guy tub looked well maintained but it was chilly outside, so we didn't go in. A lot of good food places nearby. I would definitely stay here again and tell everyone to do the same.

Shower and sink had hair on wall/sink area as well on toilet. Coffee maker didn’t worker and one of the beds was very squeaky. Food was ok and although didn’t use the pool/jacuzzi, they both were pristine clean!

I checked in to this hotel feeling insecure of what to expect because of the negative reviews, but I DONT SEE THEM! We had a jetted tub in our room. It worked perfectly. The room was beautiful, clean, looked new. The breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfast and we didn't get sick. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again

Every time, I stayed at this hotel when I visited Orange County. This hotel is very convenience and close to free way and restaurants.

Property is convenient and located in good area near shopping centers and dining. The condition of rooms can be improved especially card access and plumbing.

I like that you have fridge, microwave, wifi in the room.

We stayed 3 nights but each day we have to reprogram the keys card.

I booked a room with a hot tub and the hot tub had a notice saying it was out of service. I went to the front lobby and told the front desk guy the reason I booked the room and payed extra was for the hot tub. They were able to give me another room with a working hot tub. The next morning at around 10 one of the workers goes and knocks at our door asking if we were checking out or staying another night. Checkout isn’t until 11 and it felt like they were rushing us out. Our room didn’t have a working blow dryer and a piece from the hot tub had fallen off! Over one of the west best western hotels I’ve stayed at!!!

Got Food Poisoning at the hotel breakfast. Foods are way too old, (eggs, tater tot, sausage patties). Got headaches, blurry vision sweaty… and pass out after eaten…

Good place forna short stay

Good breakfast with - for those interested - eggs, sausages or bacon, cereals, bread, hashbrown, yogurt, waffles, fruits, juices and coffee... The staff working there was also friendly.

Sheets were clean but had a few dark spots. Floors felt clean, towels were good, tub showed average wear, but was clean as far as I could tell. Met my expectation so I left everything as average. Customer service was great. Check in was straight forward and fast. Gentleman checked me in at the front desk immediately. Pool looked clean and well cared for.

The location is easily accessible. Parking was convenient and easy to load and unload our luggage. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the location is quiet and safe. Perfect if traveling with small children.
