The clerk was horrible! He wanted us to pay AGAIN, he was rude and disrespectful, and he switched out the room we paid for with an older, run-down room! Never will stay there again!

They kept 20 of the 40 deposit.. I was only maybe 10 mins over the time.. but never had that happen before.

It was a roof over my head. Called prior to check in to confirm $20 deposit , upon arrival 15 minutes later they tried to change it to $40 until I caused a scene expressing how we just talked on the phone. She rolled her eyes and accepted my $20. Already irritated I said thank you parked my car gathered my luggage and as I’m walking up the stairs they proceeded to tell me I need to move my car out of the one of many available parking spots. Irritated & flustered I told them to tell me where to park since mine was such an issue she directed me two parking spots down ? , one other thing guests were a little on the louder side , saw a half naked woman just chilling on the balcony staring me down & spelled like cigarettes in my room but that’s about it not my first choice but for the price it’s a good place to shack up for the night if ABSOLUTELY needed.

The location is great only. I hated everything about my stay here. First off it’s false advertisement because the room did not look like the pics on here.The entire room was disgusting. I was originally in room 208 and it had a leather chair with one arm rest, tissue stuffed in the door peephole, no towels, no toilet tissue and the top that’s removable from the toilet was not there so the water was exposed and can see the water go down if you were to flush it. So I went down the nasty stairwell and spoke with the office lady and asked if I could have a room that looks like the one online that I booked and told her what was wrong with the room. The lady put me in room 204 and it was still disgusting but better than room 208, the walls were filthy, the floors were gross, cigarette burn marks on the sheets, one office chair that should be burned, loud people with their door open all night and roaches everywhere at night! I’m soooo angry that booking even has this kind of establishment on here with false advertisement because what you see is not what you get! I couldn’t get any sleep in fear of a roach crawling on me during the night. Anyone who has complained about this place on here should be refunded with no questions asked. This place was a nightmare and now I’m questioning if I should even continue to book through this app knowing that these kind of places are on here smh. I will never return!

everything, the price, the roaches and bedbugs, the room was disgusting, i ended up having to clean it myself after spending a bunch of money on cleaning products just so we could be in that room. fridge didnt work, microwave too. no blow dryer, iron, no shampoo/conditioner. towels were dirty. and the water pressure in the shower was so brutal felt like needles stabbing you while taking a shower.

It comfortable place to stay and have car port for car. A lot of camera in the place. But room are upstairs 2nd floor

I usually go 1 or 2x a month because it’s good for the money every time I book and the staff knows me now so they are nice to me This last time I went I was super disappointed because the sheets had stains everywhere. I even took video because that was just bad . It looked like pee stains and blood stains . Now how can anyone changing the sheets miss that

The towels were stained and dirty and the front desk was supposed to be 24h but was closed when we needed to leave. There’s a deposit that we didn’t knew about and they charged even before the check in, even with the option to pay in the site

Your server sent me a confirmation page, which I screen-shot at work; however, your server or GMAIL did not send anything to my GMAIL, and I went to the REDONDO BEACH INN, which is on the same street. When I arrived at the REDONDO BEACH INN they could not find my reservation because it didn't exist! I had nothing in my email to tell me which hotel or inn! Someone's server malfunctioned.

I will start by saying that the parking lot is awfully disgusting, there is trash and more. The unit I rented was extremely disgusting inside, the bathroom walls were so dirty, the entrance door to the bathroom had lipstick stains, the floor to the right of the bed had a dark sticky stain, and the towels (white) even had dirt from the hands of previous guests. I also did not like that when you reserve you can no longer cancel I don't recommend it to anyone because it's not cheap either. .

I didn’t take photos of the stay but it was very dirty walls were messed up and just didn’t feel comfortable staying so I I left and I would appreciate it if I got a full refund for this inconvenience.

Owner lady was hella rude because she thought I was gonna park in her parking space which I wasn’t even in her spot I was emergency parked to the side of a wall just to check in. Also not sure if they switch their bedding or just need new ones due to so many burns on the blanket.

I do not typically provide negative reviews as I like to provide positive feedback and help people decide on their stay. I have stayed at many older establishments that you can see the ware and tear of years of service. However, this motel was the dirties place I have EVER stayed at. The floors had old popcorn and crumbs from previous guests, the towels were stained as they had been used for cleaning towels or to wash cars and the shower had not been cleaned in a while. Heather you have an older establishment or not, cleanliness will always take priority over worn furniture. Take pride in your business. Just my opinion.

The area wasn’t bad at all I genuinely thought we got a decent stay but the minute we arrived I noticed the restroom was filthy and covered with actual fecal matter. So I complained and they moved me from my two bed room to a single bed room. Now the new room had the grossest sofa/chair covered in stains. The floors squeaked really bad. Honestly wouldn’t wish this place on anyone.

The truth was not what I expected, the building was very old with a very unpleasant smell, the clients on the sides did not let people sleep, there was music and they talked and talked all night and the doors were slammed so hard that everything was planted. I think I will not use it again That hotel has very dirty beds and does not even have a telephone for any emergency.

Very disappointed with this stay at this hotel. We arrived and they didn’t give use warning that the deposit is cash only. They allowed us to come back and give the deposit later on. But there should be a warning. Also you won’t get your deposit back if you come to get it back after 11am. And they refused to give the deposit back when my guest went to go collect it since their name wasn’t on the reservation. They didn’t give us a warning about that. Very displeased about that. The pictures online make it seem rather nice cozy place. But in person there’s trash on the floor in the parking lot and the people that were randomly around were unsavory. There was even a man banging on random door yelling. The inside of the room smelled terrible with smoke. The lamps were so dirty and broken. The furniture while not in pieces were very beat up. Which makes you question the people they have here. As for cleanliness of the rest of the room. Most areas were not cleaned very well or sticky. Just wouldn’t recommend going here or coming back. Arriving they were nice. Leaving is when they were extremely rude.

This is the worst place ever !! I felt unsafe! The area is ghetto and the hotel is rundown and dirty !! The sheets / covers had holes on it , towels are dingy and stained ! No extra anything ! I was checking out there were 10 police cars arresting one man at the business next door !

CAUTION. DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked this motel through Expedia then when we arrived at 1030pm were advised Expedia had cancelled the reservation. I was never notified by Expedia of any cancellation. In fact, when I booked the room had received an email from "Kevin the manager" at RB Motel asking what time we planned to arrive to which I responded 1030-11pm. When I asked the clerk to show me the email or notification from Expedia where they had cancelled the room he admitted to lying about that and that he had run my credit card and it had declined so *he* cancelled the reservation and now they were sold out and I should contact Expedia for a refund. Why he ran my card after I paid Expedia I don't know. After an hour and half on the phone with Expedia they finally refunded me and found me another room (much nicer) in the area. All could have been avoided if RB Motel hadn't decided to do something unecessary then lied about it. I will never ever book this place again. And after reading other reviews it looks like we dodged a bullet on this one. This place looks terrible. Bed Bugs, Filthy, Loud neighbors.
