The room was very clean and it had everything we needed! Microwave and frig and air conditioning! And it was very quiet and peaceful. Had a good night rest! The only thing I found fault in was that the TV did not work. Other than that it was a good stay. A little coffee and cookies would be great! Thank you!

Room was in horrible condition and I had to leave in the middle of the night when roaches walked on the bed right next to me, that was it I grabbed my stuff and left immediately. Visible stains and hardened crud on counters inside room. I will never stay at this hotel again. Absolute filth.

The first experience was when we checked in. They require a $20 cash deposit which was not stated until we got there. When we got checked in, we went up to our room. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The shower was broken when we tried to shower. We had to go ask for another room. The second room at least didn’t smell. The sheets looked like it was mildewed. The shower worked but the shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor. Throughout the night there was a lot of noise both outside and in the hallways. Needless to say, we did not sleep well and would never return.

I don't have too much experience in staying at hotels, nor motels. I didn't receive any welcome words nor any thanks for choosing our business. If this is the way they do business, whom am I to change their behavior. I do not recommend it for long time staying, two to three days would be enough. Perhaps if I had better budget on my next trip I'd choose something else, perhaps with stove and closet. Thanks The Patio Motel.

Everything about this place was AWFUL. The only good thing about this place was Froggy’s the bar downstairs. The place had stains from only god knows what. The walls were extremely filthy, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Sketchy people and families living there too. Location wasn’t good either, neighborhood felt off. All the outlets didn’t work except ONE. Floors were sticky and gross. There was no remote to even watch tv. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again. There’s no pool, no AC, and staff were judgy.

The hotel was not 16 miles away from universal studios like it stated when I booked it and it did not look AT ALL like their pictures. There was no parking and Worst of all, it was 52 minutes further away from our destination, universal studios! So we drove from northern Ca down south 52 minutes past our destination! Such a waste of time, gas and money!!!

This was one of the most terrifying horrible experience that I’ve ever had. We found this hotel last minute and my husband wanted just to sleep and relax before heading back to Orange County because we worked in LA last night. The room was horrible. There was hair everywhere. The TV did not work. We both took a shower and we were just gonna go to sleep, but we both started itching really bad. It was so uncomfortable. I kept trying to just get to sleep, but we couldn’t. We heard people knocking on doors in the hallways, asking if they could come in and use the showers. There was so many transients. It didn’t feel safe. It didn’t full sanitary. I went downstairs and told them we were checking out as I was doing that. A woman was fighting with the front office as she was threatening people because they weren’t allowing them to open their doors it was horrible. I can’t describe how horrible this experience was literally we were not even there for two hours. To check out and just come home.

The inside room did not match what the outside of the building looked like. It was a really nice motel room. The outside of the room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana but once you stepped inside of the room no smoke scent at all. The pool table advertised is inside the the bar that is attached or around the corner.. got 2 good games in but I wasn’t so into it being a bar that just so happened to have pool tables. I was interested in a pool hall type of thing. The parking wasn’t very good. No assigned parking so the people from the bar were taking up motel parking and the bar is open until about 1-2am so that wasn’t very good. You have to get in early and basically leave your car. Overall a pretty pleasant stay as far the the room goes. It was nice inside with a mounted flatscreen, mini fridge, microwave. Clean inside for the most part, no signs of a previous person staying so I enjoyed it. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well!

NOTHING!!!! BEWARE!!! First off when I arrived I had a bookings. Com reservation since I'm a genius 3 member I receive discounted rates my booking was for 74.99 and when I get there the guy at the desk says I have to cancel the reservation because the price is too LOW! That ther rate is $130! I said excuse me cause I swear I heard wrong never have I ever been told this !!! I tried calling bookings but I couldn't get an answer and was running short on time for a concert so I Payed and got a recipet showing this amount! I finally got a hold of bookings and let them know what happen they told me to send them proof of payment and there would be an investigation and that they would give the property time to respond on the situation!!! And would contact me in a few days with I'm guessing a credit or something!!! Then the listing pictures were not the same as the Hotel it was a hotel for prostitutes!!!! The room we were in had things falling apart hallways had stained carpets and they leave both door entrance s open all night also I believe people live in some of the rooms and the walls were paper thin you could here people DOING IT !!!??‍♀️ Parking lot had broken down cars and only a. Few parking spaces we had to park almost a block away they only take cash deposits and the desk clerks gave me attitudes after I disputed what he was telling me about the price difference STAY AWAY FROM HERE IM GLAD IT WAS ONLY FOR 1 NITE I ALSO READ PAST REVIEWS OF IT HAD BED BUG INFESTATION BRFORE!!! Plain dirty! As you're pulling up to the place, you realize that you made a horrible mistake booking this place. Hallways are beyond dirty, with stains all over. The smell was just nasty! Smell of cigaweed everywhere. Room 204 wasn't that bad, but the sheet had two holes in it. To sum up my thought of the place in one word.. Ghettofabulous!!

attempted to stay here got here around 8 pm and by 8:30 someone was repeatedly banging on my door in a way where you couldn’t seem them through the peep hole then said “do u wanna play with us” in a very creepy manner. i then called the police and had to have them escort me out for my own safety.

Do not stay here. I went there because the reviews for the cleanliness and the fact that the rooms were newly remodeled. I have autism and PTSD and I have a service dog and the man at the front desk, who I believe was the owner tried to charge me $200 for a deposit for my service animal which is illegal. So, I had to call the cops because he was refusing to give me the room without paying the $200 and I was not going somewhere else because I already paid almost $200 for 2 days. On top of that, he was super rude about all of it and the experience ruined my whole vibe. I was going there specifically to relax and do nothing. If I had time to get the refund and go somewhere else instead of staying there I would have. The room was very clean. The towels were not and they had stains and somebody else's hair stuck in them. The hallway carpets need changed because they were dirty and detracted from the feel of having remodeled rooms. The bathtub was super comfortable. I got the room because I have had six surgeries and I needed to relax and decompress. Overall, I felt discriminated against and the owner of a motel should have an education when it comes to people with disabilities if you are going to own any business. I tried to educate him on the laws and what you can and cannot ask about a service animal and he dismissed me. I just hope when people that own businesses are rude like this they get their karma.

Booked a room (double bed for two). Was fairly clean and nice, but the water was turned off. Was told maintenance would come to fix it and this did not happen. Received two single rooms as compensation and they had mold on the walls and in awful condition. The only positive aspect of all this was we received a full refund for our stay.
